本発明は、構造体読取装置、構造体読取システムに関する。
近年、RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)が利用されている。
RFIDシステムで使用するRFタグにはアンテナ及びICチップが格納されており、リーダ・ライタのアンテナから送信された搬送波をRFタグのアンテナで受信し、ICチップに記録されている識別データ等を反射波に乗せてリーダ・ライタへ返送し、非接触で交信する仕組みである。
RFIDシステムで使用するRFタグにはアンテナ及びICチップが格納されており、リーダ・ライタのアンテナから送信された搬送波をRFタグのアンテナで受信し、ICチップに記録されている識別データ等を反射波に乗せてリーダ・ライタへ返送し、非接触で交信する仕組みである。
例えば、特許文献1(特開2008-181557号公報)には、コンピュータの製造工場等において、ディスプレイ、電源、バッテリー等の部品それぞれにRFタグを取り付け、各作業台でRFタグに格納された各種情報を読み取りながら組み立てていく物品製造システムが開示されている。
特許文献2(特開2017-157068号公報)には、内部に空隙を有する導体製の部材に対して、当該空隙内に取り付けることができ、且つ高い通信性能を有するRFタグについて開示されている。
特許文献3(特開2017-158073号公報)には、リーダ・ライタとRFタグの間に導体が存在する場合でも交信可能とする導波器について開示されている。
特許文献4(特開2016-11583号公報)には、鍵の管理を確実にできるとともに、鍵の交換や追加を容易にできる鍵管理機について開示されている。
特許文献5(特開2018-17063号公報)には、高額でセキュリティレベルの高い通行錠と、低セキュリティの人が利用する鍵として機能するRFタグ(Radio Frequencyタグ)とを一体管理する鍵管理装置について開示されている。
特許文献6(特開2016-183553号公報)には、鍵の鍵ホルダからの不正な抜き取りを防止することができ、その上で、鍵ホルダへの鍵の付け替え時には、付け替え作業の容易化および廃棄物の低減を図ることが可能となる鍵管理装置について開示されている。
特許文献7(特開2003-193717号公報)には、ICタグの通信効率の低さを改善し、ICタグの情報を正確に通信することを可能とした、非接触記録媒体を備えた鍵と、より安全な施錠管理システムについて開示されている。
特許文献8(再表WO2017/047505号公報)には、錠の鍵穴に挿入して開施錠するための鍵であって、把持部と、把持部から延び、鍵山を有する軸部と、を有する鍵本体と、を備え、軸部の把持部と反対側の先端側に切欠き部が設けられており、外周の少なくとも一部が切欠き部内の内周に沿って配置されたコイルアンテナと、コイルアンテナと接続されたRFIC素子と、を有する無線通信デバイスが切欠き部に収容されている無線通信デバイス付き鍵について開示されている。
しかしながら、穴部を有する構造体については、RFリーダの通信電波が届かない場所がある。例えば、特許文献7または8に記載されている鍵穴等である。
特許文献7または8においては、鍵自体にICチップを設けることとしているが、鍵を紛失した場合には、ICタグのメリットは機能しなくなる。
特に、鍵を紛失した場合等、鍵タイプが不明であるため、鍵穴周辺を全て入れ替える必要があり、多大なコストと時間とがかかるため問題となっていた。
特許文献7または8においては、鍵自体にICチップを設けることとしているが、鍵を紛失した場合には、ICタグのメリットは機能しなくなる。
特に、鍵を紛失した場合等、鍵タイプが不明であるため、鍵穴周辺を全て入れ替える必要があり、多大なコストと時間とがかかるため問題となっていた。
本発明の主な目的は、RFリーダの送受信電波が通過されない穴底または穴底近傍に配置されたRFタグを通信することができる構造体読取装置、構造体読取システムを提供することである。

一局面に従う構造体読取装置は、穴部を有する構造体の穴底または穴底近傍に設けられたRFタグと、穴部に一部挿入可能な挿入部材と、を含み、挿入部材は、先端部に設けられた第1の送受信アンテナおよび基端部に設けられた第2の送受信アンテナを有し、第1の送受信アンテナと第2の送受信アンテナとの間に伝送線路が形成されたものである。
この場合、RFリーダは穴の奥側、穴底、または穴底近傍に設けられたRFタグと通信を行うことは出来ないが、挿入部材の一部(第1の送受信アンテナ)を穴部に挿入することで、第1の送受信アンテナ、伝送線路および穴部の外部にある第2の送受信アンテナを介してRFリーダはRFタグと送受信を行うことができる。

第2の発明にかかる構造体読取装置は、一局面に従う構造体読取装置において、第1の送受信アンテナは、穴部に挿入可能な形状からなり、第2の送受信アンテナは、穴部に挿入不可能な形状からなり、構造体は、金属からなってもよい。

また、アンテナの構造にも左右されるが、インピーダンス整合のためのアンテナ部分の寸法は、1mm以上5mm以下の範囲程度で形成することができる。
しかしながら、構造体読取装置の穴部へ挿入させる挿入部材の寸法は、アンテナ部分の寸法より大きく設定することにより、取扱いまたは操作性を向上させることができる。
また、アンテナの構造にも左右されるが、インピーダンス整合のためのアンテナ部分の寸法は、1mm以上5mm以下の範囲程度で形成することができる。
しかしながら、構造体読取装置の穴部へ挿入させる挿入部材の寸法は、アンテナ部分の寸法より大きく設定することにより、取扱いまたは操作性を向上させることができる。

第4の発明にかかる構造体読取装置は、一局面から第3の発明にかかる構造体読取装置において、穴部が鍵穴であってもよい。

この場合、鍵穴用読取システムにおいてRFタグとRFリーダとは、通信される情報を暗号化することができるので、鍵メーカのみが容易に管理することができる。

[本実施の形態]
図1は、本実施の形態にかかる挿入部材100の一例を示す模式的平面図であり、図2は、挿入部材100の一例を示す模式的側面図であり、図3は、挿入部材100の一例を示す模式的裏面図である。

図1から図3に示すように、挿入部材100は、第1の送受信アンテナ110、第2の送受信アンテナ120、および伝送線路130を含む。第1の送受信アンテナ110は挿入部材100の先端部(遠位端部)側に設けられ、第2の送受信アンテナ120は挿入部材100の基端部(近位端部)側に設けられ、伝送線路130は第1の送受信アンテナ110と第2の送受信アンテナ120との間に設けられている。また、挿入部材100は、第1の送受信アンテナ110、第2の送受信アンテナ120、および伝送線路130が、全て一つまたは複数の樹脂材により内包される構造が好ましい。
挿入部材100を構成する上記の各素子が樹脂材で内包される場合、挿入部材100は、樹脂材よりなる幅広の操作部122と、操作部122から延びる長尺の樹脂材よりなる挿入部140とを有する。挿入部140の先端部に第1の送受信アンテナ110が埋設され、操作部122に第2の送受信アンテナ120が埋設され、挿入部140に伝送線路130が設けられている。伝送線路130は挿入部140内に埋設あるいは挿入部140の外側に設けることができる。
(伝送線路130)
図1から図3に示すように、本実施の形態において、伝送線路130は、マイクロストリップライン131およびグランドライン132を有する。第1の送受信アンテナ110は、伝送線路130を介して第2の送受信アンテナ120と接続される。第2の送受信アンテナ120は、メイン送受信アンテナを形成し、第1の送受信アンテナ110は、サブ送受信アンテナを形成する。
本実施の形態にかかるマイクロストリップライン131は、0.5mm以上1.5mm以下の幅、好ましくは1mm前後で形成される。
第1の送受信アンテナ110の伝送線路130は、ガラスエポキシ樹脂基板により形成され、基板厚みは、0.5mm以上1.5mm以下の厚み、好ましくは1mm前後で形成される。
誘電率εrは3.0εr以上6.0εr以下、好ましくは4.8εr以上5.1εr以下である。
図1から図3に示すように、本実施の形態において、伝送線路130は、マイクロストリップライン131およびグランドライン132を有する。第1の送受信アンテナ110は、伝送線路130を介して第2の送受信アンテナ120と接続される。第2の送受信アンテナ120は、メイン送受信アンテナを形成し、第1の送受信アンテナ110は、サブ送受信アンテナを形成する。
本実施の形態にかかるマイクロストリップライン131は、0.5mm以上1.5mm以下の幅、好ましくは1mm前後で形成される。
第1の送受信アンテナ110の伝送線路130は、ガラスエポキシ樹脂基板により形成され、基板厚みは、0.5mm以上1.5mm以下の厚み、好ましくは1mm前後で形成される。

また、伝送線路130において、第1の送受信アンテナ110と第2の送受信アンテナ120とがインピーダンス整合していることが重要である。
本実施の形態においては、コンデンサC1は、第1の送受信アンテナ110とマイクロストリップライン131の(VSWR)リターンロス調整用として使用する。コンデンサC2は、第2の送受信アンテナ120の同調用として使用する。
挿入部材100の一部を挿入した場合、総合インピーダンス条件が満たされるように第2の送受信アンテナ120の値は固定状態に設定する。上記条件に基づいて、コンデンサC1、C2の値を調整する。
本実施の形態においては、コンデンサC1は、第1の送受信アンテナ110とマイクロストリップライン131の(VSWR)リターンロス調整用として使用する。コンデンサC2は、第2の送受信アンテナ120の同調用として使用する。
挿入部材100の一部を挿入した場合、総合インピーダンス条件が満たされるように第2の送受信アンテナ120の値は固定状態に設定する。上記条件に基づいて、コンデンサC1、C2の値を調整する。
コンデンサC2をオープンにし、かつ挿入部材100を挿入した状態でマイクロストリップライン131の終端に計測器を接続する。この場合、コンデンサC1を、リターンロスが生じるように調整する。
次に、第2の送受信アンテナ120のL値を求め、使用周波数に同調するようコンデンサC2の値を調整する。
次に、第2の送受信アンテナ120のL値を求め、使用周波数に同調するようコンデンサC2の値を調整する。
(第1の送受信アンテナ110)
図4に示すように、第1の送受信アンテナ110は、ヘリカル状に形成されたループアンテナ111からなる。ヘリカル状に形成されたループアンテナ111は、立体的に巻回され、一端が伝送線路130のグランドライン132に接続され、他端が伝送線路130のマイクロストリップライン131に接続される。ヘリカル状に形成されたループアンテナ111の巻回軸は挿入部140の軸心と同軸または平行に設定されている。本実施の形態では先端部にヘリカル状に形成されたループアンテナ111が埋設され、ヘリカル状に形成されたループアンテナ111の一端が挿入部140に埋設されたマイクロストリップライン131に接続されている。
第1の送受信アンテナ110の鍵穴の場合は、幅0.8mm以上4mm以下、縦長さ5mm以上10mm以下、横長さ20mm以上50mm以下である。
図4に示すように、第1の送受信アンテナ110は、ヘリカル状に形成されたループアンテナ111からなる。ヘリカル状に形成されたループアンテナ111は、立体的に巻回され、一端が伝送線路130のグランドライン132に接続され、他端が伝送線路130のマイクロストリップライン131に接続される。ヘリカル状に形成されたループアンテナ111の巻回軸は挿入部140の軸心と同軸または平行に設定されている。本実施の形態では先端部にヘリカル状に形成されたループアンテナ111が埋設され、ヘリカル状に形成されたループアンテナ111の一端が挿入部140に埋設されたマイクロストリップライン131に接続されている。
第1の送受信アンテナ110の鍵穴の場合は、幅0.8mm以上4mm以下、縦長さ5mm以上10mm以下、横長さ20mm以上50mm以下である。
(第2の送受信アンテナ120)
また、第2の送受信アンテナ120は、後述するRFリーダからの信号を送受信可能なアンテナからなる。第2の送受信アンテナ120は、一例のサイズとして、幅1mm以上5mm以下、縦長さ10mm以上25mm以下、横長さ15mm以上30mm以下であることが好ましい。なお、第2の送受信アンテナ120のサイズは、上記例に限定されず、その他、持ち運び性、操作性、において最適なサイズであってもよい。
また、第2の送受信アンテナ120は、後述するRFリーダからの信号を送受信可能なアンテナからなる。第2の送受信アンテナ120は、一例のサイズとして、幅1mm以上5mm以下、縦長さ10mm以上25mm以下、横長さ15mm以上30mm以下であることが好ましい。なお、第2の送受信アンテナ120のサイズは、上記例に限定されず、その他、持ち運び性、操作性、において最適なサイズであってもよい。
また、図1乃至図4に示すように、第1の送受信アンテナ110は小型で形成されており、第1の送受信アンテナ110と比較して第2の送受信アンテナ120のサイズは大きく形成される。
また、図5に示すように、第2の送受信アンテナ120は、コンデンサC1および伝送線路130を介して第1の送受信アンテナ110と電気的に接続されている。また、第2の送受信アンテナ120はコンデンサC2を有する。
使用周波数において、コンデンサC1、コンデンサC2は、挿入部材100が穴610内に挿入された場合、第1の送受信アンテナ110および第2の送受信アンテナ120、マイクロストリップライン131を含む総合リターンロス(反射損失)が、1:5以下であることが好ましい。
また、図5に示すように、第2の送受信アンテナ120は、コンデンサC1および伝送線路130を介して第1の送受信アンテナ110と電気的に接続されている。また、第2の送受信アンテナ120はコンデンサC2を有する。
使用周波数において、コンデンサC1、コンデンサC2は、挿入部材100が穴610内に挿入された場合、第1の送受信アンテナ110および第2の送受信アンテナ120、マイクロストリップライン131を含む総合リターンロス(反射損失)が、1:5以下であることが好ましい。
図6は、挿入部材100の他の例を示す模式的説明図である。
以下、図6に示す挿入部材100が図5に示す挿入部材100と異なる点について主に、説明を行う。

図6に示す挿入部材100は、第1の送受信アンテナ111、第2の送受信アンテナ120、および同軸線路からなる伝送線路130を含む。同軸線路からなるので、内部には、樹脂150が形成されている。
図6に示す挿入部材100は、図5の挿入部材100と異なり、樹脂150の内部を金属線が内包され、挿入部材100の端部において、樹脂150の周囲をヘリカル状に巻回され、同軸線路の端部に溶接またははんだ付け等で接続されている。
(構造体読取システム500)
図7または図8は、構造体読取システム500の一例を示す模式的説明図である。

まず、図7に示すように、構造体600には、穴610が形成されている。本実施の形態においては、穴610の穴底611の近傍にRFタグ700が設けられている。当該RFタグ700は、5mm角以下のサイズのRFタグ700が好ましい。本実施の形態においては、穴610としての鍵シリンダーの底近傍に2mm角程度のRFタグ700を取り付けた。
本実施の形態において、構造体600がステンレス鋼などの金属製であり、穴610の深さは、30mm以上であり、穴径は、5mm以下であるので、構造体600の外部に配置されるRFリーダ900からのUHF帯の通信電波が構造体600に遮断され穴610に入り込まないという問題がある。つまり、外部からのRFリーダ900からの電波はRFタグ700に届くことはない。また、本実施の形態において、穴は底があるものをいい、孔は貫通しているものを意味する。
次に、図8に示すように、穴610に挿入部材100の挿入部140を挿入する。この場合、挿入部140の断面のサイズは穴のサイズよりも小さく、そのため挿入部140を穴に挿入することはできるが、挿入部材100の操作部122は穴に挿入できないサイズであるので、挿入部材100の挿入部140だけが穴610に挿入される。この挿入部材100の挿入操作によって、挿入部材100の第1の送受信アンテナ110は穴610内に配置され、第2の送受信アンテナ120は穴610内に挿入されず、穴610の外側に配置される。
穴610に挿入部材100の第1の送受信アンテナ110および伝送線路130の一部を挿入(配置)した状態で、RFリーダ900の電波を第2の送受信アンテナ120で受信する。第2の送受信アンテナ120で受信し、第1の送受信アンテナ110で放射する電磁波の放射利得は-20dBm以上24dBm以下が望ましい。
次いで、伝送線路130を通して、第1の送受信アンテナ110において磁界110mfが形成される。その結果、第1の送受信アンテナ110とRFタグ700との間で通信を行うことができる。
すなわち、挿入部材100を構造体600の穴610に挿入しない限り、RFタグ700とRFリーダ900との通信を行うことができない。また、挿入部材100を構造体600の穴610に挿入することによりRFタグ700とRFリーダ900との通信を行うことができる。
次いで、伝送線路130を通して、第1の送受信アンテナ110において磁界110mfが形成される。その結果、第1の送受信アンテナ110とRFタグ700との間で通信を行うことができる。
すなわち、挿入部材100を構造体600の穴610に挿入しない限り、RFタグ700とRFリーダ900との通信を行うことができない。また、挿入部材100を構造体600の穴610に挿入することによりRFタグ700とRFリーダ900との通信を行うことができる。
また、本実施の形態においては、RFタグ700とRFリーダ900との通信情報は、暗号化されていることが好ましい。
次に、図9は、構造体読取システム500の他の例を示す模式的説明図である。
図9に示す構造体読取システム500は、鍵穴610の代わりに無限軌道800の穴610からなる。また、無限軌道800の穴610の内部にRFタグ700が取り付けられている。

この状態において、挿入部材100を挿入することにより、RFタグ700に記録されたデータを読取ることができる。なお、当該例においては、無限軌道800を例示したが、これに限定されず、汚泥の侵入がない建築機械、工事器具、工作機械、コンピュータ、その他任意の一般器具に適用しても良い。その結果、穴610を形成し、RFタグ700を設けることにより、通常RFタグ700のデータを読取ることが出来ない状態と、挿入部材100を挿入することによりRFタグ700のデータを読取ることを自在に操作することができる。
なお、汚泥の侵入可能性のある建築機械、工事器具、工作機械、コンピュータ、その他任意の一般器具において、穴610への汚泥ゴミ等の侵入防止としてキャップまたはビスなどの封止部材を取り付けても良い。

次に、図10は、挿入部材100の製造方法の一例を示す模式的説明図である。
図10は、同軸線路からなる伝送線路130に、第1の送受信アンテナ111の金属線の端部112を、同軸線路の外側に溶接する手法を説明するものである。
図10に示すように、金属線の端部112をはんだ付けする場合、サイズが小さい場合、困難である。そのため、図10に示すように、コンデンサCを用いて蓄電し、金属線の端部112を同軸線路の外側に配置させる。
この状態において、スイッチSWをオンすることで、コンデンサCに蓄積された大容量の電気が流れ、端部112を同軸線路の外側に溶接することができる。
図10に示すように、金属線の端部112をはんだ付けする場合、サイズが小さい場合、困難である。そのため、図10に示すように、コンデンサCを用いて蓄電し、金属線の端部112を同軸線路の外側に配置させる。
この状態において、スイッチSWをオンすることで、コンデンサCに蓄積された大容量の電気が流れ、端部112を同軸線路の外側に溶接することができる。
以上のように、挿入部材100を用いることにより、RFリーダ900の送受信電波が通過されない鍵穴610に配置されたRFタグ700と送受信を行うことができる。
本発明においては、構造体600が『穴部を有する構造体』に相当し、鍵穴610、穴610が『穴部、鍵穴』に相当し、RFタグ700が『RFタグ』に相当し、挿入部材100が『挿入部材』に相当し、第1の送受信アンテナ110、第1の送受信アンテナ,ループアンテナ111が『第1の送受信アンテナ』に相当し、第2の送受信アンテナ120が『第2の送受信アンテナ』に相当し、伝送線路130が『伝送線路』に相当し、RFタグ700および挿入部材100が『構造体読取装置』に相当し、マイクロストリップライン131が『マイクロストリップライン』に相当し、RFリーダ900が『RFリーダ』に相当し、RFリーダ900、RFタグ700および挿入部材100が『構造体読取システム』に相当する。
本発明の好ましい一実施の形態は上記の通りであるが、本発明はそれだけに制限されない。本発明の精神と範囲から逸脱することのない様々な実施形態が他になされることは理解されよう。さらに、本実施形態において、本発明の構成による作用および効果を述べているが、これら作用および効果は、一例であり、本発明を限定するものではない。

- 穴部を有する構造体の前記穴部の穴底または前記穴底近傍に設けられたRFタグと、
