     前記サブユーザに対して前記稼働情報の閲覧を許可するための閲覧許可手続を開始するための前記メインユーザ端末からのアクセスに基づいて、当該閲覧許可手続を特定するための手続特定情報を発行するとともに、前記複数の機械のうちから1つの作業機械を前記メインユーザに選択させるための機械選択画面を、前記メインユーザ端末に提供する第1手段と、
     前記機械選択画面に基づき前記メインユーザにより作業機械が選択されたことに応答して、選択された作業機械の識別子である機械IDを前記手続特定情報に関連付けて記憶するとともに、特定のURLを表す光学的読取可能なコードを前記メインユーザ端末に提供する第2手段と、
     前記メインユーザ端末に提供された前記コードが、前記サブユーザ端末によって読み取られて、前記URLに前記サブユーザ端末がアクセスしたときに、前記サブユーザ端末の識別子であるサブユーザ端末IDを前記手続特定情報および前記機械IDに関連付けて記憶するとともに、所定の情報提供用アドレスを前記サブユーザ端末に提供する第3手段と、
