  • the flange 22 is fixed to the body 18 of the capsule 17 by inserting the side wall 19 of the body 18 into the second annular groove 29 and fixing the third fixing part 25 of the flange 22 to the side wall 19 of the body 18, inside the cavity 21, by gluing or welding, preferably by thermal or ultrasound welding.
  • the body 18 of the capsule 17 is obtained from a sheet of aluminium, in order to be able to weld the third fixing part 25 to the side wall 19 of the body 18 it is necessary for the inner surface of the side wall 19, i.e. the surface facing the cavity 21, to be coated with a lacquer or a thermowelding primer for plastics. This coating is not necessary if the body 18 of the capsule 17 is obtained from a sheet of multilayered material with at least one aluminium barrier layer and a layer of polymeric material, which constitutes the inner surface of the side wall 19 of the body 18.
  • the cover element 8 is welded to an upper surface of the flange 22, ensuring a sealed closure of the cavity 21 of the capsule 17.
  • the capsule 30 comprises a body 31 that is impermeable to liquids and to gases, obtained from a sheet of aluminium or from a multilayered sheet comprising at least one layer of aluminium and at least one polymer layer, and having the form of a glass or cup.
  • the body 31 comprises a side wall 32 and a bottom 33 connected to the side wall 32.

Cette invention concerne une capsule (1 ; 17 ; 30) destinée à la préparation d'une boisson, comprenant : un corps (2 ; 18 ; 31) en forme de verre ou de tasse qui comprend, à son tour, une paroi latérale (3 ; 19 ; 32) et un fond (4 ; 20 ; 33) qui définissent une cavité (7 ; 21 ; 37) apte à contenir une préparation alimentaire pour la préparation de ladite boisson, ladite capsule comprenant en outre un élément de couverture (8) destiné à fermer hermétiquement ladite cavité (7 ; 21 ; 37) et une bride (6 ; 6a ; 22 ; 38) qui ne fait pas partie dudit corps (2 ; 18 31) et qui est destinée à être reliée audit corps (2 ; 18 ; 31) et audit élément de couverture (8).
