Description

本实施例中,转轴5的轴线与支架1所在的平面、支撑壳2所在的平面分别平行。
通过以下说明进一步的认识本发明的特性及功能。
参见图2至图4所示,在本实施例中,还提供一种按摩机,包括如上述中任意的肢体按摩机构,同时提供一种肢体按摩机构的工作方法,参加图5所示,本发明实施例中肢体按摩机构在按摩机中与扶手的一个实施例的结构示意图,其中,工作方法是:被施疗者的被施疗部位放置在肢体按摩机构中的支撑壳2上,被施疗部位上方是按摩机的扶手10,扶手10底部安装气囊20,气囊20压在手臂上,电机3启动提供动力给减速机4,减速机4控制转轴5旋转,安装于转轴5上的施疗件6旋转,施疗件6旋转过程中穿过开口(图5中未示出,开口9的位置参见图3所示)并接触被施疗者的被施疗部位。通过施疗件6对被施疗部位进行循环锤击式的按摩,由于施疗件6螺旋式的结构,施疗件6会依次逐个的按摩被施疗部位。
另外,如图11所示,可通过改变施疗件6与转轴5的装配结构来达 到更佳的按摩体感。具体的通过在转轴5上增加一对圆形安装板40,圆形安装板40上在圆周方向上安装若干根旋转轴50,本实施例中优选地为三根,每根旋转轴50上偏心地安装一个施疗件6,形成一组施疗件组,转轴5上可以设置若干组施疗件组,同样通过转轴5旋转带动圆形安装板40转动,施疗件6同步转动并与被施疗者的被施疗部位接触进行按摩。
实施例二
请参加图6所示,本实施例中,肢体按摩机构的结构与实施例一相同,唯一不同之处在于扶手10底部的气囊20的数量及排布方式不同,本实施例中的肢体按摩机构同样能够实现与实施例一相同的技术效果,具体实施方式与实施例一相同,在此不赘述。
实施例三
请参加图7所示,本实施例中,肢体按摩机构的结构与实施例一相同,唯一不同之处在于按摩机构和气囊20的位置对换,为按摩机构在扶手10的底部,气囊20安装在支架1上,本实施例中的肢体按摩机构构同样能够实现与实施例一相同的技术效果,具体实施方式与实施例一相同,在此不赘述。
实施例四
请参加图8所示,本实施例中,肢体按摩机构的结构与实施例一相同,唯一不同之处在于将扶手10底部的气囊20用另一组按摩机构代替,实现两组按摩机构的肢体按摩机构,两组按摩机构中的减速机4通过同一个电机3驱动,本实施例中的肢体按摩机构同样能够实现与实施例一相同的技术效果,具体实施方式与实施例一相同,在此不赘述。
实施例五
请参加图9所示,本实施例中,肢体按摩机构的结构与实施例一相同,唯一不同之处在于电机3和减速机4之间的驱动方式由原来实施例一中的直接连接变为皮带30驱动,本实施例中的肢体按摩机构同样能够实现与实施例一相同的技术效果,具体实施方式与实施例一相同,在此不赘述。
实施例六
请参加图10所示,本实施例中,肢体按摩机构的结构与实施例一相同,唯一不同之处在于将实施例一中若干个施疗件6更换为一个整体的按摩轮60,按摩轮60中螺旋设有沟壑61,本领域技术人员可以理解,按摩轮60的整体结构类似麻花、电钻头的结构,本实施例中的肢体按摩机构同样能够实现与实施例一相同的技术效果,具体实施方式与实施例一相同,在此不赘述。
实施例七
请参阅图12所示,所述施疗件6相对的一侧设有气囊20,所述气囊20设置于所述支撑壳体内侧面。还包括第二转轴16,所述第二转轴16设置于所述减速机4的另一侧,所述第二转轴16上设置有两个摆动杆15,所述摆动杆15端部各偏心设置一个施疗件6。
实施例八
请参阅图13所示,肢体的胳膊放置处两侧均设置有气囊20,肩膀放置处设置有第二转轴16,所述第二转轴16设置于所述减速机4的外侧,所述第二转轴16上设置有两个摆动杆15,所述摆动杆15端部各偏心设置一个施疗件6,所述施疗件6的对应的部位设置有气囊20。
以上,本发明的六个实施例中的肢体按摩机构旨在改善按摩机按摩体感,传统按摩机的肢体按摩机构是上下或者左右通过气囊挤压方式按摩,本实施例的肢体按摩机构利用不同的结构实现了更为优秀的体感,且通过电机3的正转、反转,能够符合中医的求心法(向心法),远心法(离心法)理论;通过改变施疗件6和气囊20的位置及施疗件6的前后放置位置或数量组合来保护本发明。
以上仅为本发明较佳的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的实施方式及保护范围,对于本领域技术人员而言,应当能够意识到凡运用本发明说明书及图示内容所作出的等同替换和显而易见的变化所得到的方案,均应当包含在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种肢体按摩机构,其特征在于,包括支架、与所述支架连接的支撑壳和安装于所述支架、所述支撑壳中的按摩机构,所述按摩机构包括电机、减速机、第一转轴和若干施疗件,所述电机与所述减速机连接,所述若干施疗件偏心地设置于所述第一转轴上,其中,所述若干施疗件从靠近所述减速机的一端向远离所述减速机的一端呈螺旋状绕设地安装于所述第一转轴上,所述施疗件相对的一侧设有气囊,所述气囊设置于所述支撑壳体内侧面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于:所述电机的输出端与所述减速机的输入端连接,所述减速机的输出端安装动力输出轴,所述施疗件偏心地与所述动力输出轴安装。
- 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于:所述减速机上安装有从动轮,所述电机上安装有主动轮,所述主动轮和所述从动轮通过皮带连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于:还包括第二转轴,所述第二转轴和第一转轴设置于所述减速机的两侧,所述第二转轴上设置有第一摆动杆和第二摆动杆;所述第一摆动杆和第二摆动杆的端部各偏心设置至少一个施疗件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于,所述支架与所述支撑壳在长度方向上所在的两个平面之间呈锐角、直角或钝角可拆卸地安装。
- 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于,还包括轴承端盖,安装于所述支架中,所述第一转轴的一端连接所述减速机,所述第一转轴的另一端连接所述轴承端盖。
- 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于,还包括轴承,所述轴承安装于所述第一转轴与所述施疗件之间,用于支撑所述施疗件并使得所述施疗件能够在所述转轴上进行旋转。
- 根据权利要求1所述的肢体按摩机构,其特征在于,所述第一转轴的轴线与所述支架所在的平面、所述支撑壳所在的平面分别平行。
- 一种按摩机,包括如权利要求1-8中任意所述的肢体按摩机构。
- 一种如权利要求1-8中任意所述的肢体按摩机构的工作方法,其特征在于,所述工作方法如下:电机启动提供动力给减速机,减速机控制转轴旋转,安装于转轴上的施疗件旋转,施疗件旋转过程中穿过开口并接触被施疗者的被施疗部位。
