S3:订户的机顶盒接收到二维码显示指令后,机顶盒根据二维码显示指令,生成包含订户数据的二维码,并将二维码显示在数字电视终端播放的画面中。 其中,订户数据包括各个频道的观看时间点与观看时长,以及各个广告的广告ID值、播放时间点与播放时长。而且,机顶盒接收到二维码显示指令后,按照预先定义规则,生成包含订户数据的二维码,接着,机顶盒将二维码信息插入到节目码流中,使二维码显示在数字电视终端播放的画面中。
S4:数字电视终端接收机顶盒的输出信号后,将其播放的画面中显示二维码,用户终端扫描数字电视终端上显示的二维码,并将其通过扫描该二维码而得到的二维码数据发送至管理终端。具体的,用户终端具有摄像头,能够扫描二维码,同时,还能够通过扫描获得的信息,得到二维码数据。
如图2所示,本发明用于数字电视终端的数据传输系统包括用户终端、管理终端、机顶盒。
其中,用户终端用于生成扫码请求,并将扫码请求发送至管理终端,以及扫描数字电视终端上显示的二维码而得到的二维码数据,并将所得到的二维码数据发送至管理终端。
管理终端用于接收用户终端发送的扫码请求,并根据扫码请求,向相应的机顶盒发送二维码显示指令,以及接收用户终端发送的订户数据。
机顶盒用于根据二维码显示指令,生成包含订户数据的二维码,并将所述二维码显示在数字电视终端播放的画面中。
具体的,本发明的用于数字电视终端的数据传输系统中,用户终端包括业务请求生成模块、二维码扫描模块和移动通信模块。而且,业务请求生成模块用于生成扫码请求,同时,业务请求生成模块生成的扫码请求包括订户信息。二维码扫描模块用于执行二维码扫描操作,以及解析二维码而得到的二维码数 据。移动通信模块用于将扫码请求和二维码数据发送给管理终端。
管理终端包括移动平台模块和条件接收模块。其中,移动平台模块用于接收到用户终端发送的扫码请求和二维码数据,而且还将所接收到的扫码请求转发给条件接收模块。条件接收模块用于根据扫码请求中的订户信息,向相应的机顶盒发送二维码显示指令。
机顶盒包括订户数据记录模块和二维码生成与显示模块。其中,订户数记录模块,用于记录至少包括各个频道的观看时间点与观看时长,以及各个广告的广告ID值、播放时间点与播放时长的订户数据。二维码生成与显示模块用于根据所述二维码显示指令,生成包含所述订户数据的二维码,并将所述二维码显示在数字电视终端播放的画面中。
在实施时,用户终端为智能手机及其安装在智能手机上的订户APP,订户APP通过集成相应的程序模块,实现业务请求生成模块和二维码扫描模块的功能,而且,利用订户APP调用智能手机的图像采集硬件和移动通信硬件,实现二维码的扫描,以及扫码请求与二维码数据的传输。此外,订户APP中还可以集成实现订户的账户登录的程序模块,以实现订户权限的管理。
用户终端利用3G/4G/WIFI等移动通信手段以及借助互联网,实现与管理终端的移动平台模块的通信。管理终端的移动平台模块接收到扫码请求后,将扫码请求转发给条件接收模块,条件接收模块相应该扫码请求,生成二维码显示EMM指令,并将二维码显示EMM指令发送给电视运营前端系统,电视运营前端系统将其接收的由广告系统发送的广告码流、由接收机转发的节目码流以及二维码显示EMM指令,通过数字电视传输网络传输给相应终端号的机顶盒。
机顶盒机顶盒接收到二维码显示EMM指令后,按照预先定义规则,生成包 含订户数据的二维码,接着,机顶盒将二维码信息插入到节目码流或广告码流中,使二维码能够显示在电视机当前播放的画面中。最后,再由用户终端扫描电视机上显示的二维码并得到相应的二维码数据,再将得到的二维码数据发送给管理终端的移动平台模块。
此外,本发明还提供一种用于数字电视终端的数据处理系统,该数据处理系统在本发明的数据传输系统的基础上,配置订户数据分析服务器,数据传输系统将其获得的二维码数据传输给订户数据分析服务器,订户数据分析服务器对二维码数据进行处理,得到相应订户的各个频道的观看时间点与观看时长,以及各个广告的广告ID值、播放时间点与播放时长等订户数据。订户数据分析服务器通过运行预先配置的算法,进行数据挖掘,得出订户的观看习惯并指导电视运营商适应性地推送广告和节目。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种数字电视终端的数据传输方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1:用户终端发送扫码请求至管理终端;
    S2:根据所述扫描请求,所述管理终端向相应的机顶盒发送二维码显示指令;
    S3:根据所述二维码显示指令,所述机顶盒生成包含订户数据的二维码,并将所述二维码显示在数字电视终端播放的画面中;
    S4:所述用户终端扫描数字电视终端上显示的所述二维码,并将其通过扫描所述二维码而得到的二维码数据发送至所述管理终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的数字电视终端的数据传输方法,其特征在于,所述订户数据包括各个频道的观看时间点与观看时长,以及各个广告的广告ID值、播放时间点与播放时长。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的数字电视终端的数据传输方法,其特征在于,所述扫码请求包括订户信息;所述管理终端根据所述订户信息,向相应的机顶盒发送二维码显示指令。
  4. 一种数字电视终端的数据传输系统,其特征在于,包括用户终端、管理终端、机顶盒;其中,
    所述用户终端,用于生成扫码请求,并将扫码请求发送至管理终端,以及扫描数字电视终端上显示的二维码而得到的二维码数据,并将所述二维码数据发送至所述管理终端;
    所述管理终端,用于接收所述用户终端发送的所述扫码请求,并根据所述 扫码请求,向相应的机顶盒发送二维码显示指令,以及接收所述用户终端发送的订户数据;
    所述机顶盒,用于根据所述二维码显示指令,生成包含订户数据的二维码,并将所述二维码显示在数字电视终端播放的画面中。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的数字电视终端的数据传输系统,其特征在于,所述管理终端包括移动平台模块和条件接收模块;其中,
    所述移动平台模块,用于接收到所述用户终端发送的所述扫码请求和订户数据,并将所述扫码请求转发给所述条件接收模块;
    所述条件接收模块,用于根据所述扫码请求中的订户信息,向相应的机顶盒发送所述二维码显示指令。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的数字电视终端的数据传输系统,其特征在于,所述用户终端包括业务请求生成模块、二维码扫描模块和移动通信模块;其中,
    所述业务请求生成模块,用于生成所述扫码请求;其中,所述扫码请求包括所述订户信息;
    所述二维码扫描模块,用于执行二维码扫描操作,以及解析二维码而得到的二维码数据;
    所述移动通信模块,用于将所述扫码请求和所述二维码数据发送给所述管理终端。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的用于数字电视终端的数据传输系统,其特征在于,所述机顶盒包括订户数据记录模块和二维码生成与显示模块;其中,
    所述订户数据记录模块,用于记录至少包括各个频道的观看时间点与观看时长,以及各个广告的广告ID值、播放时间点与播放时长的订户数据;
    所述二维码生成与显示模块,用于根据所述二维码显示指令,生成包含所述订户数据的二维码,并将所述二维码显示在数字电视终端播放的画面中。
  8. 一种用于数字电视终端的数据处理系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求4~7之一所述的用于数字电视终端的数据传输系统以及订户数据分析服务器。
