本说明书实施例中,在接收到商品结算请求时采集结算用户的生物特征信息,在接收到付款请求时判断所述生物特征信息是否采集成功,即在所述结算用户录入商品信息期间采集所述结算用户的生物特征信息,采集所述结算用户的生物特征信息和所述结算用户录入商品信息是并行进行的,而不是在所述结算用户录入商品信息完成后再去采集所述结算用户的生物特征信息,因而提高了商品结算的处理速度。

为了更好地理解上述技术方案,下面通过附图以及具体实施例对本说明书实施例的技术方案做详细的说明,应当理解本说明书实施例以及实施例中的具体特征是对本说明书实施例技术方案的详细的说明,而不是对本说明书技术方案的限定,在不冲突的情况下,本说明书实施例以及实施例中的技术特征可以相互组合。
请参见图1,为本说明书实施例的支付处理应用场景示意图。自助结账设备100位 于用户侧,与网络侧的服务器200进行通信。所述自助结账设备100可设置在超市等购物场所,用于采集结算用户录入的商品信息,根据所述结算用户录入的商品信息获得所述结算用户需要支付的总金额,并将所述结算用户需要支付的消费金额发送至所述服务器200,由所述服务器200对所述结算用户的支付账号进行扣款处理。
第一方面,本说明书实施例提供一种支付处理方法。图2是所述支付处理方法的流程图,所述支付处理方法包括步骤S201至S203。
S201,在接收到商品结算请求时,采集结算用户的生物特征信息。
每个用户都有独特的生物特征,因而可以借助生物特征识别技术对不同用户进行区分。由于生物特征是每个用户的自带属性,采用生物特征识别技术确定用户身份进行支付时,用户无需携带银行卡、手机等物件,因而能够提高支付的便捷性。在本说明书实施例中,所述生物特征信息可以为面部信息、虹膜信息或者骨骼信息等可以使所述结算用户在无接触和无感知的情况下即可采集到的生物特征信息,以此降低所述结算用户的操作和理解成本,无需所述结算用户配合和主动交互。
所述结算用户为在所述自助结账设备100上进行结算操作的用户。商品采购完成后,所述结算用户会请求对其采购的商品进行结算,即请求所述自助结账设备100采集商品信息。所述商品结算请求可以为所述结算用户通过所述自助结账设备100提供的按键、触摸屏等输入装置输入首件商品编号的操作,也可以为所述结算用户通过所述自助结账设备100提供的条码扫描器扫描首件商品条形码的操作,还可以是其他触发所述自助结账设备100采集商品信息的操作,本发明实施例对此不进行限定。如图3所示,当所述商品结算请求为所述结算用户通过所述自助结账设备100提供的条码扫描器扫描首件商品条形码的操作时,所述条码扫描器可以内置在所述自助结账设备100中,只需所述结算用户将商品条码置于条码扫描器的光源出口101即可。图4是采集所述生物特征信息的流程图,包括步骤S401至步骤S403。
S401,触发图像采集装置对结算区域进行图像采集,获得结算操作图像。
所述图像采集装置可以为3D摄像装置,例如,可以为结构光摄像头、双目摄像头或者TOF摄像头等。所述结算区域可根据所述图像采集装置的安装位置进行确定,只要保证所述结算用户在进行结算操作时位于所述图像采集装置的采集范围内即可。在接收到所述商品结算请求时,开启所述图像采集装置进行图像采集。对所述结算区域进行图像采集可以是对所述结算区域进行拍照,获得单幅或者多幅结算操作图像;也可以是 对所述结算区域进行摄像,获得多帧结算操作图像,本说明书实施例对此不进行限定。
S402,检测所述结算操作图像是否存在生物特征信息。
在获得所述结算操作图像后,采用图像检测算法检测所述结算操作图像是否存在所述生物特征信息。根据所述生物特征信息的不同,采用的图像检测算法也不相同。以所述生物特征信息为面部信息为例,可以采用静默活体检测方法、傅里叶频谱分析法、光流估计法等检测方法进行检测。进一步,当所述结算操作图像中存在多个用户,且各个用户与所述自助结账设备100之间的距离不同时,可以根据各个用户与所述自助结账设备100之间的距离远近,将距离所述自助结账设备100最近的用户确定为所述结算用户;当所述结算操作图像中存在多个用户,且各个用户与所述自助结账设备100之间的距离相同时,可以将位于所述结算操作图像正中的用户确定为所述结算用户。
若所述结算操作图像存在生物特征信息,则执行步骤S403,将所述生物特征信息保存至缓存空间,否则再次执行步骤S401,即重复执行步骤S401和步骤S402,直至检测到所述结算操作图像存在所述生物特征信息或者接收到付款请求。
仍以所述生物特征信息为面部信息为例,将所述生物特征信息保存至所述缓存空间,即是从所述结算操作图像中提取所述结算用户的面部位置、大小以及姿态等信息,并将提取到的信息保存至所述缓存空间中。将所述生物特征信息保存至所述缓存空间,可以防止所述结算用户低头结算时丢失所述生物特征信息。
在所述结算用户录入商品信息期间,所述结算用户可能突然离开或者换成其他用户进行结算操作。因此,在一种可选实现方式中,采集所述生物特征信息包括:触发图像采集装置持续对结算区域进行图像采集,并对每次采集的结算操作图像进行检测处理。所述持续对结算区域进行图像采集,是指从接收到所述商品结算请求开始,至接收到所述付款请求结束,即在所述结算用户录入商品信息期间持续对所述结算区域进行图像采集。与前述实施例类似,每次采集的结算操作图像可以是对所述结算区域进行拍照,获得的单幅或者多幅结算操作图像;也可以是对所述结算区域进行摄像,获得的多帧结算操作图像,本说明书实施例对此不进行限定。图5是对每次采集的结算操作图像进行检测处理的流程图,包括步骤S501至步骤S503。
S501,检测所述结算操作图像是否存在生物特征信息。
本步骤可参考前述实施例对步骤S402的描述,在此不再赘述。
若所述结算操作图像存在生物特征信息,则执行S502,将所述生物特征信息与缓存 空间已有信息进行比对。
将所述生物特征信息与缓存空间已有信息进行比对,即判断所述生物特征信息与所述已有信息是否匹配。当所述生物特征信息与所述已有信息的相似度大于预设百分比时,则表明所述生物特征信息与所述已有信息匹配,所述结算用户并未离开,也未换成其他用户进行结算操作;当所述生物特征信息与所述已有信息的相似度不大于预设百分比时,则表明所述生物特征信息与所述已有信息不匹配,所述结算用户已离开或者已换成其他用户进行结算操作。需要说明的是,当首次检测到所述生物特征信息时,所述缓存空间为空,进行比对的结果是不匹配的。
若所述生物特征信息与所述已有信息不匹配,则执行S503,采用所述生物特征信息替换所述已有信息,即在检测到换成其他用户进行结算操作后,更新所述缓存空间存储的信息。通过持续对所述结算区域进行图像采集以及信息比对,可以确保所述缓存空间存储的生物特征信息是当前结算用户的生物特征信息,避免因中途换成其他用户进行结算操作导致最终获得的支付账号出现错误。
在一种可选实现方式中,在所述缓存空间存储所述生物特征信息期间,可以向所述结算用户展示提示信息,例如可以如图6所示,所述提示信息用于提示已采集到所述生物特征信息。
S202,在接收到付款请求时,判断所述生物特征信息是否采集成功。
所述结算用户录入所有商品信息后,会向所述自助结账设备100请求付款。所述付款请求可以为所述结算用户通过所述自助结账设备100提供的按键或者触摸屏等输入装置确认付款的操作,如图7所示。在接收到所述付款请求时,停止采集所述生物特征信息,判断所述生物特征信息是否采集成功。根据图4或者图5所示采集所述生物特征信息的流程,在所述生物特征信息采集成功时,所述缓存空间会存储所述生物特征信息。因此,判断所述生物特征信息是否采集成功,可以检测所述缓存空间是否存储有所述生物特征信息。若所述缓存空间存储有所述生物特征信息,则确定所述生物特征信息采集成功。
若所述生物特征信息采集成功,则执行S203,根据所述生物特征信息获得所述结算用户的支付账号。
在一种可选实现方式中,在执行S203之前,还包括:向所述结算用户展示支付确认界面;在接收到所述结算用户输入的支付确认信息时,执行所述根据所述生物特征信 息获得所述结算用户的支付账号。通过向所述结算用户展示所述支付确认界面,可以请所述结算用户确认需要支付的消费金额是否正确以及确认是否采用所述生物特征信息进行支付的支付方式。所述支付确认信息可以为所述结算用户通过所述自助结账设备100提供的按键或者触摸屏等输入装置产生,如图8所示。
在接收到所述付款请求或者所述支付确认信息时,将待比对信息与预先存储的一条以上样本信息进行比对,获得与所述待比对信息匹配的样本信息,所述待比对信息包括所述生物特征信息;将与所述样本信息关联的支付账号确定为所述结算用户的支付账号。所述样本信息包括样本生物特征信息,每条样本信息对应关联一个用户的支付账号,在每个用户创建自己的支付账号或者使用自己的支付账号期间,用户可以录入自己的生物特征信息,即所述样本生物特征信息,与自己的支付账号进行关联存储。将所述待比对信息与预先存储的一条以上样本信息进行比对,即是将所述生物特征信息与每条样本生物特征信息进行比较。获得所述结算用户的支付账号后,根据商品结算系统获得的消费金额,可以对所述结算用户的支付账号进行扣款处理。由于每件商品都有一个特有的条形码,每个条形码对应该件商品的商品信息,因而所述商品结算系统可以根据所述结算用户录入的所有商品信息,获得所述消费金额。需要说明的是,所述商品结算系统可以采用现有技术实现,在此不再赘述。
进一步,所述一条以上样本信息以及与每条样本信息关联的支付账号可以存储在所述服务器200中,在所述将待比对信息与预先存储的一条以上样本信息进行比对之前,还包括:将所述待比对信息发送至所述服务器200,即将所述待比对信息与预先存储的一条以上样本信息进行比对是在所述服务器200中进行。所述一条以上样本信息以及与每条样本信息关联的支付账号还可以存储在本地,即保存在所述自助结账设备100中,在所述将与所述样本信息关联的支付账号确定为所述结算用户的支付账号之后,还包括:将所述结算用户的支付账号发送至支付平台,即将所述待比对信息与预先存储的一条以上样本信息进行比对是在所述自助结账设备100中进行。
当所述一条以上样本信息以及与每条样本信息关联的支付账号存储在本地时,可以在每个用户使用所述自助结账设备100时要求未录入生物特征信息的用户主动录入生物特征信息,并将用户录入的生物特征信息与用户输入的支付账号进行关联存储;还可以是在判断所述生物特征信息采集成功,但在本地未找到与所述待比对信息匹配的样本信息时,提示所述结算用户输入支付账号与所述生物特征信息进行关联存储,以在所述结算用户下次结算时在本地获得与所述待比对信息匹配的样本信息。
在一种可选实现方式中,所述待比对信息还包括验证信息,在所述将待比对信息与预先存储的一条以上样本信息进行比对之前,还包括:向所述结算用户展示验证信息输入界面;在接收到所述结算用户输入的所述验证信息时,执行所述将待比对信息与预先存储的一条以上样本信息进行比对。相应地,在每个用户创建自己的支付账号或者使用自己的支付账号期间,用户还可以录入自己的验证信息,与自己的支付账号进行关联存储。所述验证信息可以为所述结算用户的手机号码或者所述手机号码中的某几位(例如最后四位)等,所述验证信息输入界面如图9所示。通过采用所述验证信息和所述生物特征信息进行双重验证,可以确认支付校验和所述结算用户的支付意愿。
在一种可选实现方式中,在所述判断所述生物特征信息是否采集成功之后,还包括:若所述生物特征信息采集不成功,则向所述结算用户展示支付方式选择界面;在接收到所述结算用户选择的支付方式时,根据所述结算用户选择的支付方式获得所述结算用户的支付账号。所述支付方式选择界面如图10所示,所述支付方式包括但不限于扫码支付、刷脸支付等。在所述结算用户选择所述支付方式选择界面展示的任意一种支付方式后,根据所述结算用户选择的支付方式进行相应的支付处理。例如,若所述结算用户选择的支付方式为扫码支付,则可以向所述结算用户展示本次结算对应的二维码,由所述结算用户通过安装有支付平台应用程序的智能终端扫描所述二维码完成支付;若所述结算用户选择的支付方式为刷脸支付,则可以向所述结算用户展示面部特征采集处理界面,通过所述面部特征采集处理界面提示所述结算用户面对图像采集装置,通过图像采集装置采集所述结算用户的面部特征,并将所述结算用户的面部特征发送至相应的支付平台完成支付。需要说明的是,所述根据所述结算用户选择的支付方式获得所述结算用户的支付账号采用现有的方式实现,在此不再赘述。
本说明书实施例,在所述结算用户录入商品信息期间采集所述生物特征信息,即采集所述结算用户的生物特征信息和所述结算用户录入商品信息是并行进行的,而不是在所述结算用户录入商品信息完成后再去采集所述结算用户的生物特征信息,因而提高了商品结算的处理速度。
第二方面,基于同样的发明构思,本说明书实施例提供一种支付处理装置,包括:
采集模块,用于在接收到商品结算请求时,采集结算用户的生物特征信息;
判断模块,用于在接收到付款请求时,判断所述生物特征信息是否采集成功;
第一获得模块,用于在所述生物特征信息采集成功时,根据所述生物特征信息获得 所述结算用户的支付账号。
在一种可选实现方式中,所述采集模块包括:
图像采集触发单元,用于触发图像采集装置对结算区域进行图像采集,获得结算操作图像;
第一检测单元,用于检测所述结算操作图像是否存在生物特征信息;
保存单元,用于在所述结算操作图像存在生物特征信息时,将所述生物特征信息保存至缓存空间。

第三方面,基于同样的发明构思,本发明实施例还提供一种自助结账设备。所述自助结账设备的电路结构图如图11所示,包括存储器1104、处理器1102及存储在存储器1104上并可在处理器1102上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器1102执行所述程序时实现前文所述支付处理方法的步骤。
其中,在图11中,总线架构(用总线1100来代表),总线1100可以包括任意数量的互联的总线和桥,总线1100将包括由处理器1102代表的一个或多个处理器和存储器1104代表的存储器的各种电路链接在一起。总线1100还可以将诸如外围设备、稳压器和功率管理电路等之类的各种其他电路链接在一起,这些都是本领域所公知的,因此,本文不再对其进行进一步描述。总线接口1105在总线1100和接收器1101和发送器1103之间提供接口。接收器1101和发送器1103可以是同一个元件,即收发机,提供用于在传输介质上与各种其他装置通信的单元。处理器1102负责管理总线1100和通常的处理,而存储器1104可以被用于存储处理器1102在执行操作时所使用的数据。

  1. 一种支付处理方法,包括:
    在接收到商品结算请求时,采集结算用户的生物特征信息;
    在接收到付款请求时,判断所述生物特征信息是否采集成功;
    若所述生物特征信息采集成功,则根据所述生物特征信息获得所述结算用户的支付账号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述采集结算用户的生物特征信息包括:
    触发图像采集装置对结算区域进行图像采集,获得结算操作图像;
    检测所述结算操作图像是否存在生物特征信息;
    若所述结算操作图像存在生物特征信息,则将所述生物特征信息保存至缓存空间,否则再次执行所述触发图像采集装置对结算区域进行图像采集。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述采集结算用户的生物特征信息包括:触发图像采集装置持续对结算区域进行图像采集,并对每次采集的结算操作图像进行检测处理;所述对每次采集的结算操作图像进行检测处理包括:
    检测所述结算操作图像是否存在生物特征信息;
    若所述结算操作图像存在生物特征信息,则将所述生物特征信息与缓存空间已有信息进行比对;
    若所述生物特征信息与所述已有信息不匹配,则采用所述生物特征信息替换所述已有信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,还包括:
    在所述缓存空间存储所述生物特征信息期间,向所述结算用户展示提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示已采集到所述生物特征信息。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3任一项所述的方法,所述判断所述生物特征信息是否采集成功包括:
    检测所述缓存空间是否存储有所述生物特征信息;
    若所述缓存空间存储有所述生物特征信息,则确定所述生物特征信息采集成功。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在所述根据所述生物特征信息获得所述结算用户的支付账号之前,还包括:
    向所述结算用户展示支付确认界面;
    在接收到所述结算用户输入的支付确认信息时,执行所述根据所述生物特征信息获得所述结算用户的支付账号。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的方法,所述根据所述生物特征信息获得所述结算用户的支付账号包括:
    将待比对信息与预先存储的一条以上样本信息进行比对,获得与所述待比对信息匹配的样本信息,所述待比对信息包括所述生物特征信息;
    将与所述样本信息关联的支付账号确定为所述结算用户的支付账号。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述待比对信息还包括验证信息,在所述将待比对信息与预先存储的一条以上样本信息进行比对之前,还包括:
    向所述结算用户展示验证信息输入界面;
    在接收到所述结算用户输入的所述验证信息时,执行所述将待比对信息与预先存储的一条以上样本信息进行比对。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在所述判断所述生物特征信息是否采集成功之后,还包括:
    若所述生物特征信息采集不成功,则向所述结算用户展示支付方式选择界面;
    在接收到所述结算用户选择的支付方式时,根据所述结算用户选择的支付方式获得所述结算用户的支付账号。
  10. 一种支付处理装置,包括:
    采集模块,用于在接收到商品结算请求时,采集结算用户的生物特征信息;
    判断模块,用于在接收到付款请求时,判断所述生物特征信息是否采集成功;
    第一获得模块,用于在所述生物特征信息采集成功时,根据所述生物特征信息获得所述结算用户的支付账号。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,所述采集模块包括:
    图像采集触发单元,用于触发图像采集装置对结算区域进行图像采集,获得结算操作图像;
    第一检测单元,用于检测所述结算操作图像是否存在生物特征信息;
    保存单元,用于在所述结算操作图像存在生物特征信息时,将所述生物特征信息保存至缓存空间。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,所述采集模块包括:
    图像采集触发单元,用于触发图像采集装置持续对结算区域进行图像采集;
    检测处理单元,用于对每次采集的操作图像进行检测处理;
    所述检测处理单元包括:
    第一检测单元,用于检测所述结算操作图像是否存在生物特征信息;
    第一比对单元,用于在所述结算操作图像存在生物特征信息时,将所述生物特征信息与缓存空间已有信息进行比对;
    替换单元,用于在所述生物特征信息与所述已有信息不匹配时,采用所述生物特征信息替换所述已有信息。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的装置,还包括:
    信息展示模块,用于在所述缓存空间存储所述生物特征信息期间,向所述结算用户展示提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示已采集到所述生物特征信息。
  14. 根据权利要求11或12所述的装置,所述判断模块包括:
    第二检测单元,用于检测所述缓存空间是否存储有所述生物特征信息;
    第一确定单元,用于在所述缓存空间存储有所述生物特征信息时,确定所述生物特征信息采集成功。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,还包括:
    第一界面展示模块,用于向所述结算用户展示支付确认界面;
    所述账号获得模块用于在接收到所述结算用户输入的支付确认信息时,根据所述生物特征信息获得所述结算用户的支付账号。

  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,所述待比对信息还包括验证信息,还包括:
    第二界面展示模块,用于向所述结算用户展示验证信息输入界面;
    所述第二比对单元用于在接收到所述结算用户输入的所述验证信息时,将待比对信息与预先存储的一条以上样本信息进行比对。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,还包括:
    第二界面展示模块,用于在所述生物特征信息采集不成功时,向所述结算用户展示支付方式选择界面;
    第二获得模块,用于在接收到所述结算用户选择的支付方式时,根据所述结算用户选择的支付方式获得所述结算用户的支付账号。
  19. 一种自助结账设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现权利要求1至9任一项所 述方法的步骤。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至9任一项所述方法的步骤。
