  2. 如权利要求1所述的围字机,其特征在于:所述整形装置包括固定安装于所述主板上的整形板,所述整形板上间隔设有两组竖向设置的整形对辊,每组所述整形对辊之间形成与边带厚度相适配的整形间隙。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的围字机,其特征在于:所述限位装置包括整形限位机构和折边限位机构,所述整形限位机构设置于所述整形板上,所述折边限位机构设置于所述上折边对轮与下折边对轮之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的围字机,其特征在于:所述整形限位机构包括两条竖向设置于所述整形板上的腰形槽,两条所述腰形槽平行间隔设置,每条所述腰形槽内通过紧固件安装有上整形限位轮轴和下整形限位轮轴,所述上整形限位轮轴上转动安装有上整形限位限位滚轮,所述下整形限位轮轴上转动安装有下整形限位限位滚轮。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的围字机,其特征在于:所述上整形限位限位滚轮和下整形限位限位滚轮的外表面均设有与边带厚度相适配的V形环槽。
  6. 如权利要求3至5任一项权利要求所述的围字机,其特征在于:所述折边限位机构包括若干根竖向滑动安装于所述主板上的导向轴,所述导向轴的顶端固定安装于一安装板上,所述安装板上转动安装有至少两个折边限位滚轮, 其中一根导向轴与所述主板之间设有锁紧元件。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的围字机,其特征在于:所述送料装置包括送料支架,所述送料支架上竖向升降安装有由动力装置驱动的托料架,所述托料架上转动安装有托料盘。
