淋浴房框架和淋浴房 技术领域
本公开涉及但不限于淋浴房,尤其涉及淋浴房框架和具有该淋浴房框架的淋浴房。
背景技术
玻璃淋浴房通过框架结构配合玻璃面板构造出一个淋浴空间。然而,目前的淋浴房框架存在以下缺点:
(1)淋浴房框架需要先安装成整体,再固定连接于墙体,安装不方便;
(2)采用双边框调节结构对淋浴房的侧面框架进行调节,当向外调整时,铝材框架会加宽,影响美观,调整后的铝材还需要另外钻孔后再用螺丝固定,工艺复杂。

如图2、图7和图8所示,第二卡扣35可以具有和第一卡扣34相同的 整体结构,第二卡扣35具有相互连接的第二固定部351和第二卡接部352。第二固定部351可以插入第一上边框31的端部,并且可以通过螺钉或者其他方式使两者固定连接。第二固定部351和第一上边框31的内壁的一部分可以具有吻合的轮廓。第二卡接部352设置有第一卡接槽353,第一卡接槽353沿高度方向H延伸,在第二卡接部的两个相邻表面分别形成第一开口和第二开口。第一卡接槽353可以是T型槽,即横截面为T字形的开口槽。连接件33能够沿高度方向H插入第一卡接槽353,并且连接件33无法经由第二开口从第一卡接槽353中取出。第二卡接部352还设置有第二卡接槽354,第二卡接槽354可以设置于第一卡接槽353的外壁部,如可以为在外壁部下端形成的一个凹槽。
如图2和图9所示,连接件33的两端均设置有第三卡接部331和第四卡接部332,两个第三卡接部331位于连接件33的宽度方向W上的两端,例如,两个第三卡接部331可以分别与第一上边框31的第二卡扣35和第二上边框32的第二卡扣35卡接。第三卡接部331能够沿高度方向H插入第一卡接槽353,第三卡接部331与第一卡接槽353具有相吻合的轮廓,例如第三卡接部331的横截面可以为T字形。
可以理解,第三卡接部331还可以为梯形,对应地,第二卡接槽354可以为燕尾槽。第一卡接槽353的形状只要使第三卡接部331能够插入第一卡接槽353,并且无法经由第二开口取出即可。
如图2,图9和图13、图14所示,两个第四卡接部332位于连接件33的宽度方向W上的两端,为带钩的柱状,特别地,第四卡接部332弹性连接于连接件33的中间部分,第四卡接部332的一端设置为钩状,可以在第三卡接部331插入第一卡接槽353后,使第四卡接部332与第二卡接槽354卡接,将第三卡接部331安装在第一卡接槽353内以实现卡接。在一示例性的实施方式中,连接件33的外部可以设置有外壳36。
连接件33的中间部分设置有沿高度方向H贯通的安装孔333,通过在安装孔333中设置转轴55可以将门扇玻璃21转动地安装到淋浴房框架。
在一示例性的实施方式中,也可以参照图1-15所示,在所述第一上边框 和第一侧边框之间,第二上边框和第一侧边框之间,第二上边框和第二侧边框之间,及第二下边框和第二侧边框之间分别通过卡扣固定连接;

其中,所述第二卡接部的结构,以及第一连接件和第二连接件的结构如前面的实施例所述,在此不再赘述。
如图1所示,第二上边框32的整体结构和第一上边框31的整体结构相同或者大致相同,两者可以在宽度方向W上尺寸不同,因此不再赘述第二上边框32与第一卡扣34、第二卡扣35的连接结构。
如图1所示,下边框4和上边框3的整体结构相同或者大致相同,安装方向相反,因此不再赘述下边框4的结构。
可以理解,在上边框3中,连接件33可以从下向上或者从上向下或者以别的方式移动与第二卡扣35卡接,从而使第一上边框31和第二上边框32相连。在下边框4中,连接件33还可以从上向下或者从上向下或者以别的方式移动与第二卡扣35卡接,从而使第一下边框41和第二下边框42相连。
如图1所示,第一侧边框1可以为淋浴房框架的左边框,第二侧边框2可以为淋浴房框架的右边框。
如图3至图6所示,第一侧边框1包括第一固定型材12、第一调节型材13和第一装饰板17。第一固定型材12可以通过螺栓固定安装于墙体,第一固定型材12设置有第一槽121和第二槽122,第二槽122的底部为第一槽121的侧壁,第二槽122的侧壁从第一槽121的侧壁延伸形成。第一槽121用于容纳固定玻璃11的一个边缘,第一槽121的侧壁(第二槽122的底部)设置有长条状的第一调节孔123,第一调节孔123沿宽度方向W延伸。
第一调节型材13的截面为大致C字形,第一卡接部342可以插入第一调节型材13中,第一卡接部342和第一调节型材13的内壁具有吻合的轮廓。第一调节型材13安装在第一槽121内,第一调节型材13可以沿宽度方向W在第一槽121中移动。固定玻璃11的左边缘嵌入第一调节型材13,第一调节型材13和固定玻璃11之间设置第一胶条14,第一胶条14可以保护固定玻璃11。在固定玻璃11的两侧,固定玻璃11和第一槽121的侧壁之间设置有第二胶条15,第二胶条15可以防止固定玻璃11摆动。
第二槽122中设置有多个第三卡扣16,第三卡扣16用于卡接第一装饰板17,使第一装饰板17安装于第二槽122的开口处,第一装饰板17可以用于遮挡第一调节孔123。
第一卡扣34的卡接部342插入第一调节型材13中,使第一上边框31可以随着第一调节型材13沿宽度方向W移动。可以通过穿过第一调节孔123和第一调节型材13并通过螺栓或者别的方式接合到第一卡扣34的螺钉将第一调节型材13和第一卡扣34固定到第一固定型材12。
如图11和图12所示,第二侧边框2包括第二固定型材22、第二调节型材23和第二装饰板24。第二固定型材22可以通过螺栓固定安装于墙体,第二固定型材22设置有第三槽221和第四槽222,第四槽222的底部为第三槽221的侧壁,第四槽222的侧壁从第三槽221的侧壁延伸形成。第三槽221的侧壁(第四槽222的底部)设置有长条状的第二调节孔223,第二调节孔223沿宽度方向W设置。
第二调节型材23的截面为大致C字形,第一卡接部342可以插入第二调节型材23中,第一卡接部342和第二调节型材23的内壁具有吻合的轮廓。第二调节型材23安装在第三槽221内,第二调节型材23可以沿宽度方向W在第三槽221中移动。第二调节型材23连接门框型材25,门框型材25设置有第一磁性部251,第一磁性部251可以是沿高度方向H设置的条状。可以理解,门框型材25和第二调节型材23还可以是一体的。
第一卡扣34的第一卡接部342可以插入第二调节型材23中,使第二上边框32可以随着第二调节型材23沿宽度方向W移动。可以通过穿过第二调节孔223和第二调节型材23并通过螺栓或者其他方式接合到第一卡扣34的 螺钉(图12中未示出)将第二调节型材23和第一卡扣34固定到第二固定型材22。
第四槽222中设置有多个第三卡扣(未示出),第三卡扣用于卡接第二装饰板24,使第二装饰板24安装于第四槽222的开口处,第二装饰板24可以用于遮挡第二调节孔223。
淋浴房
如图1、图13和图14所示,淋浴房框架中安装固定板和门扇形成淋浴房,固定板可以是固定玻璃11,门扇可以是门扇玻璃21。
第一侧边框1用于容纳固定玻璃11的一个侧边缘,固定玻璃11的上边缘嵌入第一上边框31,固定玻璃11的下边缘嵌入第一下边框41,从而安装固定玻璃11。
如图10所示,固定玻璃11的左边缘通过第一侧边框1固定,固定玻璃11的右边缘设置有中柱型材6。可选地,中柱型材6可以设置有第二磁性部61,例如第二磁性部61可以是沿高度方向H设置的条状。
如图2和图8所示,可以理解,固定玻璃11与上边框3和下边框4之间均设置有第三胶条7,防止上边框3和下边框4,特别是金属材料制成的上边框3和下边框4挤压固定玻璃11,避免固定玻璃11因挤压而爆裂。
如图1、图10和图11所示,门扇玻璃21的两侧可以固定连接把手211,方便拉动门扇玻璃21。门扇玻璃21的左边缘和右边缘设置有门扇玻璃边框212,门扇玻璃边框212设置有第三磁性部213,第三磁性部213可以和第二磁性部61和/或第一磁性部251相吸,使门扇玻璃21能够保持在关闭状态。
如图13至图15所示,门扇玻璃21通过转动夹组件5转轴连接于连接件33。转动夹组件5包括转动夹主体51、转动夹外壳52、垫块53、盖板54、转轴55、螺母安装孔56、螺母57和转轴安装槽58。转动夹主体51和盖板54分别位于门扇玻璃21的两侧,转动夹主体51和门扇玻璃21设置有通孔,盖板54设置有螺纹孔,通过螺栓依次穿过转动夹主体51、门扇玻璃21并通过螺栓或者其他方式接合到盖板54而将转动夹组件5固定连接于门扇玻璃21。
如图14所示,转动夹主体51设置有可拆卸连接的转轴55,转轴55装入安装孔333中,通过转轴55将门扇玻璃21安装于淋浴房框架。转动夹主体51可以设置有螺纹孔,具体的,转动夹主体51设置有螺母安装孔56,在螺母安装孔56中嵌入螺母57使转动夹主体51具有螺纹孔。螺母安装孔56的底部可以为V字形的斜面,使螺母57和螺母安装孔56的底部贴合。螺母57装入螺母安装孔56后将垫块53装入螺母安装孔56可以防止螺母57在螺母安装孔56内活动。通过螺栓穿过转轴55并旋入螺母57,使转轴55连接于转动夹主体51。
转轴55的一端形成转轴安装部551,所述转轴安装部551为非圆形状,例如六边形,转动夹主体51设置有转轴安装槽58,转轴安装槽58与转轴安装部551具有相同的形状,转轴55嵌入转轴安装槽58可以使转轴55和转动夹主体51无法相对转动,从而防止随着转动夹组件5转动使螺纹连接松动。转轴55的另一端穿设在连接件33的安装孔333内,使得门扇玻璃21可以相对上、下边框转动。
在一示例性的实施方式中,转动夹外壳52可以卡接于转动夹主体51,用于遮挡螺栓和垫块53。
门扇玻璃21的下边缘可以设置有回水胶条,回水胶条能够防止水从门扇玻璃21和下边框4之间的缝隙流过。
如图14所示,可以理解,第一侧边框1、第二侧边框2和转动夹组件5的上端可以设置有装饰盖8。
下面介绍本公开的淋浴房的安装过程。
首先将第一固定型材12和第二固定型材22安装到墙体。通过第一调节型材13、第一上边框31和第一下边框41安装固定玻璃11,固定玻璃11的侧边嵌入第一调节型材13中,固定玻璃11的上下边缘分别嵌入第一上边框31和第一下边框41。将第一调节型材13装入第一槽121中,使固定玻璃11连接于墙体。
然后,将第二上边框32和第二下边框42连接到第二调节型材23的上下两端。通过调节第一调节型材13和第二调节型材23的位置,使连接件33 能够将第一上边框31和第二上边框32连接,第一下边框41和第二下边框42连接。
将转动夹组件5安装于门扇玻璃21,并且门扇玻璃21下端的转动夹组件5的转轴55插入淋浴房框架下端的连接件33的安装孔333。最后装入淋浴房框架上端的连接件33,使连接件33的安装孔333与转轴55配合,淋浴房完成安装。
可以理解,若上边框和下边框是整体的、单件的,那么门扇玻璃21需要预先与淋浴房框架连接完成,然后再整体安装到墙体,这样不仅增加了安装的工艺复杂程度,不方便安装和拆卸,而且增加了边框的宽度,影响美观。本公开中将上边框3和下边框4分开为两段,可以先安装淋浴房框架,最后装入门扇玻璃21,因此不仅方便安装和拆卸,而且边框的宽度不至于太宽,外观美观。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种淋浴房框架,包括:
    第一侧边框,所述第一侧边框能够固定连接于墙体;
    第二侧边框,所述第二侧边框能够固定连接于另一墙体;
    上边框,所述上边框连接到所述第一侧边框和所述第二侧边框,所述上边框包括第一上边框和第二上边框,所述第一上边框和所述第二上边框通过连接件相连;以及
    下边框,所述下边框连接到所述第一侧边框和所述第二侧边框,所述下边框包括第一下边框和第二下边框,所述第一下边框和所述第二下边框通过所述连接件相连,
    其中,所述第一侧边框、所述第二侧边框、所述上边框和所述下边框围成淋浴房框架。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴房框架,其中,
    所述第一上边框和第一侧边框之间,第二上边框和第一侧边框之间,第二上边框和第二侧边框之间,及第二下边框和第二侧边框之间分别通过卡扣固定连接;
    所述第一上边框和第二上边框之间,以及所述第一下边框和第二下边框之间分别通过卡扣活动连接到一所述连接件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的淋浴房框架,其中,
    所述连接件包括第一连接件和第二连接件;
    所述第一上边框的两端分别连接第一卡扣和第二卡扣,通过所述第一卡扣能够使所述第一上边框与所述第一侧边框连接,通过所述第二卡扣能够使所述第一上边框和所述第一连接件卡接;
    所述第二上边框的两端分别连接所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣,通过所述第一卡扣能够使所述第二上边框与所述第二侧边框连接,通过所述第二卡扣能够使所述第二上边框和所述第一连接件卡接,通过所述第一上边框的所 述第二卡扣和所述第二上边框的所述第二卡扣卡接于所述第一连接件,使所述第一上边框和所述第二上边框相连,
    所述第一下边框的两端分别连接第一卡扣和第二卡扣,通过所述第一卡扣能够使所述第一下边框与所述第一侧边框连接,通过所述第二卡扣能够使所述第一下边框和所述第二连接件卡接;
    所述第二下边框的两端分别连接所述第一卡扣和所述第二卡扣,通过所述第一卡扣能够使所述第二下边框与所述第二侧边框连接,通过所述第二卡扣能够使所述第二下边框和所述第二连接件卡接,通过所述第一下边框的所述第二卡扣和所述第二下边框的所述第二卡扣卡接于所述第二连接件,使所述第一下边框和所述第二下边框相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴房框架,其中,所述第一连接件和所述第二卡扣通过沿所述淋浴房框架的高度方向相对移动而彼此卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴房框架,其中,所述第一卡扣包括第一固定部和第一卡接部,通过所述第一固定部使所述第一卡扣与所述第一上边框、所述第一卡扣与所述第二上边框,所述第一卡扣与所述第一下边框,所述第一卡扣与所述第二下边框连接,通过所述第一卡接部使所述第一卡扣与所述第一侧边框及所述第一卡扣和所述第二侧边框连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴房框架,其中,所述第二卡扣包括第二固定部和第二卡接部,通过所述第二固定部使所述第二卡扣与所述第一上边框、所述第二卡扣与所述第二上边框、所述第二卡扣与所述第一下边框,所述第二卡扣与所述第一下边框连接;
    所述第二卡接部设置有第一卡接槽和第二卡接槽,所述第一卡接槽在所述第二卡接部的两个相邻表面分别形成第一开口和第二开口,形成T字形的开口槽,所述第二卡接槽设置于所述第一卡接槽的外壁部,通过所述第二卡接部使所述第二卡扣与所述第一连接件、所述第二卡扣与所述第二连接件连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的淋浴房框架,其中,所述第一连接件和第二连接件的两端均设置有第三卡接部和第四卡接部,所述第三卡接部能够沿所述淋浴房框架的高度方向插入相应的所述第一卡接槽,并且无法经由相应的所述第二开口取出,所述第四卡接部弹性连接于所述第一连接件或所述第二连接件,通过所述第四卡接部与相应的所述第二卡接槽配合,使所述第三卡接部安装在相应的所述第一卡接槽内以实现卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴房框架,其中,所述第一侧边框包括第一固定型材和第一调节型材,所述第一固定型材和所述第一调节型材固定连接,所述第一固定型材和所述第一调节型材中的其中一个设置有第一调节孔,所述第一调节孔沿所述淋浴房框架的宽度方向设置,使所述第一调节型材能够沿所述宽度方向调节地安装于所述第一固定型材,所述第一调节型材的两端通过所述第一卡扣分别连接所述第一上边框和所述第一下边框;
    所述第二侧边框包括第二固定型材和第二调节型材,所述第二固定型材和所述第二调节型材固定连接,所述第二固定型材和所述第二调节型材中的一者设置有第二调节孔,所述第二调节孔沿所述宽度方向设置,使所述第二调节型材能够沿所述宽度方向调节地安装于所述第二固定型材,所述第二调节型材的两端通过所述第一卡扣分别连接所述第二上边框和所述第二下边框。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的淋浴房框架,其中,所述第一固定型材设置有第一槽和第二槽,在所述第一调节型材的调节范围内,所述第一调节型材安装于所述第一槽中;
    所述第二固定型材设置有第三槽和第四槽,在所述第二调节型材的调节范围内,所述第二调节型材安装于所述第三槽中,所述第四槽的开口处设置有第二装饰板,所述第二装饰板用于遮挡所述第二调节孔。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的淋浴房框架,其中,所述第二槽的开口处设置有第一装饰板,所述第一装饰板用于遮挡所述第一调节孔;所述第四槽的开口处设置有第二装饰板,所述第二装饰板用于遮挡所述第二调节孔。
  11. 一种淋浴房,包括如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的淋浴房框架,该淋浴房框架的所述连接件设置有用于安装转轴的安装孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的淋浴房,其中,所述淋浴房包括门扇,所述门扇固定连接有转动夹组件,通过所述转动夹组件使所述门扇转动连接于所述连接件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的淋浴房,其中,所述转动夹组件包括转动夹主体、盖板和转轴,所述转动夹主体和所述盖板分别位于所述门扇的两侧,通过螺栓依次穿过所述转动夹主体、所述门扇并通过螺栓接合到所述盖板而使所述转动夹组件固定连接于所述门扇。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的淋浴房,其中,所述转轴插入所述安装孔并且固定连接于所述转动夹主体,使所述门扇和所述淋浴房框架转动连接。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的淋浴房,其中,所述转轴的一端形成有转轴安装部,所述转轴安装部为非圆形状,所述转动夹主体设置有转轴安装槽,所述转轴安装槽与所述转轴安装部具有吻合的轮廓,所述转轴安装部嵌入所述转轴安装槽中从而使所述转轴和所述转动夹主体之间无法相对转动。
  16. 一种转动夹组件,用于安装淋浴房框架的门扇玻璃,包括:转动夹主体、转动夹外壳和盖板,其中,
    所述转动夹主体设置有通孔,所述盖板设置有螺纹孔,所述转动夹主体和盖板分别位于所述门扇玻璃的两侧,所述通孔和所述螺纹孔用于通过螺栓依次穿过所述转动夹主体、所述门扇玻璃并接合到所述盖板而将所述转动夹组件固定连接于所述门扇玻璃。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的转动夹组件,其中,所述转动夹组件还包括转轴和转轴安装槽,其中,
    所述转轴和转轴安装槽均设置于所述转动夹主体,所述转轴的一端形成转轴安装部,所述转轴的另一端用于穿设在所述淋浴房框架的连接件的安装孔内;所述转轴安装槽与所述转轴安装部具有相同的形状,所述转轴安装部用于嵌入所述转轴安装槽使所述转轴和所述转动夹主体无法相对转动。
  18. 如权利要求16或17所述的转动夹组件,其中,所述转动夹组件还包括垫块、螺母安装孔和螺母,其中,
    所述转动夹主体上设置有与所述螺母的形状相契合的所述螺母安装孔;
    所述垫块用于在将所述螺母装入所述螺母安装孔后装入所述螺母安装孔以防止所述螺母在所述螺母安装孔内活动。
  19. 一种连接件,所述连接件的两端均设置有第三卡接部和第四卡接部,两个所述第三卡接部位于所述连接件的宽度方向上的两端,两个所述第四卡接部位于所述连接件的宽度方向上的两端,所述连接件的中间设置有沿高度方向贯通的安装孔。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的连接件,其中,
    所述第三卡接部用于分别与两个边框上的卡接结构连接,所述两个边框共同构成淋浴房框架的上边框或下边框;
    所述第四卡接部用于防止所述第三卡接部的卡接脱出;
    所述安装孔用于安装转轴,以将所述淋浴房框架的门扇玻璃转动地安装到所述淋浴房框架。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的连接件,其中,所述第三卡接部的横截面为T字形;第四卡接部为带钩的柱状。
