本申请涉及人工智能技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于人工智能的复审方法、装置、设备及存储介质。
背景技术
随着电子信息化的深入普及,许多以往需要实体纸质材料完成的事情,也逐渐向电子信息处理方向发展过渡。例如,以往向企业机构、事业部门提交申报资料,多以纸质申请材料通过邮寄方式完成材料的提交申报和后续的审核,而现在可以直接登录企业机构、事业部门的网站,在其提供的电子业务处理流程界面上传相关业务的待复审信息并提交。
但是,现有的这种电子业务的审核方式,如果在审核过程中,该业务的某一流程环节不符合要求被退回后,申请人在根据退回原因进行修改再次提交进行复审时,目前的审核方式要么只能从头开始进行审核,要么只能退回到作出驳回操作的审核方进行复审。无论是上述哪种方式,在复审过程中都会导致不必要的审核方再次参与到驳回流程的复审,不仅导致了人力资源的浪费,也降低了审核效率。
所以,亟需提供一种智能化的复审方法,以减少不必要的审核方再次参与驳回流程的复审。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种基于人工智能的复审方法、装置、设备及存储介质,旨在解决现有技术中由于电子业务处理流程中复审模式单一,导致不必要的审核方重复参与复审流程,造成浪费人力资源的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种基于人工智能的复审方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
接收用户触发的复审请求,根据所述复审请求获取用户提交的待复审信息和所述待复审信息对应的业务的业务编号,所述业务包括至少一个审批流程节点,各审批流程节点对应至少一个审核方;
根据所述业务编号,在业务审批进度表中查找所述业务编号对应的所述业务的历史审批信息;
根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方;
将所述待复审信息提交至所述复审启动节点,以使所述复审方对所述待复审信息进行复审。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种基于人工智能的复审装置,所述装置包括:
获取模块,用于接收用户触发的复审请求,根据所述复审请求获取用户提交的待复审信息和所述待复审信息对应的业务的业务编号,所述业务包括至少一个审批流程节点,各审批流程节点对应至少一个审核方;
查找模块,用于根据所述业务编号,在业务审批进度表中查找所述业务编号对应的所述业务的历史审批信息;
确定模块,用于根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方;
提交模块,用于将所述待复审信息提交至所述复审启动节点,以使所述复审方对所述待复审信息进行复审。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种基于人工智能的复审设备,所述设备包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的基于人工智能的复审程序,所述基于人工智能的复审程序配置为实现如上文所述的基于人工智能的复审方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种存储介质,所述存储介质上存储有基于人工智能的复审程序,所述基于人工智能的复审程序被处理器执行时实现如上文所述的基于人工智能的复审方法的步骤。
本实施例的基于人工智能的复审方法、装置、设备及存储介质,在根据用户触发的复审请求获取用户提交的待复审信息和与待复审信息对应的业务的业务编号后,通过根据获取到的业务编号在业务审批进度表中查找对应的业务的历史审批信息,然后借助人工智能技术,根据待复审信息和历史审批信息确定复审启动节点及复审方,使得用户提交的待复审信息能够直接提交到与待复审信息相关的审批流程节点,并由专门负责审核待复审信息中包含的内容的审核方进行复审,大大简化了复审过程,在降低人力资源浪费,提升审核效率的同时,给用户带来了更好的体验。

参照图1,图1为本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的基于人工智能的复审设备结构示意图。
如图1所示,该基于人工智能的复审设备可以包括:处理器1001,例如中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),通信总线1002、用户接口1003,网络接口1004,存储器1005。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如无线保真(WIreless-FIdelity,WI-FI)接口)。存储器1005可以是高速的随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)存储器,也可以是稳定的非易失性存储器(Non-Volatile Memory,NVM),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的结构并不构成对基于人工智能的复审设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、数据存储模块、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及基于人工智能的复审程序。
在图1所示的基于人工智能的复审设备中,网络接口1004主要用于与网络服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于与用户进行数据交互;本申请基于人工智能的复审设备中的处理器1001、存储器1005可以设置在基于人工智能的复审设备中,所述基于人工智能的复审设备通过处理器1001调用存储器1005中存储的基于人工智能的复审程序,并执行本申请实施例提供的基于人工智能的复审方法。
本申请实施例提供了一种基于人工智能的复审方法,参照图2,图2为本申请一种基于人工智能的复审方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
本实施例中,所述基于人工智能的复审方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,接收用户触发的复审请求,根据所述复审请求获取用户提交的待复审信息和所述待复审信息对应的业务的业务编号。
具体的说,本实施例中的执行主体具体为能够与用户进行交互的用户终端。
应当理解的是,在实际应用中,上述所说的用户终端,具体可以是能够接入网络登录企业机构、事业部门的网站的智能终端设备,比如智能手机、平板电脑、个人计算机等,此处不再一一列举,对此也不做任何限制。
此外,应当理解的是,上述所说的用户触发的复审请求,具体可以是用户通过点击用户终端上安装的用于访问企业机构、事业部门的网站的相应客户端应用程序(Application,APP),或者浏览器版本,还或者PC版本(在个人计算机上运行的版本)上的提交复审的功能按键时触发的。
相应地,通常情况下,用户触发的提交复审的功能按键,都是在根据驳回原因作出修改,上传待复审信息后点击的,并且上述所做的操作通常是在待复审信息对应的业务的操作界面下完成的,因而在触发复审请求时,会根据预设规则从相应区域提取用户提交的待复审信息和对应的业务的业务编号。
此外,本实施例中所说的待复审信息,具体可以是文本信息,即文字格式的,比如手机号、姓名、地址等,也可以是图片格式的,比如用户的身份证的图片,或者用户的人脸图像等。
此外,上述所说的待复审信息对应的业务,即为用户在线提交的电子业务。
相应地,业务编号即为该电子业务的订单号或其他能够标识其唯一性的识别码。
此外,值得一提的是,在实际应用中,一个业务下可能会存在多个审批流程节点。以办理信贷业务为例,用户在线提交的信贷业务申请通常会涉及用户基本资料审批流程节点、增信认证资料审批流程节点、面核审批流程节点等众多审批流程节点。并且,为了保证审核效率,通常会安排不同的审核方负责不同审批流程节点的审批工作。因而,本实施例中所说的业务至少包括一个审批流程节点,并且各审批流程节点可以对应至少一个审核方。
需要说明的是,以上仅为举例说明,对本申请的技术方案并不构成任何限定,在具体实现中,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要合理的设置页面逻辑,此处不做限制。
步骤S20,根据所述业务编号,在业务审批进度表中查找所述业务编号对应的所述业务的历史审批信息。
具体的说,上述所说的业务审批进度表具体为负责审核用户申请的业务的审核方,在处理自己负责的审批流程节点时,根据处理进度作出的记录。
具体的,在本实施例中,上述所说的历史审批信息主要包括各审批流程节点对应的各审核方对当前审批流程节点作出的审核状态。
此外,在本实施例中,上述审核状态被大致分为已处理、处理中、未处理等几个类别。
进一步地,已处理的审核状态还可以细分为驳回状态和审核通过状态等。
为了便于理解,以下举例说明:
比如,用“0”代表未处理,即该审批流程环节中的每一步都没有进行审核;用“1”代表已处理,即该审批流程环节中的所有步骤都被审核了;用“2”代表处理中,即该审批流程环节正在审核中,并且部分步骤已经被审核了。
进一步地,在审核状态为“1”时,还可以采用其他约定好的标识信息标识哪些步骤是已经审核通过的,哪一步是驳回状态的;在审核状态为“2”时,还可以采用其他约定好的标识信息标识哪些步骤是已经审核的,哪些是未审核的。
此外,在实际应用中,各审批流程环节及各审批流程节点下各步骤的审核方可能都是不相同,即便同一审核方兼顾了多个审批流程节点或者多个步骤,其负责的审核工作也是不同的。因而,还可以预先为每一个子步骤对应的审核方设置特定的编号等,以便在作出驳回操作后,方便后续查询是由谁做出的。
此外,在具体应用中,查找到的历史审批信息,还可以包括驳回原因。
需要说明的是,以上仅为举例说明,对本申请的技术方案并不构成任何限定,在具体实现中,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要设置更加合理的分类,以便审核方选择,关于具体的实现方式,此处不做任何限制。
步骤S30,根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方。
具体的说,由于本实施例中所说的历史审批信息主要包括各审批流程节点对应的各审核方对当前审批流程节点作出的审核状态,因而在确定复审启动节点时,具体是通过根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息中各审批流程节点对应的各审核方对当前审批流程节点的审核状态,从中选取一个审批流程节点作为复审启动节点。
为了更好的理解上确定复审启动节点的操作,以下进行具体说明:
首先,根据各审批流程节点对应的各审核方对当前审批流程节点的审核状态,筛选出审核状态为已处理的审批流程节点,得到复审启动节点备选集合,所述已处理的审批流程节点为审核状态为驳回状态或审核通过状态的审批流程节点。
然后,根据所述待复审信息和所述审核状态为驳回状态的审批流程节点对应的驳回原因,从所述复审启动节点备选集合中选取一个审批流程节点作为复审启动节点。
通过采用上述方式来确定复审启动节点,在不改变用户使用习惯,增加其操作负担的情况下,借助人工智能技术,通过利用机器学习法预先进行学习训练,从而可以根据用户提交的待复审信息中的内容和历史审批信息快速定位出专门负责审核待复审信息中内容的审批流程节点作为复审启动节点,实现了待复审信息只需提交至与之相关的审批流程节点进行后续复审工作,有效加快了复审效率。
需要说明的是,以上给出的仅为一种确定复审启动节点的具体实现方式,对本申请的技术方案并不构成任何限定。
此外,关于上述所说的根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审方的方式,具体可以是根据所述待复审信息和所述复审启动节点对应的各审核方负责的审核工作的描述信息,从所述复审启动节点对应的各审核方中选取至少一个审核方作为复审方。
比如,通过关键词提取技术,分别从待复审信息中提取第一关键词,从各审核方负责的审核工作的描述信息中提取第二关键词,然后通过比较第一关键词和第二关键词之间的相似度,挑选相似度最高的第二关键词对应的审核方作为复审方,或者相似度大于预设阈值的几个第二关键词各自对应的审核方作为复审方。
步骤S40,将所述待复审信息提交至所述复审启动节点,以使所述复审方对所述待复审信息进行复审。
具体的说,在将所述待复审信息提交至所述复审启动节点时,为了保证用户提交的待复审信息的安全性,还可以先对待复审信息进行加密,然后将加密后的待复审信息发送至用户访问的企业机构或事业部门的服务器,再由服务器下发至复审方的终端设备。
需要说明的是,以上仅为举例说明,对本申请的技术方案并不构成任何限定,在具体实现中,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要进行设置,此处不做限制。
通过上述描述不难发现,本实施例中提供的基于人工智能的复审方法,在根据用户触发的复审请求获取用户提交的待复审信息和与待复审信息对应的业务的业务编号后,通过根据获取到的业务编号在业务审批进度表中查找对应的业务的历史审批信息,然后借助人工智能技术,根据待复审信息和历史审批信息确定复审启动节点及复审方,使得用户提交的待复审信息能够直接提交到与待复审信息相关的审批流程节点,并由专门负责审核待复审信息中包含的内容的审核方进行复审,大大简化了复审过程,在降低人力资源浪费,提升审核效率的同时,给用户带来了更好的体验。
参考图3,图3为本申请一种基于人工智能的复审方法第二实施例的流程示意图。
基于上述第一实施例,本实施例基于人工智能的复审方法在所述步骤S30之前,还包括:
步骤S00,确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件。
关于步骤S00中所说的确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件的操作,大致可以通过4个子步骤实现,以下针对这4个子步骤进行具体说明。
步骤S01,根据所述业务编号,获取所述业务对应的驳回原因。
具体的说,驳回原因可以是存储在上述所说的业务审批进度表中,也可以单独存放。
并且,为了方便查找,可以建立一个映射关系表,用该映射关系表来存储各业务的业务编号与各业务的驳回原因之间的关系。
此外,为了保证根据映射关系表查找到的驳回原因的准确性,可以在审核方对所述业务编号对应的业务每作出一次驳回操作时,都记录对应的驳回原因。
步骤S02,根据所述驳回原因,获取与所述驳回原因对应的审核规则。
具体的说,上述所说的审核规则为根据审核过程中可能遇到的问题预先设置的。
为了便于理解,以下仍以申请的电子业务为信贷业务为例进行说明。
比如,在驳回原因为未上传信贷业务申请人的照片时,对应的审核规则可以为:照片要求的像素、背景颜色、五官需要在画面中间位置等。
还比如,在驳回原因未填写信贷业务申请人的居住地址时,对应的审核规则可以为:地址需要包括国家、省份、市区、街道、小区、楼号等。
需要说明的是,以上仅为举例说明,对本申请的技术方案并不构成任何限定,在具体实现中,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要设置,此处不做限制。
步骤S03,判断所述待复审信息是否满足所述审核规则的规定,若所述待复审信息满足所述审核规则的规定,则确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件。
此外,在判定所述待复审信息不满足所述审核规则的规定,即所述待复审信息不符合复审条件时,为了辅助用户对当前提交的待复审信息作出合适的修改,以保证提交的待复审信息能够顺利通过后续审核,可以将所述审核规则上报给用户,以使用户根据所述审核规则对所述待复审信息作出修改。
此外,需要说明的是,由于在实际应用中,获取到的待复审信息可能为文本信息,也可能是用户的人脸图像等多种格式的信息,因而为了便于理解步骤S03中所说的根据所审核规则,判断所述待复审信息是否符合复审条件,以下针对上述两种格式进行简要说明。
(1)在所述待复审信息为文本信息时,所述根据所审核规则,判断所述待复审信息是否符合复审条件,具体包括:
首先,利用关键词提取法,从所述文本信息中提取关键词。
具体的说,在实际应用中,为了保证提取的关键词的参考价值,在利用关键词提取法从所述文本信息中提取关键词之前,可以选对所述文本信息进行预处理,比如说,去停用词,即去掉当前病症信息中含有的如:呢、吗、啊等没有实际意义的词,还比如说,去掉无效特殊字符,如表情符号、各种标点符号等,此处不再一一列举,对此也不做限制。
然后,根据所述审核规则,筛选出含有所述审核规则中规定内容的关键词。
比如说,在待复审信息为申请人的居住地址时,所述审核规则中规定的内容具体可以是省、市、县、镇、区、街道、小区、楼等字眼。
最后,判断含有所述审核规则中规定内容的关键词的占比是否不低于所述审核规则中规定的第一阈值。,若含有所述审核规则中规定内容的关键词的占比不低于所述第一阈值,则所述待复审信息满足所述审核规则的规定。
(2)在所述待复审信息为用户的人脸图像时,所述根据所审核规则,判断所述待复审信息是否符合复审条件,具体包括:
首先,从所述人脸图像中提取用户的五官(眉毛、眼镜、鼻子、嘴巴、耳朵)轮廓信息,根据所述五官轮廓信息确定所述五官轮廓信息对应的图像矩阵。
具体的说,关于从所述人脸图像中提取用户的五官轮廓信息的操作,可以如下:对所述人脸图像进行灰度处理,得到灰度图像;对所述灰度图像依次进行二值化处理和平滑去噪处理,得到去除干扰信息的二值图像;利用边缘检测法,从所述二值图像中提取用户的五官轮廓信息。
然后,将所述图像矩阵与所述审核规则中规定的参考模板矩阵进行比对,确定所述图像矩阵与所述参考模板矩阵之间的相似度值。
应当理解的是,上述所说的参考模板矩阵同样是根据五官轮廓信息获得的,只是与参考模板矩阵对应的五官轮廓信息为符合审核规则要求(比如五官需要对称,且完整的出现在画面中)的预设五官轮廓信息。
最后,判断所述相似度值是否不低于所述审核规则中规定的第二阈值,若所述相似度值不低所述第二阈值,则所述待复审信息满足所述审核规则的规定。
具体的说,为了保证判断结果的准确性,进行对比的两个矩阵需要为像素点相同的两个矩阵。即如果参考模板矩阵为20*20像素点大小的,生成的图像矩阵也应该是20*20像素点大小的。
需要说明的是,以上仅仅是针对待复审信息为文本格式和图片格式的信息给出的根据所审核规则,判断所述待复审信息是否符合复审条件的具体实现方式,对本申请的技术方案并不构成限定,在实际应用中,待复审信息的格式还可以是语音格式,关于对语音格式的待复审信息的判断,可以是先进行滤波、去干扰等操作,然后在对语音信息的倾清晰地进行判断,具体的实现方式,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要设置,此处不再赘述,也不做限制。
通过上述描述不难发现,本实施例中提供的基于人工智能的复审方法,在确定复审启动节点之前,先确定待复审信息是否符合复审条件,若符合复审条件,才执行确定复审启动节点的操作,即在将待复审信息提交至复审启动节点,由复审方进行复审之前,就先对待复审信息进行了一次粗略的审核,从而保证了最终由复审方进行复审的待复审信息尽可能的是有效信息,使得后续审核更加顺利,避免再次驳回,影响审核效率。
需要说明的是,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
参照图4,图4为本申请基于人工智能的复审装置第一实施例的结构框图。
如图4所示,本申请实施例提出的基于人工智能的复审装置包括:获取模块4001、查找模块4002、确定模块4003和提交模块4004。
其中,获取模块4001,用于接收用户触发的复审请求,根据所述复审请求获取用户提交的待复审信息和所述待复审信息对应的业务的业务编号。
查找模块4002,用于根据所述业务编号,在业务审批进度表中查找所述业务编号对应的所述业务的历史审批信息。
确定模块4003,用于根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方。
提交模块4004,用于将所述待复审信息提交至所述复审启动节点,以使所述复审方对所述待复审信息进行复审。
此外,需要说明的是,本实施例中所说的业务包括至少一个审批流程节点,各审批流程节点对应至少一个审核方;所述历史审批信息包括各审批流程节点对应的各审核方对当前审批流程节点作出的审核状态。
进一步地,为了便于确定复审启动节点和复审方,在具体实现中可以将确定模块4003细化为复审启动节点确定子模块和复审方确定子模块。
具体的,所述复审启动节点确定子模块,用于根据各审批流程节点对应的各审核方对当前审批流程节点的审核状态,筛选出审核状态为已处理的审批流程节点,得到复审启动节点备选集合,根据所述待复审信息和所述审核状态为驳回状态的审批流程节点对应的驳回原因,从所述复审启动节点备选集合中选取一个审批流程节点作为复审启动节点。
所述复审方确定子模块,用于根据所述待复审信息和所述复审启动节点对应的各审核方负责的审核工作的描述信息,从所述复审启动节点对应的各审核方中选取至少一个审核方作为复审方。
此外,上述所说的已处理的审批流程节点为审核状态为驳回状态或审核通过状态的审批流程节点。

基于上述基于人工智能的复审装置的第一实施例,提出本申请基于人工智能的复审装置第二实施例。
在本实施例中,所述基于人工智能的复审装置还包括判断模块。所述判断模块用于判断所述待复审信息是否符合复审条件,并确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件。
具体的说,为了实现上述操作,在具体实现中,判断模块可以具体细化为驳回原因获取子模块、审核规则获取子模块、待复审信息判断子模块。
其中,所述驳回原因获取子模块,用于根据所述业务编号,获取所述业务对应的驳回原因。
所述审核规则获取子模块,用于根据所述驳回原因,获取与所述驳回原因对应的审核规则。
所述待复审信息判断子模块,用于判断所述待复审信息是否满足所述审核规则的规定,并在所述待复审信息满足所述审核规则的规定时,确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件。
此外,在判定所述待复审信息不满足所述审核规则的规定,即所述待复审信息不符合复审条件时,为了辅助用户对当前提交的待复审信息作出合适的修改,以保证提交的待复审信息能够顺利通过后续审核,所述人工智能的复审装置还可以包括辅助修改子模块。所述辅助修改子模块,用于将所述审核规则上报给用户,以使用户根据所述审核规则对所述待复审信息作出修改。
此外,需要说明的是,由于在实际应用中,获取到的待复审信息可能为文本信息,也可能是用户的人脸图像等多种格式的信息,因而所述待复审信息判断子模块具体可以是文本信息判断子模块或图像信息判断子模块。
具体的,在所述待复审信息为文本信息时,所述文本信息判断子模块需要利用关键词提取法,从所述文本信息中提取关键词,然后根据所述审核规则,筛选出含有所述审核规则中规定内容的关键词,最后判断含有所述审核规则中规定内容的关键词的占比是否不低于所述审核规则中规定的第一阈值,若含有所述审核规则中规定内容的关键词的占比不低于所述第一阈值,则所述待复审信息满足所述审核规则的规定。
在所述待复审信息为用户的人脸图像时,所述图像信息判断子模块需要从所述人脸图像中提取用户的五官轮廓信息,根据所述五官轮廓信息确定所述五官轮廓信息对应的图像矩阵,然后将所述图像矩阵与所述审核规则中规定的参考模板矩阵进行比对,确定所述图像矩阵与所述参考模板矩阵之间的相似度值,最后判断所述相似度值是否不低于所述审核规则中规定的第二阈值,若所述相似度值不低所述第二阈值,则所述待复审信息满足所述审核规则的规定。
进一步的,所述图像信息判断子模块在所述从所述人脸图像中提取用户的五官轮廓信息时,具体需要对所述人脸图像进行灰度处理,得到灰度图像,然后对所述灰度图像依次进行二值化处理和平滑去噪处理,得到去除干扰信息的二值图像,最后利用边缘检测法,从所述二值图像中提取用户的五官轮廓信息。
需要说明的是,以上仅仅是针对待复审信息为文本格式和图片格式的信息给出的根据所审核规则,判断所述待复审信息是否符合复审条件的具体实现方式,对本申请的技术方案并不构成限定,在实际应用中,待复审信息的格式还可以是语音格式,关于对语音格式的待复审信息的判断,可以是先进行滤波、去干扰等操作,然后在对语音信息的倾清晰地进行判断,具体的实现方式,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要设置,此处不再赘述,也不做限制。
通过上述描述不难发现,本实施例中提供的基于人工智能的复审装置,在确定复审启动节点之前,先确定待复审信息是否符合复审条件,若符合复审条件,才执行确定复审启动节点的操作,即在将待复审信息提交至复审启动节点,由复审方进行复审之前,就先对待复审信息进行了一次粗略的审核,从而保证了最终由复审方进行复审的待复审信息尽可能的是有效信息,使得后续审核更加顺利,避免再次驳回,影响审核效率。
需要说明的是,以上所描述的工作流程仅仅是示意性的,并不对本申请的保护范围构成限定,在实际应用中,本领域的技术人员可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部来实现本实施例方案的目的,此处不做限制。
另外,未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本申请任意实施例所提供的基于人工智能的复审方法,此处不再赘述。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种基于人工智能的复审方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收用户触发的复审请求,根据所述复审请求获取用户提交的待复审信息和所述待复审信息对应的业务的业务编号,所述业务包括至少一个审批流程节点,各审批流程节点对应至少一个审核方;
    根据所述业务编号,在业务审批进度表中查找所述业务编号对应的所述业务的历史审批信息;
    根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方;
    将所述待复审信息提交至所述复审启动节点,以使所述复审方对所述待复审信息进行复审。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述历史审批信息包括各审批流程节点对应的各审核方对当前审批流程节点作出的审核状态;
    所述根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方的步骤,包括:
    根据各审批流程节点对应的各审核方对当前审批流程节点的审核状态,筛选出审核状态为已处理的审批流程节点,得到复审启动节点备选集合,所述已处理的审批流程节点为审核状态为驳回状态或审核通过状态的审批流程节点;
    根据所述待复审信息和所述审核状态为驳回状态的审批流程节点对应的驳回原因,从所述复审启动节点备选集合中选取一个审批流程节点作为复审启动节点;
    根据所述待复审信息和所述复审启动节点对应的各审核方负责的审核工作的描述信息,从所述复审启动节点对应的各审核方中选取至少一个审核方作为复审方。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件;
    其中,所述确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件的步骤,包括:
    根据所述业务编号,获取所述业务对应的驳回原因;
    根据所述驳回原因,获取与所述驳回原因对应的审核规则;
    判断所述待复审信息是否满足所述审核规则的规定,若所述待复审信息满足所述审核规则的规定,则确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待复审信息为文本信息;
    所述判断所述待复审信息是否满足所述审核规则的规定的步骤,包括:
    利用关键词提取法,从所述文本信息中提取关键词;
    根据所述审核规则,筛选出含有所述审核规则中规定内容的关键词;
    判断含有所述审核规则中规定内容的关键词的占比是否不低于所述审核规则中规定的第一阈值;
    若含有所述审核规则中规定内容的关键词的占比不低于所述第一阈值,则所述待复审信息满足所述审核规则的规定。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待复审信息为用户的人脸图像;
    所述判断所述待复审信息是否满足所述审核规则的规定的步骤,包括:
    从所述人脸图像中提取用户的五官轮廓信息,根据所述五官轮廓信息确定所述五官轮廓信息对应的图像矩阵;
    将所述图像矩阵与所述审核规则中规定的参考模板矩阵进行比对,确定所述图像矩阵与所述参考模板矩阵之间的相似度值;
    判断所述相似度值是否不低于所述审核规则中规定的第二阈值;
    若所述相似度值不低所述第二阈值,则所述待复审信息满足所述审核规则的规定。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述人脸图像中提取用户的五官轮廓信息的步骤,包括:
    对所述人脸图像进行灰度处理,得到灰度图像;
    对所述灰度图像依次进行二值化处理和平滑去噪处理,得到去除干扰信息的二值图像;
    利用边缘检测法,从所述二值图像中提取用户的五官轮廓信息。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述待复审信息是否满足所述审核规则的规定的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    若所述待复审信息不满足所述审核规则的规定,则将所述审核规则上报给用户,以使用户根据所述审核规则对所述待复审信息作出修改。
  8. 一种基于人工智能的复审装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于接收用户触发的复审请求,根据所述复审请求获取用户提交的待复审信息和所述待复审信息对应的业务的业务编号,所述业务包括至少一个审批流程节点,各审批流程节点对应至少一个审核方;
    查找模块,用于根据所述业务编号,在业务审批进度表中查找所述业务编号对应的所述业务的历史审批信息;
    确定模块,用于根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方;
    提交模块,用于将所述待复审信息提交至所述复审启动节点,以使所述复审方对所述待复审信息进行复审。
  9. 一种基于人工智能的复审设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的基于人工智能的复审程序,所述基于人工智能的复审程序配置为实现以下步骤:
    接收用户触发的复审请求,根据所述复审请求获取用户提交的待复审信息和所述待复审信息对应的业务的业务编号,所述业务包括至少一个审批流程节点,各审批流程节点对应至少一个审核方;
    根据所述业务编号,在业务审批进度表中查找所述业务编号对应的所述业务的历史审批信息;
    根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方;
    将所述待复审信息提交至所述复审启动节点,以使所述复审方对所述待复审信息进行复审。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的基于人工智能的复审设备,其特征在于,所述历史审批信息包括各审批流程节点对应的各审核方对当前审批流程节点作出的审核状态;
    所述根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方的步骤,包括:
    根据各审批流程节点对应的各审核方对当前审批流程节点的审核状态,筛选出审核状态为已处理的审批流程节点,得到复审启动节点备选集合,所述已处理的审批流程节点为审核状态为驳回状态或审核通过状态的审批流程节点;
    根据所述待复审信息和所述审核状态为驳回状态的审批流程节点对应的驳回原因,从所述复审启动节点备选集合中选取一个审批流程节点作为复审启动节点;
    根据所述待复审信息和所述复审启动节点对应的各审核方负责的审核工作的描述信息,从所述复审启动节点对应的各审核方中选取至少一个审核方作为复审方。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的基于人工智能的复审设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件;
    其中,所述确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件的步骤,包括:
    根据所述业务编号,获取所述业务对应的驳回原因;
    根据所述驳回原因,获取与所述驳回原因对应的审核规则;
    判断所述待复审信息是否满足所述审核规则的规定,若所述待复审信息满足所述审核规则的规定,则确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的基于人工智能的复审设备,其特征在于,所述待复审信息为文本信息;
    所述判断所述待复审信息是否满足所述审核规则的规定的步骤,包括:
    利用关键词提取法,从所述文本信息中提取关键词;
    根据所述审核规则,筛选出含有所述审核规则中规定内容的关键词;
    判断含有所述审核规则中规定内容的关键词的占比是否不低于所述审核规则中规定的第一阈值;
    若含有所述审核规则中规定内容的关键词的占比不低于所述第一阈值,则所述待复审信息满足所述审核规则的规定。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的基于人工智能的复审设备,其特征在于,所述待复审信息为用户的人脸图像;
    所述判断所述待复审信息是否满足所述审核规则的规定的步骤,包括:
    从所述人脸图像中提取用户的五官轮廓信息,根据所述五官轮廓信息确定所述五官轮廓信息对应的图像矩阵;
    将所述图像矩阵与所述审核规则中规定的参考模板矩阵进行比对,确定所述图像矩阵与所述参考模板矩阵之间的相似度值;
    判断所述相似度值是否不低于所述审核规则中规定的第二阈值;

  14. 如权利要求13所述的基于人工智能的复审设备,其特征在于,所述从所述人脸图像中提取用户的五官轮廓信息的步骤,包括:
    对所述人脸图像进行灰度处理,得到灰度图像;
    对所述灰度图像依次进行二值化处理和平滑去噪处理,得到去除干扰信息的二值图像;
    利用边缘检测法,从所述二值图像中提取用户的五官轮廓信息。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的基于人工智能的复审设备,其特征在于,所述判断所述待复审信息是否满足所述审核规则的规定的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    若所述待复审信息不满足所述审核规则的规定,则将所述审核规则上报给用户,以使用户根据所述审核规则对所述待复审信息作出修改。
  16. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质上存储有基于人工智能的复审程序,所述基于人工智能的复审程序被处理器执行时实现以下步骤:
    接收用户触发的复审请求,根据所述复审请求获取用户提交的待复审信息和所述待复审信息对应的业务的业务编号,所述业务包括至少一个审批流程节点,各审批流程节点对应至少一个审核方;
    根据所述业务编号,在业务审批进度表中查找所述业务编号对应的所述业务的历史审批信息;
    根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方;
    将所述待复审信息提交至所述复审启动节点,以使所述复审方对所述待复审信息进行复审。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述历史审批信息包括各审批流程节点对应的各审核方对当前审批流程节点作出的审核状态;
    所述根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方的步骤,包括:
    根据各审批流程节点对应的各审核方对当前审批流程节点的审核状态,筛选出审核状态为已处理的审批流程节点,得到复审启动节点备选集合,所述已处理的审批流程节点为审核状态为驳回状态或审核通过状态的审批流程节点;
    根据所述待复审信息和所述审核状态为驳回状态的审批流程节点对应的驳回原因,从所述复审启动节点备选集合中选取一个审批流程节点作为复审启动节点;
    根据所述待复审信息和所述复审启动节点对应的各审核方负责的审核工作的描述信息,从所述复审启动节点对应的各审核方中选取至少一个审核方作为复审方。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述待复审信息和所述历史审批信息,确定复审启动节点及复审方的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件;
    其中,所述确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件的步骤,包括:
    根据所述业务编号,获取所述业务对应的驳回原因;
    根据所述驳回原因,获取与所述驳回原因对应的审核规则;
    判断所述待复审信息是否满足所述审核规则的规定,若所述待复审信息满足所述审核规则的规定,则确定所述待复审信息符合复审条件。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述待复审信息为文本信息;
    所述判断所述待复审信息是否满足所述审核规则的规定的步骤,包括:
    利用关键词提取法,从所述文本信息中提取关键词;
    根据所述审核规则,筛选出含有所述审核规则中规定内容的关键词;
