本发明为了解决上述问题,提出了一种多毛刷条螺旋卷曲毛刷辊、装置,该毛刷辊采用多毛刷条螺旋卷曲的方式,使毛刷辊在旋转时刷毛能够更均匀的接触到工作面,避免漏刷,从而节约时间,提高效率。

为了满足不同行业对于刷头形式的需求;毛刷条上的刷毛可以相同也可以不同,包括刷毛的材质、长度、粗细以及固定方式等,可以根据实际需要进行选取组合。图7和图8给出了毛刷条上刷毛的具体示例。
如图6所示,轴芯1上毛刷条的缠绕方向都是一致的,可以根据需要选择顺时针或者逆时针进行缠绕,以使得工作面上的液体或者物体达到集中或者分散的效果。
实施例三
在一个或多个实施方式中,公开了一种多毛刷条螺旋卷曲毛刷辊,包括:轴芯1,在轴芯1上设置了两组毛刷条,每一组毛刷条都包括了3条毛刷条,这3条毛刷条都是以相同的螺距平行缠绕在轴芯1上。
两组毛刷条都是从轴芯1的中间位置开始,分别向轴芯1上相反的两个方向进行缠绕,并且,其中一组毛刷条的按顺时针方向缠绕,另外一组毛刷条按逆时针方向,两者在缠绕的 起始位置相接形成V字型,或者,两者在缠绕的起始位置不直接相接,形成带有缺口的V字型。这样毛刷辊在进行正、反方向旋转时,使得汇聚或者分散效果更加明显。
上述虽然结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多毛刷条螺旋卷曲毛刷辊,其特征在于,包括:轴芯和至少两根毛刷条;每一根毛刷条都按照设定的螺距要求螺旋缠绕在轴芯上,至少两根毛刷条在轴芯上的缠绕位置相同,各毛刷条之间不相交。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种多毛刷条螺旋卷曲毛刷辊,其特征在于,每一根毛刷条都是从轴芯的一端螺旋缠绕至轴芯的另一端或者从轴芯的一端螺旋缠绕至轴芯的设定位置或者从轴芯的第一位置螺旋缠绕至轴芯的第二位置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种多毛刷条螺旋卷曲毛刷辊,其特征在于,每一根毛刷条的缠绕起始端位于同一个水平面内。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种多毛刷条螺旋卷曲毛刷辊,其特征在于,每一根毛刷条都以顺时针或者逆时针的缠绕方式缠绕在轴芯上,同一个轴芯上的各毛刷条的缠绕方式一致。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种多毛刷条螺旋卷曲毛刷辊,其特征在于,所述毛刷条分为两组,每一组都包括至少两根毛刷条;两组毛刷条分别从轴芯的设定位置向相反的方向螺旋缠绕;两组毛刷条的缠绕方式相同或者相反。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种多毛刷条螺旋卷曲毛刷辊,其特征在于,每一根毛刷条在轴芯不同位置的缠绕螺距相同。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种多毛刷条螺旋卷曲毛刷辊,其特征在于,每一根毛刷条在轴芯不同位置上的缠绕螺距至少为两个。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种多毛刷条螺旋卷曲毛刷辊,其特征在于,所述毛刷条上刷毛的材质、长度、粗细以及固定方式根据需要确定。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种多毛刷条螺旋卷曲毛刷辊,其特征在于,所述毛刷条为三根。
  10. 一种用于卷板涂油的装置,其特征在于,包括:权利要求1-9任一项所述的多毛刷条螺旋卷曲毛刷辊。
