本申请属于医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种叶片、视频喉镜及用于安装镜片的治具。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,市场上涌现出各种各样的喉镜,使气管插管或喉部诊疗方法也发生了较大的变化,视频喉镜在全世界迅速得到了广泛的推广和应用。然而,现有的视频喉镜其装配结构大多较为复杂,叶片等部件通常只能使用一次即废弃掉,导致资源浪费,并且使用成本较高。
技术问题
本申请实施例的目的在于:提供一种叶片、视频喉镜及用于安装镜片的治具,旨在解决现有技术中的视频喉镜的结构复杂、装配麻烦且使用成本高的技术问题。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例采用的技术方案是:
第一方面,提供了一种叶片,包括:
壳体,为316L不锈钢壳体,所述壳体中空且内部具有容置腔,所述壳体具有相对的近端和远端,所述壳体的远端用于与视频喉镜的手柄可拆卸连接,所述壳体整体呈弧形的弯曲状,所述壳体靠近内侧的一侧沿宽度方向连接有挡板,所述挡板与所述壳体的侧壁围成供插管插入的引导槽,所述壳体靠近近端的端面形成有安装面,所述安装面开设有窗口,所述安装面与所述窗口共同形成安装位;
镜片,固定于所述安装位,以使伸入于所述壳体内的摄像头能透过所述镜片拍摄图像,所述镜片为耐高温聚碳酸酯镜片。
优选地,所述安装位嵌设有密封圈,所述密封圈压紧于所述叶片与所述镜片之间。
优选地,所述安装位还固定有将所述镜片压紧于所述密封圈的固定环,所述固定环焊接固定于所述安装面上,所述固定环的底面凹陷形成有环形台阶,所述镜片顶面的四周边缘抵靠于所述环形台阶上。
优选地,所述固定环为316L不锈钢固定环,所述密封圈为硅胶密封圈。
优选地,所述安装面于所述窗口的周缘凹陷设置有环形槽,所述壳体靠近近端的一端连接有延伸板,所述延伸板为弧形板且与所述挡板连接,所述延伸板开设有与所述环形槽连通的插接孔,所述安装面与所述插接孔相对的一侧开设有定位槽,所述定位槽与所述环形槽连通,所述密封圈嵌设与所述环形槽中,所述固定环嵌设于所述环形槽中,所述固定环顶端相对的两侧分别连接有第一延伸边、第二延伸边,所述第一延伸边适配插设于所述插接孔处,所述第二延伸边适配插设于所述定位槽。

第二方面,提供了一种视频喉镜,包括:
叶片,包括壳体和镜片,所述壳体为316L不锈钢壳体,所述壳体中空且内部具有容置腔,所述壳体具有相对的近端和远端,所述壳体的一侧形成有供插管插入的引导槽,所述壳体靠近近端的端面形成有安装面,所述安装面开设有窗口,所述安装面与所述窗口共同形成安装位,所述镜片为耐高温聚碳酸酯镜片,所述镜片固定于所述安装位;
手柄,可拆卸连接于所述壳体的远端;
显示器,连接于所述手柄远离所述叶片一端;以及
摄像组件,电连接所述显示器且收容于所述容置腔内,所述摄像组件的一端透过所述镜片能拍摄图像。
优选地,所述摄像组件包括活动插设于所述手柄的线缆和设置于所述线缆末端的摄像头及光源,所述线缆相对于所述手柄可伸缩,所述摄像头和所述光源并排设置,所述窗口处的后端面形成有环形台阶,所述摄像头和所述光源抵接于所述环形台阶上。
优选地,所述线缆可弯曲,以适应不同弯曲程度的所述叶片。
第三方面,提供了一种用于安装镜片的治具,包括:
夹持部,用于夹持叶片沿宽度方向的两侧的侧壁;
顶持部,活动连接于所述夹持部;
调节件,活动设置在所述夹持部上,使所述顶持部相对于所述夹持部移动,以使所述顶持部的一端将镜片压紧于叶片上的安装位。
优选地,所述夹持部包括呈U形的夹臂、穿过所述夹臂且与所述夹臂螺纹连接以调节所述夹臂松紧的第一螺杆;所述顶持部包括第一段和与所述第一段连接的第二段,所述第一段穿过所述夹臂且与所述夹臂螺纹连接,所述第二段的末端与所述镜片的外端面相对,所述调节件为螺接于所述第一段上的调节螺母,所述调节螺母与所述夹臂相抵。
优选地,所述顶持部为第二螺杆,所述第二螺杆的一端弯折预定角度后形成所述第二段;所述夹臂包括底座、固定于所述底座上的第一夹持臂和滑动连接于所述底座上的第二夹持臂,所述第一螺杆分别与所述第一夹持臂和所述第二夹持臂螺纹连接。

与现有技术相比,本申请实施例提供的叶片,其壳体采用316L不锈钢材质,镜片采用耐高温聚碳酸酯,使得叶片可进行高温高压消毒,也可进行浸泡消毒,灭菌可靠性高,可多次重复利用,非常环保,可有效节省医疗成本,叶片结构简单、制造成本低。
本申请实施例提供的视频喉镜,叶片与手柄、叶片与摄像组件的可实现快速拆装,使得叶片可进行高温高压消毒,不会损伤摄像组件。
本申请实施例提供的用于安装镜片的治具,结构简单,操作便捷,借助治具能将镜片压紧于安装位,进而使镜片顺利完成冷焊。

如图1~3所示,本申请实施例提供的叶片10,包括壳体100和镜片200。壳体100为中空结构且内部具有容置腔,壳体100采用316L不锈钢材质,壳体100具有相对的近端和远端,其远端用于与视频喉镜20的手柄11可拆卸连接,即壳体100的远端具有与视频喉镜20的手柄11连接的插接端。壳体100整体呈弧形弯曲状,壳体100轮廓适配于人体喉部结构,使得叶片10插入对人体喉部时能较为顺畅,壳体100靠近内侧的一侧沿宽度方向连接有挡板110,该挡板110形成使用时用于与人体舌部接触的压舌部,挡板110与壳体100的侧壁形成供插管插入的引导槽101。如图3所示,壳体100靠近近端的一面为安装面130,该安装面130开设有窗口131,该窗口131与安装面130共同形成用于安装镜片200的安装位,镜片200为耐高温聚碳酸酯镜片,以使伸入于壳体100内的摄像头能透过镜片200拍摄图像。
本实施例提供的叶片10,壳体100轮廓适配于人体喉部结构,壳体100近端处的窗口131开设有用于安装镜片200的安装位,整体结构简单,壳体100采用316L不锈钢材质,镜片200采用耐高温聚碳酸酯,使得叶片10可进行高温高压消毒,也可进行浸泡消毒,灭菌可靠性高,叶片10可多次重复利用,非常环保,可有效节省医疗成本,叶片10结构简单、制造成本低。
镜片200采用医用级的耐高温聚碳酸酯镜片(耐高温PC镜片),其具有优良的光学和力学性能,并且其熔点较高,也能耐低温,吸水性小,其耐冲击性、绝缘性和抗老化性均较好,还能耐受无机及有机稀酸等,适于长期反复使用,能经受多次高温消毒、消毒液消毒的过程。同时,其具有韧性强、硬度高、不易破碎且重量轻的特点,耐高温PC镜片是玻璃片重量的约57%,而抗冲击性能是玻璃片的近60倍。叶片10采用316L不锈钢叶片,具有良好的耐腐蚀性以及良好的抗点蚀性能,能经得起多次清洁、净化、消毒过程,例如,能经得起多次的高压蒸汽消毒过程、高压蒸汽和酸或其它化学烟雾的混合物和化学消毒过程,并且316L不锈钢的抗拉强度和硬度大,叶片10插入人体喉部时不会引起不适或呕吐现象。
在一个实施例中,如图2~7所示,壳体100的安装位还嵌设有密封圈300,且该密封圈300压紧于叶片10与镜片200之间。设置密封圈300可增加叶片10的近端处的密封性能,使用时外部液体或其它物质不会进入壳体100的容置腔中,即收容于壳体100内的摄像组件500不会受外部液体或其它物质的污染和侵蚀。
在一个实施例中,安装位还固定有将镜片200压紧于密封圈300的固定环400,固定环400为中空结构,即固定环400的中间开设有使镜片200外露的通孔401。镜片整体可呈圆形或者椭圆形,此时,固定环400的整体形状和镜片200的形状类似且尺寸均大于镜片200的尺寸,以使固定环400的四周侧能覆盖镜片200。
窗口131处的前端面凹陷设置有环形槽103,该环形槽103与壳体100靠近近端的安装面130共同形成安装位。在一实施方式中,壳体100的近端还连接有延伸板120,该延伸板120与挡板110连接,延伸板120与壳体100的一个侧壁共面,延伸板120可与壳体100为一体成型,延伸板120的外侧呈弧形,以便于叶片10伸入被检测的喉部。延伸板120开设有插接孔104,壳体100与延伸板120相对的侧壁开设有与环形槽103连通的定位槽,密封圈300嵌设与环形槽103中,固定环400的底端嵌设与环形槽103中,固定环400的顶端相对的两侧分别连接有第一延伸边410、第二延伸边420,第一延伸边410的边缘处形成有导向斜面411,以便于第一延伸边410适配插设于插接孔104处,第二延伸边420适配插设于壳体100端面的定位槽中,固定环400可通过焊接的方式固定在安装面130上。
在一实施方式中,固定环400通过焊接的方式固定于安装面130上,例如第一延伸边410与延伸板120通过冷焊连接固定,第二延伸边420与安装面130之间通过冷焊连接固定,如此,能密封固定环400与安装面130之间间隙,通过冷焊能实现叶片10的密封防渗漏效果。由于冷焊基本是在常温下进行,几乎没有热温,各装配件和叶片100不会变形,即冷焊过程中不会影响各装配件的原工艺性能,同时,焊接处也不会产生咬边和残余应力。
固定环400的底面凹陷形成有适配于镜片200的环形台阶430,镜片200底面的四周边缘抵持于该环形台阶430,如此借助固定环400可将镜片200压紧于环形槽103的密封圈300上,使镜片200与密封圈300形成密封结构。
在一个实施例中,第二延伸边420的宽度设置为大于第一延伸边410的宽度,第一延伸边410的末端设置有导向斜面411,使得固定环400容易安装于安装面130上。
在一个实施例中,镜片200与挡板110伸出于壳体100的部分的夹角设置为钝角,以使摄像组件500透过镜片200后的拍摄范围更大,进而方便插管的操作。
镜片200与延伸板120之间夹角设置为钝角,以摄像组件500透过镜片200后的拍摄范围更大。
在一个实施例中,固定环400采用316L不锈钢材质,316L不锈钢具有良好的耐腐蚀性以及良好的抗点蚀性能,能经得起多次清洁、净化、消毒过程,例如,能经得起多次的高压蒸汽消毒过程、高压蒸汽和酸或其它化学烟雾的混合物和化学消毒过程,并且316L不锈钢的抗拉强度和硬度大,叶片10插入人体喉部时不会引起不适或呕吐现象。如此,使得叶片10可进行高温高压消毒,也可进行浸泡消毒,叶片10可多次重复利用,提高资源利用率,非常环保。
如图7~12所示,本申请实施例提供的视频喉镜20,包括上述实施例中的叶片10、可拆卸连接于叶片10的手柄11、连接于手柄11远离叶片10一端的显示器12和电连接显示器12且收容于容置腔内的摄像组件500。叶片10与手柄11、叶片10与摄像组件500的可实现快速拆装,使得叶片10可进行高温高压消毒,不会损伤摄像组件500。
在一个实施例中,摄像组件500包括线缆510、摄像头和光源(图未示),包括线缆510的一端活动插设于手柄11,摄像头及光源设置于线缆510远离手柄11的一端,线缆510相对于手柄11可伸缩,摄像头和光源并排设置,光源可以但不仅限于采用LED灯。
在一个实施例中,叶片10的远端具有插接端102,手柄11的一端设置有与插接端102配合的插接段,手柄11设置用于控制插接端102锁紧和松开插接段的调节机构。调节机构可以但不仅限时设置在手柄11上的按压式结构或滑动式结构。在一具体的实施方式中,调节机构包括设置在插接段内的弹性抵持组件和与弹性抵持组件联动的调节键110,调节键110被按压时手柄12松开插接段。
在一个实施例中,摄像头和光源被一固定头511包裹固定,该固定头511的前端开口,且固定头511与线缆510一体设置,窗口131处的后端面形成有环形台阶430,固定头511的前端面抵接于环形台阶430上。线缆510设置为可伸缩的结构,可使摄像组件500能适于不同规格尺寸的叶片10,能提高其适用性,即更换不同规格尺寸的叶片10时无需再更换摄像组件500,如此可节省资源。
在一个实施例中,线缆510可伸缩,且线缆510可弯曲,以适应不同弯曲程度的叶片10,实现一镜多用的目的,可搭配不同弯折角度的叶片,以适配不同人群。也就是说,线缆510的一端为自由端且能相对于手柄11进行伸缩,该可伸缩的功能可用于改变线缆510伸出于手柄11的长度,且线缆510可随叶片10不同弯折角度进行弯曲变形,进而使线缆510适应于同归规格和尺寸的叶片10。
如图10~12所示,壳体100的内壁靠近窗口131处形成有导向部111,该导向部远离窗口131的一端11具有适配容置固定头511的较大的开口,使固定头511滑动至该导向部111的开口使能顺利插入导向部111,进而使固定头511内的LED灯和摄像头正对镜片200,即导向部111可使固定头511末端的端面与镜片200平行或基本平行,摄像头和LED灯不易在壳体100内晃动。在一实施方式中,固定头511为变径设置,固定头511的宽度从线缆510至镜片200的方向逐渐变大,导向部111的末端与固定头511末端的端面相抵。
在一个实施例中,镜片200与延伸板120之间形成的夹角为90度或大于90度,如夹角设置在90度至135度之间,以使摄像组件500透过镜片200后的拍摄范围更大,进而方便插管的操作。
如图13~16所示,本申请实施例提供的用于安装镜片200的治具600,包括夹持部、顶持部620和调节件630。夹持部用于夹持叶片10沿宽度方向的两侧的侧壁,顶持部620与夹持部活动连接,并且顶持部620的一端与镜片200的外端面相对;调节件630活动设置在夹持部上,且调节件630用于调节顶持部620,以将镜片200压紧于镜片200安装位。借助该治具600,可将镜片200压紧在镜片200安装位上。
在一个实施例中,夹持部包括呈U形的夹臂610、穿过夹臂610且与夹臂610螺纹连接以调节夹臂610松紧的第一螺杆610。即夹臂610具有宽度适配叶片10的豁口,夹臂610卡在叶片10时,通过对第一螺杆610的调节使夹臂610卡紧固定在叶片10上,操作便捷。
顶持部620包括第一段621和连接于第一段621的第二段622,第一段621穿过夹臂610并且和夹臂610螺纹连接,第二端的末端与镜片200的外端面相对,调节件630为螺接于第一段621上的调节螺母640,该调节螺母640的一端开设有便于借助外部工具转动调节螺母640的通孔631,该调节螺母640与夹臂610相抵,将夹臂610夹紧在叶片10时,通过旋紧调节螺母640,可使顶持部620的第二段622将镜片200压紧在镜片200安装位上。在一实施方式中,顶持部620为第二螺杆620,该第二螺杆620的一端弯折预定角度后形成上述第二段622,即第二螺杆620的第一段621的外表面具有外螺纹,夹臂610的中间位置开设有螺纹孔,第一段621的轴向中心线与螺纹孔的轴向中心线重合,第一段621通过外螺纹与螺纹孔的螺纹配合而与夹臂610连接,第二螺杆620的第二段622自第一段621向叶片10方向弯折预定角度,旋动调节螺母640时可改变第二段622与镜片200之间的距离。调节螺母640与夹持部之间还可设置有金属垫片650,以保护夹持部不受调节螺母640擦伤,分散调节螺母640对夹持部的压力。
夹臂610包括底座601、第一夹持臂611和第二夹持臂612,第一夹持臂611固定于底座601的一端,底座601上设置有滑轨613,第二夹持臂612与滑轨613滑动连接,第一夹持臂611与第二夹持臂612之间通过第一螺杆610连接,通过旋动第一螺杆610来调节第一夹持臂与第二夹持臂612之间的距离。
在一个实施例中,第一段621与第二段622之间形成的夹角大于等于90度,且该夹角等于镜片200与压舌板之间形成的夹角,第二段622的轴向中心线与镜片200平行。第二段622面向镜片200的一侧与固定环400的上表面贴触,第二段622与固定环400相贴触的一侧可以是弧面,也可以是平面。
如图13~17所示,利用上述实施例的治具进行镜片的安装,对镜片200安装包括以下步骤:
步骤S100:将装配件和镜片200放置于叶片10的安装位。装配件为密封圈300、镜片200和固定环400,将密封圈300放置于环形槽103后,再将镜片200放置在密封圈300上,然后将固定环400的第一延伸边410插入延伸板120上的插接孔104处,第一延伸边410与该插接孔104的孔壁之间形成有第一缝隙,借助安装面130上的定位槽形成的导向结构,可以很方便地将镜片200安装于安装位,安装好之后,固定环400的第二延伸边420卡入端面的定位槽,第二延伸边420与端面之间具还存在较小的第二缝隙105。
步骤S200:将治具600的夹臂610卡在叶片10沿长度方向的两侧,调节治具600的第一螺杆610使夹臂610夹紧在叶片10上。
步骤S300:对调节螺母640进行调节,使顶持部620的第二段622的末端将叶片10压紧于叶片10的安装位。
步骤S400:对装配件与叶片10之间形成的缝隙进行焊接。
在步骤S100中,在放置装配件和镜片200前,可先将叶片10固定在一平台或固定架上,并使叶片10远离手柄11的一端朝上放置,以便于后续的操作。
在步骤S200中,将治具600的夹臂610初步卡在叶片10时,夹臂610卡入叶片10的深度为第一螺杆610刚好与叶片10贴触,旋紧第一螺杆610前,先调整夹具在叶片10上的角度,使得第二螺杆620的第二段622与镜片200的上表面平行,以利于后续镜片200的压紧操作。
在步骤S300中,将装配件和镜片200放置于叶片10的安装位的过程包括;将密封圈300、镜片200和固定环400依次放置在叶片10的安装位。
在步骤S400中,通过冷焊将装配件与叶片10之间的缝隙焊接,装配件包括密封圈300、固定环400和镜片200。固定环400的第一延伸边410与插接孔103的孔壁形成有第一缝隙,固定环400的第二延伸边420与叶片10上的安装面130之间形成有第二缝隙105,采用冷焊的方式将第一缝隙和第二缝隙105封闭并使固定环400固定在安装面130上。冷焊是直接利用电能的高能量密度对金属表面进行强化的工艺,它是通过电火花放电的作用,把作为电极的导电材料熔渗进金属工件的表层,从而形成合金化的表面强化层,使工件表面的物理、化学性能和力学性能得到改善。对缝隙进行冷焊时,由于冷焊基本是在常温下进行,几乎没有热温,装配件和叶片10不会变形,即冷焊过程中不会影响视频喉镜20各部件的原工艺性能,同时,焊接处也不会产生咬边和残余应力。在一实施方式中,采用冷焊机对第一缝隙和第二缝隙105进行冷焊,冷焊之后,镜片200与安装面130之间无缝隙。
综上所述可知本申请乃具有以上所述的优良特性,得以令其在使用上,增进以往技术中所未有的效能而具有实用性,成为一极具实用价值的产品。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种叶片,其特征在于:包括:
    壳体,为316L不锈钢壳体,所述壳体中空且内部具有容置腔,所述壳体具有相对的近端和远端,所述壳体的远端用于与视频喉镜的手柄可拆卸连接,所述壳体靠近内侧的一侧沿宽度方向连接有挡板,所述挡板与所述壳体的侧壁围成供插管插入的引导槽,所述壳体靠近近端的端面形成有安装面,所述安装面开设有窗口,所述安装面与所述窗口共同形成安装位;
    镜片,固定于所述安装位,以使伸入于所述壳体内的摄像头能透过所述镜片拍摄图像,所述镜片为耐高温聚碳酸酯镜片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的叶片,其特征在于:所述安装位嵌设有密封圈,所述密封圈压紧于所述叶片与所述镜片之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的叶片,其特征在于:所述安装位还固定有将所述镜片压紧于所述密封圈的固定环,所述固定环焊接固定于所述安装面上,所述固定环的底面凹陷形成有环形台阶,所述镜片顶面的四周边缘抵靠于所述环形台阶上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的叶片,其特征在于:所述固定环为316L不锈钢固定环,所述密封圈为硅胶密封圈。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的叶片,其特征在于,所述安装面于所述窗口的周缘凹陷设置有环形槽,所述壳体靠近近端的一端连接有延伸板,所述延伸板为弧形板且与所述挡板连接,所述延伸板开设有与所述环形槽连通的插接孔,所述安装面与所述插接孔相对的一侧开设有定位槽,所述定位槽与所述环形槽连通,所述密封圈嵌设与所述环形槽中,所述固定环嵌设于所述环形槽中,所述固定环顶端相对的两侧分别连接有第一延伸边、第二延伸边,所述第一延伸边适配插设于所述插接孔处,所述第二延伸边适配插设于所述定位槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的叶片,其特征在于,所述第二延伸边的宽度大于所述第一延伸边的宽度。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的叶片,其特征在于,所述第一延伸边通过冷焊连接固定于所述延伸板,所述第二延伸边通过冷焊连接固定于所述安装面上,以密封所述固定环与所述安装面之间的缝隙。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的叶片,其特征在于,所述镜片与所述挡板伸出于所述壳体的部分的夹角为钝角。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的叶片,其特征在于,所述镜片与所述延伸板之间夹角为钝角。
  10. 一种视频喉镜,其特征在于,包括:
    叶片,包括壳体和镜片,所述壳体为316L不锈钢壳体,所述壳体中空且内部具有容置腔,所述壳体具有相对的近端和远端,所述壳体的一侧形成有供插管插入的引导槽,所述壳体靠近近端的端面形成有安装面,所述安装面开设有窗口,所述安装面与所述窗口共同形成安装位,所述镜片为耐高温聚碳酸酯镜片,所述镜片固定于所述安装位;
    手柄,可拆卸连接于所述壳体的远端;
    显示器,连接于所述手柄远离所述叶片一端;以及
    摄像组件,电连接所述显示器且收容于所述容置腔内,所述摄像组件的一端透过所述镜片能拍摄图像。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的视频喉镜,其特征在于,所述摄像组件包括活动插设于所述手柄的线缆和设置于所述线缆末端的摄像头及光源,所述线缆相对于所述手柄可伸缩,所述摄像头和所述光源并排设置,所述窗口处的后端面形成有环形台阶,所述摄像头和所述光源抵接于所述环形台阶上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的视频喉镜,其特征在于,所述线缆可弯曲,以适应不同弯曲程度的所述叶片。
  13. 一种用于安装镜片的治具,其特征在于,所述治具包括:
    夹持部,用于夹持叶片沿宽度方向的两侧的侧壁;
    顶持部,活动连接于所述夹持部;
    调节件,活动设置在所述夹持部上,使所述顶持部相对于所述夹持部移动,以使所述顶持部的一端将镜片压紧于叶片上的安装位。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的治具,其特征在于,所述夹持部包括呈U形的夹臂、穿过所述夹臂且与所述夹臂螺纹连接以调节所述夹臂松紧的第一螺杆;所述顶持部包括第一段和与所述第一段连接的第二段,所述第一段穿过所述夹臂且与所述夹臂螺纹连接,所述第二段的末端与所述镜片的外端面相对,所述调节件为螺接于所述第一段上的调节螺母,所述调节螺母与所述夹臂相抵。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的治具,其特征在于,所述顶持部为第二螺杆,所述第二螺杆的一端弯折预定角度后形成所述第二段;所述夹臂包括底座、固定于所述底座上的第一夹持臂和滑动连接于所述底座上的第二夹持臂,所述第一螺杆分别与所述第一夹持臂和所述第二夹持臂螺纹连接。
