在一实施例中,所述发热体1为陶瓷发热体,其具有良好的导热性,有利于保证在加热烟弹过程中的热量均匀地传递。当然,在其他实施例中,所述发热体1也可以为石墨发热体。
在一实施例中,所述支撑件2为塑胶件,该塑胶件具有良好的耐热性能,长期处于高温环境中无有害物质排放,并且其机械强度优异。例如,支撑件2可采用PEEK(聚醚醚酮)制成。
在一实施例中,所述发热体1的加热温升范围为260℃至320℃,所述支撑件2的承受温度大于320℃。当所述发热体1的加热温度低于260℃时,可能会造成烟弹加热不充分、产生的烟雾量不足而影响吸食口感。当所述发热体1的加热温度大于320℃时,可能会导致烟弹烧焦而影响吸食口感。支撑件2的承受温度大于320℃,以防止其在发热体1加热过程中产生形变。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种支撑件,用于支撑电子烟的发热体,其特征在于,所述支撑件上设置有向上凸出的凸台。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑件,其特征在于,所述支撑件上还设置有第一连接结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的支撑件,其特征在于,所述第一连接结构为第一卡接结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的支撑件,其特征在于,所述第一卡接结构包括第一卡钩及第二卡钩。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的支撑件,其特征在于,所述第一卡钩包括第一卡钩本体及设置在所述第一卡钩本体上的第一钩臂,所述第二卡钩包括第二卡钩本体及设置在所述第二卡钩本体上的第二钩臂。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的支撑件,其特征在于,所述第一钩臂设置在所述第一卡钩本体的底部且背离所述第二钩臂,所述第二钩臂设置在所述第二卡钩本体的底部且背离所述第一钩臂。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的支撑件,其特征在于,所述第一钩臂的外侧面与所述第一钩臂的底部通过第一斜面过渡连接,所述第二钩臂的外侧面与所述第二钩臂的底部通过第二斜面过渡连接。
  8. 一种发热装置,用于加热电子烟的烟弹,其特征在于,包括发热体及如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的支撑件,所述发热体包覆于所述支撑件内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发热装置,其特征在于,所述发热体的一部分包覆在所述支撑件内,所述发热体的另一部分露出所述支撑件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发热装置,其特征在于,所述发热体上设置有第一电连接件及第二电连接件,所述第一电连接件及第二电连接件与所述发热体电连接,所述第一电连接件及第二电连接件均与外界电源电连接,用于给所述发热体供电。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的发热装置,其特征在于,所述第一电连接件的一部分及第二电连接件的一部分包覆于所述支撑件内,所述第一电连接件的另一部分及第二电连接件的另一部分露出所述支撑件。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的发热装置,其特征在于,所述发热体为发热片或发热棒或发热丝。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的发热装置,其特征在于,所述发热体为陶瓷发热体或石墨发热体。
  14. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括固定支架及权利要求8-13任意一项所述的发热装置,所述固定支架内设置有第二连接结构,所述固定支架通过所述第二连接结构与所述支撑件实现可拆卸连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接结构为第二卡接结构,所述固定支架通过所述第二卡接结构与所述支撑件实现可拆卸连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二卡接结构包括第一扣钩及第二扣钩。
