一种配电柜 技术领域
本发明涉及一种配电技术领域,尤其是一种配电柜。
背景技术
在配电柜领域,由于配电柜内安装了大量了接插件和各种电子元器件,并且有大量的导线的存在,导致配电柜的总电阻值很高,因为在导电的情况下会散发出大量的热量,使得配电柜的温度骤然提高,而配电柜往往都都是结构比较紧凑,空间比较小且为封闭式,所以配电柜的散热效果一般均不能达到理想的效果,特别是在用点高峰期,配电柜不能及时散热很容易导致配电柜内元器件的损坏,甚至发生火灾等事故。
现有的配电柜在散热除湿方面还不够完善,导致散热效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种具有除湿功能的配电柜,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种配电柜,其创新点在于:包括配电柜体以及与配电柜体的一侧侧壁相铰接的柜门,配电柜体底部呈倾斜状,配电柜体的最低处设有一集水槽,集水槽里设有一层油状液体,集水槽底部还设有一泄水阀;
集水槽上方设有一浮漂,泄水阀的底端设有密封盖,配电柜体外侧靠近集水槽的表面设有一转轴,转轴上设有一“7”字型连接杆,连接杆的一端与浮漂连接,另一端与密封盖连接。
在一些实施方式中,配电柜还包括底座,底座固定设置在配电柜体的底部,底座内部为中空腔体,在中空腔体的右侧底端设有与进水口连接的进水管道,进水管道与储水池连通,在进水管道中设有控制阀;在中空腔体的左侧顶端设置有出水口,出水口通过出水管道与储水池的储水腔体连通;在中空腔体中设有消音棉,中空腔体的顶端均匀布置有通气孔;在配电柜体的两侧壁顶部位置分别设有排气窗口,其中一个排气窗口中设有排湿风扇,另一个排气窗口中设有海绵块;底座上设有湿度控制器,湿度控制器通过连接线控制器连接,控制器通过连接线与控制阀连接。
在一些实施方式中,连接杆与浮漂连杆端的密度大于与密封盖连接端的密度。
本发明的优点在于:本发明结构简单,通过在配电柜体下面设置可以储水的中空腔体,通过通气降低配电柜体的温度,通过设置在配电柜体两侧的除湿风扇和海绵块将配电柜体中多余的湿气排除掉,以避免配电柜体湿度过大,影响配电柜的正常运行;
当配电柜体的热空气遇到配电柜体底部的冷板之后会凝结成水珠,由于配电柜体底部倾斜设置,凝结的水珠会在重力的作用下汇聚至集水槽中,由于水的密度大于油状液体的密度,水会下沉,油状液体会将水的上表面封闭,防止挥发,当水积累至一定量时浮漂上浮在连接杆的作用下底部密封盖打开排水,当液面下去时,密封盖重新关闭,无需人工泄水且有效的保持了配电柜内部的湿度。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图,对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
如图1和图2所示的一种配电柜,包括配电柜体1以及与配电柜体1的一侧侧壁相铰接的柜门,配电柜体1底部呈倾斜状,配电柜体1的最低处设有一集水槽2,集水槽2里设有一层油状液体3,集水槽2底部还设有一泄水阀4;
集水槽2上方设有一浮漂9,泄水阀4的底端设有密封盖11,配电柜体1外侧靠近集水槽2的表面设有一转轴8,转轴8上设有一“7”字型连接杆10,连接杆10的一端与浮漂9连接,另一端与密封盖11连接。
在一些实施方式中,配电柜还包括底座,底座固定设置在配电柜体的底部,底座内部为中空腔体,在中空腔体的右侧底端设有与进水口连接的进水管道5,进水管道5与储水池连通,在进水管道5中设有控制阀;在中空腔体的左侧顶端设置有出水口,出水口通过出水管道6与储水池的储水腔体连通;在中空腔体中设有消音棉,中空腔体的顶端均匀布置有通气孔;在配电柜体的两侧壁顶部位置分别设有排气窗口,其中一个排气窗口中设有排湿风扇,另一个排气窗口中设有海绵块;底座上设有湿度控制器,湿度控制器通过连接线控制器连接,控制器通过连接线与控制阀连接。
在一些实施方式中,连接杆10与浮漂9连杆端的密度大于与密封盖11连接端的密度。

  1. 一种配电柜,其特征在于:包括配电柜体(1)以及与配电柜体(1)的一侧侧壁相铰接的柜门,所述配电柜体(1)底部呈倾斜状,所述配电柜体(1)的最低处设有一集水槽(2),所述集水槽(2)里设有一层油状液体(3),所述集水槽(2)底部还设有一泄水阀(4);
    所述集水槽(2)上方设有一浮漂(9),所述泄水阀(4)的底端设有密封盖(11),所述配电柜体(1)外侧靠近集水槽(2)的表面设有一转轴(8),所述转轴(8)上设有一“7”字型连接杆(10),所述连接杆(10)的一端与浮漂(9)连接,另一端与密封盖(11)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种配电柜,其特征在于:所述配电柜还包括底座,所述的底座固定设置在配电柜体的底部,底座内部为中空腔体,在中空腔体的右侧底端设有与进水口连接的进水管道(5),所述的进水管道(5)与储水池连通,在进水管道(5)中设有控制阀;在中空腔体的左侧顶端设置有出水口,出水口通过出水管道(6)与储水池的储水腔体连通;在中空腔体中设有消音棉,中空腔体的顶端均匀布置有通气孔;在配电柜体的两侧壁顶部位置分别设有排气窗口,其中一个排气窗口中设有排湿风扇,另一个排气窗口中设有海绵块;所述的底座上设有湿度控制器,所述的湿度控制器通过连接线控制器连接,控制器通过连接线与控制阀连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种配电柜,其特征在于:所述连接杆(10)与浮漂(9)连杆端的密度大于与密封盖(11)连接端的密度。
