Labsphere 사의 UV Transmittance analyzer UV-2000S 기계를 이용하여 매뉴얼에 제공된 방법에 따라 SPF 측정 판에 2mg/cm2 의 각 조성물을 펴 발라준 뒤 자외선 차단 지수를 측정하였다. 그 결과를 표 3에 나타내었다.The sunscreen performance of the cosmetic compositions prepared according to Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 was evaluated. 상기 표 4에 나타낸 바와 같이, 유기 자외선 차단제를 사용한 비교예 1은 발림성이 우수하고 피부에 도포된 뒤 투명도가 높지만, 끈적임, 번들거림이 심해서 전반적인 만족도가 낮았다. 무기 자외선 차단제를 포함하는 비교예 2 내지 4의 경우, 무기 자외선 차단제로만 구성되기 대문에 끈적임이나 번들거림이 적지만, 흡수된 뒤 투명도가 낮았다. 즉, 백탁 현상이 심하기 때문에 전반적인 만족도가 낮았다.반면, 일 양상에 따른 실시예 1의 경우, 무기 자외선 차단제로만 구성되기 대문에 끈적임이나 번들거림이 적으면서도 흡수된 뒤 투명도와 발림성 측면에서 유기 자외선 차단제가 포함된 비교예 1과 유사한 것으로 보여 전반적이니 만족도가 가장 높았다. 상기 실시예 1 및 비교예 1 내지 4에 따라 제조한 화장료 조성물의 피부 자극성을 평가하였다. 일반인 20명에게 각 화장료 조성물을 피부에 도포하게 한 후 피부 패치 테스트를 실시하였다. 평가기준 및 평가기준에 따른 결과를 하기 표 5에 나타내었다. 표 5에 나타낸 바와 같이, 유기 자외선 차단제를 포함하는 비교예 1은 무기 자외선 차단제를 포함하는 실시예 1 및 비교예 2 내지 4와 비교하여 피부 자극성이 높아서 위험한 것을 확인하였다. 무기 자외선 차단제를 포함하는 실시예 1 및 비교예 2 내지 4를 비교하여도, 실시예 1은 약한 트러블 조차도 발견되지 않았기 때문에 비교예 2 내지 4보다 인체 피부에 자극이 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서, 일 양상에 따른 자외선 차단용 조성물은 피부 안정성이 매우 우수한 것을 알 수 있다.As shown in Table 5, Comparative Example 1 containing an organic sunscreen was confirmed to be dangerous because of high skin irritation compared to Examples 1 and 2 to 4 containing an inorganic sunscreen. 상기 실시예 1 및 비교예 2에 따라 제조한 화장료 조성물의 백탁도를 평가하였다. 인조 피혁 8㎕/4cm2 에 각 조성물을 도포한 뒤 제품의 L value 를 3회 측정하고, 그 평균을 이용하여 하기 수학식 1과 같이 White Cast Index 를 산출하였다: The turbidity of the cosmetic composition prepared according to Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 was evaluated.
