Detailed description of the invention
Since the pockets are formed on the back side of the diaper described in Patent Literature 1, the absorbent main body protrudes from the diaper on the skin-facing surface side, which impairs the feeling of wearing. Also, in the diaper described in the document, the back side of the diaper swells due to the formation of pockets, which impairs the appearance of the diaper.
Accordingly, the present invention relates to a disposable diaper capable of solving the disadvantages of the prior art and a method for manufacturing the same.
おむつ1は、着用者の腹側から股間部を介して背側に延びるおむつ長手方向X(以下、これを単に「長手方向X」ともいう。)と、これに直交するおむつ幅方向Y(以下、これを単に「幅方向Y」ともいう。) Hereinafter, the disposable diaper of the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments. FIGS. 1 to 3 show a pants-type disposable diaper which is an embodiment of the disposable diaper of the present invention. The diaper 1 is located between the abdominal portion F disposed on the abdomen of the wearer and the dorsal portion R disposed on the dorsal side of the wearer and the crotch portion of the wearer. Crotch M to be provided. These members extend continuously in the front-back direction of the wearer. The diaper 1 includes a diaper longitudinal direction X (hereinafter, also simply referred to as a “longitudinal direction X”) extending from the wearer's abdomen to the dorsal side via the crotch portion, and a diaper width direction Y (hereinafter, referred to as “longitudinal direction X”). , Which is also simply referred to as “width direction Y”).
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the diaper 1 includes an absorbent main body 2 including an absorbent body 23 capable of absorbing and retaining excrement, and an exterior body disposed on the non-skin-facing surface side of the absorbent main body 2. 3 is provided. In the present specification, the “skin-facing surface” is a surface that is directed toward the wearer's skin when the diaper is worn, when focusing on the diaper or a constituent member thereof (for example, the absorbent body). "Is a surface which is turned to the side opposite to the skin side when the diaper is worn. That is, the skin facing surface is a surface relatively closer to the wearer's skin, and the non-skin facing surface is a surface relatively far from the wearer's skin. “At the time of wearing” refers to a state where an appropriate diaper wearing position is maintained.
As shown in FIG. 1, the diaper 1 has a waist portion W disposed around the wearer's torso when worn between the waist opening WH and the leg opening LH. The waist portion W is a region located at the same position in the longitudinal direction X as the side seal portion S of the diaper 1. In the present embodiment, the abdominal portion F is the abdominal waist portion W and the back portion R is the abdominal portion. It is the waist circumference W on the back side.
As shown in FIG. 2, the absorbent main body 2 has a substantially rectangular shape when the diaper 1 is deployed and extended, and is arranged from the abdominal part F to the dorsal part R. The absorbent main body 2 is disposed at the center in the width direction Y of the exterior body 3 with its longitudinal direction coinciding with the longitudinal direction X of the diaper 1. The absorbent main body 2 is joined to the exterior body 3 by joining means such as an adhesive. The “deployed and extended state” of the diaper 1 means that the diaper 1 is separated by the side seal portion S or the fastening between the fastening portion of the fastening tape and the fastening region is released to make the diaper 1 in the deployed state. Means a state in which the diaper 1 is expanded to a design dimension (same as a dimension when the diaper 1 is expanded in a planar shape without any influence of a member having elasticity).
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the absorbent main body 2 has a liquid-permeable skin surface sheet 21 that forms a skin-facing surface and a liquid-impermeable liquid (including water-repellent) that forms a non-skin-facing surface. A non-skin sheet 22 and a liquid-retentive absorber 23 interposed between the two sheets 21 and 22 are provided. The absorber 23 is formed by covering a liquid-permeable core wrap sheet 232 with an absorbent core 231 having absorption performance. The absorber 23 is in direct contact with the skin sheet 21 and the non-skin sheet 22, respectively.
The absorbent body 23 in the absorbent main body 2 has a low basis weight at any position from the crotch portion M to the back part R in the longitudinal direction X, whose basis weight is relatively lower than other parts of the absorbent body 23. It has a portion 2L. The low basis weight portion 2L may be located only in the crotch portion M in the longitudinal direction X, may be located only in the back portion R, and may be located in both the crotch portion M and the back portion R. It may be located. Further, the low basis weight portion 2L may be present in the entire area in the width direction Y, or may be present in a part thereof. The absorbent body 23 shown in FIG. 4A has a single low basis weight portion 2L only in the entire region in the longitudinal direction X and the width direction Y of the back side portion R, and has a low basis weight in the crotch portion M. The unit 2L does not exist. As shown in FIG. 4 (b), the low basis weight portion 2L has the skin-facing surface side of the absorber 23 recessed toward the non-skin-facing surface side, and the thickness gradually decreases toward the edge of the back side portion R. doing.
The absorber 23 has a high basis weight portion 2H having a higher basis weight than the low basis weight portion 2L. The boundary between the low basis weight portion 2L and the high basis weight portion 2H may be a step, unlike the embodiment shown in FIG. 4B. The high basis weight portion 2H may be present at two or more locations in the absorber 23. In that case, two or more high basis weight parts 2H may have the same basis weight or may differ. When there are three or more regions having different basis weights in the absorber 23, the region having the lowest basis weight is defined as the low basis weight portion 2L, and the other region is defined as the high basis weight portion 2H. The low basis weight portion 2L is present at any position from the crotch portion M to the back portion R, and may be present at other positions as needed.
As the skin surface sheet 21, the non-skin surface sheet 22, and the absorber 23, those conventionally used for absorbent articles can be used without any particular limitation. For example, various kinds of nonwoven fabrics and apertured films can be used as the skin sheet 21, and a resin film or a laminate of the resin film and the nonwoven fabric can be used as the non-skin sheet 22. As the absorbent core 23, as the absorbent core 231, wood pulp, an aggregate of hydrophilic fibers such as synthetic fibers subjected to hydrophilic treatment, or an aggregate in which a water absorbent polymer is held in the aggregate can be used. The core wrap sheet 232 may be the same as the skin sheet 21.
As shown in FIG. 3, an outer sheet 25 is arranged on the non-skin facing surface side of the non-skin surface sheet 22 in the absorbent main body 2. It is preferable that the outer sheet 25 is disposed at least at the crotch M in the absorbent main body 2 and extends to the abdominal part F and the back part R via the crotch M. In the outer sheet 25, the portions located on the abdominal part F and the dorsal part R are disposed at least between the absorbent main body 2 and the exterior body 3 described later. The outer sheet 25 may be exposed on the outer surface of the diaper 1 only at the crotch portion M, and the outer body 3 further covers the crotch portion M, so that any of the abdominal portion F, the crotch portion M, and the back portion R is provided. It does not need to be exposed.
Returning to FIG. 2, the diaper 1 includes an exterior body 3. The exterior body 3 is disposed on the non-skin-facing surface side of the outer sheet 25 and is a member that forms the outer surface of the diaper 1. As shown in FIG. 2, the peripheral edge of the exterior body 3 forms at least contours of the abdominal part F and the back part R of the diaper 1. The exterior body 3 located on the abdominal side F and the back side R has a rectangular shape in which the length in the width direction Y is longer than the length in the longitudinal direction X, and these form a waist portion W. In other words, the diaper 1 shown in FIG. 2 has the exterior body 3 divided into a back exterior body 3R arranged on the back side of the wearer and a ventral exterior body 3F arranged on the abdomen side. 2 is fixed between the back exterior body 3R and the abdominal exterior body 3F. Instead, the diaper of the present invention may have a shape in which the exterior body 3 is continuously arranged over the crotch portion M in addition to the abdominal part F and the back part R.
As shown in FIG. 3B, the exterior body 3 is formed by laminating an outer nonwoven fabric 31 forming the non-skin facing surface of the diaper 1 in a worn state, and an inner nonwoven fabric 32 arranged on the skin facing surface of the outer nonwoven fabric 31. It is configured to include the body. When the diaper 1 is worn, the outer nonwoven fabric 31 forms the non-skin facing surface of the diaper 1, and the inner nonwoven fabric 32 forms the skin facing surface of the diaper 1. The outer layer nonwoven fabric 31 and the inner layer nonwoven fabric 32 are joined to each other at a predetermined portion via a joining means such as an adhesive. In relation to the outer sheet 25, the inner nonwoven fabric 32 is disposed on the non-skin-facing surface side of the outer sheet 25, and the outer nonwoven fabric 31 is disposed on the non-skin-facing surface side of the inner nonwoven fabric 32.
In FIG. 3B, the space between the outer layer nonwoven fabric 31 and the inner layer nonwoven fabric 32 and the space between the inner layer nonwoven fabric 32 and the outer surface sheet 25 are separately illustrated. In practice, each nonwoven fabric and sheet are not separated, but are joined by a non-illustrated member.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, between the outer nonwoven fabric 31 and the inner nonwoven fabric 32, a plurality of thread-shaped or band-shaped second elastic members 33 are arranged at intervals in the diaper longitudinal direction X. I have. Each of the second elastic members 33 extends along the diaper width direction Y, and a plurality of the second elastic members 33 are arranged and fixed between the outer nonwoven fabric 31 and the inner nonwoven fabric 32 in an extended state. Due to the contraction of the second elastic member 33, a waist gather is formed at the waist circumference W when the diaper 1 is worn. The waist gathers are formed so as to extend along the width direction Y which is a direction in which the second elastic member 33 can expand and contract.
と、幅方向Yの両側方域に位置する側方領域に形成されている接合部27b(以下、これを「側方接合部27b」ともいう。) As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the outer sheet 25 and the sheet located on the skin-facing surface of the outer sheet 25 are joined by an adhesive, thereby extending in the diaper longitudinal direction X, and being discontinuous in the width direction Y. Are formed. The joining portion 27 is formed so as to be located in a region overlapping in the thickness direction with the low basis weight portion 2L of the absorbent main body 2 in a plan view of the diaper 1, and to extend in the longitudinal direction X. The joining portion 27 is formed at a central region located in a central region of the diaper 1 in the width direction Y, and is formed on both sides in the width direction Y (hereinafter, also referred to as “central joining portion 27a”). And a joining portion 27b (hereinafter, also referred to as a "side joining portion 27b") formed in a side region located in the region, and these portions overlap the low basis weight portion 2L in the thickness direction. The center joining portion 27a is formed by joining the outer sheet 25 to the non-skin sheet 22 in the center area in the width direction Y. Further, the side joint portion 27b is formed by joining the outer sheet 25 to an intermediate sheet 29 described later in both side regions in the width direction Y. A region where the joining portion 27 and the low basis weight portion 2L of the absorbent main body 2 overlap in the thickness direction is constituted by a central region 27C and a side region 27S. The central region 27C includes a central joint 27a and is located at the center in the diaper width direction. The side region 27S is located on the side in the diaper width direction with the center region 27C interposed therebetween. The center area 27C and the side area 27S have different basis weights of the adhesive, and preferably, the side area 27S has a higher basis weight of the adhesive than the center area 27C.
Specifically, (1) the joints 27a and 27b present in the respective regions 27C and 27S are formed of the same amount of adhesive, and the adhesive is applied such that the adhesive application interval is different in each region. Is applied so that the basis weights of the adhesive in the central region 27C and the side region 27S are different from each other, or (2) the side joint portion 27b existing in the side region 27S The application amount of the adhesive at the joint portion is formed so as to be larger than that of the central joint portion 27a existing in the central region 27C, and the adhesive is applied in the same manner as the central joint portion 27a. The basis weight of the adhesive in the area 27S is different from that of the adhesive, or (3) the center area 27C and the side area 27S are made different in the amount of the adhesive applied and the interval between the adhesives. With glue Embodiment is obtained by forming a basis weight different from each other and the like.
The diaper 1 may further include an intermediate sheet 29 disposed on both side areas in the width direction Y. As shown in FIG. 3, the intermediate sheet 29 is located between the non-skin sheet 22 and the outer sheet 25. The intermediate sheet 29 is made of a liquid-resistant or water-repellent and air-permeable nonwoven fabric. The intermediate sheet 29 is formed at least in the crotch M of the absorbent main body 2.
The intermediate sheet 29 has a fixed end portion 29c along the longitudinal direction X located between the non-skin sheet 22 and the outer sheet 25, and the free end portion 29a is folded back to the skin-facing surface side of the absorber 23 to prevent the intermediate sheet 29. An elastic member 29b is formed in an extended state at a free end 29S of the leak prevention cuff located on the free end portion 29a side to form a leak cuff, and has elasticity along the longitudinal direction X. Due to the contraction of the elastic member 29b, the intermediate sheet 29 can be raised toward the wearer's skin, starting from the side edges or the vicinity thereof in the width direction Y of the absorber 23. The elastic member 29b is arranged along the longitudinal direction X, and is fixed to the intermediate sheet 29 in an extended state. The fixed end portion 29c located on the side edge of the intermediate sheet 29 opposite to the free end portion 29a is located and joined between the non-skin surface sheet 22 and the outer sheet 25 in the absorbent main body 2.
As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the fixed end portion 29c has a second joint portion 27A in which the non-skin surface sheet 22 and the intermediate sheet 29 are joined by an adhesive. The second joint portion 27A is formed by joining the non-skin surface sheet 22 and the intermediate sheet 29, and is formed so as to overlap the side joint portion 27b in the thickness direction Z. The region where the second joint 2A is formed and the side region 27S are formed so as to overlap in the thickness direction Z.
According to the diaper 1 of the present embodiment having such a configuration, immediately after wearing the diaper, since no members such as pockets are formed on the outer surface of the diaper, the diaper has a clean appearance with little unevenness, and its appearance. Is good. In addition, after excretion of relatively heavy excrement such as stool, the central portion in the width direction of the absorber is deformed so as to protrude outward, thereby forming a pocket 1P that can be accommodated so as to wrap the stool. As shown in FIG. 6, even a stool with a lot of moisture can be successfully held in the central region in the width direction of the absorber, and as a result, stool leakage can be prevented. The reason that the widthwise central region of the absorber is deformed is that the absorber has a low basis weight portion, and in addition to the low basis weight portion being easily deformed, the central region 27C where the central joint portion 27a is present is: Because the basis weight of the adhesive is lower than that of the side area 27S where the side joint portion 27a exists, the center area in the width direction of the non-skin sheet 22 and the outer sheet 25 is also easily deformed.
It is preferable that the above-mentioned joint portion 27 is formed to have a length along the longitudinal direction X longer than the low basis weight portion 2L. By having such a configuration, the pocket 1P capable of holding the excrement so as to wrap it around the entire area of the low basis weight portion 2L can be formed, and leakage of the excrement can be more effectively prevented.
The central region 27C is preferably formed in a range of 40% or more and 70% or less with respect to the entire length of the absorber 23 in the width direction Y with the central portion of the absorber 23 interposed therebetween. It is preferable that each of the absorbers 23 is formed in a range of 15% or more and 30% or less from both side edges of the absorber 23 with respect to the entire length in the width direction Y. By having such a configuration, the rigidity of the side region 27S where the side joint portion 27b exists is increased, and the pocket 1P for storing the stool can be more easily formed. The boundary between the central region 27C and the side region 27S is defined as the end of the side joining portion 27b located at the center in the width direction Y at the center in the width direction in the side region 27S. Is defined as an end of the absorber 23 in the width direction.
The ratio (B / A) of the basis weight (B) of the adhesive in the side region 27S where the side joint 27b exists to the basis weight (A) of the adhesive in the central region 27C where the center joint 27a exists is , Preferably 1.3 or more, more preferably 1.5 or more, still more preferably 3.0 or more, and preferably 100 or less, more preferably 80 or less. , 50 or less. Specifically, the ratio of the basis weight (B) of the adhesive in the side region 27S where the side joint 27b exists to the basis weight (A) of the adhesive in the central region 27C where the center joint 27a exists ( B / A) is preferably from 1.3 to 100, more preferably from 1.5 to 80, even more preferably from 3.0 to 50. The basis weight of the adhesive in each region is based on the area of each region in plan view. With such a configuration, the rigidity of the side joint portion 27b can be further increased, and the formation of the pocket 1P for accommodating the stool can be performed more successfully.
From the same viewpoint, the basis weight of the adhesive in the central region 27C where the central bonding portion 27a exists is preferably 0.1 g / m 2 or more, provided that the above-described ratio is satisfied, and 0.3 g / m 2 or more. more preferably m 2 or more, further preferably 0.5 g / m 2 or more, and is preferably from 10 g / m 2, more preferably 8 g / m 2 or less, 1 g / m 2 or less is more preferable. Similarly, the basis weight of the adhesive in the side region 27S where the side joint portion 27b exists is preferably 0.5 g / m 2 or more, provided that the above ratio is satisfied, and is 0.7 g / m 2 or more. more preferably m 2 or more, further preferably 1 g / m 2 or more and is preferably 15 g / m 2 or less, more preferably 10 g / m 2 or less, 2 g / m 2 It is more preferred that: The measurement of the grammage in each area can be obtained by cutting out the area to be measured as a sample and dividing the area (m 2 ) of the sample in plan view from the applied amount (g) of the adhesive.
As shown in FIG. 5, it is preferable that the number of side joints 27b extending in the longitudinal direction X is larger than the number of central joints 27a extending in the longitudinal direction X. With such a configuration, the rigidity of the side joint portion 27b can be further increased, and the joint portion 27 can perform ventilation from the center region in the width direction, which is relatively small, so that the pocket 1P can be easily formed. It is possible to achieve both compatibility and suppression of stuffiness when worn.
Each joining portion 27 shown in FIG. 5 is formed in a streak shape along the longitudinal direction X, and for example, a band-like (striped), spiral, or omega-shaped joining pattern having a certain width can be adopted. . Each joint 27 can be formed continuously or discontinuously over the entire area of the outer sheet 25 in the longitudinal direction X.
Particularly, as shown in FIG. 7, it is preferable that the joining portion 27 is formed intermittently in the longitudinal direction X. In the joint 27 shown in the figure, both the central joint 27a and the side joint 27b are intermittent, but only one of these joints may be intermittently formed. . With such a configuration, the flexibility of the diaper 1 itself can be improved while increasing the rigidity of the side joint portion 27b and facilitating the formation of the pocket 1P.
Similarly to the above-described bonding portion 27, it is also preferable that the second bonding portion 27A is formed in a plurality of strips or spirals along the longitudinal direction X. By having such a configuration, the rigidity of the side region of the absorber is further increased, the center region of the absorber is easily deformed, and the pocket for holding the stool is easily formed. Can be. As a result, the excrement is successfully retained in the pocket and leakage can be prevented.
From the viewpoint of easy pocket formation, it is also preferable that the absorber 23 be formed in a single layer and have the low basis weight portion 2L described above. As a form of the absorber 23 having a single layer and the low basis weight portion 2L, for example, there is a form having a side surface as shown in FIG. 4B and the thickness of the absorber 23 is gradually reduced.
In the absorber 23, it is preferable that the contraction rate of the low basis weight portion 2L in the longitudinal direction X is higher than the contraction rates of the other regions. As such a configuration, for example, an elastic absorber described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-136498 or the like, which is formed such that the shrinkage ratio is different between the low basis weight portion 2L and the other portions is adopted. can do. By having such a configuration, it is possible to achieve both the followability of the wearer and the deformability of the excrement, and to prevent leakage of the excrement.
As shown in FIG. 3, it is preferable that the position of the elastic member 29b in the extended state be positioned so as to overlap the central region 27C where the central joint 27a exists in the thickness direction Z. When there are a plurality of elastic members 29b, at least one of the plurality of elastic members 29b only needs to overlap the central region 27C where the central joint 27a exists in the thickness direction Z. With such a configuration, the rise of the leak prevention cuff by the intermediate sheet 29 can be further improved, and lateral leakage of excrement can be prevented.
Returning to FIG. 1, at least one of the second elastic members 33 arranged on the waist portion W of the diaper 1 and the low basis weight portion 2L of the absorber 23 are arranged so as to overlap in the thickness direction Z. It is preferred that In other words, in the unfolded and stretched state of the diaper 1 shown in FIG. 2, the low basis weight portion 2 </ b> L is present on the back side R of the diaper and at the position where the second elastic member 33 is arranged. preferable. With such a configuration, three-dimensional deformation of the absorber 23 due to contraction of the second elastic member 33 can be further facilitated, and leakage of stool can be further prevented.
In particular, it is preferable that at least one of the second elastic members 33 present at a position overlapping with the low basis weight portion 2L in the thickness direction is cut into a plurality of pieces so that the elasticity is not exhibited. Such a process corresponds to the position where the low basis weight portion 2L of the absorber 23 is arranged by using, for example, an elastic member dividing portion used in the method of manufacturing a composite elastic member described in JP-A-2002-253605. Then, it can be performed by pressing the second elastic member 33. With such a configuration, excessive compression in the thickness direction due to the contraction of the second elastic member 33 is suppressed, three-dimensional deformation of the absorber is further facilitated, and leakage of excrement is reduced. Can be prevented.
Further, the second elastic member 33P cut by performing the above-described processing has an elastic member joining portion 35 whose both ends are joined with an adhesive, and the elastic member joining portion 35 and the side joining portion 27b preferably overlaps in the thickness direction Z. With such a configuration, the rigidity of the side area of the absorber 23 is further increased, so that the three-dimensional deformation of the absorber is further facilitated and leakage of stool can be effectively prevented.
In addition, while minimizing the gap between the wearer's back and the waist circumference W at the back side R, the three-dimensional deformation of the absorber 23 is facilitated, and leakage of excrement from the longitudinal direction and the width direction is reduced. From the viewpoint of prevention, it is preferable that the uncut second elastic member 33 is closer to the back end 1E than the cut second elastic member 33P.
8 and 9 show another embodiment of the absorbent body in the diaper of the present invention. In the following description, only portions different from the above-described embodiment will be described, and the other portions will be appropriately described above. The same members as those in the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.
The diaper 1 shown in FIG. 8 includes an absorber 23 having a plurality of low-rigid portions 2S extending along the longitudinal direction X. The low-rigidity portion 2S shown in FIG. 9 does not include a material for forming the absorbent core 231 in the absorber 23, and is a hole that penetrates in the thickness direction. Instead, the low-rigidity portion 2S may be replaced with a form in which the material for forming the absorbent core 231 is present and which has a lower basis weight or a smaller thickness than other areas in the absorber 23. Each of the low- rigidity portions 2S, 2S is located so as to overlap the central joint 27a in the thickness direction Z. The low rigidity portion 2S shown in the figure is formed at least in the crotch M of the absorber, and preferably extends beyond the crotch M to the abdomen F and the back R. With such a configuration, at the time of excretion, it is possible to form the pocket capable of holding the excrement by deforming the absorber 23 three-dimensionally with each low rigid portion 2S as a bending axis. As a result, stool can be held more successfully in the central region of the absorber, and leakage can be more effectively prevented.
It is preferable that one width in the width direction Y of the low-rigidity portion 2S is larger than the width in the width direction Y of one bonding portion 27 existing in the side bonding portion 27b. Further, it is also preferable that one width of the low-rigidity portion 2S in the width direction Y is smaller than the total width of the side joining portions 27b in the width direction Y. By having such a configuration, it is possible to achieve both improvement of the three-dimensional deformability of the absorber 23 and suppression of unintended leakage of excrement via the low-rigidity portion 2S.
Specifically, the width W1 of the low-rigidity portion 2S in the width direction Y (see FIG. 9) depends on the width and thickness of the absorber 23, but is preferably 0.5 mm or more, and more preferably 5 mm or more. Is more preferably 20 mm or less, more preferably 15 mm or less. The width in the width direction Y of the joint portion 27 existing in the side joint portion 27b is preferably 0.5 mm or more, more preferably 0.8 mm or more, and more preferably 5 mm or less, more preferably 2 mm or less. Preferably, it is formed so that
As shown in FIG. 8, in the cross-sectional view in the diaper width direction Y, the positions of the outer edges 27L and the low-rigidity portions 2S in the width direction Y of the central region 27C where the central joint portion 27a is formed overlap in the thickness direction. Is preferably present. That is, it is preferable that the boundary portion 27L between the central region 27C and the side region 27S overlaps the position of the low-rigidity portion 2S in the thickness direction. By having such a configuration, it is possible to deform the portion of the absorber 23 where the adhesive has a different basis weight and the low-rigidity portion 2S substantially in conformity with each other. The formation efficiency can be increased and leakage of stool can be effectively prevented.
From the same viewpoint, as shown in FIG. 9, it is also preferable that the low rigidity portion 2S is present at least in the low basis weight portion 2L. That is, it is preferable that the low rigidity portion 2S extends to a portion where the low basis weight portion 2L exists. Further, the high basis weight portion 2H shown in the figure is preferably located on the outer side in the diaper longitudinal direction X than the low basis weight portion 2L, and is preferably formed on the back side R side. By having such a configuration, the pocket is formed three-dimensionally by deformation of the low basis weight portion 2L, the stool is successfully held, and leakage of the wearer from the front-rear direction is more effectively prevented. be able to.
From the viewpoint of preventing the leakage by making it easier to form a pocket capable of holding the excrement in the absorbent body in a three-dimensional manner and preventing leakage, the widthwise end of the absorbent body 23 is viewed from the widthwise central part CL of the absorbent body 23 in the widthwise direction Y. The ratio (T2 / T1) of the length T2 from the width direction center portion CL to the width direction outer portion of the low rigidity portion 2S to the length T1 to the portion (T2 / T1) (see FIG. 9) may be 0.4 or more. Preferably, it is more preferably 0.5 or more, still more preferably 0.6 or more, and preferably 0.9 or less, more preferably 0.8 or less, and 0.7 or less. Is more preferable. Specifically, it is preferably 0.4 or more and 0.9 or less, more preferably 0.5 or more and 0.8 or less, and even more preferably 0.6 or more and 0.7 or less.
In detail, the length T1 from the width direction center portion CL to the width direction end of the absorber 23 is preferably 35 mm or more, more preferably 50 mm or more, and preferably 75 mm or less. , 65 mm or less. Further, the length T2 from the width direction central portion CL to the width direction outer end portion of the low rigidity portion 2S is preferably 20 mm or more, more preferably 30 mm or more, and preferably 50 mm or less. , 40 mm or less.
The disposable diaper having the above configuration can be a deployable or pants-type disposable diaper. From the viewpoint of the convenience of wearing by the wearer and the wearing assistant, it is preferable to use a pants-type as shown in FIGS. 1 and 6. As a pants-type disposable diaper, the outer body 3 may be divided into an abdominal outer body and a back outer body, and instead, the outer body 3 may be divided from the abdominal part F to the crotch part M. , And may be arranged over the back side R. In any case, the disposable diaper of the present invention has a good appearance immediately after wearing the diaper, and after excretion of excrement such as stool, as shown in FIG. Since the pocket 1P is formed so as to protrude in the direction, the stool can be absorbed and held in the pocket 1P, and leakage of the stool can be suppressed.
Although the present invention has been described based on the preferred embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, the low rigidity portion 2S shown in FIG. 9 may be formed on the absorber 23 shown in FIG.
