  • a heating sheet made of an electric floor or an electric cushion installed on a chair or other floor is used.
  • the commonly used heating sheet is easy to operate because it operates using the household power used in the home, easily generates heat by supply of electricity, the temperature rises quickly, and it is easy to control the power supplied to the temperature control of the mat. As it is made, the use of the heating sheet has recently been increased.
  • Such a heating sheet serves to convert electrical energy into thermal energy through a heating element having electrical resistance, and is a heat conduction layer that generates heat when current is applied from a predetermined power source and a heat conducting layer that disperses heat from the heating wire. It is made, the heat wire and the heat-conducting layer are fixed to the top and bottom by a heat-resistant adhesive.
  • the upper and lower parts are made of plastic and non-woven fabric, and more specifically, are made of polymer films such as polystyrene resin, polycarbonate resin, and polyethylene resin. Due to this complex structure and the relatively thick thickness of the heating sheet and the curing of the adhesive layer, the durability of the cured portion is lowered, and thus there is a problem that it is easily damaged by external force. In addition, in the case of the upper and lower plastic films and non-woven fabric, the thermal conductivity is lowered, resulting in a decrease in temperature efficiency.
