外置储液盒及家用电器 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器领域,具体地说,涉及一种外置储液盒及外置装配该储液盒的家用电器。
背景技术
现在市场上各种厂家的洗衣机琳琅满目,功能也越来越多,随着人工智能的发展,对洗涤剂投放的操作便利性和可靠性提出了越来越高的要求,在操作便利性方面,虽然市场上已出现了一次性存放多量洗衣液用于多个洗涤周期的智能投放洗衣机,在某种程度上减少了使用者的操作步骤,但是,用户仍需亲自去市场上购买袋装、瓶装等包装方式不统一的洗衣液,不规律性地向洗衣机固有部件—洗涤剂存放槽中投放适量洗涤剂,换而言之,一瓶或一包洗衣液仍需通过多次投放。洗涤剂的投放可靠性取决于盛放洗涤剂的装置,虽然市场上已经出现了各种用于盛放洗涤剂的装置,但是对盛放洗涤剂的装置的固定方式都过于复杂。
申请号为CN201310573169.1的中国专利公开了一种用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒设备,包括:洗涤剂盒,被设置为打开和关闭,以及具有悬挂部;按钮,在洗衣机本体中或上;以及盒固定装置,用于通过按钮的操作来限制洗涤剂盒的移动,该洗涤剂盒设备体积较小,无法容纳较多洗涤剂,洗涤剂盒设备安装和取出结构复杂,制造成本高,洗涤剂盒设备的清洗不方便,在更换洗涤液时容易造成不同品牌的液体混合,导致洗出来的衣服带有不同品牌洗涤液的气味,若洗衣机长时间不使用,洗涤剂盒中的液体会干涸,造成洗涤液管路堵塞。
申请号为CN201310737619.6的中国专利公开了一种内藏洗涤剂盒的洗衣机,包括洗衣机箱体、设置在箱体上的控制盘座及安装在控制盘座上的上盖,所述的控制盘座内设置有至少一个用于投放固体洗涤剂的腔室和至少一个用于盛放液体洗涤剂的容器,所述的腔室和容器均具有设置在所述控制盘座的上端面上的洗涤剂投放口,所述上盖在闭合状态遮盖所述洗涤剂投放口;所述的控制盘座内还设有与腔室和容器均连通的洗涤剂自动投放装置,该洗涤剂自动投放装置为利用进水水流通过文丘里管时产生的负压抽取容器内液体洗涤剂并定量投放的装置。但是上述结构还存在如下缺陷:1、控制盘座下部空间不足,该洗衣机将洗涤剂容器设置于控制盘座内,占用了较大的下部空间,而随着技术的进步,现有洗衣机的功能越来越多,对应需要安装加多的电器元件,控制盘座下部的空间不足多功能电子模块的安装;2、需要用户投放洗涤剂,导致洗涤剂投放过量,从洗涤剂投放口溢出;3、洗涤剂投放口长时间容 易积灰变脏,不易清洗。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防尘性能好、液体流出效率高、方便更换且能够直接安装在家用电器实现快速连通的外置储液盒。
本发明的另一目的在于提供装配该外置储液盒的家用电器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:一种外置储液盒,包括内部中空容纳液体的盒体、和使得盒体中空内部与外界气压平衡的透气单元,所述的透气单元包括开口,和安装在该开口的密封盖,所述的密封盖朝向开口的一侧表面设有经该开口将盒体内外相通的通气结构。
进一步的,所述的通气结构配置为自开口向密封盖外周方向延伸的透气通道;
优选的,所述的透气通道一体形成于密封盖朝向开口的一侧表面上。
进一步的,所述的密封盖朝向开口的一侧表面设有密封凸筋,该密封凸筋与开口外周配合形成透气通道。
进一步的,所述的密封凸筋包括一部分沿密封盖朝向开口的一侧表面边缘设置的、支撑在开口外周的第一凸筋和另一部分自第一凸筋向密封盖中心方向收缩、位于开口上方的第二凸筋,由第二凸筋与开口边缘之间的竖向间隙配合由第一凸筋支撑使得密封盖朝向开口的一侧表面与开口外周之间形成的横向间隙相通构成透气通道;
优选的,所述的第一凸筋和第二凸筋一体相连构成一封闭的环形密封凸筋;
还优选的,于第二凸筋的外侧设有连接密封盖和开口的连接件,连接件与第一凸筋、第二凸筋之间均具有构成一部分透气通道的间隙。
进一步的,所述的密封盖朝向开口的一侧表面边缘设置有至少一段非封闭的、支撑在开口外周的密封凸筋,密封凸筋相邻两端之间的间隙构成透气通道。
进一步的,所述的透气通道为密封盖朝向开口一侧表面上开设的沟槽结构。
进一步的,所述的透气通道为独立安装于密封盖朝向开口一侧表面上的导管,一端与开口相通,另一端朝向密封盖外周方向、与外界相通。
进一步的,所述的开口设于盒体上,所述的密封盖可开闭的覆盖安装于开口上,密封盖 的一侧通过一铰链部件与盒体连接;
优选的,密封盖朝向开口一侧表面上设有至少一卡爪,与开口卡接。
本发明还提供一种家用电器,该家用电器设有与外置配件快速连接的连通单元,该连通单元与外置储液盒匹配连接。
进一步的,所述的外置储液盒设有供液体排出的出液口,出液口通过一转接装置与连通单元连通;
转接装置设有导流通道,导流通道内设有密闭导流通道的阀单元,连通单元设有提供给阀单元外部作用力以导通导流通道的阀开启部件;
优选的,该家用电器为洗涤设备,至少包括洗衣机、洗碗机。
进一步的,所述的家用电器上设有置放所述外置储液盒的工作台,外置储液盒的出液口朝下设于工作台上,工作台上设有向上设置的连通单元。
进一步的,所述的转接装置与连通单元插拔连接。
进一步的,所述的阀开启部件包括打开阀单元的顶杆。
本发明所述的家用电器还具有添加剂投放单元,外置储液盒内的液体添加剂由出液口、转接装置、流通单元依次流出后通过添加剂投放单元自动投放。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、储液盒方便储存,购买后可直接安装在使用外置储液盒的机器上,防尘性能好、液体流出效率高,使用方便快捷;
2、外置式可拆卸的装配方式使得储液盒的维护更加简单、方便,能够有效地避免发生堵塞等问题时无法解决的现象发生;
3、洗衣机采用的外置储液盒不占用洗衣机内部空间,不影响现有洗衣机自身的洗涤剂投放结构,结构简单,拆卸方便,利于更换和清洗,具有较好的使用性。

如图1至图4所示,本发明所述的外置储液盒1包括盒体11、出液口12和透气单元13,盒体11为一周边封闭、内部中空以容纳液体的容器结构;出液口12直接或间接地设于盒体11的一侧壁上,能够将盒体11内部的液体排出,例如出液口通过导液管与盒体连通,该出液口并不仅仅用于出液,根据需要,也可从该出液口处罐装液体,出液口上设有可打开的密封结构,例如具有撕拉口的密封膜,或者,安装在出液口上的盖帽结构,不限于上述举例的结构,也可是其它间接实现出液口密封的结构;盒体11上还设有使得盒体中空内部与外界气压平衡的透气单元13,在出液口出液的过程中,由该透气单元13进气至盒体11中,以使得出液口出液顺畅。
本发明下述实施例中的外置储液盒1以多个侧壁包围构成的中空容器结构,至少一个侧壁为与家用电器安装平台匹配的形状,优选为六面体结构。
实施例一
如图1和图2所示,本实施例所述的透气单元13包括开口14,和安装在该开口14的密封盖15,所述的密封盖15朝向开口14的一侧表面,即密封盖15下表面设有经该开口14将盒体11内外相通的通气结构。
优选的,所述的开口14设于盒体11上,所述的密封盖15可开闭的覆盖安装于开口14上,密封盖15的一侧通过一铰链部件与盒体11连接,本实施例的密封盖15通过分别活动插接在密封盖15和盒体11侧壁上的连接杆150与盒体连接;
优选的,密封盖15朝向开口14一侧表面上设有至少一卡爪10,与开口14卡接。
实施例二
本实施例所述的通气结构配置为自开口14向密封盖15外周方向延伸的透气通道131。优选的,所述的透气通道131一体形成于密封盖15下表面上(参阅图3)。
进一步的,所述的透气通道为密封盖下表面上开设的沟槽结构。或者透气通道为密封盖下表面设有的支撑在开口外周盒体侧壁上的支撑件配合构成(图中未示出)。
或者,所述的透气通道为独立安装于密封盖朝向开口一侧表面上的导管,一端与开口相通,另一端朝向密封盖外周方向、与外界相通(图中未示出)。
实施例三
如图3和图4所示,本实施例所述的密封盖15下表面设有密封凸筋151,该密封凸筋151与开口14外周的盒体侧壁111配合形成透气通道131。开口14外周的盒体侧壁111下凹设计,以使得密封盖15能够嵌入该下凹处。
所述的密封凸筋151包括一部分靠近密封盖15下表面边缘设置的、支撑在开口外周盒体侧壁111上的第一凸筋1511和另一部分自第一凸筋1511向密封盖15中心方向收缩、位于开口14上方的第二凸筋1512,由第二凸筋1512与开口14边缘之间的竖向间隙配合由第一凸筋1511支撑使得密封盖15下表面与开口外周盒体侧壁111之间形成的横向间隙相通构成透气通道131;
优选的,所述的第一凸筋1511和第二凸筋1512一体相连构成一封闭的环形密封凸筋;
还优选的,于第二凸筋1512的外侧设有连接密封盖15和开口14的连接件152,连接件152与第一凸筋1511、第二凸筋1512之间均具有构成一部分透气通道131的间隙。
实施例四
本实施例与实施例三的区别在于,本实施例所述的密封盖朝向开口的一侧表面边缘设置有至少一段非封闭的、支撑在开口外周的密封凸筋,密封凸筋相邻两端之间的间隙构成透气通道(图中未示出)。
实施例五
在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例所述储液盒的出液口设有一封闭该出液口的密封件(图中未示出),该密封件配置为可撕拉、穿刺破坏的密封膜,或者为可拆卸以开启出液口的结构,例如拉环、盖体等各种结构。
实施例六
本实施例与实施例五的区别在于,所述的外置储液盒1还设有密闭出液口12的阀单元16(参阅图5),通过阀单元16阻止液体由出液口12流出,该阀单元16配置为由外部作用力控制开启的阀结构。
实施例七
如图1和图2所示,本实施例所述外置储液盒1的盒体11侧壁设有手持部17,手持部17上具有增大摩擦力的防滑结构。
进一步的,所述的防滑结构包括设于盒体11侧壁表面的防滑凸筋171,优选的,防滑结构主要由多条防滑凸筋171依次间隔构成。
还进一步的,所述的手持部17与出液口12设于不同的盒体11侧壁上。该结构便于外置储液盒与家用电器的拆装,尤其是拆卸时,盒体表面能够更好的受力,方便拆卸。
实施例八
如图2所示,本实施例在上述实施例的基础上,进一步公开了本发明所述的一种转接装置8,可拆卸安装于所述外置储液盒1的出液口12上,优选的,转接装置8设有密闭出液口12的阀单元16。
当外置储液盒1外置装配于洗衣机或洗碗机等家用电器上时,先打开出液口12,然后将转接装置8安装于出液口12上,利用该转接装置8装配在家用电器上。
实施例九
本实施例为在上述实施例的基础上,进一步公开了本发明所述的一种洗衣机,包括洗衣机本体,洗衣机本体包括实现洗涤功能的各部件,例如箱体、控制盘座、洗涤桶、驱动电机、进水管路、排水管路等结构,所述的洗衣机本体上设有连通单元3,本实施例以控制盘座6上设有连通单元3为例(参阅图7),该连通单元3通过所述的转接装置8与外置储液盒1匹配连接,所述的外置储液盒1为洗衣机外置可更换的配件。
所述的连通单元3配置有打开阀单元16使得液体流通的阀开启部件。优选的,所述的阀开启部件包括打开阀单元的顶杆31(参阅图8)。
实施例十
本实施例与上述实施例九的区别在于,本实施例为在实施例六的基础上,所述的洗衣机本体上设有的连通单元3直接与所述的外置储液盒1匹配连接,所述的外置储液盒1为洗衣机外置可更换的配件。
实施例十一
本实施例所述的洗衣机本体上设有置放所述外置储液盒的工作台,例如控制盘座6上的工作台61(参阅图7),外置储液盒出液口12朝下置放于工作台61上,工作台61上设有向上与出液口12对接连通的连通单元3。所述的连通单元3内部形成有流道,上端设有阀开启部件31用于打开所述的阀单元16(参阅图8)。
优选的,所述的出液口12和透气单元13分别设于盒体11朝向不同的两侧壁上。该结构使得透气单元的通气性能保持良好,保证液体顺利从出液口排出。
实施例十二
如图5和图6所示,在实施例八的基础上,进一步的本实施例所述的转接装置8,包括:定位连接件81,凸出于盒体11外壁与出液口12连接设置,内部形成有与出液口12相通的导流通道810,外部设有与家用电器的连通单元3匹配的定位部811;
阀单元16,设于导流通道810内,常闭导流通道810,配置为由连通单元3的阀开启部件31提供的外部作用力控制打开的阀结构。
实施例十三
如图5和图6所示,本实施例所述的定位连接件81可拆卸的安装在出液口12上,与出液口12密封连接。
进一步的方案为,所述的定位连接件81一端与出液口12螺纹连接,另一端与家用电器的连通单元3插拔连接。所述的出液口12上设有外螺纹接口,定位连接件81一端为具有内螺纹的盖帽结构。外置储液盒的出液口可由螺纹连接的盖体密封,当需要安装在家用电器上,与连通单元3连接前,先将盖体打开,再将转接装置8安装在出液口12上,然后利用定位连接件81与连通单元3连接。
实施例十四
如图6所示,本实施例所述的阀单元16包括出液通道161、控制出液通道161通断的阀塞162和供给阀塞162作用力以常闭出液通道161的第一作用部件。
进一步的方案为,所述的阀单元16包括设于出液通道161一端的顶盖163,顶盖163具有液体流过的通孔164,第一作用部件为压缩弹簧165,压缩弹簧165一端支撑在顶盖163上,另一端支撑阀塞162,出液通道161另一端为限制阀塞移动范围的内径收缩部166,内径收缩部166中间为阀出液口,阀塞162密封该阀出液口。
还进一步的,所述的阀单元16还包括引导阀塞162在顶盖163和内径收缩部166之间往复运动的阀塞杆167,顶盖163设有一穿孔,阀塞杆167一端可活动地插入穿孔内,另一端连接阀塞162,压缩弹簧165套设在阀塞杆167外周。
实施例十五
如图8和图9所示,本实施例所述的定位部811沿周向设于定位连接件81的外周壁上;家用电器的连通单元3具有一中空的导液连接头32,阀开启部件31设于导液连接头32内,定位连接件81插接于导液连接头32内,导液连接头32还设有与定位部811匹配的限位凹部321。
优选的,定位部811具有凸球面结构;更优选的,定位部811包括多个沿圆周分布的定位珠。
实施例十六
如图6和图8所示,本实施例所述的定位连接件81与洗衣机的连通单元3之间具有密封单元82;
优选的,该密封单元82包括至少一套设在定位连接件外周的密封圈;
更优选的,所述的密封圈为Y型密封圈或V型密封圈。
实施例十七
如图7所示,本实施例所述的洗衣机为波轮洗衣机,包括控制盘座6,所述外置储液盒1可拆卸安装于洗衣机的控制盘座6上方,也可以安装于控制盘座外壁上,控制盘座6上设有连通单元3,所述的控制盘座6上方后侧设有一外置连接外置储液盒的工作台61和与外置储液盒1凹凸匹配的定位部(图中未示出)。优选的,工作台61为设于控制盘座6上表面后侧能够匹配置放外置储液盒的平台。
优选的,定位部为一体设于工作台61上的定位凸起,外置储液盒1对应定位凸起设有定位凹槽18(参阅图5)。
如图8和图9所示,连通单元3包括导液连接头32,与定位连接件81匹配,导液连接头32穿过控制盘座6,与定位连接件81可拆卸地插拔式密封连接。
连通单元3包括一顶开阀塞162以打开出液通道161的阀开启部件31。导液连接头32内还设有可拆卸清洗的过滤装置33,在外置储液盒1与连通单元3未连接状态,过滤装置33能够防止杂物进入导液连接头32内造成添加剂投放堵塞。优选的,所述的阀开启部件31与过滤装置33为一体结构,可拆卸地安装于导液连接头32内。
过滤装置33为一与导液连接头32内部匹配的过滤盘,导液连接头32内设有一支撑过滤盘的凸台322,过滤盘活动支撑在凸台322上,阀开启部件31一端与过滤盘一体连接,另一端沿轴向向外部方向延伸。
本发明所述的洗衣机还具有添加剂投放单元,添加剂投放单元具有自动投放机构2(参阅图14),外置储液盒内的液体添加剂由出液口流出后通过添加剂投放单元自动投放。
实施例十八
如图10至图14所示,本实施例所述添加剂投放单元包括第一投放单元和第二投放单元, 第一投放单元安装于控制盘座6内,为手动投放单元,包括水槽4和抽拉设于水槽4内的分配盒5,例如现有的添加剂投放盒、洗衣粉盒结构,自动投放机构2设于第一投放单元的水槽4上(图中未示出),第二投放单元为外置式投放单元,包括所述盛放添加剂的外置储液盒1,第一投放单元和第二投放单元具有共用的投放水路,外置储液盒1内的添加剂由自动投放机构导出从第一投放单元投放至洗衣机内。
所述的水槽4包括本体41和安装于本体41上的水路集成模块42,水路集成模块42上设有至少一与分配盒5相通的投放水路7,自动投放机构2与投放水路7相通。
进一步的,所述的水槽4上安装有第一水路模块43和第二水路模块44,第一水路模块43集成有主进水口431和进水主路432,第二水路模块44集成有两条连通进水主路432与分配盒5的进水支路441,自动投放机构2设于第一水路模块43和第二水路模块44上,连通进水主路432和外置储液盒1。
优选的,第一水路模块43安装于的水槽4后侧,第二水路模块44安装于的水槽4顶部。
本实施例第一投放单元为现有的波轮洗衣机添加剂投放结构,分配盒5至少包括两个腔室,分别为洗涤剂/洗衣粉腔室51、柔顺剂腔室52(参阅图11),进水主路432与分配盒的洗涤剂/洗衣粉腔室相通;水路集成模块42上还设有辅助进水口421和进水辅路422(参阅图14),与柔顺剂腔室相通。
进一步的,所述的水槽4上还安装有一导液连接部45,即为连通单元3,导液连接部45包括导液连接头32和控制阀451,导液连接头32与外置储液盒1可拆卸连接,控制阀451控制导液连接头32与自动投放机构2的连通。
实施例十九
如图13和图14所示,本发明所述的自动投放机构2包括添加剂抽取单元21和添加剂抽取管路22,添加剂抽取单元21与投放水路7连通,添加剂抽取管路22进液端与连通单元3连通,出液端与添加剂抽取单元21相通。
优选的,添加剂抽取单元21包括设于投放水路内的负压形成部,为设于进水主路432中的文丘里管,添加剂抽取管路22出液端与负压形成部相通,添加剂抽取后通过负压形成部进入进水主路432,然后由进水支路441流入分配盒的洗涤剂/洗衣粉腔室51,最后由水槽4出水口流出至洗衣机的洗涤桶内。
优选的,所述的添加剂抽取管路22上设有检测添加剂投放量的流量检测单元23,更优 选的,流量检测单元23可拆卸地安装于水路集成模块42上。
进一步的,第二水路模块44还集成有对自动投放机构2清洗的冲洗水路442。所述的冲洗水路442一端与投放水路7连通,另一端通过控制阀451与添加剂抽取管路22连通。控制阀451为两进一出换向阀,换向阀的进口分别与冲洗水路442、导液连接头32连接,出口与添加剂抽取管路22连接。

  1. 一种外置储液盒,包括内部中空容纳液体的盒体、和使得盒体中空内部与外界气压平衡的透气单元,其特征在于:所述的透气单元包括开口,和安装在该开口的密封盖,所述的密封盖朝向开口的一侧表面设有经该开口将盒体内外相通的通气结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的外置储液盒,其特征在于:所述的通气结构配置为自开口向密封盖外周方向延伸的透气通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的外置储液盒,其特征在于:所述的透气通道一体形成于密封盖朝向开口的一侧表面上。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的外置储液盒,其特征在于:所述的密封盖朝向开口的一侧表面设有密封凸筋,该密封凸筋与开口外周配合形成透气通道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的外置储液盒,其特征在于:所述的密封凸筋包括一部分沿密封盖朝向开口的一侧表面边缘设置的、支撑在开口外周的第一凸筋和另一部分自第一凸筋向密封盖中心方向收缩、位于开口上方的第二凸筋,由第二凸筋与开口边缘之间的竖向间隙配合由第一凸筋支撑使得密封盖朝向开口的一侧表面与开口外周之间形成的横向间隙相通构成透气通道。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的外置储液盒,其特征在于:所述的第一凸筋和第二凸筋一体相连构成一封闭的环形密封凸筋。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的外置储液盒,其特征在于:于第二凸筋的外侧设有连接密封盖和开口的连接件,连接件与第一凸筋、第二凸筋之间均具有构成一部分透气通道的间隙。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的外置储液盒,其特征在于:所述的密封盖朝向开口的一侧表面边缘设置有至少一段非封闭的、支撑在开口外周的密封凸筋,密封凸筋相邻两端之间的间隙构成透气通道。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的外置储液盒,其特征在于:所述的透气通道为密封盖朝向开口一侧表面上开设的沟槽结构。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的外置储液盒,其特征在于:所述的透气通道为独立安装于密封盖朝向开口一侧表面上的导管,一端与开口相通,另一端朝向密封盖外周方向、与外界相通。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一所述的外置储液盒,其特征在于:所述的开口设于盒体上,所述的密封盖可开闭的覆盖安装于开口上,密封盖的一侧通过一铰链部件与盒体连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的外置储液盒,其特征在于:所述的密封盖朝向开口一侧表面上设有至少一卡爪,与开口卡接。
  13. 一种家用电器,其特征在于:家用电器设有与外置配件快速连接的连通单元,该连通单元与权利要求1-12任一所述的外置储液盒匹配连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的家用电器,其特征在于:所述的外置储液盒设有供液体排出的出液口,出液口通过一转接装置与连通单元连通;
    转接装置设有导流通道,导流通道内设有密闭导流通道的阀单元,连通单元设有提供给阀单元外部作用力以导通导流通道的阀开启部件。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的家用电器,其特征在于:所述的家用电器为洗涤设备,至少包括洗衣机、洗碗机。
