一种便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫及其床垫材料分类回收方法
技术领域
本发明涉及袋装弹簧技术领域,特别涉及一种便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫及其床垫材料分类回收方法。
背景技术
袋装弹簧是将单个弹簧包裹封装在布袋内构成,各袋装弹簧依次相连便构成袋装弹簧串,将袋装弹簧串排列粘接形成一体构成袋装弹簧床垫。
传统的袋装弹簧床垫是由袋装弹簧串整齐并列粘接构成,由于在结构设计时完全没有考虑将来被废弃时袋装弹簧床垫如何回收处理的问题,因此,传统结构形式的袋装弹簧床垫作为垃圾时,存在其体积大、难以压缩、内部金属材料难以分离回收等难题。
现有技术中通常采用机械或者用高压水刀切除剥离的方式将袋装弹簧床垫的外层布料剥离分解,进而对布料和金属材料进行分类;或者采用人工方式对袋装弹簧床垫的布料进行切割,在逐步将内部金属材料抽出进而分离。该两种袋装弹簧床垫分离回收作业方式均存在工作效率低、回收成本高等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫及其床垫材料分类回收方法。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫,由袋装弹簧串排列连接构成袋装弹簧床芯,所述袋装弹簧串包括布料和包裹封装于布料内的弹簧串,所述弹簧串由前后依次相连的弹簧构成,在所述布料上设置焊缝以将前后依次相连的弹簧间隔分开。
进一步地,所述布料的焊缝构成前后相邻分别用以容纳各弹簧的腔室,各所述腔室之间通过空隙连通。
进一步地,各所述腔室内前后空隙的位置上下错开。
进一步地,所述焊缝沿着弹簧的外形轮毂设置,所述弹簧以竖直方式或倾斜方式设置。
进一步地,所述袋装弹簧串的至少一端设置缺口。
进一步地,所述弹簧串由单条钢丝成型。
进一步地,所述弹簧串由金属或塑料构成。
进一步地,所述袋装弹簧床芯由袋装弹簧串通过粘接和/或超声波焊接构成。
进一步地,所述袋装弹簧床芯包覆有床套,在袋装弹簧床垫其中一侧面的床套上设置开口,所述开口与袋装弹簧串的缺口相对应,在所述床套上连接有封闭开口的封布。
进一步地,所述床套与封布之间通过拉链或魔术贴连接。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种袋装弹簧床垫的床垫材料分类回收方法,包括以下步骤:打开袋装弹簧床垫侧面的开口并找出各袋装弹簧串的缺口;经袋装弹簧串的缺口将弹簧串拉出,使弹簧串与布料相分离。
有益效果:此便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫及其床垫材料分类回收方法中,弹簧前后依次相连构成一体被包裹封装在布料内,当处于端部的弹簧在外力作用下向外拉出时,由于各弹簧彼此相连,使得整个的弹簧串可以非常方便地被拉出脱离布料,进而使得其中的金属材料和布料分开,不需要专门技术手段进行分离,即便用户自己在家中通过十分钟左右也能够进行分类回收,操作简单快捷,有利于垃圾分类和环境保护。

具体实施方式
本部分将详细描述本发明的具体实施例,本发明之较佳实施例在附图中示出,附图的作用在于用图形补充说明书文字部分的描述,使人能够直观地、形象地理解本发明的每个技术特征和整体技术方案,但其不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。

参照图1至图4,本发明实施例袋装弹簧床垫,由袋装弹簧串排列连接构成袋装弹簧床芯,其中,相邻的袋装弹簧串之间可以通过胶水粘接连接,也可以通过超声波焊接连接。
单条的袋装弹簧串包括布料10和包裹封装于布料10内的弹簧串20,弹簧串20由前后依次相连的弹簧21构成,弹簧串20可以由单条钢丝制造成型,其材质可以选用金属或塑料,在布料10上设置多道焊缝11,用于将前后依次相连的弹簧21间隔分开,也使得弹簧21相对固定。可以理解的是,布料10上的多道焊缝11将布料构成的内腔划分为前后相邻的腔室,前后相邻的腔室分别对应容纳各弹簧21,前后相邻的腔室之间通过空隙12相互连通,空隙12的大小尺寸被设置成足够让弹簧21穿过,当处于端部的弹簧21在外力作用下向外拉出时,由于各弹簧21彼此相连,使得整个的弹簧串20被拉出脱离布料。
弹簧21以竖直方式或倾斜方式设置,相应地,焊缝11沿着弹簧21的外形轮毂改变布置,处于同一个腔室内的前后空隙12的位置上下错开,即相邻弹簧21之间都是顶端或者底端相连,空隙12被设置处于该相连位置处。
其中的一些实施例中,在布料10上位于袋装弹簧串的一端或两端设置缺口13,可以方便将弹簧串20经过该缺口向外拉出,该缺口13可以是预先成型的,也可以是在外力作用下容易被打开成型的。
其中的一些实施例中,袋装弹簧床芯包覆有床套30,在袋装弹簧床垫其中一侧面的床套30上设置开口,开口与袋装弹簧串的缺口13相对应,打开床套的开口就可以直接看到袋装弹簧串的缺口13,通过该开口能够将整个的袋装弹簧床芯或其中金属的弹簧串20向外拉出,在床套30上通过拉链或魔术贴连接用于封闭开口的封布31。
本发明实施例袋装弹簧床垫的床垫材料分类回收方法,打开袋装弹簧床垫侧面的开口并找出各袋装弹簧串的缺口13;经袋装弹簧串的缺口13将弹簧串20拉出,使弹簧串20与布料10相分离。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施方式,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

  1. 一种便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫,由袋装弹簧串排列连接构成袋装弹簧床芯,其特征在于:所述袋装弹簧串包括布料和包裹封装于布料内的弹簧串,所述弹簧串由前后依次相连的弹簧构成,在所述布料上设置焊缝以将前后依次相连的弹簧间隔分开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫,其特征在于:所述布料的焊缝构成前后相邻分别用以容纳各弹簧的腔室,各所述腔室之间通过空隙连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫,其特征在于:各所述腔室内前后空隙的位置上下错开。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫,其特征在于:所述焊缝沿着弹簧的外形轮毂设置,所述弹簧以竖直方式或倾斜方式设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫,其特征在于:所述袋装弹簧串的至少一端设置缺口。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫,其特征在于:所述弹簧串由单条钢丝成型。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫,其特征在于:所述弹簧串由金属或塑料构成。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫,其特征在于:所述袋装弹簧床芯由袋装弹簧串通过粘接和/或超声波焊接构成。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫,其特征在于:所述袋装弹簧床芯包覆有床套,在袋装弹簧床垫其中一侧面的床套上设置开口,所述开口与袋装弹簧串的缺口相对应,在所述床套上连接有封闭开口的封布。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的便于回收的袋装弹簧床垫,其特征在于:所述床套与封布之间通过拉链或魔术贴连接。
  11. 一种如权利要求1-10任一项所述袋装弹簧床垫的床垫材料分类回收方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:打开袋装弹簧床垫侧面的开口并找出各袋装弹簧串的缺口;经袋装弹簧串的缺口将弹簧串拉出,使弹簧串与布料相分离。
