优选地,本实施例中,所述后声腔的所述模组外壳上形成有沿模组外壳底面至顶面方向延伸的夹壁3,所述隔离组件插装于所述夹壁3中并与夹壁3一 同将所述后声腔分隔为第一空腔和第二空腔。透气隔离组件2可使第一空腔和第二空腔间气流连通。其中,透气隔离组件2的透气孔的直径应小于吸音材料颗粒的直径,防止吸音材料穿过透气隔离组件2进入扬声器单体4。更优选地,该夹壁3可延伸至模组外壳的顶面,以提高透气隔离组件2的固定效果。本领域技术人员应当明了,在实际应用中,本实用新型实施例中,模组壳体包括但不限于三部分壳体的结构,即所述模组外壳可由两部分壳体构成,分别为模组上壳和模组下壳,该实施例中,所述夹壁可以设置在所述模组下壳上,具体的,所述模组下壳上形成有沿模组下壳底面至顶面方向延伸的夹壁,本实用新型不予赘述。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述模组中壳12包括底壁和由所述底壁边缘相对于所述底壁垂直延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁靠近所述扬声器单体4的一侧形成有开口,所述夹壁3至少包括分别形成在所述开口两侧的侧壁上的第一夹壁和第二夹壁,所述第一夹壁和第二夹壁的一端与所述底壁连接。第一夹壁和第二夹壁对透气隔离组件2的两侧进行限定和固定,保持透气隔离组件2的固定稳定性,并与透气隔离组件2一同将后声腔分隔为第一空腔和第二空腔。
在另一个实施方式中,所述夹壁3进一步还可包括形成在所述底壁上用于插接透气隔离组件2的第三夹壁,第三夹壁和第一夹壁和第二夹壁共同起到限位和固定透气隔离组件2的作用,以提高透气隔离组件2固定稳定性。更优选地,该第三夹壁可与所述第一夹壁和所述第二夹壁的至少之一连接。
在另一个实施方式中,所述夹壁3进一步还可包括形成在所述模组下壳13上并与所述隔离组件对应的第四夹壁3,所述第四夹壁3上形成有与所述透气隔离组件2插接的第二凹槽。将透气隔离组件2通过插接的方式后装在模组中壳12的夹壁3上后,可将模组下壳13通过第二凹槽与透气隔离组件2固定和密封,进一步固定透气隔离组件2。在另一个实施方式中,所述隔离组件也可通过涂胶与所述模组下壳13密封。
在一个实施方式中,所述透气隔离组件2可在模组中壳12注塑成型后,通过插装的形式后装在模组中壳12上。在另一个实施方式中,透气隔离组件2也可在组装后与所述模组外壳一体注塑。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述夹壁3上形成有容纳所述透气隔离组件2的第一凹槽,为了进一步使透气隔离组件2与夹壁3间密封设置,所述支撑架21靠近第一凹槽的外表面进一步可设置弹垫,所述弹垫在所述透气隔离组件2插装于所述夹壁3中时被压缩以密封所述透气隔离组件2和所述夹壁3。 在另一个优选地实施方式中,同理地,也可在第一凹槽中设弹垫,所述弹垫在所述隔离组件插装于所述夹壁3中时被压缩以密封所述隔离组件和所述夹壁3。
显然,本实用新型的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本实用新型所作的举例,而并非是对本实用新型的实施方式的限定,对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举,凡是属于本实用新型的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本实用新型的保护范围之列。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器模组,包括模组外壳及设于所述模组外壳内的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体将所述模组外壳围成的空腔分为前声腔和后声腔,所述模组外壳中还设有将所述后声腔分为第一腔体和第二腔体的透气隔离组件,所述第二腔体中填充有吸音材料,其特征在于,所述透气隔离组件包括支撑架以及通过背胶与所述支撑架粘贴固定的网布。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,形成后声腔的所述模组外壳上形成有沿模组外壳底面至顶面方向延伸的夹壁,所述透气隔离组件插装于所述夹壁中并与夹壁一同将所述后声腔分隔为第一空腔和第二空腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述夹壁上形成有容纳所述透气隔离组件的第一凹槽,所述支撑架靠近第一凹槽的外表面进一步设有弹垫,所述弹垫在所述透气隔离组件插装于所述夹壁中时被压缩以密封所述透气隔离组件和所述夹壁。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述夹壁上形成有容纳所述透气隔离组件的第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽中设有弹垫,所述弹垫在所述透气隔离组件插装于所述夹壁中时被压缩以密封所述透气隔离组件和所述夹壁。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述模组外壳包括模组上壳、模组中壳和模组下壳,所述扬声器单体与所述模组上壳围成所述前声腔,所述扬声器单体与所述模组上壳、模组中壳和模组下壳围成所述后声腔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述模组中壳包括底壁和相对于所述底壁垂直延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁靠近所述扬声器单体的一侧形成有开口,所述夹壁至少包括分别形成在所述开口两侧的侧壁上的第一夹壁和第二夹壁,所述第一夹壁和第二夹壁的一端与所述底壁连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述夹壁进一步包括形成在所述底壁上并连接所述第一夹壁和所述第二夹壁的第三夹壁。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述透气隔离组件与所述模组下壳间涂胶密封。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述夹壁进一步包括形成在所述模组下壳上并与所述透气隔离组件对应的第四夹壁,所述 第四夹壁上形成有与所述透气隔离组件插接的第二凹槽。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述透气隔离组件与所述模组外壳一体注塑;其中,
    所述背胶为双面胶。
