本发明属于航海装置技术领域,具体是涉及一种紧急无线电示位标装置。
背景技术:
紧急无线电示位标EPIRB(Emergency Position Indication Radio Beacon)是一种能发送无线电信号的信标,其利用本身发射的射频信号来表示自己的位置以及状态,以便搜救单位准确地确定它的位置,它是全球海上遇险与安全系统GMDSS(Global Maritime Distress and Safety System)的重要的船对岸的报警装置。紧急无线示位标的主要功能有:发送警报,船体遇到危险时能够发送遇险警报;识别信息,发送的报警信号中含有识别信息,便于确定船体ID或登记信息等;定位信息,发送的报警信号中含有位置信息,或通过测试其发射的信号得出自身的位置信息;寻位跟踪,发射无线电信号,便于飞行器或者救助船等寻找。
现有的紧急无线电示位标的释放器通常安装在释放箱的内部,使用时,释放器将释放箱的上盖弹出,但是不能使得示位标和释放箱的底座有效分离,影响示位标的上浮和收发信号。
发明内容:
为此,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于现有技术中用于紧急无线电示位标的释放箱内的释放器智能将上盖弹出,不能使得示位标和底座有效分离,影响示位标的上浮和收发信号,从而提出一种紧急无线电示位标装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种紧急无线电示位标装置,包括示位标和释放箱,所述释放箱包括底座和上盖,所述上盖盖合在所述底座上,所述上盖和所述底座之间形成用于容纳所述示位标的空腔,所述底座的内侧成型有用于夹持所述示位标的第一夹持机构,所述上盖的内侧成型有用于夹持所述示位标的第二夹持机构,所述底座和所述上盖的外侧面上成型有锁紧机构。

工作原理:
当释放箱沉入水中4米后,在水压的作用下,静水压力释放器10前端的刀片将钢丝绳9切断,从而使得释放箱1的底座101和上盖102分离,第一夹板3和第二夹板5分别在第一压缩弹簧4和第二压缩弹簧6的作用下向两边弹出,从而使得第一夹板3和第二夹板5中间夹持的示位标1脱离并浮出水面进行报警。同时,第一挡板11和第二挡板12夹持的天线102也从中脱离。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种紧急无线电示位标装置,其特征在于:抵靠在所述示位标(1)前端面上的第一挡板(11)的端面上成型有半弧形的第一卡槽(1101),抵靠在所述示位标(1)前端面上的第二挡板(12)的端面上成型有半弧形的第二卡槽,所述第一卡槽(1101)和所述第二卡槽抵靠后形成圆形的卡槽用于夹持所述天线(102)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种紧急无线电示位标装置,其特征在于:所述底座(201)的外侧壁上成型有第一支耳(13),所述上盖(202)的外侧壁上成型有第二支耳(14),所述第一固定座(7)的下方成型有第一插块(15),所述第二固定座(8)的下方成型有第二插块(16),所述第一插块(15)插设在所述第一支耳(13)内并通过支轴固定,所述第二插块(16)插设在所述第二支耳(14)内并通过支轴固定。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种紧急无线电示位标装置,其特征在于:所述天线(102)上设置有反光带(17)。
