请结合参阅图1至图5,图5示出了本发明提供的一种广告机器人中广告投放系统的结构框图。
广告投放系统包括机器人控制系统20,还包括与机器人控制系统20电连接的广告切换模块201、底盘驱动模块202、人脸识别模块203、电压监测模块204、视频通话模块205、语音交互模块206以及数据储存模块207。通过将多个功能模块集中于该广告机器人上,以提高该广告机器人的功能性和实用性。
其中,广告屏121电连接广告切换模块201,通过广告切换模块201控制广告屏121切换页面,实现广告的滚动投放。在本实施例中,广告屏121设有三块,三块广告屏121分布于机器人躯干12的正面以及两侧面,增加了广告的投放面积,增强了广告的投放效果。
机器人移动底盘13电连接底盘驱动模块202,通过底盘驱动模块202以改变该机器人移动底盘13的运动轨迹,并控制机器人移动底盘13运动的启停。
其中,机器人躯干12的正面设有体感摄像头122,体感摄像头122电 连接底盘驱动模块202;通过体感摄像头122在作用范围内感应人体,以获取并分析环境中的人体位置信息;并通过底盘驱动模块202驱动,控制机器人移动底盘13朝该人体位置移动,并使显示屏始终面对人体。通过设置体感摄像头122,使广告机器人能够通过感应人体位置以移动至人流量大的地方,并调整显示屏的朝向,从而增强了广告投放的效果。
机器人躯干12的正面还设有激光雷达123,激光雷达123电连接底盘驱动模块202;激光雷达123感应得到第一环境信息,该第一环境信息包括目标距离、方位、高度、速度、姿态以及形状等参数,底盘驱动模块202根据第一环境信息构建多条运动路径。由于该激光雷达123的感应范围较广,因此该第一环境信息所涉及的范围较大,从而底盘驱动模块202能够根据所获得的第一环境信息以构建在当前环境中较为全面的多条运动路径。
此外,机器人躯干12的四周分布有超声波传感器124,机器人躯干12的正面设有红外防跌落传感器125。在本实施例中,超声波传感器124设有四个,分布于机器人躯干12的前面、后面、左侧面以及右侧面上。
该超声波传感器124和红外防跌落传感器125均电连接底盘驱动模块202。通过该超声波传感器124感应近距离范围内是否存在障碍物,以及由红外防跌落传感器125感应广告机器人前方是否存在台阶,超声波传感器124和红外防跌落传感器125的检测结果结合得到第二环境信息。具体地,该第二环境信息包括障碍物、台阶的方位以及距离。底盘驱动模块202根据第二环境信息从上述获得的多条运动路径中选择最佳运动路径,以躲避障碍物并防止广告机器人跌落。
其中,位于机器人躯干12正面以及侧面的三个该超声波传感器124之间形成的夹角为40°,从而,该超声波传感器124主要探测机器人本体10前方以及侧前方的障碍物。该红外防跌落传感器125设有三个,其中两个红外防跌落传感器125设置于机器人躯干12的前面,另外一个红外防跌落传感器125设置于机器人躯干12的后面,以探测位于机器人本体10前后的台阶。
在本实施例中,机器人躯干12上设有急停开关128,急停开关128电连接机器人控制系统20,用于在紧急情况下使广告机器人停止运作。
机器人头部11设有人脸识别摄像头115,人脸识别摄像头115电连接人脸识别模块203,人脸识别模块203与数据储存模块207。
人脸识别摄像头115用于识别用户并读取用户面部特征,人脸识别模块203将读取到的用户面部特征与预存于数据储存模块207中的用户面部特征模板进行比对;当比对成功时,机器人控制系统20通过广告切换模块201控制广告屏121切换页面,使广告屏121内的广告内容与用户相匹配。
通过人脸识别摄像头115与人脸识别模块203相结合,能够针对实现储存于数据储存模块207内的用户以针对性地投放广告。例如,当通过人脸识别摄像头115识别出该用户为女性时,则通过广告切换模块201将广告切换至护肤品、化妆品或服饰类别的广告;当通过人脸识别摄像头115识别出该用户为男性时,则通过广告切换模块201将广告切换至汽车、游戏机等类别的广告。通过向不同用户针对性地投放广告,能够大程度地刺激消费者的消费欲望,有力地增强了广告的投放效果。
机器人躯干12的背面设有自动充电装置129,自动充电装置129电连接电压监测模块204,用于与外接的充电桩对接,以实现自主充电功能。
机器人本体10内设有电源,该电源与电压监测模块204电连接,该电压监测模块204用于监测电源的电压。
此外,机器人躯干12的背面还设有红外避障传感器126和充电摄像头,红外避障传感器126和充电摄像头电连接底盘驱动模块202,用于在充电模式下结合获取第三环境信息。其中,红外避障传感器126用于监测机器人本体10是否与充电桩相撞,充电摄像头用于定位充电桩;红外避障传感器126与充电摄像头配合,用于实现自动充电装置129与充电桩的对接。底盘驱动模块202根据该第三环境信息与预存的充电桩的位置信息构建充电运动路径,控制机器人移动底盘13运动至充电位,并与充电桩对接充电。其中,该第三环境信息包括障碍物的位置和距离。
当电压监测模块204监测到电源的电压低于预设值时,机器人控制系统20通过底盘驱动模块202使广告机器人回到充电桩处,并使自动充电装置129与充电桩对接,以实现对电源的充电。
通过电压监测模块204实时监测机器人本体10中电源的电量,并通过自动充电装置129与充电桩的配合以实现充电功能,从而延长了该广告机 器人的续航时间,确保广告的投放效果。
机器人头部11还设有视频通话模组116,视频通话模组116电连接视频通话模块205和触摸屏111;视频通话模组116包括视频通话摄像头和视频通话麦克风。通过视频通话模组116和触摸屏111,在有需要时能够实现视频通话;例如,当用户有意向购买产品,需要向导购咨询产品信息时,可通过视频通话模块205与导购接线,并通过视频通话模组116以及触摸屏111实现视频以及语音功能。
机器人头部11设有语音交互麦克风组114,语音交互麦克风组114电连接语音交互模块206。其中,该语音交互麦克风组114包括6个麦克风。语音交互麦克风组114用于获取语音指令,语音交互模块206读取语音指令、对其分析处理和识别,并作出回答,回答结果通过第一喇叭112和第二喇叭1210进行播报。
此外,该语音交互模块206还识别语音命令,并将语音指令与预存于数据储存模块207中的语音指令模板进行比对;当比对成功时,机器人控制系统20通过控制对应的模块执行相应的操作。例如,当用户提供语音命令“开始巡逻”时,机器人控制系统20可通过底盘驱动模块202控制机器人移动底盘13按事先规划的路线进行巡逻。
请参考图6,基于上述实施例,本发明实施例提供了一种广告机器人的广告投放方法,包括:
S1、实时监测电源电压是否低于预设值;若是,控制广告机器人进入充电模式;若否,控制广告机器人进入工作模式。
该步骤中,通过电压监测模块204获取电源电压。
S2、在工作模式下,获取并分析环境中的人体位置信息,控制广告机器人对应于所述人体位置运动。
其中,步骤:使广告机器人对应于所述人体位置运动,包括:
S201、获取第一环境信息,根据所述第一环境信息构建多条运动路径;
S202、获取第二环境信息,根据第二环境信息从多条运动路径中选取最佳路径,以躲避障碍物并防止广告机器人跌落。
该步骤中,通过设置于机器人躯干12正面的体感摄像头122以获取环境中的人体位置信息,经底盘驱动模块202分析该人体位置信息,并控制 广告机器人朝该人体位置运动。
在广告机器人运动的过程中,通过激光雷达123感应得到第一环境信息,该第一环境信息包括目标距离、方位、高度、速度、姿态以及形状等参数,底盘驱动模块202根据第一环境信息构建运动路径;通过该超声波传感器124感应近距离范围内是否存在障碍物,以及由红外防跌落传感器125感应广告机器人前方是否存在台阶,超声波传感器124和红外防跌落传感器125的检测结果结合得到第二环境信息,底盘驱动模块202根据第二环境信息获取最佳运动路径,以躲避障碍物并防止广告机器人跌落。
其中,该激光雷达123的感应范围较广,因此该第一环境信息所涉及的范围较大,从而底盘驱动模块202能够根据所获得的第一环境信息以构建在当前环境中较为全面的运动路径。
S3、在工作模式下,获取用户面部特征,将用户面部特征与预存的用户面部特征模板进行比对;当比对成功时,广告屏切换至与所述用户面部特征模板对应的页面。
该步骤中,通过人脸识别摄像头115以识别用户并读取其用户面部特征,人脸识别模块203将读取到的用户面部特征与预存于数据储存模块207中的用户面部特征模板进行比对;当比对成功时,机器人控制系统20通过广告切换模块201控制广告屏121切换页面,使广告屏121内的广告内容与用户相匹配。
S4、在工作模式下,获取语音指令,并将语音指令与语音指令模板进行比对;当比对成功时,机器人控制系统通过控制对应的模块执行相应的操作。
在该步骤中,通过语音交互麦克风组114获取语音指令,语音交互模块206读取语音指令、对其分析处理和识别,并作出回答,回答结果通过第一喇叭112和第二喇叭1210进行播报。
此外,该语音交互模块206还识别语音命令,并将语音指令与储存于数据储存模块207中的语音指令模板进行比对;当比对成功时,机器人控制系统20通过控制对应的模块执行相应的操作。例如,当用户提供语音命令“开始巡逻”时,机器人控制系统20可通过底盘驱动模块202控制广告机器人按事先规划的路线进行巡逻。
S5、在进入充电模式时,获取第三环境信息,根据第三环境信息与预存的充电桩的位置信息构建充电运动路径,控制广告机器人运动至充电位并与充电桩对接充电;第三环境信息包括障碍物的位置和距离。
该步骤中,通过红外避障传感器126监测机器人本体10是否与充电桩相撞,并通过充电摄像头定位充电桩;红外避障传感器126与充电摄像头配合,以实现自动充电装置129与充电桩的对接充电。
需要说明的是,图6仅示出了本发明广告投放方法的一种具体实施例,本领域内技术人员应当理解,本发明中步骤S2至步骤S4并不存在严格前后顺序的限定。
以上所述,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种广告机器人,包括机器人本体,其特征在于,所述机器人本体包括机器人躯干;所述机器人躯干顶部设有机器人头部,所述机器人头部设有用于获取用户面部特征的人脸识别摄像头;所述机器人躯干的正面设有体感摄像头,用于获取并分析环境中的人体位置信息;所述机器人躯干上设有若干广告屏;所述机器人躯干底部设有可移动的机器人移动底盘;
    所述机器人本体内安装有广告投放系统,所述广告投放系统包括用于控制广告机器人的操作的机器人控制系统,还包括:
    底盘驱动模块,与所述机器人控制系统、体感摄像头和机器人移动底盘电连接,用于规划机器人移动底盘的运动路径并控制机器人移动底盘运动的启停,以控制广告机器人对应于所述人体位置运动;
    电连接所述人脸识别模块的数据储存模块,用于预存用户面部特征模板以及与所述用户面部特征模板对应的广告页面;
    电连接所述人脸识别摄像头的人脸识别模块,用于将获取到的用户面部特征与预存的用户面部特征模板进行比对;
    与所述机器人控制系统和广告屏电连接的广告切换模块,用于当用户面部特征与预存的用户面部特征模板进行比对成功时,控制广告屏切换至与所述用户面部特征模板对应的页面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的广告机器人,其特征在于,所述机器人躯干上设有激光雷达,所述激光雷达电连接所述底盘驱动模块;所述激光雷达用于在工作模式下获取第一环境信息,底盘驱动模块根据所述第一环境信息构建多条运动路径;所述第一环境信息包括所述人体位置目标的距离、方位、高度、速度;
    所述机器人躯干四周分布有超声波传感器和红外防跌落传感器,所述超声波传感器和红外防跌落传感器电连接所述底盘驱动模块,用于在工作模式下结合获取第二环境信息,底盘驱动模块根据所述第二环境信息从多条运动路径中选取最佳路径,以躲避障碍物并防止广告机器人跌落;所述第二环境信息包括障碍物、台阶的方位以及距离;
    所述机器人躯干上设有急停开关,所述急停开关电连接所述机器人控 制系统。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的广告机器人,其特征在于,所述机器人头部设有语音交互麦克风组;
    所述机器人控制系统还包括语音交互模块,所述语音交互模块电连接所述机器人控制系统和语音交互麦克风组;所述语音交互模块用于获取语音指令,并将语音指令与预存的语音指令模板进行比对;当比对成功时,机器人控制系统控制对应的模块执行相应的操作。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的广告机器人,其特征在于,所述机器人本体内设有电源;所述机器人控制系统电连接一电压监测模块,用于监测电源电压;
    实时监测电源电压是否低于预设值;若是,则进入充电模式;若否,则进入工作模式;
    所述机器人躯干的背面设有自主充电装置,所述自主充电装置电连接所述电压监测模块;所述自主充电装置用于在充电模式下与外设的充电桩对接充电;
    所述机器人躯干的背面还设有红外避障传感器和充电摄像头,所述红外避障传感器和充电摄像头电连接所述底盘驱动模块;
    充电模式下,所述红外避障传感器和充电摄像头结合获取第三环境信息,所述底盘驱动模块根据所述第三环境信息与预存的充电桩的位置信息构建充电运动路径,控制机器人移动底盘运动至充电位并与充电桩对接充电;所述第三环境信息包括障碍物的位置和距离。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的广告机器人,其特征在于,所述广告投放系统还包括视频通话模块,所述视频通话模块电连接所述机器人控制系统;
    所述机器人头部设有触摸屏、视频通话摄像头和视频通话麦克风,所述触摸屏、视频通话摄像头和视频通话麦克风均电连接所述视频通话模块;
    所述机器人头部设有第一喇叭,所述机器人躯干设有第二喇叭。
  6. 一种广告机器人的广告投放方法,其特征在于,应用于如权利要求1至5任一项所述的广告机器人,包括:在工作模式下,
    获取并分析环境中的人体位置信息,控制机器人移动底盘对应于所述人体位置运动;
    获取用户面部特征,将用户面部特征与预存的用户面部特征模板进行比对;当比对成功时,广告屏切换至与所述用户面部特征模板对应的页面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的广告投放方法,其特征在于,所述步骤:使机器人移动底盘对应于所述人体位置运动,包括:
    获取第一环境信息,根据所述第一环境信息构建多条运动路径;所述第一环境信息包括所述人体位置目标的距离、方位、高度、速度;
    获取第二环境信息,根据所述第二环境信息从多条运动路径中选取最佳路径,以躲避障碍物并防止广告机器人跌落;所述第二环境信息包括障碍物、台阶的方位以及距离。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的广告投放方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在工作模式下,获取语音指令,并将语音指令与预存的语音指令模板进行比对;当比对成功时,机器人控制系统通过控制对应的模块执行相应的操作。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的广告投放方法,其特征在于,还包括:在充充电模式下,进行充电的步骤;
    所述进行充电的步骤包括:
    实时监测电源电压是否低于预设值,若是,则进入充电模式;
    在进入充电模式时,获取第三环境信息,根据所述第三环境信息与预存的充电桩的位置信息构建充电运动路径,控制机器人移动底盘运动至充电位并与充电桩对接充电;所述第三环境信息包括障碍物的位置和距离。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的广告投放方法,其特征在于,还包括模式切换步骤,
    所述模式切换步骤包括:
    监测广告机器人的电源电压;
    当电源电压高于预设值时,控制广告机器人进入工作模式;当电源电压低于预设值时,控制广告机器人进入充电模式。
