本实用新型属于机械设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种搅拌模组。
背景技术
目前市面上主要包含三种类型的搅拌器,旋浆式,涡轮式和锚式,旋浆式,涡轮式搅拌器的功率分配对湍流脉动有利,而旋桨式搅拌器对总体流动有利。对于同一类型的搅拌器来说,按照工艺条件、搅拌目的和要求,选择搅拌器型式,选择搅拌器型式时应充分掌握搅拌器的动力特性和搅拌器在搅拌过程中所产生的流动状态与各种搅拌目的的因果关系在功率消耗相同的条件下,大直径、低转速的搅拌器,功率主要消耗于总体流动,有利于宏观混合,目前市场缺少一种高效的,可用于不同状态物质的可拆卸搅拌模组。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是一种可拆卸搅拌模组,该可拆卸搅拌模组仅需要一个电机,通过一个电机的输出轴带动多个搅拌器搅拌,搅拌器可拆卸和安装,安装数量按实际需求选择需定,搅拌的速度可由电机控制调节,所述搅拌器由搅拌棒组成,搅拌棒表面配搅拌叶轮。
一种可拆卸搅拌模组,包括转盘、多组搅拌器、支撑盘、支撑柱、支撑底座和能够驱动所述转盘转动的电机,所述电机的输出轴与转盘通过旋转机构连接,所述旋转机构包括内齿轮和一与所述内齿轮相配合的外齿轮,所述内齿轮与电机的输出轴连接,所述外齿轮与转盘连接;通过电机驱动内齿轮和外齿轮啮合带动转盘转动;
所述支撑柱安装于所述支撑底座,所述支撑盘安装于所述支撑柱的上端,所述支撑盘的上表面周向设有一圈导向槽,所述转盘的下表面设有一圈与所述导向槽相匹配的凸起,所述凸起能够沿所述导向槽滑动;
所有所述搅拌器均连接于所述转盘,每一搅拌器皆设有一安装板和三个 搅拌棒,所有搅拌棒均安装于所述安装板,所述安装板与所述转盘为可拆卸连接,每一搅拌棒皆设有搅拌叶轮。
进一步地说,所述安装板与所述转盘为可拆卸连接的具体结构为:所述转盘具有多个螺纹孔,所述安装板连接螺柱,通过螺柱与所述螺纹孔的配合实现所述搅拌器的安装与否。
进一步地说,所述螺柱的直径10-15cm,所述搅拌棒的尺寸直径10-15cm,同一搅拌器的相邻两个所述搅拌棒之间的间距为5cm,所述搅拌棒为刚性材质的搅拌棒。
进一步地说,所述转盘的直径为150-200cm。
进一步地说,所述搅拌器设有6-10组。
进一步地说,所述搅拌叶轮为三角形、方形或螺旋形。
本实用新型的有益效果至少具有以下几点:
本实用新型使用方便灵活且节能,所述可拆卸搅拌模组仅需要一个电机,通过一个电机的输出轴带动多个搅拌器搅拌;
具体如下:
1、本实用新型包括转盘、多组搅拌器、支撑盘、支撑柱、支撑底座和能够驱动所述转盘转动的电机,所述电机通过齿轮啮合带动转盘转动,转盘上连接多组搅拌器,转盘由支撑盘支撑,本实用新型的搅拌器仅使用一个电机带动多组搅拌器搅拌,不仅节省搅拌的时间,提高搅拌效率,而且搅拌器的搅拌棒安装有叶轮,可以增加搅拌面积,更加充分的搅拌;
2、本实用新型的搅拌器可拆卸,可根据具体实际情况判断需要达到的搅拌效果,从而决定需要多少组搅拌器。

实施例:如图1到4所示,一种可拆卸搅拌模组,包括转盘1、多组搅拌器2、支撑盘3、支撑柱4、支撑底座5和能够驱动所述转盘转动的电机6,所述电机的输出轴与转盘2通过旋转机构连接7,所述旋转机构包括内齿轮71和一与所述内齿轮相配合的外齿轮72,所述内齿轮与电机的输出轴连接,所述外齿轮与转盘连接;通过电机驱动内齿轮和外齿轮啮合带动转盘转动;
所述支撑柱安装于所述支撑底座,所述支撑盘安装于所述支撑柱的上端,所述支撑盘的上表面周向设有一圈导向槽31,所述转盘的下表面设有一圈与所述导向槽相匹配的凸起11,所述凸起能够沿所述导向槽滑动;
所有所述搅拌器均连接于所述转盘,每一搅拌器皆设有一安装板21和三个搅拌棒22,所有搅拌棒均安装于所述安装板,所述安装板与所述转盘为可拆卸连接,每一搅拌棒皆设有搅拌叶轮221。
所述安装板与所述转盘为可拆卸连接的具体结构为:所述转盘具有多个螺纹孔12,所述安装板连接螺柱23,通过螺柱与所述螺纹孔的配合实现所述搅拌器的安装与否。
所述螺柱的直径10-15cm,所述搅拌棒的尺寸直径10-15cm,同一搅拌器的相邻两个所述搅拌棒之间的间距为5cm,所述搅拌棒为刚性材质的搅拌棒。
所述转盘的直径为150-200cm。
所述搅拌器设有6-10组。
所述搅拌叶轮为三角形、方形或螺旋形。

  1. 一种可拆卸搅拌模组,其特征在于:包括转盘(1)、多组搅拌器(2)、支撑盘(3)、支撑柱(4)、支撑底座(5)和能够驱动所述转盘转动的电机(6),所述电机的输出轴与转盘(2)通过旋转机构连接(7),所述旋转机构包括内齿轮(71)和一与所述内齿轮相配合的外齿轮(72),所述内齿轮与电机的输出轴连接,所述外齿轮与转盘连接;通过电机驱动内齿轮和外齿轮啮合带动转盘转动;
    所述支撑柱安装于所述支撑底座,所述支撑盘安装于所述支撑柱的上端,所述支撑盘的上表面周向设有一圈导向槽(31),所述转盘的下表面设有一圈与所述导向槽相匹配的凸起(11),所述凸起能够沿所述导向槽滑动;
    所有所述搅拌器均连接于所述转盘,每一搅拌器皆设有一安装板(21)和三个搅拌棒(22),所有搅拌棒均安装于所述安装板,所述安装板与所述转盘为可拆卸连接,每一搅拌棒皆设有搅拌叶轮(221)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸搅拌模组,其特征在于:能够实现所述安装板与所述转盘为可拆卸连接的具体结构为:所述转盘具有多个螺纹孔(12),所述安装板连接螺柱(23),通过螺柱与所述螺纹孔的配合实现所述搅拌器的安装与否。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸搅拌模组,其特征在于:所述螺柱的直径10-15cm,所述搅拌棒的尺寸直径10-15cm,同一搅拌器的相邻两个所述搅拌棒之间的间距为5cm,所述搅拌棒为刚性材质的搅拌棒。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸搅拌模组,其特征在于:所述转盘的直径为150-200cm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸搅拌模组,其特征在于:所述搅拌器设有6-10组。
