Description

声控式智能马桶 技术领域
本实用新型涉及卫浴用品技术领域,特别是涉及一种声控式智能马桶。
背景技术
传统的智能马桶可以采用按键或者遥控器来操作相应的翻盖功能和清洗工作。而有些商家为了提升使用的便利性,对于行动不便的用户,设计出了声控式的智能马桶。然而,作为卫浴用品,智能马桶的使用过程中难免会受到进水问题的困扰。传统的拾音器不具备防水的功能,在智能马桶的使用过程中,容易因为进水而损坏。若采用高度密封保护的方式来解决防水的问题,又会妨碍拾音器的正常工作,拾音效果差。
实用新型内容
基于此,本实用新型提供一种声控式智能马桶,其设有防水拾音组件,由于封盖与拾音器之间设置了防水透气膜,而防水透气膜具有防水防尘的功能,但是不妨碍通气,因此,当外部的声音可以通过拾音孔穿过该防水透气膜进入到拾音器中,而液体则无法通过该防水透气膜。通过上述设计,解决拾音器的防水问题的同时,保证拾音器具有良好的拾音效果。
一种声控式智能马桶,包括:
马桶座;
连接马桶座的智能马桶盖;智能马桶盖设有控制板;以及
安装在智能马桶盖上的防水拾音组件;防水拾音组件包括:连接在智能马桶盖的内部的支架、连接支架且位于智能马桶盖的外壳上的封盖、连接在支架上的拾音器、位于封盖与拾音器之间的防水透气膜;封盖与支架之间形成容置腔;封盖开设有连通容置腔的拾音孔;拾音器收容于容置腔中且电连接控制板;防水透气膜位于封盖朝向拾音器的一面且覆盖在拾音孔上。
上述声控式智能马桶,其设有防水拾音组件,由于封盖与拾音器之间设置了防水透气膜,而防水透气膜具有防水防尘的功能,但是不妨碍通气,因此,当外部的声音可以通过拾音孔穿过该防水透气膜进入到拾音器中,而液体则无法通过该防水透气膜。通过上述设计,解决拾音器的防水问题的同时,保证拾音器具有良好的拾音效果。
在其中一个实施例中,支架开设有连通容置腔的排水孔。排水孔用于排除积蓄在容置腔内的液体。
在其中一个实施例中,防水透气膜为聚氨酯薄膜、或者热塑性聚氨酯薄膜、或者聚四氟乙烯薄膜。
在其中一个实施例中,封盖与支架的连接处设有密封圈。密封圈用于加强封盖与支架的连接处的密封性。

如图1和图2所示,该声控式智能马桶100包括:马桶座10、连接马桶座10的智能马桶盖20、以及安装在智能马桶盖20上的防水拾音组件30。其中,智能马桶盖20设有控制板(图未示)。
如图3和图4所示,防水拾音组件30包括:连接在智能马桶盖20的内部的支架31、连接支架31且位于智能马桶盖20的外壳上的封盖32、连接在支架31上的拾音器33、位于封盖32与拾音器33之间的防水透气膜34。封盖32与支架31之间形成容置腔311。封盖32开设有连通容置腔311的拾音孔321。拾音器33收容于容置腔311中且电连接智能马桶盖20中的控制板。防水透气膜34位于封盖32朝向拾音器33的一面且覆盖在拾音孔321上。其中,支架31用于将拾音器33固定安装在智能马桶盖20的内部,封盖32用于设置在智能马桶盖20的外壳上,拾音器33用于接收来自于使用者的操控指令,防水透气膜34 用于起到关键性的防水作用。
在本实施例中,支架31为设有开口的盒状,其通过螺丝或者卡块可拆连接在智能马桶盖20的外壳的内壁。
如图4所示,封盖32连接在支架31的开口处,使得封盖32与支架31之间形成容置腔311。封盖32开设有连通容置腔311的拾音孔321。在本实施例中,该拾音孔321的数量为多个阵列分布于封盖32上的通孔。在其他实施例中,拾音孔321也可以为开设于封盖32上的网状开口。
如图4所示,拾音器33收容于容置腔311中。在本实施例中,拾音器33的主体固定在支架31上,即固定在容置腔311的最内侧,而拾音器33的拾音面则朝向封盖32上的拾音孔321设置。
如图4所示,防水透气膜34位于封盖32朝向拾音器33的一面且覆盖在拾音孔321上。在本实施例中,该防水透气膜34为聚四氟乙烯薄膜。在其他实施例中,该防水透气膜34也可以为聚氨酯薄膜、或者热塑性聚氨酯薄膜、或者其他的具有防水和透气性质的薄膜。
此外,对于拾音器33的数量,还可以有多种设置方法。
例如,支架31和封盖32之间构成一个容置腔311,然后该容置腔311内收容有一个拾音器33。或者该容置腔311内同时收容有多个拾音器33。
又例如,在智能马桶上设置多个支架31和多个封盖32,成对设置并且阵列分布,一个支架31和一个封盖32构成一个容置腔311,每个容置腔311中收容一个或者多个的拾音器33。
另外,还可以对支架31和封盖32进行改良。
例如,考虑到支架31内可能会因为空气的湿度较大或者因为组装时不慎残留有积液,因此,在本实施例中,支架31还可以开设有连通容置腔311的排水孔312。排水孔312用于排除积蓄在容置腔311内的液体。在其他实施例中,还可以在容置腔311内放置防潮片。

工作原理简述:
如图3所示,该防水拾音组件30可以安装在智能马桶盖20的侧面位置或者顶部位置,其中,封盖32可以可拆连接在智能马桶盖20的外壳上或者与智能马桶盖20的外壳一体成型。拾音器33为语音声纹识别的咪头,其作为声音的采集端,将采集到的声波发送给智能马桶盖20的控制板进行语音声纹识别处理。由于采用了防水透气膜34进行保护,在具备防水功能的同时,还能让拾音器33发挥良好的拾音效果,例如,在本实施例的一个应用例子中,经过实测,响应的距离可达3米,在家居环境在45db的时候,识别率可达在85%。
上述声控式智能马桶100,其设有防水拾音组件30,由于封盖32与拾音器33之间设置了防水透气膜34,而防水透气膜34具有防水防尘的功能,但是不妨碍通气,因此,当外部的声音可以通过拾音孔321穿过该防水透气膜34进入到拾音器33中,而液体则无法通过该防水透气膜34。通过上述设计,解决拾音器33的防水问题的同时,保证拾音器33具有良好的拾音效果。

    安装在所述智能马桶盖上的防水拾音组件;所述防水拾音组件包括:连接在所述智能马桶盖的内部的支架、连接所述支架且位于所述智能马桶盖的外壳上的封盖、连接在所述支架上的拾音器、位于所述封盖与所述拾音器之间的防水透气膜;所述封盖与所述支架之间形成容置腔;所述封盖开设有连通所述容置腔的拾音孔;所述拾音器收容于所述容置腔中且电连接所述控制板;所述防水透气膜位于所述封盖朝向所述拾音器的一面且覆盖在所述拾音孔上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的声控式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述支架开设有连通所述容置腔的排水孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的声控式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述防水透气膜为聚氨酯薄膜、或者热塑性聚氨酯薄膜、或者聚四氟乙烯薄膜。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的声控式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述封盖与所述支架的连接处设有密封圈。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的声控式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述封盖设有用于连接所述支架的U型槽;所述密封圈收容于所述U型槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的声控式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述拾音孔的数量为多个阵列分布于所述封盖上的通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的声控式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述拾音孔为开设于所述封盖上的网状开口。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的声控式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述拾音器的数量为多个且均收容于所述容置腔内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的声控式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述支架还设有走线孔;所述走线孔用于供所述拾音器的数据线穿出。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的声控式智能马桶,其特征在于,所述走线孔穿设有密封套;所述密封套用于套设在所述拾音器的数据线上。
