Abstract

The lounger jet boat (LJB) is one type of small jet boat, particularly design for single person or personal water craft. LJB is addition of two words 'Lounger' and 'jet boat', where lounger means a comfortable and adjustable couch or extending chair designed for someone to relax on. One more thing is that it is folding lounger, so this combination lounger plus jet boat has been made in such way that when folding it, it's become travel bag, so that we can easily carry it with us, without using additional trolley for that. The purpose of behind this idea is to provide all in one water craft, that means in comfortable boating, easily mobile, environment friendly and, of course, joy of driving it in very small amount of money. There are lots of place there that we can drive this craft like river, ponds, swimming pool, beaches and many more.

Filed of the Invention
The present invention relates to Lounger Jet Boat, which is use as personal water craft. This invention relates generally to the field of self-propelled, small water craft. More particularly, this invention relates such water craft which are lightweight and easily maneuverable by a single user both in and out of the water. Background of the Invention
Personal water craft have been known for some time. There are surf boards, sail boards, canoes, row boats, small sail boats and the like. There have even been self-powered personal water craft. Such water craft are used for both recreation and emergencies.
Typically such self-powered small water craft are bulky, difficult to maneuver both in and out of the water. For example, a motor powered surf board is unwieldy and difficult for a small man or woman to maneuver so that it enters the water. Often the water craft, such as a self-powered surf board with a motor weigh as much or more than the user. The use of such water craft can lead to delays in getting emergency water craft to perilous situations. Sometimes even short delays in emergency situations can cost lives. Or put another way, a quick response time can save lives and prevent far more serious injuries. Thus, it is a long felt need in the art to provide a self-propelled personal water craft, which easily maneuvered into the water and which includes self-propulsion so that the water craft can arrive in a timely manner. What is needed is a light weight, personal water craft that is easily maneuverable both in and out of the water.
Object of the Invention
The main object of the present invention is , fully electric, so no need of oar and man power.
The further object of the present invention has back support more comfortable than simple boat.
The another object of the present invention is it has been shaped like travel bag, so we can easily go out with it like river, swimming pool and beaches.
The present invention is very low cost compared to the jet ski.
The further object of the present invention is very environment friendly, no petrol engine or no diesel engine only works on battery. Moreover and one the most important factor is, it is very joyful and enthusiastic to riding this boat and it make us so different from others.
Summary of invention
The present invention LJB have been made for those people who love to drive water craft with comfort, safety and full of joy and one who loves to do something different from others. The main purpose to design this is to make a different type of water craft which is easily affordable in very less amount of money and to give a shape like travel bag, so it can easily fit in car dicky and user can put it at anywhere in house without having any garage for that. And this is fully electric water craft like electric scooter so no need of man power just like simple oar boats and therefore it cause no effect on environment.
The main advantage of it is low budget men can also afford this and they can drive it at beaches, river and in swimming pool too due to its small size.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments, as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation.
As shown in Fig. 2 a casing can be explained as a shell, cover or a housing which protects and supports most of the components. In pumps, the casing is basically used to seal it to prevent leakage and sometimes retain pressure. It is also used to support some of the key parts such as shafts, bearings, etc.
As shown in Fig. 3 An impeller is a rotating component in a centrifugal pump which is equipped with vanes or blades that rotate and moves the fluid in a pump. These vanes or blades are coupled to a shaft. When the impeller rotates, it converts the energy derived from a source i.e. motor to induce flow of the fluid. Impellers form an integral part of a pump since it creates velocity to the fluid through its blades/vanes. Impeller designs are considered as a major factor in deciding the efficiency of a pump. There are two types of impeller: Axial flow impeller and Radial flow impeller. In axial impeller, fluid moves axially to the shaft. In radial flow impeller, fluid moves perpendicularly to the shaft. Axial impellers are generally used for high flow and very low-pressure applications. As shown in Fig. 4, A nozzle is a device designed to control the direction or characteristics of a fluid flow (especially to increase velocity) as it exits (or enters) an enclosed chamber or pipe. A nozzle is often a pipe or tube of varying cross sectional area, and it can be used to direct or modify the flow of a fluid (liquid or gas). Nozzles are frequently used to control the rate of flow, speed, direction, mass, shape, and/or the pressure of the stream that emerges from them. In a nozzle, the velocity of fluid increases at the expense of its pressure energy.
As shown in Fig. 5, Steering nozzle Steering Nozzles are designed to improve the handling characteristics of your watercraft. PWCs are propelled by a jet drive where water is drawn into a pump and then forced out under pressure through a steering nozzle at the back of the unit. This "jet" of pressurized water is directed by the steering control— when the steering control is turned, the steering nozzle turns in the same direction.
As shown in Fig. 6. the lounger jet boat is a one type of personal water craft. This is combination of ‘lounger’ that means comfortable chair for relaxing on and‘jet boat’ ft has been shaped like travel bag, so that we can easily travel with it without any extra attachment unlike jet ski owner use trolley for that but for this no need of trolley.
Its works on the principle of jet propulsion in which water enters in the impeller housing from the bottom of the craft and comes in contact with impeller which force the water at rearwards direction through the nozzle and steering nozzle with high kinetic energy because of this the boat moves in forward direction according to Newton’s third law of motion. The impeller is attached to the motor through the shaft and the motor is powered by the lithium ion battery.
This craft has some other parts too like Throttle which ups and down the rpm of motor and power lock, these both are connected to the controller and there is shifter which is connected to the steering nozzle, by means of this the craft moves right to left and vice-versa. And last but not the least there are four caster wheels at the back of the boat and a handle at the front of the boat, so this is the lounger jet boat.
As shown in Fig. 9 , an axial-flow pump, or AFP, is a common type of pump that essentially consists of a propeller (an axial impeller) in a pipe. The propeller can be driven directly by a sealed motor in the pipe or by electric motor or petrol/diesel engines mounted to the pipe from the outside or by a right- angle drive shaft that pierces the pipe. Fluid particles, in course of their flow through the pump, do not change their radial locations since the change in radius at the entry (called 'suction') and the exit (called 'discharge') of the pump is very small. Hence the name "axial" pump. In this pump the impeller running in a casing. The pressure in an axial flow pump is developed by the flow of liquid over the blades of impeller. The fluid is pushed in a direction parallel to the shaft of the impeller, that is, fluid particles, in course of their flow through the pump. It allows the fluid to enter the impeller axially and discharge the fluid nearly axially. There are four main steps in the LJB drive train. First, energy is stored as chemical energy in the battery pack, the battery pack then converts the chemical energy to electrical energy in the form of DC power. Next, The speed controller of an electric LJB is an electronic circuit that not only controls the speed of an electric motor but it is also connected with the throttle (by means of it we can increase and decrease the speed of electric motor) and power lock. The motor then converts electric potential into rotational kinetic energy which is finally converted into liner motion by the impeller.
The battery system is one of the most crucial components in an electric vehicle conversion. The batteries do not simply act as a replacement for the fuel tank, working solely as energy storage, they can also govern the peak power output of the system, thus it is important to balance storage density against power output when choosing a battery system. Lithium Ion battery systems are considered the most suitable batteries for electric vehicle systems. Lithium Ion batteries refer to a group of batteries that use exchange of lithium ions(Li+) as medium for electric charge flow. As the battery is charged or discharged Li+ ions are transferred between the electrodes. The positive electrode tends to be made from a metal oxide while the negative electrode is made from copper coated in layers of graphite.
A jet boat is a boat propelled by a jet of water ejected from the back of the craft. Claims

I CLAIMS :
1. Lounger jet boat (LJB) consists with Pump Casing (1) , impeller (2) , nozzle (3), steering nozzle (4), accelerating throttle and controller (5), steering handle (6), key (7), motor (8), battery (9) , wheel (10) and back supporter (11)
Wherein the casing is basically used to seal it to prevent leakage and sometimes retain pressure;
Wherein an impeller is a rotating component in a centrifugal pump which is equipped with vanes or blades that rotate and moves the fluid in a pump;
Wherein Nozzles are frequently used to control the rate of flow, speed, direction, mass, shape, and/or the pressure of the stream that emerges from them;
Wherein steering Nozzles are designed to improve the handling characteristics of watercraft;
Wherein the impeller is attached to the motor through the shaft and the motor is powered by the lithium ion battery.
2. Lounger jet boat (LJB) as claimed in claim 1 wherein these vanes or blades are coupled to a shaft.
3. Lounger jet boat (LJB) as claimed in claim 1 wherein the lounger jet boat is shape in combination with travel bag.
4. Lounger jet boat (LJB) as claimed in claim 1 wherein Throttle and power lock, are connected with controller to up and down the rpm of motor.
5. Lounger jet boat (LJB) as claimed in claim 1 wherein size of the LJB in folded position is 800mm X 400mm X 500 mm ( LHW).
6. Lounger jet boat (LJB) as claimed in claim 1 wherein size of the LJB in opened position is 1800mm X 400mm X 500 mm ( LHW).
7. Lounger jet boat (LJB) as claimed in claim 1 wherein there are four main steps in the LJB drive train with following steps :
(a) energy is stored as chemical energy in the battery pack, the battery pack then converts the chemical energy to electrical energy in the form of DC power
(b)the speed controller of an electric LJB is an electronic circuit that not only controls the speed of an electric motor but it is also connected with the throttle (by means of it we can increase and decrease the speed of electric motor) and power lock.
(c) then the motor converts electric potential into rotational kinetic energy which is finally converted into liner motion by the impeller.
