如图1至2所示,一种电子商务平台,包括商品模块1、活动模块2、竞拍模块3、订单模块4、认证模块5、免单模块6以及慈善捐赠模块7,商品模块1用于竞拍商品信息和底价公布;活动模块2用于竞拍商品参与不同的活动;竞拍模块3用于竞买用户对活动内竞拍商品进行加价;订单模块4用于根据竞买用户竞拍成功后,生成对应的订单序列号;认证模块5用于间隔固定时间产生幸运号;免单模块6用于根据幸运号和活动规则,在产生幸运号产生的间隔时间内的所有订单中筛选出免单订单;慈善捐赠模块7用于抽取免单订单的部分购物款和竞拍商品加价款项的部分款项捐赠给慈善机构,同时,将扣除捐赠款项之后的剩余订单款项退还至免单用户,将扣除捐赠款项之后的剩余加价款项加上竞拍商品底价交易至竞卖用户。在本实施例中,捐赠给慈善机构的购物款为总购物款的十分之一,而捐赠给慈善机构的加价款项为总加价款项的十分之九。
在本实施例中,参与平台活动的竞拍商品为各地事业有成的爱心人士和慈善家提供的私人藏品,其类型可以是二手的奢侈品牌、精品、优品、名贵的箱包以及高档手表等。通过线下拍卖师审视、查验,并经双方协商评估满意的情况下,将价值相当的竞拍商品整合成10或20件一批的形式,以底价(即竞拍商品的起拍价格)在平台上定期的公开进行竞拍。
在本实施例中,平台服务器根据用户订单的信息,生成各商品的订单序列号,订单所属竞买用户竞价成功后点击确认(主要用于确定末尾号),即生成最终的订单序列号。订单序列号包括活动类型号、商品编号、日期、活动期号以及下单序列号。即一个订单序列号就包含了该商品所参加活动的类别、商品属性、购买商品时间、活动期数以及参加该活动下单的顺序,因此,一个订单序列号只能参加与其活动类型号对应活动,不支持参与其他活动,并且仅通过一个订单序列号就可以查询到所有关于该订单的信息,方便平台进行判断和免单匹配。例如某订单序列号为101-735-20180907-0813-000009,其中,101表示为参加第一活动单元的订单,735表示为商品属性的编号,20180907表示为订单时间为2018年09月07日,0813表示为活动期号,000009表示为第9个下单并成功确认的订单。
活动模块包括第一活动单元21和第二活动单元22,第一活动单元21的促销活动规则为将幸运号和下单序列号进行校对,若下单序列号末尾号与幸运号末尾号相同,则该订单为免单订单;第二活动单元22的促销活动规则为将下单序列号的除0以外 的末尾号根据等差数列分成三组,分组完成后,将0放入三组中的任意一组中,当产生幸运号后,幸运号末尾号所在组的对应的所有订单为免单订单。
幸运号定期在各公益慈善基金的代表和有关部门的有效监督下通过第三方公证(认证机构)产生。在本实施例中,产生幸运号的周期为10天,即10天产生一个幸运号。
在本实施例中,幸运号可以为单数,也可以为多位数,但是不管是单数还是多位数,用于与下单序列号进行校对时,都是末尾号对末尾号进行校对。即若幸运号是13,那么参加第一活动单元21时,下单序列号的末尾号是3的订单为免单订单。
换句话说,第一活动单元21就是参加该活动的每十个订单中会产生一个免单名额,免单名额根据下单序列号的末尾号和幸运号末尾号来决定,若下单序列号的末尾号和幸运号末尾号相同,那么该订单即为免单订单;以此类推,第二活动单元22就是参加该活动的每十个订单中会产生三个到四个免单名额,下单系列号末尾号分组包含三种情况,第一种为(1.4.7.0)、(3.6.9)以及(2.5.8)三组,第二种为(1.4.7)、(3.6.9.0)以及(2.5.8)三组,第三种为(1.4.7)、(3.6.9)以及(2.5.8.0)三组,在本实施例中,将0-9的十个数字分成(1.4.7)、(3.6.9)以及(2.5.8.0)这三个小组数,例如当期幸运号末尾号为1时,则下单序列号末尾号为1.4.7的订单为免单订单,此时,免单用户为三个,如果当期幸运号末尾号为2时,则下单序列号末尾号为2.5.8.0的订单为免单订单,此时,免单用户为四个。平台在为免单订单所属用户退款时,抽取免单订单的部分购物款,将扣除捐赠款项之后的剩余订单款项退还至免单用户。同时,抽取竞拍商品加价款项的部分款项捐赠给慈善机构,将扣除捐赠款项之后的剩余加价款项加上竞拍商品底价交易至竞卖用户。
在本实施例中,竞拍模块还用于设置加价次数,每次加价幅度为竞拍商品底价的十分之一。加价次数以十次为例,某件商品以100元的基础价起拍。A点击一次后,当前竞拍商品的价格变为110元了。B再点击一次后则变成120元。以此类推,当竞买用户竞拍到第十人次时,竞拍商品的价格变成200元,此时,第十次参与竞拍的竞拍用户为成功竞拍下该竞拍商品的人。当然在竞拍过程中,同一竞买用户也可以连续点击加价。
除上述模块外,本发明电子电商平台还包括查询模块8,用于查询各个活动善款捐赠记录和用户个人捐赠记录。
以A先生以最终200元的价格拍得B先生以100元底价参与活动的竞拍商品并成功获得免单机会。那么,A先生除了可以获得该竞拍商品外,还可获返200元总购物款的90%(即180元)款项,剩余的总购物款的10%将以A先生名义捐赠给慈善机构。而B先生可获得原先的竞拍商品底价的100元和100元加价款项的10%,总计110元,而剩余的90%加价款项(即90元)以B先生的名义捐赠给慈善机构。
如图3所示,一种基于电子商务平台的公益慈善方法,包括以下步骤:
S100:根据竞买用户竞拍成功后,生成对应的订单序列号;在本实施例中,以竞拍用户十次加价次数为限,当竞拍商品参与十次加价后,即以第十次加价的竞买用户为成功拍得该竞拍商品的成功者。
S200:间隔固定时间产生幸运号;幸运号定期在各公益慈善基金的代表和有关部门的有效监督下通过第三方公证(认证机构)产生。在本实施例中,产生幸运号的周期为10天,即10天产生一个幸运号。
S300:根据幸运号和活动规则,在产生幸运号产生的间隔时间内的所有订单中筛选出免单订单;
S400:抽取免单订单的部分购物款和竞拍商品加价款项的部分款项捐赠给慈善机构,同时,将扣除捐赠款项之后的剩余订单款项退还至免单用户,将扣除捐赠款项之后的剩余加价款项加上竞拍商品底价交易至竞卖用户。
其中,步骤S300中包括以下两种不同活动步骤:
S301:将幸运号和下单序列号进行校对,若下单序列号末尾号与幸运号末尾号相同,则该订单为免单订单,即参加该活动的每十个订单中会产生一个免单名额,免单名额根据下单序列号的末尾号和幸运号末尾号来决定,若下单序列号的末尾号和幸运号末尾号相同,那么该订单即为免单订单;
S302:将下单序列号的除0以外的末尾号根据等差数列分成三组,分组完成后,将0放入三组中的任意一组中,当产生幸运号后,幸运号末尾号所在组的对应的所有订单为免单订单,即参加该活动的每十个订单中会产生三个到四个免单名额,在本实施例中,将0-9的十个数字分成(1.4.7)、(3.6.9)以及(2.5.8.0)这三个小组数,例如当期幸运号为1时,则下单序列号末尾号为1.4.7的订单为免单订单,此时,免单用户为三个,如果当期幸运号为2时,则下单序列号末尾号为2.5.8.0的订单为免单订单,此时,免单用户为四个。
平台服务器根据用户订单的信息,生成各商品的订单序列号,订单所属竞买用户竞价成功后点击确认(主要用于确定末尾号),即生成最终的订单序列号。订单序列号包括活动类型号、商品编号、日期、活动期号以及下单序列号。即一个订单序列号就包含了该商品所参加活动的类别、商品属性、购买商品时间、活动期数以及参加该活动下单的顺序,因此,一个订单序列号只能参加与其活动类型号对应活动,不能参与其他活动,并且仅通过一个订单序列号就可以查询到所有关于该订单的信息,方便平台进行判断和免单匹配。例如某订单序列号为101-735-20180907-0813-000009,其中,101表示为参加第一活动单元的订单,735表示为商品属性的编号,20180907表示为订单时间为2018年09月07日,0813表示为活动期号,000009表示为第9个下单并成功确认的订单。
幸运号可以为单数,也可以为多位数,但是不管是单数还是多位数,用于与下单序列号进行校对时,都是末尾号对末尾号进行校对。即若幸运号是13,那么参加第一活动单元时,下单序列号的末尾号是3的订单为免单订单。
本发明电子商务平台和基于电子商务平台的公益慈善方法,通过包含用户下单顺序信息的订单序列号和第三方认证产生幸运号,根据幸运号和订单序列号在产生幸运号周期内的所有订单中筛选出免单订单,在筛选出免单订单后,抽取免单订单的部分购物款和竞拍商品加价款项的部分款项捐赠给慈善机构,同时,将扣除捐赠款项之后的剩余订单款项退还至免单用户,将扣除捐赠款项之后的剩余加价款项加上竞拍商品底价交易至竞卖用户,其过程科学严谨是可预测性的,其模式有利于公益慈善的普及和推广,激发和体现了人类乐于行善的美好品德,有利于电子商务朝向更加多样化健康的方向发展。
以上所述的具体实施例,对本发明的目的、技术方案和有益效果进行了进一步的详细说明,应当理解,以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例而已,并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。特别指出,对于本领域技术人员来说,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种电子商务平台,其特征在于,包括:
    商品模块,用于竞拍商品信息和底价公布;
    活动模块,用于竞拍商品参与不同的活动;
    竞拍模块,用于竞买用户对活动内竞拍商品进行加价;
    订单模块,用于根据竞买用户竞拍成功后,生成对应的订单序列号;
    认证模块,用于间隔固定时间产生幸运号;
    免单模块,用于根据幸运号和活动规则,在产生幸运号产生的间隔时间内的所有订单中筛选出免单订单;
    慈善捐赠模块,用于抽取免单订单的部分购物款和竞拍商品加价款项的部分款项捐赠给慈善机构,同时,将扣除捐赠款项之后的剩余订单款项退还至免单用户,将扣除捐赠款项之后的剩余加价款项加上竞拍商品底价交易至竞卖用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子商务平台,其特征在于,所述订单序列号包括活动类型号、商品编号、日期、活动期号以及下单序列号。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子商务平台,其特征在于,所述活动模块包括第一活动单元,所述第一活动单元用于将幸运号和下单序列号进行校对,若下单序列号末尾号与幸运号末尾号相同,则该订单为免单订单。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子商务平台,其特征在于,所述活动模块包括第二活动单元,所述第二活动单元用于将下单序列号的除0以外的末尾号根据等差数列分成三组,分组完成后,将0放入三组中的任意一组中,当产生幸运号后,幸运号末尾号所在组的对应的所有订单为免单订单。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子商务平台,其特征在于,所述下单序列号的末尾号分组分别为1.4.7、3.6.9以及2.5.8.0的三组。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子商务平台,其特征在于,所述竞拍模块还用于设置加价次数,每次加价幅度为竞拍商品底价的十分之一。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子商务平台,其特征在于,所述加价次数为十次。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子商务平台,其特征在于,还包括查询模块,用于查询各个活动善款捐赠记录和用户个人捐赠记录。
  9. 基于电子商务平台的公益慈善方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    根据竞买用户竞拍成功后,生成对应的订单序列号;
    间隔固定时间产生幸运号;
    根据幸运号和活动规则,在产生幸运号产生的间隔时间内的所有订单中筛选出免单订单;
    抽取免单订单的部分购物款和竞拍商品加价款项的部分款项捐赠给慈善机构,同时,将扣除捐赠款项之后的剩余订单款项退还至免单用户,将扣除捐赠款项之后的剩余加价款项加上竞拍商品底价交易至竞卖用户。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的基于电子商务平台的公益慈善方法,其特征在于,所述订单序列号包括活动类型号、商品编号、日期、活动期号以及下单序列号。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的基于电子商务平台的公益慈善方法,其特征在于,所述根据幸运号和促销活动规则,在产生幸运号产生的间隔时间内的所有订单中筛选出免单订单,包括以下步骤:
    将幸运号和下单序列号进行校对,若下单序列号末尾号与幸运号末尾号相同,则该订单为免单订单。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的基于电子商务平台的公益慈善方法,其特征在于,所述根据幸运号和促销活动规则,在产生幸运号产生的间隔时间内的所有订单中筛选出免单订单,包括以下步骤:
    将下单序列号的除0以外的末尾号根据等差数列分成三组,分组完成后,将0放入三组中的任意一组中,当产生幸运号后,幸运号末尾号所在组的对应的所有订单为免单订单。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的基于电子商务平台的公益慈善方法,其特征在于,所述下单序列号的末尾号分组分别为1.4.7、3.6.9以及2.5.8.0的三组。
