本申请显示面板材质较为脆,清点时多次拿放容易损坏,若显示面板包装箱本身具有数 数功能就可以避免这种情况,并且考虑到显示面板包装时是叠放罗列起来,这样包装盒侧壁与显示面板叠放方向平行,因此在包装盒的侧壁设有数量标示的标识部件,可以读取显示面板的对应数量,省去了手动拿放清点带来的麻烦和成本,方便了清点包装盒内显示面板数量。

一种显示面板的包装箱1,显示面板包装箱1包括包装盒2和标识部件3,标识部件3设在包装盒2上,包装盒2包括侧壁5,标识部件3包括数量标示4,标识部件3设在侧壁5上。
本方案中,相对于图1中的方案来说,显示面板20放入包装盒2后再对数量进行清点比较麻烦,并且清点时拿放显示面板20,显示面板20材质较为脆,清点时多次拿放容易损坏,若显示面板包装箱1本身具有数数功能就可以避免这种情况,并且考虑到显示面板20包装时是叠放罗列起来,这样包装盒侧壁5与显示面板20叠放方向平行,因此在包装盒侧壁5设有数量标示4的标识部件3,可以读取显示面板20的对应数量,省去了手动拿放清点带来的麻烦和成本,方便了清点包装盒2内显示面板20数量。
在一实施例中,侧壁5包括内侧壁6,内侧壁6面向显示面板20,标识部件3设在内侧壁6上。
本方案中,显示面板20放到包装盒2内后,内侧壁6距显示面板20的距离较近,这种情况下若标识部件3设计在内侧壁6上,那么显示面板20会与数量标示4之间很近,这样显示面板20与数量标示4对应的更精确,清点读数时更精确,也就方便了测量包装盒2内显示面板20数量。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,内侧壁6包括至少一个第一内侧壁7和至少一个第二内侧壁8,第一内侧壁7间的距离大于第二内侧壁间8的距离,标识部件3设在第一内侧壁7上。
本方案中,一般在读数时,视角范围越大读数就越方便,这时人读数时不用过多调节自己的观察姿势就可以看清,这样可以提高读数的效率与准确率,而这个视角范围往往是取决于被观察事物与人平视的距离大小,距离越大视角越大,因此,标识部件3设在第一内侧壁7上,这样观察视角上便于读数。
在一实施例中,标识部件3包括标识板9,标识板9上设有数量标示4。
本方案中,标识部件3是一种起展示功能的结构,通过人来观察,那么对于观察就应具备方便观察的性质,而生活中展示结构基本都包括板结构,因为具有开阔视角的展示面,可以使得观察更方便,而且考虑到包装盒2本身结构空间有限,这样标识部件3设为标识板9会稍微弥补观察空间有限的不足之处,方便了数量标示4的读取。
在一实施例中,标识部件3包括贴纸10,贴纸10上设有数量标示4。
本方案中,标识部件是为了清点包装盒2内的显示面板20的数目而存在的,使用时不应该对显示面板20的包装过程有干涉,而且实现清点功能后的标识部件3就没有其它用处了,所以设计上应考虑从简设计,因此,标识部件3设为贴纸10,这样不仅满足功能,而且使用方便、成本低、制造技术成熟等。
在一实施例中,贴纸10通过胶粘方式固定在侧壁上。
本方案中,考虑到标识部件3固定在包装盒侧壁5上,然后对显示面板20数量进行读取,那么安装后的标识部件3应该越牢固越好,而且考虑到包装盒2会重复利用不断的装载显示面板20,所以标识部件3安装后是不用拆下的,那么考虑到连接固定方式,最好是不更改任何结构就能实现标识部件3安装的连接方式,这样可以节省成本,能更快投入使用,因此,标识部件3通过胶粘方式固定在侧壁上,这样既可以牢固的固定标识部件3,而且胶粘具有安装方便、固定性好、成本低、技术成熟等优点。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,标识部件3包括第一端和12第二端13,第一端12和第二端13分别位于标识部件3的两端,第一端12包括无数量标示区域14。
本方案中,标识部件3相当于一把尺子的作用,起到测量显示面板20数量的作用,那么其安装过程和尺子测量步骤也大致相同,一端先固定准确才可以开始测量,即标识部件第二端12安装时先固定,依次过渡到第一端12固定,这样安装全过程中第一端12要一直用手把控,若第一端12设有数量标示,那么安装过程会受到磨损而使数量标示4淡化,影响读数清晰,而且这样第一端12安装过程中受力若有损坏会直接导致功能失效,因此,标识部件第一端12包括无数量标示区域14,方便安装。
在一实施例中,标识部件3长度小于或等于包装盒2深度。
本方案中,因为包装盒2是装放显示面板20的,所以显示面板20装放叠加高度不会超过包装盒2的深度尺寸,而标识部件3是测量显示面板20的叠加值的,因此标识部件3长度最大不超过包装盒2深度,若超过了,那么超过部分不会起到测量作用,是一种材料的浪费,因此,标识部件3长度设为小于或等于包装盒2的深度,这样可以提高标识部件3的材料利用率。
在一实施例中,侧壁5包括凹槽22和透明挡板23,凹槽22贯彻侧壁5的内表面和外表面;透明挡板23固定在凹槽22内,靠近侧壁5的外表面位置,贴纸10贴附在透明挡板 23的内表面。
本方案中,考虑到要从包装盒2外侧就可以读数,那么应具有透明的设计,而贴纸10材质较软,因此设计一个透明挡板23来固定贴纸10,这样可以观察都贴纸10的数量标示4,而透明挡板23要固定到侧壁5上,那么通过在侧壁5设计凹槽22,然后将透明挡板23安装进去比较方便,而且为了方便读数,凹槽22贯穿侧壁5,这样既可以方便从包装盒2外侧读数,又不会影响包装盒2的使用,极大的方便了显示面板20的数目清点。
在一实施例中,如图7所示,包装盒2包括标识部件3安装位,标识部件3包括可拆装式安装,侧壁5包括透光区域17,标识部件3通过可拆装方式安装在侧壁5的透光区域17上。
本方案中,因为装载显示面板20的包装盒2一般存放都是垒起来,这样会减小占地,那么若要对其中里面的显示面板20的数量进行清点,就应对每个包装盒2进行操作,既慢又可能损坏内部显示面板20,若专门在侧壁5上设计标识部件安装位16,并且标识部件安装位16设为透明,那么可以在包装盒2外就能观察到数量标示4,考虑到每个包装盒2都设标识部件3会花费较多的时间、人力和物力,若每个标识部件3都是以可拆装的方式安装,那么利用一个标识部件3对每个包装盒2内的显示面板20的数量进行测量,这样既省去很多成本,还可以方便清点。
在一实施例中,数量标示4包括数列15,数列15是以一为基数和公差的递增数列。
本方案中,显示面板20的最小单位是一个,而且装入一个包装盒2内的显示面板20规格相同,为了精确的读取,数量标示4设为以一为基数和公差的递增数列15,这样既读取精确,还可以直接读取数字,避免了查数形式的麻烦。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,数列15中的相邻数字21间的间距等于一个显示面板20的厚度。
本方案中,数列15中的相邻数字21间的间距等于一个显示面板20的厚度,这样每个数字21准确对应显示面板20的数量,可以直接读取,方便清点。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,数量标示4设在标识部件3的中间位置28。
本方案中,对于标识部件3来说,若数量标示4设计在其边缘位置,那么经常使用包装盒难免会使其受到磨损,而使数量标示4受磨损变得模糊,妨碍读取观察,考虑到一个结构的中间位置28是最核心也是结构相对安全区域,同时考虑到读取,因此,数量标示4设在设在标识部件3的中间位置28,这样可以保护数量标示4免于磨损
在一实施例中,标识部件3采用金属材质制成。
本方案中,因为标识部件3应在多次使用后仍具有足够清晰的数量标示4,考虑到金属材质具有良好的耐磨性和良好的韧性,且金属制品技术成熟,成本低,因此标识部件3采用 金属材质制成。
在一实施例中,侧壁包括透明区24,透明区24被配置为可以透过视线。
本方案中,侧壁包括透明区24,透明区24被配置为可以透过视线,这样清点包装盒2内的显示面板20的数目时,人可以在包装盒2外透过透明区24对包装盒2内的显示面板20进行清点。
在一实施例中,如图8所示,标识部件3设在透明区24上,数量标示4包括多条刻度线25,包装盒2包括盒底26,多条刻度线25距盒底26的距离为显示面板20的厚度的整数倍。
本方案中,标识部件3设在透明区24上,然后数量标示4设为以多条刻度线25形式来对显示面板20进行数目清点,其中多条刻度线25距盒底26的距离为显示面板20的厚度的整数倍,因为显示面板20是从盒底26开始叠放,这样每条刻度线25都对应一定数目的显示面板20,可以方便人在包装盒2外对显示面板20的数目进行清点。
在一实施例中,如图8所示,透明区24包括外侧壁27,外侧壁27与内侧壁6的位置相对,标识部件3设在外侧壁27上。
本方案中,将标识部件3设在透明区24的外侧壁27上,这样清点显示面板20数目时,人可以在包装盒2外清楚的观察标识部件3上的数量标示4。
在一实施例中,标识部件3与透明区24为一体成型。
本方案中,标识部件3若在使用中出现移动,那么会使读数出现偏差,使得到不准确的数目,导致经济损失,那么将标识部件3与透明区24设为一体成型,这样标识部件3可以避免产生移动,使对显示面板20清点时得到更准确的结果。
如图3所示,公开了一种显示面板的包装箱,包括:
包装盒2,包括侧壁5;
标识部件3,设在包装盒2上;
标识部件3上设有数量标示4,标识部件3设在侧壁5上;

如图8所示,将显示面板20放入包装箱1后,最上面的一层显示面板20边缘跟标识部件3相交,对应显示的数字为“15”,因此,包装箱1内的显示面板20总计15块,操作人员可以快速了解到包装箱内显示面板20的数量。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种显示面板的包装箱,其中,所述侧壁包括内侧壁,所述内侧壁面向显示面板,所述标识部件设在所述内侧壁上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种显示面板的包装箱,其中,所述内侧壁包括至少一个第一内侧壁和至少一个第二内侧壁,所述第一内侧壁间的距离大于所述第二内侧壁间的距离,所述标识部件设在所述第一内侧壁上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种显示面板的包装箱,其中,所述标识部件包括标识板,所述标识板上设有所述数量标示。
