目前干粉灭火设备的开启元件为喷淋开关,喷淋启动件均为感温玻璃球,通过感温玻璃球炸裂的方式启动干粉灭火设备,感温玻璃球炸裂的方式主要有热启动与机械启动,目前大部分干粉灭火设备启动方式均采用温控启动。为此提供一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,其中:夹板(2)与套筒(4)固定连接,夹板(2)上固定设置有发热丝(1),套筒(4)转折部一端设置有转轴(5),套筒(4)转折部另一端设置有弹簧(6),套筒(4)尾端内部固定设置有接线端子(7)。本装置的优点在于:通过电阻丝加热温控启动感温玻璃球,通过弹簧(6)固定于感温玻璃球,发热丝(1)采用焊接方式,接线更加稳固、牢靠,接线端子(7)方便外端接线。

一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及灭火设备启动装置,尤其是一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置。
背景技术
目前干粉灭火设备的开启元件为喷淋开关,喷淋启动件均为感温玻璃球,通过感温玻璃球炸裂的方式启动干粉灭火设备,市场上能将感温玻璃球炸裂的方式主要有热启动与机械启动,热启动包括明火启动与温控启动,明火启动由于存在一定安全隐患已逐渐淡出市场,机器启动多采用电磁阀刺破感温玻璃球的方式,但其造价成本高,只有少部分厂家使用,目前大部分干粉灭火设备启动方式均采用温控启动。
实用新型内容
(一)解决的技术问题
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,采用温控启动灭火设备,方便大规模安装、快速接线,接线安全可靠,使用寿命长。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型的技术方案:一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,包括发热丝、夹板、橡胶套、套筒、转轴、弹簧和接线端子;其中:夹板与套筒固定连接,橡胶套与夹板固定连接,夹板上固定设置有发热丝,套筒转折部一端设置有转轴,套筒转折部另一端设置有弹簧,套筒尾端内部固定设置有接线端子。
一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,其中:发热丝采用铜丝材料制备、阻值为40欧姆。
一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,其中:套筒内置导线槽。
一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,其中:发热丝与导线的连接方式采用锡 丝焊接。
一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,其中:弹簧采用钢制弹簧。
(三)有益效果
本实用新型的优点在于:通过电阻丝加热温控启动感温玻璃球,通过弹簧固定于感温玻璃球,发热丝采用焊接方式,接线更加稳固、牢靠,接线端子方便外端接线。

实施例1、请参阅图1-图3,一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,包括发热丝1、夹板2、橡胶套3、套筒4、转轴5、弹簧6和接线端子7;其中:夹板2与套筒4固定连接,橡胶套3与夹板2固定连接,夹板2上固定设置有发热丝1,套筒4转折部一端设置有转轴5,套筒4转折部另一端设置有弹簧6,套筒4尾端内部固定设置有接线端子7。
实施例2、请参阅图2、图3,一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,其中:发热丝1采用铜丝材料制备、阻值为40欧姆,发热效果显著。其余同实施例1。
实施例3、请参阅图1、图2,一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,其中:套筒4内置导线槽,方便放置导线。其余同实施例1。
实施例4、请参阅图2,一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,其中:发热丝1与导线的连接方式采用锡丝焊接,连接更牢靠。其余同实施例1。
实施例5、请参阅图1,一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,其中:弹簧6采用钢制弹簧,方便固定。其余同实施例1。
工作原理:
当不需要启动干粉灭火设备或者需要更换干粉设备时,只需通过接线端子7断开电源,夹紧套筒4尾部使得夹板3张开,取出装置留以备用;
当需要正常使用时,将装置夹紧干粉灭火设备喷淋装置内感温玻璃球,导线槽内导线通过接线端子7与启动线相连,装置启动时,发热丝1持续发热,当温度达到感温玻璃球炸裂温度,灭火设备启动。

  1. 一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,包括发热丝(1)、夹板(2)、橡胶套(3)、套筒(4)、转轴(5)、弹簧(6)和接线端子(7);其特征在于:夹板(2)与套筒(4)固定连接,橡胶套(3)与夹板(2)固定连接,夹板(2)上固定设置有发热丝(1),套筒(4)转折部一端设置有转轴(5),套筒(4)转折部另一端设置有弹簧(6),套筒(4)尾端内部固定设置有接线端子(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,其特征在于:发热丝(1)采用铜丝材料制备、阻值为40欧姆。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,其特征在于:套筒(4)内置导线槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,其特征在于:发热丝(1)与导线的连接方式采用锡丝焊接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干粉灭火设备的启动装置,其特征在于:弹簧(6)采用钢制弹簧。
