与现有技术相比,本发明采用止锁杆的结构夹紧刀片,从而达到刀片锁定的功能,使得人们在使用不会出现刀片伸缩滑动的情况,省去人们手动施压限制刀片的操作,有效避免刀片滑动导致切割错误或误伤人们的情况出现;而通过螺纹结构的旋转螺母来实现锁定调节,既结构简单,又操作方便。

如图1、图2及图3所示,本实施例中,调节装置52包括止锁螺杆521、止锁支架522及止锁旋钮523;止锁支架522为U形结构,该止锁支架522的U形开口端与止锁杆51的后端相匹配铰接;其中,止锁支架522可以相 对于止锁杆51以两者铰接处为轴心进行旋转活动,从而避免了止锁支架522阻碍刀片3的更换的情况发生;止锁旋钮523上设置有一个与之同轴的且与止锁螺杆521相匹配的螺纹孔5231;止锁支架522的U形封闭端侧面开设有与止锁旋钮523相匹配的旋钮卡接槽5221,该止锁支架522的U形开口底部还开设有贯通旋钮卡接槽5221且与止锁螺杆521相匹配的螺杆套接孔5222;止锁旋钮523匹配卡接于止锁支架522的旋钮卡接槽5221内,该止锁旋钮523在旋钮卡接槽5221内可以以自身的轴心线为轴心自由旋转,且螺纹孔5231与螺杆套接孔5222两者同轴分布;止锁螺杆521匹配固定于壳体1的后端,且止锁螺杆521的螺纹段朝向刀片伸缩口11的相反方向;刀架滑动安装槽12的后端两侧设置有与止锁支架522相匹配的支架活动槽121;止锁杆51通过止锁旋钮523与止锁螺杆521之间的螺纹连接调节来实现其在刀片滑槽21内进行伸缩运动。本发明的调节装置利用螺纹连接结构,使得止锁螺杆产生的位移带动止锁杆沿着刀片伸缩的方向作伸缩运动,既结构简单,操作方便,又经济实用。其中,止锁杆51的后端与止锁支架522的U形开口端之间的铰接结构设置于止锁杆51的下方,并设置于止锁螺杆521的正前方,既使得刀片3的更换不会受到该铰接结构的妨碍,又可以利用止锁螺杆521限制止锁杆51的伸缩位移,避免止锁支架522携带止锁杆51一起从壳体1中抽出;另外,止锁螺杆521可以采用螺钉固定于壳体1上。
如图3所示,本实施例中,壳体1的后端两侧设置有止锁定位槽13,止锁支架522的两侧设置有与止锁定位槽13相匹配的止锁定位块5223;当所述止锁杆51的前端通过倾斜面211来减小与刀片3之间的间隙并夹紧锁定刀片3时,止锁定位槽13与止锁定位块5223之间为间隙配合,为长期使用后的结构松弛预留锁紧间距。本发明设置的止锁定位槽及与之匹配的止锁定位块,可以起到引导导向的作用;其中,止锁定位槽13可以为V形开口槽。
如图5所示,本实施例中,壳体1包括外壳体14及内壳体15;刀片 伸缩口11及刀架滑动安装槽12都设置于外壳体14上,该刀架滑动安装槽12的槽底开设有与内壳体15相匹配的壳体套接孔122;内壳体15上设置有与刀架2相匹配的刀架滑槽151;当内壳体15匹配套接于壳体套接孔122内后,通过刀架2同时贯穿刀架滑动安装槽12及刀架滑槽151来实现内壳体15在外壳体14上的固定。本发明把壳体设置成外壳体与内壳体两个部分,使得两个壳体部分可以采用两种材料制成;如外壳体采用金属材料制成,而内壳体可以采用塑料材料制作,该结构既可以保证壳体的牢固度,避免磕碰或掉落导致损坏,又相比于整个壳体采用金属材料制成,降低了自身重量,使得力气小的人都可以轻松使用。
如图6、图7及图8所示,本实施例中,壳体1包括左右拼接固定的左壳体16及右壳体17;右壳体17的内壁上设置有贯通刀片伸缩口11且与刀架2相匹配的刀架滑动槽171;壳体1的顶面开设有贯通刀架滑动槽171且与推动按钮4相匹配的按钮滑槽18;左壳体16的内壁靠近刀片伸缩口11处设置有倾斜凸块161;所述刀片3固定卡接于刀架2上,该刀架2携带刀片3匹配安装于刀架滑动槽171上;推动按钮4匹配联动连接于刀架2上并从按钮滑槽18处露出壳体1外;所述止锁杆51设置于左壳体16的内壁及刀片3之间,调节装置52设置于壳体1的后端;止锁杆51通过调节装置52的控制来实现其朝向刀片伸缩口11的方向的伸缩运动,且止锁杆51的前端通过倾斜凸块161来减小与刀片3之间的间隙并夹紧锁定刀片3。本发明采用上述结构,使得人们在使用中可以采用刀片的刀刃向下的形式持握本刀具,并在刀刃向下切割中让大拇指向下按住推动按钮来限制刀片的伸缩,从而使得人们持刀使用更加舒适合理。其中,切斜凸块161位于刀片3及止锁杆51之间。
如图7及图8所示,本实施例中,推动按钮4包括一体连接的连接杆45及推动部44′,所述刀架2上设置有与连接杆45相匹配套接的联动套接孔23;右壳体17的刀架滑动槽171的顶边开设有多个均匀间隔分布的定位齿槽172,连接杆45的侧边设置有与定位齿槽172相匹配的定位凸块 451;所述推动按钮4通过连接杆45匹配套接于联动套接孔23上来实现与刀架2之间的联动连接,且联动套接孔23的轴向与按钮滑槽18的开口处于同一个方向;推动部44′从按钮滑槽18处露出壳体1外;推动按钮4与刀架2之间还设置有作用力方向与联动套接孔23的轴向相同的复位弹性件,定位凸块451在复位弹性件的作用力下卡接于其中一个定位齿槽172内;当推动按钮4向下挤压时,推动按钮4克服复位弹性件的复位作用力向下运动,使得定位凸块451脱离定位齿槽172,从而可以推动推动按钮4带动刀架2携带刀片3在刀架滑动槽171上作伸缩运动;当刀片3伸缩到位并放开推动按钮4时,定位凸块451在复位弹性件的复位作用力下卡接于一个定位齿槽172内。其中,复位弹性件可以为一体弹簧结构;另外,刀架2上的联动套接孔23设置的数量可以为同轴分布的两个,保证连接杆45的套接稳定性;而弹簧结构可以设置匹配套接在连接杆45上,并作用于联动套接孔23与连接杆45之间,从而实现推动按钮4相对于刀架2的复位功能。
如图7及图8所示,本实施例中,刀片3上开设有与刀架2相匹配卡接的锁定孔32;所述左壳体16的内侧壁上还设置换刀按钮162,所述换刀按钮162的一端与左壳体16相匹配卡接,该换刀按钮162的另一端贯穿左壳体16后从左壳体16的外侧面伸出,换刀按钮162从左壳体16伸出的一端的背面结构与锁定孔32相套接匹配。本发明可以利用换刀按钮162顶开锁定孔32内属于刀架2上的锁定卡接结构来实现对刀片3与刀架2之间的卡接解锁,从而用于更换刀片3;使用时,只需要推动按钮4推动到刀片3伸缩最大量,并用大拇指侧面按下换刀按钮162从左壳体16伸出的部分,换刀按钮162即可顶开刀片3与刀架2之间的卡接结构实现换刀工序。
如图7及图8所示,本实施例中,调节装置52包括止锁螺杆521′及止锁旋钮523′,止锁旋钮523′上设置有一个与之同轴的且与止锁螺杆521′相匹配的螺纹孔5231′;壳体1的底端开设有与止锁旋钮523′相匹配的旋钮套接孔19;止锁旋钮523′匹配套接于旋钮套接孔19内;止锁螺 杆521′的前端与止锁杆51的后端匹配固定连接,该止锁螺杆521′的后端与止锁旋钮523′的螺纹孔5231′匹配螺纹连接;止锁杆51通过止锁旋钮523′与止锁螺杆521′之间的螺纹连接调节来实现其朝向刀片伸缩口11的方向的伸缩运动。本发明利用螺纹结构,使得止锁螺杆521′在止锁旋钮523′的调节下带动止锁杆51一起进行伸缩运动,并通过倾斜凸块161来减小与刀片3之间的间隙并夹紧锁定刀片3,限制刀片3的伸缩运动及间隙晃动,从而在本刀具使用中无需再使力来限制刀片3,使得人们在使用中更加轻松方便。其中,止锁杆51上设置有沿着其伸缩运动方向的导向槽511,所述左壳体16的内壁上设置有与该导向槽511相匹配的导向凸块163;止锁杆51通过导向槽511与导向凸块163相匹配来定位限制止锁杆51的伸缩方向。
本产品采用止锁杆51缩减与刀片3的间距来达到夹紧并锁定刀片3的功能;其中,调节装置52可以是与止锁杆51联动的推动按钮,该推动按钮设置于壳体1的背部并设有与之相匹配的滑槽,带动止锁杆51做伸缩运动,从而实现止锁杆51的顶端通过倾斜结构缩减与刀片3的距离并夹紧锁定刀片3;另外,调节装置52也可以是调节止锁杆51与刀片3之间整体间距的装置,通过调节整个止锁杆51靠近并贴紧来实现锁定刀片3的目的,如壳体1的背面设置一个与之垂直螺纹连接的旋钮,该旋钮的末端与止锁杆51的背面相匹配固定连接;还有,调节装置52也可以通过齿轮结构来实现与止锁杆51之间的联动机构。
如图9所示,本实施例中,止锁装置5为一个带旋钮的顶块;其中,止锁装置5与壳体1的背面螺纹连接,旋钮设置于壳体1的背面外侧,顶块设置于壳体1的背面内侧并与刀片3之间间隔分布,通过旋转旋钮升降顶块达到消除与刀片3之间的间隙,从而夹紧刀片3达到锁定刀片3的功效;并且,在顶块与刀片3之间还设置有一个金属片,该金属片随顶块联动,在螺纹旋转过程中,金属片与刀片3之间的间隙逐渐减小至无间隙接触,达到金属片锁紧刀片3的功效。另外,止锁装置5与壳体1的背面旋 转活动套接,顶块周围的厚度不同,通过旋转旋钮让顶块的厚度大的单边结合倾斜面211来实现消除与刀片3之间的间隙,从而夹紧刀片3达到锁定刀片3的功效。
如图10及图11所示,本实施例中,调节装置52包括调节推钮、两边带锁定齿条的锁板、及两个对称分布于锁板两侧且与锁定齿条相匹配的止锁弹块;锁板的两端与调节推钮及止锁杆51相匹配连接;锁板与止锁杆51相匹配连接的一端还通过一根压簧与壳体1相匹配连接;本产品通过推动调节推钮使得锁板克服止锁弹块带动止锁杆51伸缩运动,从而实现止锁杆51的顶端通过倾斜结构缩减与刀片3的距离并夹紧锁定刀片3;其中,止锁弹块可以锁定锁板,使得止锁杆51被状态锁定;当手控打开止锁弹块后,在压簧作用力下带动止锁杆51、锁板及调节推钮一起收缩,解除刀片3的锁定。
如图12及图13所示,本实施例中,调节装置52包括蜗杆旋钮、与蜗杆旋钮同轴一体连接的蜗杆、与蜗杆相匹配传动连接的齿轮、以及与齿轮相匹配传动连接的齿条,该齿条的顶端与止锁杆51的底端匹配连接;本产品通过旋转蜗杆旋钮依次带动蜗杆旋转、齿轮旋转即齿条伸缩运动,从而带动止锁杆51做伸缩运动,进而实现止锁杆51的顶端通过倾斜结构缩减与刀片3的距离并夹紧锁定刀片3。
如图14及图15所示,本实施例中,调节装置52包括末端与壳体1相匹配铰接的止锁按柄、两端分别与止锁杆51的末端及止锁按柄的中间相匹配铰接的连杆;如图16所示,当止锁按柄向前按下时,带动连杆向前推动止锁杆51向前伸缩,从而实现止锁杆51的顶端通过倾斜结构缩减与刀片3的距离并夹紧锁定刀片3;如图17所示,当止锁按柄向后按下时,带动连杆向后拉动止锁杆51也向后伸缩,解除刀片3的锁定。
如图18、图19及图20所示,本实施例中,调节装置52包括凸轮旋钮、与凸轮旋钮匹配旋转传动连接的凸轮、以及末端顶住凸轮的凸轮连杆,该凸轮连杆的顶端与止锁杆51的末端匹配连接,凸轮连杆的顶端还通过一 个压簧与壳体1匹配连接;本产品通过凸轮旋钮的旋转带动凸轮旋转,过程中凸轮与凸轮连杆接触点跟凸轮旋钮的轴心线之间的距离一直在变动,该距离变动带动了凸轮连杆的伸缩,从而带动止锁杆51做伸缩运动,进而实现止锁杆51的顶端通过倾斜结构缩减与刀片3的距离并夹紧锁定刀片3;其中,压簧的作用力下凸轮连杆一直被挤压与凸轮相匹配顶住。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带锁紧螺母的美工实用刀具,其特征在于:所述带锁紧螺母的美工实用刀具包括壳体(1)、刀架(2)、刀片(3)、推动按钮(4)及止锁装置(5);所述壳体(1)的前端开设有可供刀片(3)伸缩的刀片伸缩口(11),该壳体(1)的侧面开设有可供推动按钮(4)活动的滑槽;所述刀片(3)通过刀架(2)匹配安装于壳体(1)内,该刀片(3)通过推动按钮(4)来控制其在刀片伸缩口(11)处进行伸缩活动;所述止锁装置(5)包括止锁杆(51)及调节装置(52),该止锁装置(5)通过调节装置(52)调节止锁杆(51)对刀片(3)进行锁定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带锁紧螺母的美工实用刀具,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的正侧面开设有贯通其底端及刀片伸缩口(11)且与刀架(2)相匹配的刀架滑动安装槽(12);刀架(2)的正侧面开设有贯通其两端且与刀片(3)相匹配的刀片滑槽(21),所述刀片滑槽(21)的前段底面设置成向上的倾斜面(211);
    所述刀架(2)从壳体(1)的刀架滑动安装槽(12)的后端插入到位后与壳体(1)匹配固定连接;所述刀片(3)的后端与推动按钮(4)匹配连接后活动安装于刀架(2)的刀片滑槽(21)内,且推动按钮(4)从刀片滑槽(21)及刀架滑动安装槽(12)两者的顶面槽口露出;所述止锁杆(51)设置于刀片滑槽(21)的底面及刀片(3)之间,所述调节装置(52)设置于壳体(1)的后端;止锁杆(51)通过调节装置(52)的控制来实现其在刀片滑槽(21)内进行伸缩运动,且止锁杆(51)的前端通过倾斜面(211)来减小与刀片(3)之间的间隙并夹紧锁定刀片(3)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带锁紧螺母的美工实用刀具,其特征在于:所述刀架(2)的刀片滑槽(21)的两平行侧边设置有对称分布的锁定齿槽(22);所述推动按钮(4)包括底板(41)、复位弹片(42)、锁定轴(43)及推动部(44);所述底板(41)的前端设置有凸块(411),所述刀片(3) 的后端设置有与凸块(411)相匹配的孔洞(31);底板(41)的后端正侧面开设有与复位弹片(42)相匹配的弹片安装槽(412),所述弹片安装槽(412)上还设置有与之垂直相交且与锁定轴(43)相匹配的轴定位槽(413);所述推动部(44)的底端开设有与锁定轴(43)相匹配的V型槽(441);
    所述复位弹片(42)匹配安装于底板(41)的弹片安装槽(412)内;所述锁定轴(43)匹配安装于轴定位槽(413)内并安置于复位弹片(42)之上,且该锁定轴(43)的部分高出底板(41)的侧面;所述推动部(44)匹配卡接于底板(41)上,且V型槽(441)匹配套接于锁定轴(43)的高出底板(41)的部分;所述刀片(3)的后端与推动按钮(4)之间通过凸块(411)与孔洞(31)匹配卡接来实现连接;
    当推动按钮(4)不受力时,锁定轴(43)的端部高出底板(41)的部分与锁定齿槽(22)匹配卡接;当推动按钮(4)受力推动时,V型槽(441)的向下分力挤压锁定轴(43)克服复位弹片(42)的弹力使其向下凹陷变形,同时锁定轴(43)被挤入轴定位槽(413)内,使得锁定轴(43)与锁定齿槽(22)之间的卡接分离。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的带锁紧螺母的美工实用刀具,其特征在于:所述调节装置(52)包括止锁螺杆(521)、止锁支架(522)及止锁旋钮(523);所述止锁支架(522)为U形结构,该止锁支架(522)的U形开口端与止锁杆(51)的后端相匹配铰接;所述止锁旋钮(523)上设置有一个与之同轴的且与止锁螺杆(521)相匹配的螺纹孔(5231);止锁支架(522)的U形封闭端侧面开设有与止锁旋钮(523)相匹配的旋钮卡接槽(5221),该止锁支架(522)的U形开口底部还开设有贯通旋钮卡接槽(5221)且与止锁螺杆(521)相匹配的螺杆套接孔(5222);止锁旋钮(523)匹配卡接于止锁支架(522)的旋钮卡接槽(5221)内,该止锁旋钮(523)在旋钮卡接槽(5221)内可以以自身的轴心线为轴心自由旋转,且螺纹孔(5231)与螺杆套接孔(5222)两者同轴分布;止锁螺杆(521)匹配固定于壳体(1)的后端,且止锁螺杆(521)的螺纹段朝向刀片伸缩口(11) 的相反方向;所述刀架滑动安装槽(12)的后端两侧设置有与止锁支架(522)相匹配的支架活动槽(121);止锁杆(51)通过止锁旋钮(523)与止锁螺杆(521)之间的螺纹连接调节来实现其在刀片滑槽(21)内进行伸缩运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带锁紧螺母的美工实用刀具,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的后端两侧设置有止锁定位槽(13),所述止锁支架(522)的两侧设置有与止锁定位槽(13)相匹配的止锁定位块(5223);当所述止锁杆(51)的前端通过倾斜面(211)来减小与刀片(3)之间的间隙并夹紧锁定刀片(3)时,止锁定位槽(13)与止锁定位块(5223)之间为间隙配合。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3所述的带锁紧螺母的美工实用刀具,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)包括外壳体(14)及内壳体(15);所述刀片伸缩口(11)及刀架滑动安装槽(12)都设置于外壳体(14)上,该刀架滑动安装槽(12)的槽底开设有与内壳体(15)相匹配的壳体套接孔(122);内壳体(15)上设置有与刀架(2)相匹配的刀架滑槽(151);
    当内壳体(15)匹配套接于壳体套接孔(122)内后,通过刀架(2)同时贯穿刀架滑动安装槽(12)及刀架滑槽(151)来实现内壳体(15)在外壳体(14)上的固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的带锁紧螺母的美工实用刀具,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)包括左右拼接固定的左壳体(16)及右壳体(17);所述右壳体(17)的内壁上设置有贯通刀片伸缩口(11)且与刀架(2)相匹配的刀架滑动槽(171);壳体(1)的顶面开设有贯通刀架滑动槽(171)且与推动按钮(4)相匹配的按钮滑槽(18);所述左壳体(16)的内壁靠近刀片伸缩口(11)处设置有倾斜凸块(161);
    所述刀片(3)固定卡接于刀架(2)上,该刀架(2)携带刀片(3)匹配安装于刀架滑动槽(171)上;所述推动按钮(4)匹配联动连接于刀架(2)上并从按钮滑槽(18)处露出壳体(1)外;所述止锁杆(51)设 置于左壳体(16)的内壁及刀片(3)之间,所述调节装置(52)设置于壳体(1)的后端;止锁杆(51)通过调节装置(52)的控制来实现其朝向刀片伸缩口(11)的方向的伸缩运动,且止锁杆(51)的前端通过倾斜凸块(161)来减小与刀片(3)之间的间隙并夹紧锁定刀片(3)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的带锁紧螺母的美工实用刀具,其特征在于:所述推动按钮(4)包括一体连接的连接杆(45)及推动部(44′),所述刀架(2)上设置有与连接杆(45)相匹配套接的联动套接孔(23);所述右壳体(17)的刀架滑动槽(171)的顶边开设有多个均匀间隔分布的定位齿槽(172),连接杆(45)的侧边设置有与定位齿槽(172)相匹配的定位凸块(451);
    所述推动按钮(4)通过连接杆(45)匹配套接于联动套接孔(23)上来实现与刀架(2)之间的联动连接,且联动套接孔(23)的轴向与按钮滑槽(18)的开口处于同一个方向;所述推动部(44′)从按钮滑槽(18)处露出壳体(1)外;所述推动按钮(4)与刀架(2)之间还设置有作用力方向与联动套接孔(23)的轴向相同的复位弹性件,所述定位凸块(451)在复位弹性件的作用力下卡接于其中一个定位齿槽(172)内;
    当推动按钮(4)向下挤压时,推动按钮(4)克服复位弹性件的复位作用力向下运动,使得定位凸块(451)脱离定位齿槽(172),从而可以推动推动按钮(4)带动刀架(2)携带刀片(3)在刀架滑动槽(171)上作伸缩运动;当刀片(3)伸缩到位并放开推动按钮(4)时,定位凸块(451)在复位弹性件的复位作用力下卡接于一个定位齿槽(172)内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的带锁紧螺母的美工实用刀具,其特征在于:所述刀片(3)上开设有与刀架(2)相匹配卡接的锁定孔(32);所述左壳体(16)的内侧壁上还设置换刀按钮(162),所述换刀按钮(162)的一端与左壳体(16)相匹配卡接,该换刀按钮(162)的另一端贯穿左壳体(16)后从左壳体(16)的外侧面伸出,换刀按钮(162)从左壳体(16)伸出的一端的背面结构与锁定孔(32)相套接匹配。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9任一项所述的带锁紧螺母的美工实用刀具,其特征在于:所述调节装置(52)包括止锁螺杆(521′)及止锁旋钮(523′),所述止锁旋钮(523′)上设置有一个与之同轴的且与止锁螺杆(521′)相匹配的螺纹孔(5231′);所述壳体(1)的底端开设有与止锁旋钮(523′)相匹配的旋钮套接孔(19);止锁旋钮(523′)匹配套接于旋钮套接孔(19)内;所述止锁螺杆(521′)的前端与止锁杆(51)的后端匹配固定连接,该止锁螺杆(521′)的后端与止锁旋钮(523′)的螺纹孔(5231′)匹配螺纹连接;止锁杆(51)通过止锁旋钮(523′)与止锁螺杆(521′)之间的螺纹连接调节来实现其朝向刀片伸缩口(11)的方向的伸缩运动。
