一种激光焊接同轴环形吹气保护装置,包括内管(1)和外管(2),内管(1)和外管(2)之间形成圆环形气腔(3),圆环形气腔(3)的下端设有与内管(1)和外管(2)连接的环形板(4),圆环形气腔(3)上端设有封板(5),封板(5)中心设有通孔(6),通孔(6)与内管(1)内腔相通形成光束通道(7),封板(5)两侧对称设有吊耳(8),吊耳(8)上端设有连接杆(9),连接杆(9)上端设有连接板(10),连接板(10)安装在焊接机头上,外管(2)侧壁上设有一进气口,环形板(4)的端面上均匀分布有若干出气孔(11)。该装置结构简单,通过采用本结构,能够实现360°环绕型吹气,使激光焊接成形更加均匀,对激光焊接产生的等离子体和飞溅具有明显的抑制作用,减少对入射激光的干扰和屏蔽,提高焊缝表面稳定性,而且操作方便。

Description

一种激光焊接同轴环形吹气保护装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护装置,尤其涉及一种激光焊接同轴环形吹气保护装置。
背景技术
气体保护是激光焊接的一个重要影响因素。在高功率焊接情况下,一方面可以吹散部分金属表面等离子体,另一方面可以将保护气体覆盖在熔池上方,减少焊缝的氧化。
目前,激光焊接一般采用侧面吹气保护,由于侧吹角度的变化,时常导致焊缝表面不一致,焊缝成型稳定性差,而且,对于外观件等表面要求质量较高的工件,单管侧吹无法全面保护焊缝氧化问题,从而导致焊缝表面呈现黑色。主要原因是焊缝在离开侧吹保护范围时,仍处于高温状态,焊缝仍会氧化,从而影响焊缝的稳定性。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,能够实现360°环绕型吹气,使激光焊缝成型更加均匀,提高焊缝表面稳定性的一种激光焊接同轴环形吹气保护装置。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括内管和外管,内管和外管之间形成圆环形气腔,圆环形气腔的下端设有与内管和外管连接的环形板,圆环形气腔上端设有封板,封板中心设有通孔,通孔与内管内腔相通形成光束通道,封板两侧对称设有吊耳,吊耳上端设有连接杆,连接杆上端设有连接板,连接板安装在焊接机头上,外管侧壁上设有一进气口,环形板的端面上均匀分布有若干出气孔。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述进气口处安装有进气嘴。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述连接杆上下两端分别设有外螺纹,所述吊耳和连接板上分别设有与连接杆外螺纹连接的内螺纹。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述连接板为L型板。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构简单,通过采用本结构,能够实现360°环绕型吹气,使激光焊接成形更加均匀,对激光焊接产生的等离子体和飞溅具有明显的抑制作用,减少对入射激光的干扰和屏蔽,提高焊缝表面稳定性,而且操作方便。

一种激光焊接同轴环形吹气保护装置,包括内管1和外管2,内管1和外管2之间形成圆环形气腔3,圆环形气腔3的下端设有与内管1和外管2连接的环形板4,圆环形气腔3上端设有封板5,封板5中心设有通孔6,通孔6与内管1内腔相通形成光束通道7,封板5两侧对称设有吊耳8,吊耳8上端设有连接杆9,连接杆9上端设有连接板10,连接板10安装在焊接机头上,外管2侧壁上设有一进气口,环形板4的端面上均匀分布有若干出气孔11。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述进气口处安装有进气嘴12。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述连接杆9上下两端分别设有外螺纹,所述吊耳8和连接板10上分别设有与连接杆9外螺纹连接的内螺纹。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述连接板10为L型板。

  1. 一种激光焊接同轴环形吹气保护装置,其特征在于,包括内管和外管,内管和外管之间形成圆环形气腔,圆环形气腔的下端设有与内管和外管连接的环形板,圆环形气腔上端设有封板,封板中心设有通孔,通孔与内管内腔相通形成光束通道,封板两侧对称设有吊耳,吊耳上端设有连接杆,连接杆上端设有连接板,连接板安装在焊接机头上,外管侧壁上设有一进气口,环形板的端面上均匀分布有若干出气孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种激光焊接同轴环形吹气保护装置,其特征在于,所述进气口处安装有进气嘴。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种激光焊接同轴环形吹气保护装置,其特征在于,所述连接杆上下两端分别设有外螺纹,所述吊耳和连接板上分别设有与连接杆外螺纹连接的内螺纹。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种激光焊接同轴环形吹气保护装置,其特征在于,所述连接板为L型板。
