Description

一种多通道工作套管 技术领域
本申请涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种多通道工作套管。
背景技术
由于微创手术具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快的优越性,“微创”这一概念已深入到外科手术的各种领域。微创手术是指利用腹腔镜、胸腔镜等现代医疗器械通过微创通道装置及相关设备进行的手术。
现有技术中,微创通道装置包括导向管和扩张管,导向管设置在扩张管内部。实际手术中,当需要对患处周边的骨头部位进行磨骨时,需要将磨钻沿导向管插入至患处进行磨骨,由于扩张管内只有一个导向管,此时只能插入磨钻,不能同时插入内窥镜,所以,磨钻在实际打磨过程中处于盲磨状态,使得磨钻在磨骨过程中无法一直精准的对准需要打磨的部位;同时,当磨骨结束后,需要插入内窥镜进行观察时,首先需要先将磨钻从导向管中取出,然后在将内窥镜从导向管中插入进行观察,操作步骤繁琐,延长了手术时间,对患者造成一定伤害。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种多通道工作套管,以解决现有技术中不便于观察内窥镜工作状态的问题。
本实用新型实施例提供一种多通道工作套管,包括导向管,导向管包括主导管和副导管,所述主导管与副导管一体设置;
导向管的一端为入口端,另一端为出口端;
导向管的入口端设有导向板,导向板上设有与导向管相适应的第一通孔,导向管的入口端插入到第一通孔中,将导向管与导向板固定连接;
主导管的长度大于副导管的长度,副导管的出口端贴合在主导管的外侧壁上;
主导管的外侧壁上副导管出口端贴合处设有窥镜视野孔。
可选的,所述窥镜视野孔为长条孔,并沿沿副导管的长度方向延伸。
可选的,所述窥镜视野孔的上端开口设置在主导管的外侧壁上副导管出口端贴合处,窥镜视野孔的下端开口与主导管的出口端不连通。
可选的,所述窥镜视野孔的下端开口延伸至主导管的出口端。
可选的,所述主导管的中心线与副导管的中心线不平行。
可选的,所述主导管的出口端设有第一倾斜开口。
可选的,所述副导管的出口端设有第二倾斜开口。

对比现有技术,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
本实用新型包括导向管,导向管包括主导管和副导管,所述主导管与副导管一体设置;主导管的长度大于副导管的长度,副导管的出口端贴合在主导管的外侧壁上;主导管的外侧壁上副导管出口端贴合处设有窥镜视野孔,实际手术过程中,当器械从副导管工作时,窥镜在主导管内通过窥镜视野孔可以查看器械的工作状态;当器械从主导管工作时,窥镜在副导管内可以同样查看器械的工作状态;由于所述主导管的中心线与副导管的中心线不平行,副导管的出口端贴合在主导管的外侧壁上,所以使得主导管的入口端与副导管的入口端不相邻,并且两者相距一定距离,能够防止由于主导管内插入较大器械后影响副导管内插入的器械。该工作套管结构简单,安装便捷,使得操作更加灵活方便。

本实用新型实施例提供的多通道工作套管,包括导向管,所述导向管采用不锈钢材质制成,导向管包括主导管1和副导管2。
图1是本实用新型实施例提供的工作套管的轴侧结构示意图一,如图1所示,所述主导管1与副导管2之间通过连接板7一体设置。导向管的一端为入口端,另一端为出口端。
导向管的入口端设有导向板3,图2是本实用新型实施例提供的导向板的结构示意图,如图2所示,导向板(3)沿垂直于导向管的长度方向延伸。导向板3上设有与导向管相适应的第一通孔31,第一通孔31成长条状,并沿导向板3的长度方向延伸。导向管的入口端插入到第一通孔31中,将导向管与导向板3固定连接。
主导管1的长度大于副导管2的长度,副导管2的出口端贴合在主导管1的外侧壁上。
本实施例中,由于所述主导管1的中心线与副导管2的中心线不平行,使得所述主导管的入口端与副导管的入口端不相邻,并且两者之间有一定距离,能够防止由于主导管1内插入较大器械后影响副导管2内插入的器械。
主导管1的外侧壁上副导管2出口端贴合处设有窥镜视野孔4。如图1所述,所述窥镜视野孔4为长条孔,并沿沿副导管2的长度方向延伸。所述窥镜视野孔4的上端开口设置在主导管1的外侧壁上副导管2出口端贴合处,窥镜视野孔4的下端开口与主导管1的出口端不连通。
图3是本实用新型实施例提供的工作套管的轴侧结构示意图二,如图3所示,在其他实施例中,所述窥镜视野孔4的下端开口也可以延伸至主导管1的出口端,能够增大窥镜视野孔4的开口长度,更能够便于观察副导管2内器械的工作状态。
为了便于导向管更好的插入到人体的手术位置处,所述主导管1的出口端设有第一倾斜开口5,所述副导管2的出口端设有第二倾斜开口6。第一倾斜开口5和第二倾斜开口6的倾斜方向一致。
本实施例中,所述主导管1和副导管2的直径不相同,主导管1的直径大于副导管2的直径,主导管1可以用于放置体积较大的手术器械,副导管2可以用于放置体积较小的手术器械。当然,在其他实施例中,主导管1的直径也可以小于辅导管2的直径,或者,将主导管1和副导管2的直径设置成相同的直径。

    包括导向管,导向管包括主导管(1)和副导管(2),所述主导管(1)与副导管(2)一体设置;
    导向管的一端为入口端,另一端为出口端;
    导向管的入口端设有导向板(3),导向板(3)上设有与导向管相适应的第一通孔(31),导向管的入口端插入到第一通孔(31)中,将导向管与导向板(3)固定连接;
    主导管(1)的长度大于副导管(2)的长度,副导管(2)的出口端贴合在主导管(1)的外侧壁上;
    主导管(1)的外侧壁上副导管(2)出口端贴合处设有窥镜视野孔(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多通道工作套管,其特征在于:
    所述窥镜视野孔(4)为长条孔,并沿沿副导管(2)的长度方向延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多通道工作套管,其特征在于:
    所述窥镜视野孔(4)的上端开口设置在主导管(1)的外侧壁上副导管(2)出口端贴合处,窥镜视野孔(4)的下端开口与主导管(1)的出口端不连通。

    所述窥镜视野孔(4)的下端开口延伸至主导管(1)的出口端。
