Definitions
- the present application relates to the technical field of medical devices, and in particular, to a multi-channel working sleeve.
- Minimally invasive surgery refers to surgery performed using modern medical equipment such as laparoscopy and thoracoscopy through minimally invasive channel devices and related equipment.
- the minimally invasive channel device includes a guide tube and an expansion tube, and the guide tube is disposed inside the expansion tube.
- the guide tube is disposed inside the expansion tube.
- the endoscope so the grinding drill is in the blind grinding state during the actual grinding process, so that the grinding drill cannot always accurately align the part to be polished during the bone grinding process; at the same time, after the grinding of the bone, the endoscope needs to be inserted
- the operation steps are tedious, prolong the operation time, and cause some harm to the patient.
- This application provides a multi-channel working sleeve to solve the problem that it is not convenient to observe the working state of an endoscope in the prior art.
- An embodiment of the present utility model provides a multi-channel working sleeve, which includes a guide pipe, and the guide pipe includes a main pipe and a auxiliary pipe, and the main pipe and the auxiliary pipe are provided integrally;
- One end of the guide tube is the inlet end and the other end is the outlet end;
- a guide plate is provided at the entrance end of the guide pipe, and a first through hole corresponding to the guide pipe is provided on the guide plate, and the entrance end of the guide pipe is inserted into the first through hole to fixedly connect the guide pipe and the guide plate;
- the length of the main duct is greater than the length of the auxiliary duct, and the outlet end of the auxiliary duct fits on the outer side wall of the main duct;
- a sight hole of a speculum is provided at the joint of the exit end of the auxiliary conduit on the outer side wall of the main conduit.
- the sight hole of the endoscope is a long hole and extends along the length direction of the auxiliary catheter.
- the upper end opening of the sight hole of the endoscope is disposed at the abutment of the exit end of the auxiliary duct on the outer side wall of the main duct, and the lower end opening of the sight hole of the endoscope is not connected to the exit end of the main duct.
- the lower end opening of the sight hole of the endoscope extends to the exit end of the main catheter.
- the center line of the main duct is not parallel to the center line of the auxiliary duct.
- a first inclined opening is provided at an outlet end of the main conduit.
- a second inclined opening is provided at the outlet end of the auxiliary duct.
- the diameters of the main duct and the auxiliary duct are different.
- the guide tube is made of stainless steel
- the utility model includes a guide pipe, which includes a main pipe and a auxiliary pipe, and the main pipe and the auxiliary pipe are provided integrally; the length of the main pipe is greater than the length of the auxiliary pipe, and the exit end of the auxiliary pipe is attached to the outer side wall of the main pipe ; On the outer side wall of the main catheter, there is an endoscope sight hole at the joint of the exit end of the auxiliary catheter.
- the endoscope can check the working status of the instrument through the endoscope sight hole in the main catheter
- the endoscope can also check the working state of the instrument in the secondary catheter; because the centerline of the main catheter is not parallel to the centerline of the secondary catheter, the outlet end of the secondary catheter fits on the main catheter
- the outer side of the main tube is so that the entrance end of the main catheter and the entrance end of the auxiliary catheter are not adjacent, and the two are at a certain distance from each other, which can prevent the instrument inserted in the auxiliary catheter from being affected by the larger instrument inserted into the main catheter.
- the working sleeve has a simple structure and convenient installation, which makes the operation more flexible and convenient.
- FIG. 1 is a first schematic diagram of a shaft-side structure of a working sleeve according to an embodiment of the present invention
- FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a guide plate provided by an embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 3 is a second schematic diagram of a shaft-side structure of a working sleeve according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- 1-main catheter 2-auxiliary catheter, 3-guide plate, 31-first through hole, 4-scope hole, 5-first inclined opening, 6-second inclined opening, 7-connecting plate.
- the multi-channel working sleeve provided by the embodiment of the present utility model includes a guide tube made of stainless steel.
- the guide tube includes a main pipe 1 and a sub-pipe 2.
- FIG. 1 is a first schematic diagram of a shaft-side structure of a working sleeve according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- the main duct 1 and the auxiliary duct 2 are integrally disposed through a connecting plate 7.
- One end of the guide tube is the inlet end and the other end is the outlet end.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a guide plate provided by an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the guide plate (3) extends in a direction perpendicular to the length of the guide tube.
- the guide plate 3 is provided with a first through hole 31 adapted to the guide tube.
- the first through hole 31 is in a strip shape and extends along the length direction of the guide plate 3. The inlet end of the guide tube is inserted into the first through hole 31, and the guide tube and the guide plate 3 are fixedly connected.
- the length of the main duct 1 is greater than the length of the auxiliary duct 2, and the outlet end of the auxiliary duct 2 is attached to the outer side wall of the main duct 1.
- the entrance end of the main duct and the entrance end of the auxiliary duct are not adjacent, and there is a certain distance between the two. It can prevent the instruments inserted in the secondary catheter 2 from being affected by the larger instruments inserted into the main catheter 1.
- a sight hole 4 for a speculum is provided at the abutment of the exit end of the auxiliary catheter 2 on the outer side wall of the main catheter 1.
- the endoscope view hole 4 is an elongated hole and extends along the length direction of the auxiliary catheter 2.
- the upper end opening of the endoscope field of view hole 4 is provided at the abutment of the exit end of the auxiliary duct 2 on the outer side wall of the main duct 1, and the lower end opening of the endoscope field of view 4 is not connected to the exit end of the main duct 1.
- FIG. 3 is a second schematic diagram of the axial structure of the working sleeve according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- the lower end opening of the endoscope field of view hole 4 may also extend to the main catheter 1.
- the exit end can increase the opening length of the sight hole 4 of the endoscope, and it is more convenient to observe the working state of the instruments in the auxiliary catheter 2.
- the outlet end of the main catheter 1 is provided with a first inclined opening 5, and the outlet end of the auxiliary catheter 2 is provided with a second inclined opening 6.
- the inclined directions of the first inclined opening 5 and the second inclined opening 6 are the same.
- the diameters of the main catheter 1 and the auxiliary catheter 2 are different.
- the diameter of the main catheter 1 is larger than the diameter of the auxiliary catheter 2.
- the main catheter 1 can be used to place a larger surgical instrument, and the auxiliary catheter 2 can be used. For placing smaller surgical instruments.
- the diameter of the main catheter 1 may be smaller than the diameter of the counseling tube 2, or the diameters of the main catheter 1 and the auxiliary catheter 2 are set to the same diameter.
