Abstract
The present invention relates to a bottle assembly (A) capable of being overlapped and separated, in which all kinds of carbonated and non-carbonated drinks and liquids are contained.
Description
A BOTTLE ASSEMBLY
Technical Area
The present invention relates to a bottle assembly capable of being overlapped and separated, in which all kinds of carbonated and non-carbonated drinks and liquids are contained.
In particular, the invention relates to a bottle assembly, which allows liquid to be consumed over multiple uses in desired portions while enabling the remaining liquid in accompanying bottles to maintain its originality and freshness.
Background of the Invention
Bottles are used in many ways, such as for storing cleaning chemicals, food, cosmetics and chemistry, and especially for storing and putting into use liquid substances.
The cap is positioned in the upper part of the bottles and made to be opened for using liquid in the bottle made of plastic, glass and similar materials and for closing again after use.
Specifically, the end consumer opens the cap to use the liquid he desires in the course of consuming carbonated or non-carbonated beverages, as much as he wishes, into a glass, or drinks directly through the bottle. He then re-closes the cap to consume the remaining product/liquid later.
However, especially in the case of carbonated beverages, liquid does not keep its initial freshness and taste since it loses gas, even while the cap is closed. Especially upon multiple uses, the liquid loses its gas as a result of contact with air; non- carbonated beverage/liquid loses its vitamin content therefore, never again tastes as it did upon being opened for the first time.
Due to this problem, the end consumers generally prefer liquid bottles in smaller volumes. This requires carrying and storing multiple bottles of beverage, as a result taking up limited space in refrigerators and storage areas.
Similarly, the companies that produce and sell beverages in lower cc bottles, which are highly preferred and consumed by the end user, experience critical logistics related issues such as storage and transportation.
These companies are obliged to provide more space for storage of the bottles, and must use more tools, equipment and energy for the purpose of logistics-related operations. This increases the costs of both storage and logistics.
Another problem is that the stoppers, the inside of which are hollow, are worn out after a period of time and cannot fulfill their main function of preventing the unintentional opening of the cap, which is caused by the fact that the caps, which are opened and closed multiple times, compress the said cap stoppers (The wear and tear in the course of use).
Standard products used in the current art allow a single product to be sold and marketed in a bottle. Individuals with different tastes, even the members of the same family have to buy different bottles to store other beverages that are suitable for their own taste.
There is not a bottle embodiment, which allows beverage companies to sell and market different product ranges together within a single packaging.
In the literature, European Patent No: EP1350726B1 covers the following statement:
“A plastic bottle, particularly for containing beverages, whose particularity consists of the fact that it comprises a body with portions having a circular cross-section which are alternated with portions having a quadrangular cross-section.”
The said patent discloses the portions having a circular cross-section which are alternated with portions having a quadrangular cross-section.
In another literature, European Patent No: EP2108592B1 covers the following statement:
“The present invention refers to a multipurpose plastic bottle made in one reusable piece which is provided with the means for conversion to objects which may be kept by the user. It comprises an upper belt and a lower belt formed by pairs of circular rings connected round the whole profile of the bottle with the connection of both pairs of rings defined by a cutting guide for separating the bottle in an upper section, a mid section and a lower section. The multipurpose plastic bottle which is the object of the invention belongs to the technical sector of plastics, specifically to the plastic industry relating to manufacture of bottles designed to hold liquids for mass distribution and consumption. The products to be bottled are soft drinks, sodas, drinking water, cooking oils and domestic cleaning chemicals.”
Said patent discloses a multi-functional plastic bottle structure produced in a single piece.
A new bottle structure was needed for the above-mentioned reasons.
Description of the Invention
Moving forward from the present state of the art, the object of the invention is to provide a bottle structure, which eliminates the current disadvantages.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that allows the same and/or similar amount of liquids contained in the large-sized bottles to be consumed in lesser amounts at one time without losing their properties and/or taste.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure of large-size liter products consisting of 2-3 or different number of combinations of bottles, as an option of the package of the smaller size bottles.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which allows more than one product (beverages or different products) to be sold or marketed in the form of a single packaging, which will enable them to address demands of the different demographics at once.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which can be separated into smaller sizes and thus allows the product to be kept and stored in smaller areas.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which enables large carbonated beverage products to be consumed in smaller amounts at a time once their packaging is opened and thereby allows the different or same kind of products contained in the package to be kept fresh without losing their properties (for example gas and taste...) until next use.
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that will significantly contribute to the prevention of environmental pollution, as the packaging will not be disposed of as waste before the products within are completely consumed, and thereby will reduce the number of bottles disposed (pet bottle).
Another object of the invention is to provide a structure that minimizes the storage and logistics costs of beverage producing companies.
