Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container for filling and holding liquid substances such as liquid detergents and liquid cosmetics, in particular, a container suitable for filling a liquid substance for refilling, and efficiency in transporting such containers, containers after use It is intended to improve the waste disposal.
[0002]
In recent years, from the viewpoint of saving resources and reducing the amount of garbage, refill containers for refilling only liquid substances have been used on the assumption that a container with a pump sold separately is used as it is.
[0003]
As such refill containers, various types have been proposed so far, such as bag-shaped containers, pouch containers formed by stacking a plurality of thin sheets such as aluminum, or bottle-shaped containers having a specific space shape. Yes.
[0004]
Among the above-mentioned refill containers, in particular, bottle-type containers have high self-supporting properties, so when filling liquids into containers in a continuous line, individual containers are aligned along the line. Therefore, it is possible to perform efficient filling as compared with a bag-like container or pouch container that has almost no independence, and there is an advantage that productivity can be remarkably improved.
[0005]
By the way, such a container having high self-supporting property is bulky because it has a space for filling the liquid material therein, and therefore it is distributed from the production stage of the container to the stage of filling the liquid material in the container. In the process, the containers could not be efficiently transported, and the cost for that was increased, and there was a problem that the containers could not be disposed of in a compact manner even when discarded after being refilled with a liquid material.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to propose a new container that can efficiently transport a container and can be disposed of in a compact state after use.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a container which enables a reduction in the filling volume and reduction of the container body itself by contact with its top and bottom to each other by pressing the container body, the bottom portion of the container body, the container When the main body is reduced, it is connected to the upper portion of the container main body, and a connecting portion is provided on the outer surface of the container main body so that it can be connected to another container. A convex portion projecting to the inner surface side, and a convex portion projecting the central region of the convex portion toward the outer surface side of the container and fitting on the inner surface of the tip of the spout of another container, This is a container having a reduced structure.
[0008]
Further, the present invention is a container that reduces the filling volume by pressing the container body and bringing the upper part and the bottom part into contact with each other to reduce the filling volume. It consists of an ultra-thin material rich in nature, and at the bottom of the container body, it has a connection part that allows connection to the upper part of the container body when the container body is reduced, and allows connection to other containers on its outer surface ,
The connecting portion has a convex portion projecting to the inner surface side so as to be fitted to the shoulder portion of the container body on the inner surface thereof, and a central region of the convex portion projecting toward the outer surface side of the container so that other containers are poured. the form of the convex portion to be fitted in the mouth of the tip inner surface, a container having a reduction structures characterized by and this.
[0009]
In the container having each of the above-described configurations, a convex portion that protrudes toward the inner surface side so as to fit the inner surface of the shoulder portion of the container body, and a central region of the convex portion protrude toward the outer surface side of the container, It shall consist of a convex part fitted in the front-end | tip inner surface of the spout of this container.
[0010]
When the container is made of an ultra-thin material, the amount of the material used is particularly preferably 0.004 to 0.025 g / ml.
[0011]
As the container, a thermoplastic resin such as high-density polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, or polypropylene can be used.

The general bottle-shaped container that is usually known uses 0.08g / cc of the material (resin) that composes it, and uses about 50g of resin for 600cc capacity. Although such a container has a relatively thin wall thickness, it cannot be compactly folded by pressing the container itself, and cannot be efficiently transported because it is bulky to transport such containers in large quantities. However, even if it is such a container, by pressing according to the folding | turning

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the seating is good when the filling volume is reduced, and the containers can be arranged regularly, so that the packaging work can be made more efficient and more containers can be put in the transport box. Therefore, the conveyance efficiency is remarkably improved. Moreover, since it can be packed compactly even after the container is used, it is easy to discard. Further, when filling the container with a liquid material or the like, it has regularity unless the mutual connection state between the containers is released, so that it can be transported to a continuous line as it is, and the container can be efficiently supplied.
