Description

商品订单的处理方法、装置及电子设备
本申请要求2018年08月31日递交的申请号为201811014530.6、发明名称为“商品订单的处理方法、装置及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及一种商品订单的处理方法、装置及电子设备,属于计算机技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,商品供应方通过销售平台将商品供货给店铺,然后由店铺向顾客(也就是消费者)进行商品销售。商品供应方为了推广自己的商品,经常会进行一些促销活动,对商品进行价格给予一定的让利,从而增加销量或者推广产品。由于商品供应方是通过店铺间接地向用户销售商品,商品供应方只能将营销活动的营销策略达到店铺这个层级,而无法直达消费者。店铺是否很好地执行商品供应方的营销策略,商品供应方无法控制也无法感知。
另外,一些大型的电商平台也设立了直营的店铺,在这样模式下,大型的电商平台充当了二级批发商的角色,当商品供应方想要进行营销活动时,电商平台将商品供应方的产品先采购到电商平台,然后再由电商平台通过直营店铺向用户进行销售,由电商平台根据自身策略,决定最终的营销策略。
无论是那种方式,商品供应方的营销策略都无法直接触及到消费者,从而无法有效实现商品供应方所开展的促销活动的目的。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种商品订单的处理方法、装置及电子设备,以使得商品供应方的营销策略能够直达顾客。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供了一种商品订单的处理方法,包括:
响应于对指定商品的订单结算操作,获取与该指定商品对应的处理策略信息;
根据所述处理策略信息和订单信息生成账单信息;
响应于该账单信息的支付操作,生成针对所述指定商品的账单结算数据,并向店铺服务平台发送,所述账单结算数据至少包括顾客支付信息和基于所述处理策略信息而产 生的折扣差价信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种商品订单的处理方法,包括:
接收POS终端或者店铺页面发送的账单结算数据,所述账单结算数据至少包括顾客支付信息和基于处理策略信息而产生的折扣差价信息;
根据处理策略信息和账单结算数据,将接收到的顾客支付金额转账至所述POS终端对应的店铺账户或者店铺页面对应的店铺账户,以及将部分或者全部折扣差价金额从所述商品供应方账户转账至所述店铺账户。
本发明实施例还提供了一种商品订单的处理装置,包括:
订单结算处理模块,用于响应于对指定商品的订单结算操作,获取与该指定商品对应的处理策略信息;
账单信息生成模块,用于根据所述处理策略信息和订单信息生成账单信息;
账单结算数据处理模块,用于响应于该账单信息的支付操作,生成针对所述指定商品的账单结算数据,并向店铺服务平台发送,所述账单结算数据至少包括顾客支付信息和基于所述处理策略信息而产生的折扣差价信息。

概览
如图1所示,其为本发明实施例所应用的示例性系统框架示意图,其中,通过店铺服务平台提供店铺与商品供应方之间的服务对接桥梁。在店铺服务平台上,店铺和商品供应方分别设置有各自的账户。商品供应方的为营销活动制定的处理策略信息会发布到店铺服务平台,营销服务平台会将处理策略信息下发至店铺的POS终端或者店铺页面,以执行营销策略。
在发明实施例中,POS终端是能够与店铺服务平台进行通信的终端设备,其能够除了提供店铺的商品结算功能之外,还可以接收店铺服务平台下发的处理策略信息,并根据处理策略信息进行结算。对于配置了POS终端的店铺,POS终端的编号会直接与店铺编号绑定,处理策略信息可以直达POS终端,可以利用POS终端来直接基于营销策略进行结算。
在某些店铺可能没有配置具有与店铺服务平台通信功能的POS终端,对于这样的店铺,要想执行营销策略,可以通过店铺页面进行结算,相当于把线下店铺销售引流到线上执行。上述的店铺页面可以是店铺服务平台直接提供的店铺页面,也可以其他平台提供的能够与店铺服务平台进行通信的店铺页面。这里所说的店铺页面包含了该页面的内容显示以及页面后台的处理逻辑,通过这些处理逻辑能够提供店铺中商品的结算功能,并且能够接收店铺服务平台下发的处理策略信息并基于营销策略执行结算。
本发明实施例的营销策略的执行涉及店铺和店铺服务平台两部分,下面将分别介绍一下各自执行的处理。
1)店铺:根据营销策略与顾客进行结算。
店铺的POS终端或者店铺页面在接收了指定商品的处理策略信息后,在进行指定商品交易时,会根据与指定商品关联的处理策略信息对商品订单进行结算,让顾客直接支付折扣后的价格。例如,指定商品的标准售价是100元,商品供应方进行了营销推广活动,给予该指定商品价格8折优惠(80元售价),顾客在店铺进行结算时,将会直接支付80元的金额。
店铺在商品结算后,将账单结算数据提交给店铺服务平台。账单结算数据包括顾客支付金额(例如80元)和折扣差价(20元)。
2)店铺服务平台:根据营销策略,将差价从商品供应方账户转给店铺账户。
商品供应方在进行商品营销活动前,会在商品供应方账户预先存入一笔金额。在进行商品营销活动时,在接收到店铺发来的账单结算数据后,店铺服务平台根据营销策略,将折扣差价从商品供应方账户转账至店铺账户。
在本发明实施例中,将商品供应方发布的营销策略通过店铺服务平台,部署在了店铺一侧,店铺基于营销策略与顾客进行结算,同时在店铺服务平台基于营销策略在店铺账户与商品供应方账户之间进行折扣差价的计算,通过这样的机制,使得商品供应方发布的营销策略能够直达顾客,并且整个营销活动的执行过程,清晰透明,营销数据可以准确顺畅地回流至商品供应方,彻底打通了商品供应方、店铺直至顾客的营销渠道。此外,执行营销策略涉及的商品营销数据也可以全部通过店铺服务平台回流至商品供应方一方,从而为商品供应方对营销活动的分析提供了准确的数据基础。
下面通过一些具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例一
如图2所示,其为本发明实施例的商品订单的处理方法的流程示意图之一,本实施例涉及的方法可以在店铺的POS终端或者店铺页面上执行,具体包括:
S101:响应于对指定商品的订单结算操作,获取与该指定商品对应的处理策略信息。
S102:根据处理策略信息和订单信息生成账单信息。顾客在店铺对指定商品进行购买时,会先产生订单,如果该商品的商品供应方在进行营销活动,会根据获取到的营销策略信生成需要顾客实际支付的账单信息。在该步骤中,店铺的POS终端或者店铺页面可以对顾客身份信息进行判断,确定是否可以享受该营销策略。具体地,该步骤可以进一步包括:获取订单对应的顾客身份信息,并根据处理策略信息判断顾客是否满足处理策略信息中设定的条件,如果满足,则生成账单信息,如果不满足,则按照该指定商品的常规价格生成常规账单。
S103:响应于该账单信息的支付操作,生成针对指定商品的账单结算数据,并向店铺服务平台发送,账单结算数据至少包括顾客支付信息和基于处理策略信息而产生的折扣差价信息。顾客在店铺中实际支付的是折扣后的价格,账单结算数据会提供给店铺服务平台,以供店铺服务平台在商品供应方和店铺之间进行结算。
此外,在店铺一方,对于商品供应方开展的营销活动,可以选择参与或者不参与。因此,上述的方法流程还可以包括对店铺服务平台下发的处理策略信息的接受/拒绝处理,如图3所示,其为本发明实施例的商品订单的处理方法的流程示意图之二,具体包括:
S201:接收店铺服务平台下发的针对指定商品的处理策略信息;
S202:响应于选择接受处理策略信息的操作,将该处理策略信息部署在POS终端或者店铺页面中,并向店铺服务平台发送接受处理策略信息的反馈消息,或者,响应于选择拒绝处理策略信息的操作,向店铺服务平台发送拒绝处理策略信息的反馈消息。

实施例二
如图4所示,其为本发明实施例的商品订单的处理方法的流程示意图之三,本实施例涉及的方法可以在店铺服务平台上执行,具体包括:
S301:接收POS终端或者店铺页面发送的账单结算数据,账单结算数据至少包括顾客支付信息和基于处理策略信息而产生的折扣差价信息。
S302:根据处理策略信息和账单结算数据,将接收到的顾客支付金额转账至POS终端对应的店铺账户或者店铺页面对应的店铺账户,以及将部分或者全部折扣差价金额从商品供应方账户转账至店铺账户。其中,商品供应方发布的营销策略可以是由商品供应方承担全部的差价金额,也可以是商品供应方和店铺共同承担差价金额,或者是设定一些规则,比如根据商品的销售量来确定双方承担差价的比例等。
另外,上述方法还可以包括商品供应方向店铺服务平台发布营销策略的处理过程,具体地,如图5所示,其为本发明实施例的商品订单的处理方法的流程示意图之四,店铺服务平台可以执行如下处理:
S401:接收商品供应方发布的针对指定商品的处理策略信息,处理策略信息包含营销策略适用的店铺信息或者店铺范围信息。也就是说,商品供应方发布的营销策略是针对某个店铺或者某些店铺的,例如只针对城市中某个区的店铺,或者只针对某个大厦的店铺。其中,适用店铺信息可以包括POS终端编号和/或店铺编号。
S402:将该处理策略信息下发至与店铺信息或者店铺范围信息对应的POS终端或者店铺页面。
对于商品供应方开展的营销活动,店铺可以选择参与或者不参与,在店铺服务平台 一方,也需要根据店铺返回的信息来进行记录。因此,上述的方法流程还可以包括对来自店铺对于处理策略信息接受或者拒绝的反馈消息的处理,具体包括:
S403:获取POS终端或者店铺页面返回的接受或者拒绝处理策略信息的反馈消息,并根据反馈消息,记录处理策略信息生效的店铺信息。

如图6所示,其为本发明实施例的商品订单的处理装置的结构示意图之一,该装置可以设置于店铺的POS终端或者店铺页面上,其包括:
订单结算处理模块11,用于响应于对指定商品的订单结算操作,获取与该指定商品对应的处理策略信息;
账单信息生成模块12,用于根据处理策略信息和订单信息生成账单信息。其中,店铺的POS终端或者店铺页面可以对顾客身份信息进行判断,确定是否可以享受该营销策略。因此,账单信息生成模块12可以具体用于获取订单对应的顾客身份信息,并根据处理策略信息判断顾客是否满足处理策略信息中设定的条件,如果满足,则生成账单信息,如果不满足,则按照该指定商品的常规价格生成常规账单。
账单结算数据处理模块13,用于响应于该账单信息的支付操作,生成针对指定商品的账单结算数据,并向店铺服务平台发送,账单结算数据至少包括顾客支付信息和基于处理策略信息而产生的折扣差价信息。
此外,在店铺一方,对于商品供应方开展的营销活动,可以选择参与或者不参与。因此,该装置还可以包括:
第一处理策略信息接收模块14,用于接收店铺服务平台下发的针对指定商品的处理策略信息。

前面实施例描述了商品订单的处理流程处理及处理装置的结构,上述的方法和装置的功能可借助一种电子设备实现完成,如图8所示,其为本发明实施例的电子设备的结构示意图之一,具体包括:存储器110和处理器120。
存储器110,用于存储程序。
除上述程序之外,存储器110还可被配置为存储其它各种数据以支持在电子设备上的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在电子设备上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。

进一步,如图所示,电子设备还可以包括:通信组件130、电源组件140、音频组件150、显示器160等其它组件。图中仅示意性给出部分组件,并不意味着电子设备只包括图中所示组件。
通信组件130被配置为便于电子设备和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。电子设备可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件130经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件130还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
电源组件140,为电子设备的各种组件提供电力。电源组件140可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为电子设备生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
音频组件150被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件150包括一个麦克风(MIC),当电子设备处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器110或经由通信组件130发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件150还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
显示器160包括屏幕,其屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。
实施例六
如图9所示,其为本发明实施例的电子设备的结构示意图之二,具体包括:存储器210和处理器220。
存储器210,用于存储程序。
除上述程序之外,存储器210还可被配置为存储其它各种数据以支持在电子设备上的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在电子设备上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。
存储器210可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
处理器220,耦合至存储器210,用于执行存储器210中的程序,以用于执行如下处理:
接收POS终端或者店铺页面发送的账单结算数据,账单结算数据至少包括顾客支付信息和基于处理策略信息而产生的折扣差价信息;
根据处理策略信息和账单结算数据,将接收到的顾客支付金额转账至POS终端对应的店铺账户或者店铺页面对应的店铺账户,以及将部分或者全部折扣差价金额从商品供应方账户转账至店铺账户。
其中,上述处理还可以包括:
接收商品供应方发布的针对指定商品的处理策略信息,处理策略信息包含营销策略适用的店铺信息或者店铺范围信息;
将该处理策略信息下发至与店铺信息或者店铺范围信息对应的POS终端或者店铺页面。
其中,上述处理还可以包括:
获取POS终端或者店铺页面返回的接受或者拒绝处理策略信息的反馈消息,并根据反馈消息,记录处理策略信息生效的店铺信息。
其中,适用店铺信息包括POS终端编号和/或店铺编号。
对于上述处理过程具体说明、技术原理详细说明以及技术效果详细分析在前面实施例中进行了详细描述,在此不再赘述。
进一步,如图所示,电子设备还可以包括:通信组件230、电源组件240、音频组件 250、显示器260等其它组件。图中仅示意性给出部分组件,并不意味着电子设备只包括图中所示组件。

显示器260包括屏幕,其屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中。该程序在执行时,执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种商品订单的处理方法,包括:
    响应于对指定商品的订单结算操作,获取与该指定商品对应的处理策略信息;
    根据所述处理策略信息和订单信息生成账单信息;
    响应于该账单信息的支付操作,生成针对所述指定商品的账单结算数据,并向店铺服务平台发送,所述账单结算数据至少包括顾客支付信息和基于所述处理策略信息而产生的折扣差价信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据所述处理策略信息和订单信息生成账单信息进一步包括:
    获取订单对应的顾客身份信息,并根据所述处理策略信息判断顾客是否满足处理策略信息中设定的条件,如果满足,则生成所述账单信息,如果不满足,则按照该指定商品的常规价格生成常规账单。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    接收店铺服务平台下发的针对指定商品的处理策略信息;
    响应于选择接受所述处理策略信息的操作,将该处理策略信息部署在POS终端或者店铺页面中,并向所述店铺服务平台发送接受所述处理策略信息的反馈消息,或者,响应于选择拒绝所述处理策略信息的操作,向所述店铺服务平台发送拒绝所述处理策略信息的反馈消息。
  4. 一种商品订单的处理方法,包括:
    接收POS终端或者店铺页面发送的账单结算数据,所述账单结算数据至少包括顾客支付信息和基于处理策略信息而产生的折扣差价信息;
    根据处理策略信息和账单结算数据,将接收到的顾客支付金额转账至所述POS终端对应的店铺账户或者店铺页面对应的店铺账户,以及将部分或者全部折扣差价金额从商品供应方账户转账至所述店铺账户。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    接收商品供应方发布的针对指定商品的处理策略信息,所述处理策略信息包含营销策略适用的店铺信息或者店铺范围信息;
    将该处理策略信息下发至与所述店铺信息或者所述店铺范围信息对应的所述POS终端或者店铺页面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    获取所述POS终端或者店铺页面返回的接受或者拒绝所述处理策略信息的反馈消息,并根据反馈消息,记录所述处理策略信息生效的店铺信息。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述适用店铺信息包括POS终端编号和/或店铺编号。
  8. 一种商品订单的处理装置,包括:
    订单结算处理模块,用于响应于对指定商品的订单结算操作,获取与该指定商品对应的处理策略信息;
    账单信息生成模块,用于根据所述处理策略信息和订单信息生成账单信息;
    账单结算数据处理模块,用于响应于该账单信息的支付操作,生成针对所述指定商品的账单结算数据,并向店铺服务平台发送,所述账单结算数据至少包括顾客支付信息和基于所述处理策略信息而产生的折扣差价信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,根据所述处理策略信息和订单信息生成账单信息进一步包括:
    获取订单对应的顾客身份信息,并根据所述处理策略信息判断顾客是否满足处理策略信息中设定的条件,如果满足,则生成所述账单信息,如果不满足,则按照该指定商品的常规价格生成常规账单。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    第一处理策略信息接收模块,用于接收店铺服务平台下发的针对指定商品的处理策略信息;
    第一处理策略信息处理模块,用于响应于选择接受所述处理策略信息的操作,将该处理策略信息部署在POS终端或者店铺页面中,并向所述店铺服务平台发送接受所述处理策略信息的反馈消息,或者,响应于选择拒绝所述处理策略信息的操作,向所述店铺服务平台发送拒绝所述处理策略信息的反馈消息。
  11. 一种商品订单的处理装置,包括:
    账单结算数据接收模块,用于接收POS终端或者店铺页面发送的账单结算数据,所述账单结算数据至少包括顾客支付信息和基于处理策略信息而产生的折扣差价信息;
    结算处理模块,用于根据处理策略信息和账单结算数据,将接收到的顾客支付金额转账至所述POS终端对应的店铺账户或者店铺页面对应的店铺账户,以及将部分或者全部折扣差价金额从所述商品供应方账户转账至所述店铺账户。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    第二处理策略信息接收模块,用于接收商品供应方发布的针对指定商品的处理策略信息,所述处理策略信息包含营销策略适用的店铺信息或者店铺范围信息;
    第二处理策略信息处理模块,用于将该处理策略信息下发至与所述店铺信息或者所述店铺范围信息对应的所述POS终端或者店铺页面。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    第三处理策略信息处理模块,用于获取所述POS终端或者店铺页面返回的接受或者拒绝所述处理策略信息的反馈消息,并根据反馈消息,记录所述处理策略信息生效的店铺信息。
  14. 一种电子设备,包括:
    存储器,用于存储程序;
    处理器,耦合至所述存储器,用于执行所述程序,以用于如下处理:
    响应于对指定商品的订单结算操作,获取与该指定商品对应的处理策略信息;
    根据所述处理策略信息和订单信息生成账单信息;
    响应于该账单信息的支付操作,生成针对所述指定商品的账单结算数据,并向店铺服务平台发送,所述账单结算数据至少包括顾客支付信息和基于所述处理策略信息而产生的折扣差价信息。
  15. 一种电子设备,包括:
    存储器,用于存储程序;
    处理器,耦合至所述存储器,用于执行所述程序,以用于如下处理:
    接收POS终端或者店铺页面发送的账单结算数据,所述账单结算数据至少包括顾客支付信息和基于处理策略信息而产生的折扣差价信息;
    根据处理策略信息和账单结算数据,将接收到的顾客支付金额转账至所述POS终端对应的店铺账户或者店铺页面对应的店铺账户,以及将部分或者全部折扣差价金额从商品供应方账户转账至所述店铺账户。
