将所述支付请求发送给所述第三方服务器,以供所述第三方服务器针对所述待处理交易数据从与所述身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用。

针对线上交易模式给线下交易模式带来的冲击,本申请实施例针对实体门店提供一种解决方案,针对以用户在第三方/线上交易服务器上的身份为线下商品生成的交易数据,通过与该用户在第三方/线上交易服务器上的身份信息绑定的用户账户进行支付操作,实现一种线上线下相结合的交易数据处理方式,可以利用线上支付的优势带动线下交易,提高线下交易在支付上的便利性,进而提高实体门店在电商环境下的竞争力,促进实体门店的发展。这样,线下无会员注册的实体门店等,可以利用用户在线上电商网站等注册的身份信息的账号,来进行线下商品的交易处理,使得用户利用线上注册的账号,就可以实现交易数据的线下线上打通,同时提升了线下实体店的运营效率,以及提高了用户线下沟通的用户体验。
在本申请一示例性实施例中,交易数据处理系统包括门店终端、用户终端以及第三方服务器。关于该系统的描述可参见下述图1所示实施例,该系统中的第三方服务器可作为图1所示实施例中线上交易服务器的一种具体实现形式。
基于上述系统,本申请实施例提供一种适用于门店终端或用户终端的交易数据处理方法,该方法包括:获取待处理交易数据,所述待处理交易数据是以用户在第三方服务器上的身份信息针对线下商品生成的;根据用户在第三方服务器上的身份信息、待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求;将支付请求发送给第三方服务器,以供第三方服务器针对待处理交易数据从与身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用。
基于上述系统,本申请实施例提供一种第三方服务器的交易数据处理方法,该方法包括:接收门店终端或用户终端发送的支付请求,该支付请求是根据用户在第三方服务 器上的身份信息、待处理交易数据的交易编号以及待付金额生成的;根据交易编号和待付金额,针对待处理交易数据从与用户在第三方服务器上的身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用;其中,待处理交易数据是以身份信息针对线下商品生成的。
关于上述方法的详细实施流程可参见下述实施例中的相关描述,在此不做赘述。
以下结合附图,详细说明本申请其它实施例提供的技术方案。
图1为本申请一示例性实施例提供的交易数据处理系统100的结构示意图。如图1所示,该交易数据处理系统100包括:门店终端101、用户终端102以及线上交易服务器103。
门店终端101是指实体门店的终端设备,可以设置于实体门店中,也可以部署于实体门店之外实现。在部署实现时,一般会优先考虑将门店终端101部署于实体门店内部实现。门店终端101主要负责对用户在实体门店中选购商品进行交易处理。这里的交易处理包括但不限于:订单生成、订单支付、订单取消、订单修改等一系列与订单有关的处理。
门店终端101可以是任何具有一定计算能力的设备,例如可以是智能手机、平板电脑、个人电脑等、智能POS机等。门店终端101的基本结构包括:至少一个处理单元和至少一个存储器。处理单元和存储器的数量取决于门店终端101的配置和类型。存储器可以包括易失性的,例如RAM,也可以包括非易失性的,例如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、闪存等,或者也可以同时包括两种类型。存储器内通常存储有操作系统(Operating System,OS)、一个或多个应用程序,也可以存储有程序数据等。除了处理单元和存储器之外,门店终端101还包括一些基本配置,例如网卡芯片、IO总线、音视频组件等。可选地,门店终端101还可以包括一些外围设备,例如键盘、鼠标、输入笔、打印机、扫码枪等。其中,扫码枪可以扫描各种条形码或二维码等各种编码图形,从中获取相关信息。其它外围设备在本领域中是众所周知的,在此不做赘述。
根据实体门店的大小,门店终端101可以配置一台或多台。实体门店可以是任何具有一定空间并具有销售功能或行为的物理空间,例如可以是超市、便利店、商场、批发市场等。
用户终端102是用户使用的终端设备,例如可以是智能手机、平板电脑、个人电脑、穿戴设备等。用户终端102通常也包括至少一个处理单元和至少一个存储器。处理单元和存储器的数量取决于用户终端102的配置和类型。除了处理单元和存储器之外,用户终端102也会包括网卡芯片、IO总线、音视频组件等基本配置。可选地,根据用户终端 102的实现形式,用户终端102也可以包括一些外围设备,例如键盘、鼠标、输入笔、打印机等。这些外围设备在本领域中是众所周知的,在此不做赘述。
线上交易服务器103是指可以在网络虚拟环境中进行交易处理的服务器,通常是指利用网络进行线上商品交易的服务器,用户通常需要在该服务器进行身份信息的注册,以利用注册的账号进行商品的购买等交易行为,例如可以是各电商平台或线上交易网站的交易服务器,也可以是第三方服务器。在物理实现上,线上交易服务器103可以是任何能够提供计算服务,响应服务请求,并进行处理的设备,例如可以是常规服务器、云服务器、云主机、虚拟中心等。服务器的构成主要包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,和通用的计算机架构类似。
在本实施例中,门店终端101和用户终端102均与线上交易服务器103进行网络连接。门店终端101或用户终端102与线上交易服务器103之间可以是无线或有线网络连接。若门店终端101或用户终端102通过移动网络与线上交易服务器103通信连接,该移动网络的网络制式可以为2G(GSM)、2.5G(GPRS)、3G(WCDMA、TD-SCDMA、CDMA2000、UTMS)、4G(LTE)、4G+(LTE+)、WiMax等中的任意一种。
在交易数据处理系统100中,门店终端101、用户终端102以及线上交易服务器103三者相互配合可以实现一种线上线下相结合的交易数据处理方式,从而将线上线下交易打通。本实施例的线上线下交易打通主要涉及两个阶段:交易数据生成阶段和交易数据支付阶段。在交易数据生成阶段主要是以用户的线上身份信息针对用户在实体门店选购的商品生成交易数据。在交易数据支付阶段主要是针对以用户的线上身份信息针对用户在实体门店选购的商品生成的交易数据,通过与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账户进行支付。
其中,用户的线上身份信息是用户在线上交易服务器103上注册的用于标识用户身份的信息,例如可以是用户的手机号码、身份证号码或者也可以是线上交易服务器103为用户唯一分配的标识信息。对用户来说,基于其线上身份信息可以通过线上交易服务器103进行在线交易(例如在线购物、在线支付等),另外基于其线上身份信息也可以通过线上交易服务器103实现线下交易数据的线上同步。对线上交易服务器103来说,可以通过用户的线上身份信息对用户的在线交易数据进行管理,并可以管理或同步用户在实体门店的交易数据。
下面分别对交易数据生成阶段和交易数据支付阶段进行描述,并且在下面描述中,为便于描述和区分,将实体门店中交易的商品称为线下商品,相应的,将利用线上交易 器进行交易的商品可称为线上商品,这里,所谓的线上商品和线下商品只是对商品在不同场景交易下的一个称谓,其本质都是交易所涉及到的商品对象。
交易数据生成阶段:
用户在实体门店选购线下商品,当选购好所需线下商品后,到实体门店的收银台处结账。收银员通过门店终端101获取用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息。用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息包括但不限于:商品的名称、数量、所属类别、商家、保质期、规格尺寸等等。
可选地,收银人员可以通过门店终端101的外围设备,例如扫码枪扫描用户在实体门店选购的线下商品上的二维码或条形码,获得用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息。
可选地,收银人员可以通过门店终端101的外围设备,例如鼠标、键盘等手动录入用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息。
在本实施例中,门店终端101一方面获取用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息,另一方面获取用户的线上身份信息。本实施例并不限定门店终端101获取用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息与获取用户的线上身份信息的先后顺序。例如,可以先获取用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息,然后获取用户的线上身份信息;或者,也可以先获取用户线上身份信息,然后获取用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息;或者,在不冲突的情况下,也可以并行获取用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息和用户的线上身份信息。
在获得用户在实体门店选购的线下商品信息和用户的线上身份信息之后,门店终端101向线上交易服务器103发送用户的线上身份信息和用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息,以供线上交易服务器103以用户的线上身份针对用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成交易数据,以使线上线下交易相结合,便于提高线下交易的便利性。
对线上交易服务器103来说,接收门店终端101发送的用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息以及用户的线上身份信息,从而以用户的线上身份为用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成交易数据,并将所生成的交易数据分别下发给门店终端101和用户终端102。对门店终端101和用户终端102来说,接收线上交易服务器103下发的交易数据。至此,交易数据生成阶段的主要流程基本结束。
对门店来说,该交易数据与用户的线上身份相关联,对门店的交易数据进行维护管理,便于查看或了解门店消费者的消费情况,也可以为实体门店的店面布局、商品布局等提供参考数据。对用户来说,不仅可以管理、查看自己的线上交易数据,而且可以管 理、查看用户在实体门店的线下交易数据。这种在交易数据生成阶段将线上线下相结合的交易数据处理方式,可以充分利用线上优势带动线下交易在管理、维护、操作等各方面的便利性,提高实体门店在电商环境下的竞争力,促进实体门店的发展。
另外,实体门店的购物用户由于具有随机性,传统用户消费时,往往无法将用户的交易商品信息与实际用户关联,从而为实体门店的发展带来不利;而电商等线上交易中,用户通常会基于注册的身份等账号信息来统一处理交易商品信息,这也是线上交易便利性的一种技术实现。本申请实施例中,则可以将用户在线上注册的身份信息,来和线下交易进行关联和数据打通,这样,可便于线上、线下交易的统一,不仅提升了线下实体店的竞争力,同时也提升了用户线下购物的体验。
在一些示例性实施例中,在获得用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息以及用户的线上身份信息之后,门店终端101可以自动向线上交易服务器103发送用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息以及用户的线上身份信息。
在另一些示例性实施例中,在获得用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息以及用户的线上身份信息之后,门店终端101可以展示一下单提示页面,以供收银人员或用户确认是否下单。当收银人员或用户确认下单时,可以通过下单提示页面触发下单操作,例如点击下单提示页面上的下单按钮。基于此,门店终端101可响应于针对用户在实体门店选购的线上商品的下单操作,向线上交易服务器103发送用户的线上身份信息以及用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息。
在又一些示例性实施例中,门店终端在向线上交易服务器103发送用户的线上身份信息以及用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息时,可以在一次通信过程中将用户的线上身份信息以及用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息全部发送给线上交易服务器103;或者,也可以在不同的通信过程中分别将用户的线上身份信息以及用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息发送给线上交易服务器103。
在一种可选实施方式中,门店终端101可以先向线上交易服务器103发送用户的线上身份信息,以供线上交易服务器103根据用户的线上身份信息验证用户的合法性。对线上交易服务器103来说,可以接收门店终端101发送的用户的线上身份信息,根据用户的线上身份信息验证用户的合法性;当用户通过合法性验证时,向门店终端101发送验证通过结果。门店终端101接收线上交易服务器103返回的验证结果,若接收到线上交易服务器103返回的验证通过结果,继续向线上交易服务器103发送用户在实体门店 选购的线下商品的信息。线上交易服务器103接收门店终端101继续发送的用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息。之后,线上交易服务器103可以用户的在线身份为用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成交易数据,并将所生成的交易数据分别下发给门店终端101和用户终端102。在该实施方式中,首先验证用户的合法性,在用户未通过合法性验证的情况下,门店终端101可以不用向线上交易服务器103发送用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息,有利于节约网络流量,减轻线上交易服务器103的处理负担。
在上述实施例或下述实施例中,线上交易服务器103可以以用户的线上身份为用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成交易数据。线上交易服务器103可以采用多种方式以用户的线上身份为用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成交易数据。下面提供几种方式:
在一种可选实施方式中,线上交易服务器103可以根据用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息,生成初始交易数据,该初始交易数据包括这些线下商品的信息,例如商品名称、数量、规格等;然后,为初始交易数据分配交易编号,以获得交易数据;将交易数据的交易编号与用户的线上身份信息进行关联,达到以用户的线上身份为用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成交易数据的目的。其中,线上交易服务器103可以按照自己的交易编号分配策略,为初始交易数据分配交易编号。
在另一种可选实施方式中,线上交易服务器103可以根据用户的线上身份信息生成交易数据的交易编号,例如对用户的线上身份信息进行哈希计算,将哈希值作为交易编号;根据用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息生成交易数据的内容,从而达到以用户的线上身份为用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成交易数据的目的。在该实施方式中,交易数据的交易编号与用户的线上身份相关。
值得说明的是,在上述各实施例中,交易数据包括但不限于:交易编号、各商品的信息、交易总金额等信息。
交易数据支付阶段:
在以用户的线上身份信息针对用户在实体门店选购的商品生成交易数据之后,可进入针对该交易数据的支付流程。本实施例接下来将重点描述针对以用户的线上身份信息针对用户在实体门店选购的商品生成的交易数据进行支付的过程。为便于描述,将以用户的线上身份信息为用户在实体门店选购的商品生成的交易数据简称为待处理交易数据。
在本实施例中,针对待处理交易数据的支付操作,可由门店终端101触发,或者可由用户终端102触发。对门店终端101或用户终端102来说,首先要获取待处理交易数 据。可选地,如上交易数据生成阶段所述,门店终端101或用户终端102可以接收线上交易服务器103下发的以用户的线上身份信息针对用户在实体门店选购的商品生成的交易数据作为待处理交易数据。然后,门店终端101或用户终端102根据用户的线上身份信息、待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求,将支付请求发送给线上交易服务器103,以供线上交易服务器103针对该待处理交易数据从与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用。这里的待付金额小于或等于待处理交易数据涉及的交易总金额,具体数值可视具体情况灵活而定。
对线上交易服务器103来说,接收门店终端101或用户终端102发送的支付请求,根据该支付请求确定需要针对待处理交易数据进行支付操作,于是根据待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,针对该待处理交易数据从与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用。其中,线上交易服务器103将从用户账户中扣除的费用支付给实体门店对应的商户账户中。可选地,线上交易服务器103可以将用户账户中的相应费用转入实体门店对应的商户账户中。或者,线上交易服务器103也可以将用户账户中的相应费用转入中间账户,再从中间账户转入实体门店对应的商户账户中。这里的中间账户主要是指线上交易服务器103所属电商的账户。
由此可见,对于以用户在线上交易服务器上的线上身份为用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的交易数据,通过与该线上身份信息绑定的用户账户进行支付操作,对门店和用户来说支付流程更加简便。这种在交易数据支付阶段实现的线上线下相结合的交易数据处理方式,可以利用线上支付的优势带动线下交易,提高线下交易在支付上的便利性,进而提高实体门店在电商环境下的竞争力,促进实体门店的发展。
在一些示例性实施例中,门店终端101或用户终端102在获取待处理交易数据后,可以展示待处理交易数据对应的信息页,该信息页上包含支付控件。对收银人员或用户来说,在确认支付时,可以触发(例如点击、长按)支付控件以发起支付操作。对门店终端101或用户终端102来说,可响应于针对支付控件的触发操作,根据用户的线上身份信息、待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求,并发送给线上交易服务器103以供线上交易服务器103从与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用。
在一些示例性实施例中,支付请求中的待付金额可以根据商品的线下价格确定。例如,以商品订单为例,线上交易服务器103在生成商品订单时,可根据线下商品的线下价格生成订单总金额,将该订单总金额携带在商品订单中下发给门店终端101或用户终 端102。可选地,门店终端101或用户终端102可以直接从商品订单中提取订单总金额,通过支付请求将订单总金额作为待付金额上报给线上交易服务器103。或者,门店终端101或用户终端102可根据用户选择需要通过与其线上身份绑定的用户账户进行支付的部分金额作为待付金额,通过支付请求将用户选择的金额上报给线上交易服务器103。例如,订单总金额是100元,用户选择50元通过与其线上身份绑定用户账户进行支付,剩下50元选择现金、银行卡等其他支付方式进行支付。
其中,商品的线下价格是指在实体门店中对商品进行交易时的价格。相应地,将利用线上交易器对商品进行交易时的价格称为线上价格,线上交易服务器103一般会维护商品的线上价格。商品的线上价格与线下价格可以相同,也可以不同。
在另一些示例性实施例中,支付请求中的待付金额可以根据商品的线上价格确定。基于此,门店终端101或用户终端102可以根据待处理交易数据涉及的线下商品在线上交易服务器103上的线上价格,计算待付金额;根据用户的线上身份信息、待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求,并发送给线上交易服务器103以供线上交易服务器103从与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用。
可选地,在计算待付金额时,门店终端101或用户终端102可以直接从待处理交易数据中提取线下商品的线上价格。例如,以商品订单为例,线上交易服务器103在生成商品订单时,可获取线下商品的线上价格,将这些线下商品的线上价格携带在商品订单中下发给门店终端101或用户终端102。或者,

进一步,若用户仅选择通过与其线上身份信息绑定的用户账户进行支付,则可以根据用户可享受的线上优惠策略、线下商品的线上价格和商品数量,确定待处理交易数据的交易总金额,作为待付金额。若用户选择通过与其线上身份信息绑定的用户账户进行支付之外,还选择其它支付方式,则可以根据用户可享受的线上优惠策略、线下商品的线上价格和商品数量,确定待处理交易数据的交易总金额;根据其它支付方式可支付的金额以及交易总金额,确定待付金额。例如,可以将交易总金额与其它支付方式可支付的金额之差作为待付金额。其它支付方式是指通过与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账号进行支付之外的支付方式,例如银行卡、信用卡、现金等支付方式。
在一些示例性实施例中,在生成支付请求时,门店终端101或用户终端102可直接将用户的线上身份信息封装在支付请求中上报给线上交易服务器103。对线上交易服务器103来说,可从支付请求中解析出用户的线上身份信息,进而根据所维护的线上身份信息与用户账户之间的绑定关系,确定与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账户,从该用户账户中扣除相应费用。
在另一些示例性实施例中,在生成支付请求时,门店终端101或用户终端102可以向线上交易服务器103发送账户请求,该账户请求包括用户的线上身份信息。线上交易服务器103接收门店终端101或用户终端102发送的账户请求,根据该账户请求中的用户的线上身份信息。对线上交易服务器103来说,可从支付请求中解析出用户的线上身份信息,获取与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账户,将该用户账户返回给门店终端101或用户终端102,以供门店终端101或用户终端102生成支付请求。门店终端101或用户终端102接收线上交易服务器103返回的用户账户;根据该用户账户、待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求。在该示例性实施例中,支付请求中直接携带用户账户。对线上交易服务器103来说,可从直接支付请求中解析出用户账户,从该用户账户中扣除相应费用。
在此说明,在交易数据支付阶段,待处理交易数据是指以用户的线上身份信息针对 用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的交易数据。待处理交易数据可以采用上述交易数据生成阶段描述的方式来生成,即由门店终端101获取用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息和用户的线上身份信息,向线上交易服务器103发送用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息和用户的线上身份信息,以供线上交易服务器103以用户的线上身份针对线下商品生成交易数据并返回,然后门店终端101和用户终端102接收线上交易服务器下发的所述交易数据,作为所述待处理交易数据,但并不限于此。无论采用何种生成方式,凡是以用户的线上身份信息针对用户在实体门店选购的商品生成的交易数据均可作为交易数据支付阶段的方式进行支付处理。
在一些示例性实施例中,线上交易服务器103可以通过会员码管理自己的用户。不同用户具有不同的会员码,会员码可唯一标识用户的线上身份。用户的会员码中携带有用户的线上身份信息。用户的会员码可以是条形码、二维码等任意编码图形。下面将结合图2a对整个订单处理流程进行说明。
如图2a所示,用户可以通过用户终端102向线上交易服务器103发送注册请求,该注册请求携带用户的信息,例如身份证号码、手机号码、邮箱号码、家庭住址等信息。线上交易服务器103根据这些信息为用户生成会员码,并将会员码发送至用户终端102。用户终端102接收线上交易服务器103下发的会员码,并可存储在本地,当然也可以不进行存储,需要时从线上交易服务器103来获取。值得说明的是,用户的线上身份信息除了可以是会员码之外,还可以是线上交易服务器103为用户分配的会员ID等其它可唯一标识用户的信息。
基于上述,如图2a所示,当用户在实体门店选购好需要的线下商品之后,收银人员一方面可通过门店终端101的外围设备,例如扫码枪扫描用户选购的线下商品的条形码或二维码,以获取用户选购的线下商品的信息(如图2a所示扫描商品①);另一方面用户可根据收银人员的要求,通过用户终端102向收银人员展示自己预先向线上交易服务器103注册的会员码,收银人员可以通过扫码枪扫描该会员码从而获得用户的线上身份信息(如图2a所示扫描会员码①)。门店终端101将所获取的信息发送至线上交易服务器103(如图2a所示商品、身份信息上传①);线上交易服务器103以用户的在线身份为用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成交易数据,并将所生成的交易数据分别下发给门店终端101和用户终端102(如图2a所示交易数据下发①)。
接下来,门店终端101或用户终端102可将线上交易服务器103下发的交易数据作 为待处理交易数据触发支付流程。结合图2a,本示例性实施例将以门店终端101触发支付流程为例进行说明。
在由门店终端101触发的支付流程中,在接收到线上交易服务器103下发的待处理交易数据后,门店终端101可根据用户的线上身份信息、待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额生成支付请求,并将支付请求发送给线上交易服务器103(如图2a所示支付请求②)。线上交易服务器103接收门店终端101发送的支付请求,并根据待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,针对该待处理交易数据从与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用(如图2a所示扣费操作②)。其中,①表示生成阶段,②代表支付阶段。
可选地,当线上交易服务器103从用户账户中扣除相应费用后,可以向门店终端101以及用户终端102返回支付结果(如图2a所示支付结果②)。该支付结果可以是支付成功结果,或者支付失败结果。
在上述过程中,收银人员除了通过用户终端102获取用户的会员码之外,还可以根据该用户可被线上交易服务器103识别的非会员码信息(例如手机号码)通过门店终端101向线上交易服务器103发送会员码请求,该会员码请求包括用户的非会员码信息,例如手机号码;然后,接收线上交易服务器103返回的该用户的会员码。对线上交易服务器103来说,接收门店终端101发送的会员码请求,根据会员码请求中携带的用户的非会员码信息查找用户的会员码,并向门店终端101返回用户的会员码,以便门店终端101可以通过该会员码获取用户的线上身份信息。
可选地,在一种实现方式中,用户的会员码中携带有用户的线上身份信息。基于此,在上述每个阶段扫描用户会员码的过程中,可以直接从会员码中解析出用户的线上身份信息。
可选地,在另一种实现方式中,用户的会员码中携带有该用户可被线上交易服务器103识别的其它信息,例如线上交易服务器103为该用户分配的用户ID、该用户的手机号码等。基于此,在上述每个阶段扫描该用户会员码的过程中,可以从会员码中解析出用户的其它信息,根据用户的其它信息向线上交易服务器103发送身份信息请求,该身份信息请求中携带有用户的其它信息,然后接收线上交易服务器返回的用户的线上身份信息。
进一步,在由门店终端101触发的支付流程中,在生成支付请求之前,门店终端101可以展示至少一种支付方式,以供用户选择。至少一种支付方式包括但不限于:银行卡、 信用卡、现金、关联账户等方式。当用户从至少一种支付方式中选择需要使用的支付方式时,可由收银人员或用户个人触发支付方式的选择操作。门店终端101响应于支付方式的选择操作,确定被选择的支付方式。当被选择的支付方式为第一支付方式时,触发门店终端101生成支付请求以及后续操作。其中,第一支付方式是通过与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账号进行支付的方式(可简称为关联账户支付方式)。
在图2a所示示例性实施例中,可以从订单生成、支付整个流程上将线上线下交易打通,实现线上线下的全面结合,有利于充分利用线上优势,例如便于查看、管理线下订单的优势、便于支付的优势等,可以带动线下交易在管理、维护、支付等方面的便利性,提高实体门店在电商环境下的竞争力,促进实体门店的发展。
在此说明,本实施例的交易数据处理系统100除了支持关联账号支付方式之外,还可以支持其他支付方式。下面列举几种:
银行卡支付方式:用户可以使用各种银行卡进行支付。用户用来支付的银行卡可以是普通储蓄卡、银联卡或信用卡等。可选地,门店终端101的外部设备中包括刷卡机,收银人员可以通过该刷卡机从用户的银行卡中扣除该交易数据对应的交易总金额。其中,从用户的银行卡中扣除的费用会转入实体门店对应的商户账户中。其中,门店终端101在扣款成功后会收到扣款成功通知,然后可以为用户打印交易数据,例如为用户打印订单小票。
现金支付方式:用户可以使用现金进行支付。收银人员可以告诉用户交易总金额是多少,或者用户可以通过自己的终端查看交易数据涉及的交易总金额是多少,然后将相应额度的现金给收银人员。
在一种示例性实施例中,收银人员收到用户的现金后作为实体门店对应商户的收入,并向门店终端101发出付款成功通知。门店终端101收到付款成功通知之后,可以为用户打印交易数据。
在另一种示例性实施例中,收银人员收到用户的现金后作为自己的收入,并向门店终端101发出付款成功通知。门店终端101通知线上交易服务器103从收银人员预先绑定的免密账户中扣除交易总金额并转入实体门店对应的商户账户中。当线上交易服务器103从收银人员预先绑定的免密账户中扣款成功时,向门店终端101返回扣款成功消息。门店终端101收到扣款成功消息之后,可以为用户打印交易数据。
组合支付方式:组合支付方式又可划分为:现金与银行卡的组合方式、现金与关联账号的组合方式、现金与银行卡以及关联账号的组合方式。在组合方式中,各支付方式 的支付流程仍是独立的,可参见前述实施例,在此不再赘述。
可选地,在上述实施例中,门店终端101还可以接收商品中心发送的商品价格同步信息,并实时调整用户在实体门店中选购的线下商品的价格。除此之外,商品中心也会向线上服务器103同步相应商品的价格。
可选地,在上述实施例中,门店终端101还可以根据用户在实体门店中选购的线下商品的信息对实体门店中的商品进行销存处理。例如,门店终端101可以向商品中心发送销存请求,该销存请求携带有用户选购的线下商品的名称和数量,以供商品中心对相应商品的库存量进行更新,以便及时进货和/或更新货架等。
可选地,在一种应用场景中,门店终端101与线上交易服务器103可属于同一商家。基于此,在门店终端101与线上服务器103的交互过程中,门店终端101可以自行与线上交易服务器103进行交互。
在另一种应用场景中,门店终端101与线上交易服务器103可属于不同商家。基于此,在门店终端101与线上服务器103的交互过程中,门店终端101可以通过门店服务器与线上交易服务器103进行交互。该应用场景中的系统示意图如图2b所示。在图2b所示系统中,门店终端101通过门店服务器104与线上交易服务器103进行网络连接。
本申请实施例中,门店终端获取用户的身份信息后,可根据预先设置的网络访问地址,将身份信息,以及商品信息,通过网络发送至线上交易服务器,其具体传输方式以及获取线上交易服务器的方式不做具体限定。
下面实施例将分别从门店终端或用户终端以及线上交易服务器的角度来描述本申请实施例提供的交易数据处理方法的流程。
图3为本申请又一示例性实施例提供的一种交易数据处理方法的流程示意图。该方法主要是从门店终端或用户终端的角度进行的描述。如图3所示,该方法包括:
301、获取待处理交易数据,所述待处理交易数据是以用户在线上交易服务器上的线上身份信息针对用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的。
302、根据所述线上身份信息、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求。
303、将所述支付请求发送给所述线上交易服务器,以供所述线上交易服务器针对所述待处理交易数据从与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用。
在本实施例中,待处理交易数据是指以用户的线上身份信息针对用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的交易数据。待处理交易数据可以采用但不限于以下方式生成:
由门店终端获取用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息和用户的线上身份信息,向线上交易服务器发送用户在实体门店选购的线下商品的信息和用户的线上身份信息,以供线上交易服务器以用户的线上身份针对线下商品生成交易数据并返回,然后门店终端和用户终端接收线上交易服务器下发的所述交易数据,作为所述待处理交易数据。无论采用何种生成方式,凡是以用户的线上身份信息针对用户在实体门店选购的商品生成的交易数据均可作为交易数据支付阶段的方式进行支付处理。
其中,用户的线上身份信息是用户在线上交易服务器上注册的用于标识用户身份的信息,例如可以是用户的手机号码、身份证号码或者也可以是线上交易服务器为用户唯一分配的标识信息。对用户来说,基于其线上身份信息可以通过线上交易服务器进行在线交易(例如在线购物、在线支付等),另外基于其线上身份信息也可以通过线上交易服务器实现线下交易数据的线上同步。对线上交易服务器来说,可以通过用户的线上身份信息对用户的在线交易数据进行管理,并可以管理或同步用户在实体门店的交易数据。
在本实施例中,针对待处理交易数据的支付操作,可由门店终端触发,或者可由用户终端触发。首先,要获取待处理交易数据。然后,根据用户的线上身份信息、待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求,将支付请求发送给线上交易服务器,以供线上交易服务器针对该待处理交易数据从与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用。这里的待付金额小于或等于待处理交易数据涉及的交易总金额,具体数值可视具体情况灵活而定。
由此可见,对于以用户在线上交易服务器上的线上身份为用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的交易数据,通过与该线上身份信息绑定的用户账户进行支付操作,对门店和用户来说支付流程更加简便。这种在交易数据支付阶段实现的线上线下相结合的交易数据处理方式,可以利用线上支付的优势带动线下交易,提高线下交易在支付上的便利性,进而提高实体门店在电商环境下的竞争力,促进实体门店的发展。
在一些示例性实施例中,在生成支付请求之前,扫描用户预先向线上交易服务器注册的会员码,以获取用户的线上身份信息。
在一些示例性实施例中,在扫描用户的会员码之前,展示至少一种支付方式;响应于支付方式的选择操作,确定被选择的支付方式为第一支付方式;其中,所述第一支付方式是通过与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账号进行支付的方式。
在一些示例性实施例中,在扫描用户的会员码之前,还可以向线上交易服务器发送会员码请求,所述会员码请求携带有用户的非会员码信息,以通过非会员码信息向线上 交易服务器请求用户的会员码;接收线上交易服务器根据非会员码信息返回的用户的会员码。
在一些示例性实施例中,生成支付请求包括:展示待处理交易数据对应的信息页,所述信息页上包含支付控件;响应于针对支付控件的触发操作,根据用户的线上身份信息、待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求。

由此可见,对于以用户在线上交易服务器上的线上身份为用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的交易数据,通过与该线上身份信息绑定的用户账户进行支付操作,对门店和用户来说支付流程更加简便。这种在交易数据支付阶段实现的线上线下相结合的交易数据处理方式,可以利用线上支付的优势带动线下交易,提高线下交易在支付上的便利性,进而提高实体门店在电商环境下的竞争力,促进实体门店的发展。

在本实施例中,门店终端获取以用户在线上交易服务器上的线上身份信息针对用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的待处理交易数据,并针对待处理交易数据进行支付处理。在本实施例中,可以将用户在线上注册的身份信息,来和线下交易进行关联和数据打通,这样,可便于线上、线下交易的统一,不仅提升了线下实体店的竞争力,同时也提升了用户线下购物的体验。
在一示例性实施方式中,在针对待处理交易数据进行支付处理之前,门店终端可以向用户或收银人员展示至少一种支付方式,以供用户从中选择需要使用的支付方式。可选地,至少一种支付方式包括但不限于:银行卡、信用卡、现金、第三方支付、自动支付等方式。当用户从至少一种支付方式中选择需要使用的支付方式时,可由收银人员或用户个人触发支付方式的选择操作。门店终端响应于支付方式的选择操作,确定选择使用的目标支付方式。
基于目标支付方式的不同,门店终端针对待处理交易数据进行支付处理的过程会有所不同。下面举例说明:
例如,目标支付方式为第三方支付方式。第三方支付方式是指由第三方(例如线上交易服务器)从与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用的支付方式。在用户选择使用第三方支付方式进行支付的情况下,在步骤42中,门店终端可以根据用户的线上身份信息、待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求;将支付请求 发送给线上交易服务器,以供线上交易服务器针对待处理交易数据从与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用。其中,从用户账户中扣除的费用会转入实体门店对应的商户账户中。可选地,门店终端还可以接收线上交易服务器下发的支付结果。
又例如,目标支付方式为自动支付方式。自动支付方式是指线上交易服务器自动从与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账号进行扣费或者自动触发用户终端从该用户账号进行扣费的支付方式。在用户选择自动支付方式进行支付的情况下,线上交易服务器主动从与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账户(例如支付宝账号)中扣除相应费用(即待付金额),在扣除过程中可以后台自动扣费,无需用户有其它操作;或者,由线上交易服务器通过用户终端(例如手机)上安装的APP(例如天猫、淘宝等)来通知用户在APP上完成支付操作;或者由线上交易服务器通过用户终端上安装的与用户账号对应的支付APP(例如支付宝)来提示用户进行支付,具体方式不做限定。在自动支付方式下,线上交易服务器或用户终端在完成扣费操作之后,可以向门店终端返回支付结果,以供门店终端对待处理交易数据进行支付处理。基于此,在步骤42中,门店终端可以接收用户终端或所述线上交易服务器发送的支付结果;根据该支付结果对待处理交易数据进行支付处理。例如,可以保存支付结果、打印交易票据等。
除上述示例之外,用户还可以选择银行卡、信用卡或现金等其它支付方式。
在此说明,无论用户选择哪种支付方式,详细支付流程均可参见前述实施例中的有关描述,在此不再赘述。

同时用户A若在线下一实体店D进行购物时,在实体店D选购商品进行交易时,实体店D中的店员可以利用其中的POS机E,扫描获得用户A选购的商品,获得商品信息,以及通过扫描实体店D展示的会员码(该会员码可以是用户A的手机上安装的电商服务器B提供的应用APP,该APP上可以为用户A提供会员码,且该会员码可以是用户的账号,或者与用户账号C对应的一串数字或其它标识等,这里是指一串数字),获得用户的身份信息(会员码由于与账号唯一对应,因此可以表示用户的身份信息)。
POS机E获得用户A选购的商品信息,以及用户的身份信息,也就是会员码后,就可以将这些信息发送至电商服务器B,电商服务器B就可以基于该会员码以及商品信息, 生成交易数据,具体是指一个订单,并可将该订单返回给POS机,使得POS机可以基于该订单对用户A进行收费等支付操作。
其中,POS机E可以基于该返回的订单,为用户A提供不同的支付选项,可以有现金支付选项、银行卡支付选项、第三方支付选项(例如支付宝支付选项),还可以自动支付选项。自动支付选项,是指可以由电商服务器B主动从用户的账号关联的支付账号(例如支付宝账号)去扣除用户本次订单所需支付的费用,在扣除过程中可以后台自动扣费,无需用户有其它操作;也可以是由电商服务器B通过用户A的手机上安装的APP来通知用户在APP上完成支付操作;或者由电商服务器B通知用户A对应的支付账号的支付APP来提示用户A进行支付,具体方式不做限定。

又例如,目标支付方式为自动支付方式。自动支付方式是指线上交易服务器自动从 与用户的线上身份信息绑定的用户账号进行扣费或者自动触发用户终端从该用户账号进行扣费的支付方式。在用户选择自动支付方式进行支付的情况下,线上交易服务器或用户终端在完成扣费操作之后,可以向该终端设备返回支付结果,以供终端设备对待处理交易数据进行支付处理。基于此,处理器702具体可用于:通过通信组件703接收用户终端或线上交易服务器发送的支付结果;根据该支付结果对待处理交易数据进行支付处理。例如,可以保存支付结果、打印交易票据等。通信组件703还用于:接收用户终端或线上交易服务器发送的支付结果。

在本实施例中,可以将用户在线上注册的身份信息,来和线下交易进行关联和数据打通,这样,可便于线上、线下交易的统一,不仅提升了线下实体店的竞争力,同时也提升了用户线下购物的体验。

计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (29)

  1. 一种交易数据处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取待处理交易数据,所述待处理交易数据是以用户在第三方服务器上的身份信息针对线下商品生成的;
    根据所述身份信息、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求;
    将所述支付请求发送给所述第三方服务器,以供所述第三方服务器针对所述待处理交易数据从与所述身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用。
  2. 一种交易数据处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收门店终端或用户终端发送的支付请求,所述支付请求是根据用户在第三方服务器上的身份信息、待处理交易数据的交易编号以及待付金额生成的;
    根据所述交易编号和所述待付金额,针对所述待处理交易数据从与所述身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用;
    其中,所述待处理交易数据是以所述身份信息针对线下商品生成的。
  3. 一种交易数据处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取待处理交易数据,所述待处理交易数据是以用户在线上交易服务器上的线上身份信息针对所述用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的;
    根据所述线上身份信息、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求;
    将所述支付请求发送给所述线上交易服务器,以供所述线上交易服务器针对所述待处理交易数据从与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据所述线上身份信息、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    扫描所述用户预先向所述线上交易服务器注册的会员码,以获取所述线上身份信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在扫描所述用户预先向所述线上交易服务器注册的会员码之前,所述方法还包括:
    展示至少一种支付方式;
    响应于支付方式的选择操作,确定被选择的支付方式为第一支付方式;
    其中,所述第一支付方式是通过与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账号进行支付的方式。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在扫描所述用户预先向所述线上交易服务器注册的会员码之前,所述方法还包括:
    向所述线上交易服务器发送会员码请求,所述会员码请求携带有所述用户的非会员码信息;
    接收所述线上交易服务器根据所述非会员码信息返回的所述用户的会员码。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述线上身份信息、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求,包括:
    展示所述待处理交易数据对应的信息页,所述信息页上包含支付控件;
    响应于针对所述支付控件的触发操作,根据所述线上身份信息、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成所述支付请求。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述线上身份信息、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求,包括:
    根据所述线下商品在所述线上交易服务器上的线上价格,计算所述待付金额;
    根据所述线上身份信息、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和所述待付金额,生成所述支付请求。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述线下商品在所述线上交易服务器上的线上价格,计算所述待付金额,包括:
    向所述线上交易服务器发送优惠策略请求,所述优惠策略请求包括所述线上身份信息;
    接收所述线上交易服务器根据所述线上身份信息返回的所述用户可享受的线上优惠策略;
    根据所述线上优惠策略和所述线下商品的线上价格,计算所述待付金额。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述线上优惠策略和所述线下商品的线上价格,计算所述待付金额,包括:
    根据所述线上优惠策略、所述线下商品的线上价格和商品数量,确定所述待处理交易数据的交易总金额;
    根据其它支付方式可支付的金额以及所述交易总金额,确定所述待付金额,所述其它支付方式是指通过与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账号进行支付之外的支付方式。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据所述线下商品在所述线上交易服务器上的线上价格,计算所述待付金额之前,所述方法还包括:
    向所述线上交易服务器发送价格请求,所述价格请求包括所述线下商品的标识;
    接收所述线上交易服务器根据所述线下商品的标识返回的所述线下商品的线上价格。
  12. 根据权利要求3-11任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述线上身份信息、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求,包括:
    向所述线上交易服务器发送账户请求,所述账户请求包括所述线上身份信息;
    接收所述线上交易服务器返回的与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账户;
    根据所述用户账户、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成所述支付请求。
  13. 根据权利要求3-11任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取待处理交易数据,包括:
    获取所述线下商品的信息和所述线上身份信息;
    向所述线上交易服务器发送所述线上身份信息和所述线下商品的信息,以供所述线上交易服务器以所述用户的线上身份针对所述线下商品生成交易数据;
    接收所述线上交易服务器下发的所述交易数据,作为所述待处理交易数据。
  14. 一种交易数据处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收门店终端或用户终端发送的支付请求,所述支付请求是根据用户在线上交易服务器上的线上身份信息、待处理交易数据的交易编号以及待付金额生成的;
    根据所述交易编号和所述待付金额,针对所述待处理交易数据从与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用;
    其中,所述待处理交易数据是以所述线上身份信息针对所述用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,在接收门店终端发送的支付请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述门店终端发送的会员码请求,所述会员码请求携带有所述用户的非会员码信息;
    根据所述非会员码信息向所述门店终端返回所述用户的会员码。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,在接收门店终端或用户终端发送的支付请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述门店终端或所述用户终端发送的优惠策略请求,所述优惠策略请求包括所 述线上身份信息;
    根据所述线上身份信息,获取所述用户可享受的线上优惠策略;
    将所述用户可享有的线上优惠策略返回给所述门店终端或所述用户终端。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,在接收门店终端或用户终端发送的支付请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述门店终端或所述用户终端发送的价格请求,所述价格请求包括所述线下商品的标识;
    根据所述线下商品的标识,获取所述线下商品的线上价格;
    将所述线下商品的线上价格返回给所述门店终端或所述用户终端。
  18. 根据权利要求14-17任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在接收门店终端或用户终端发送的支付请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述门店终端或所述用户终端发送的账户请求,所述账户请求包括所述线上身份信息;
    根据所述线上身份信息,获取与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账户;
    将所述用户账户返回给所述门店终端或所述用户终端,以供所述门店终端或所述用户终端生成所述支付请求。
  19. 根据权利要求14-17任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在从与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用之后,所述方法还包括:
    向所述门店终端以及所述用户终端返回支付结果。
  20. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器以及通信组件;
    所述存储器,用于存储计算机程序;
    所述处理器,与所述存储器耦合,用于执行所述计算机程序,以用于:
    获取待处理交易数据,所述待处理交易数据是以用户在第三方服务器上的身份信息针对线下商品生成的;
    根据所述身份信息、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求;
    通过所述通信组件将所述支付请求发送给所述第三方服务器,以供所述第三方服务器针对所述待处理交易数据从与所述身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用;
    所述通信组件,用于将所述支付请求发送给所述第三方服务器。
  21. 一种第三方服务器,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器和通信组件;
    所述存储器,用于存储计算机程序;
    所述处理器,与所述处理器耦合,用于执行所述计算机程序,以用于:
    通过所述通信组件接收门店终端或用户终端发送的支付请求,所述支付请求是根据用户在所述第三方服务器上的身份信息、待处理交易数据的交易编号以及待付金额生成的;
    根据所述交易编号和所述待付金额,针对所述待处理交易数据从与所述身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用;
    其中,所述待处理交易数据是以所述身份信息针对线下商品生成的。
  22. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器以及通信组件;
    所述存储器,用于存储计算机程序;
    所述处理器,与所述存储器耦合,用于执行所述计算机程序,以用于:
    获取待处理交易数据,所述待处理交易数据是以用户在线上交易服务器上的线上身份信息针对所述用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的;
    根据所述线上身份信息、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求;
    通过所述通信组件将所述支付请求发送给所述线上交易服务器,以供所述线上交易服务器针对所述待处理交易数据从与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用;
    所述通信组件,用于将所述支付请求发送给所述线上交易服务器。
  23. 一种线上交易服务器,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器和通信组件;
    所述存储器,用于存储计算机程序;
    所述处理器,与所述处理器耦合,用于执行所述计算机程序,以用于:
    通过所述通信组件接收门店终端或用户终端发送的支付请求,所述支付请求是根据用户在所述线上交易服务器上的线上身份信息、待处理交易数据的交易编号以及待付金额生成的;
    根据所述交易编号和所述待付金额,针对所述待处理交易数据从与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用;
    其中,所述待处理交易数据是以所述线上身份信息针对所述用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的。
  24. 一种交易数据处理系统,其特征在于,包括:门店终端、用户终端以及线上交易服务器;
    所述门店终端或所述用户终端,用于获取待处理交易数据,所述待处理交易数据是以用户在所述线上交易服务器上的线上身份信息针对所述用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的;根据所述线上身份信息、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求;将所述支付请求发送给所述线上交易服务器;
    所述线上交易服务器,用于接收所述门店终端或所述用户终端发送的所述支付请求,根据所述交易编号和所述待付金额,针对所述待处理交易数据从与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用。
  25. 一种交易数据处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取待处理交易数据,所述待处理交易数据是以用户在线上交易服务器上的线上身份信息针对所述用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的;
    针对所述待处理交易数据进行支付处理。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,在针对所述待处理交易数据进行支付处理之前,所述方法还包括:
    展示至少一种支付方式;
    响应于支付方式的选择操作,确定选择使用的目标支付方式。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述目标支付方式为第三方支付方式时,针对所述待处理交易数据进行支付处理,包括:
    根据所述线上身份信息、所述待处理交易数据的交易编号和待付金额,生成支付请求;
    将所述支付请求发送给所述线上交易服务器,以供所述线上交易服务器针对所述待处理交易数据从与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账户中扣除相应费用。
  28. 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述目标支付方式为自动支付方式时,针对所述待处理交易数据进行支付处理,包括:
    接收用户终端或所述线上交易服务器发送的支付结果;
    根据所述支付结果对所述待处理交易数据进行支付处理;
    其中,所述自动支付方式是所述线上交易服务器自动从与所述线上身份信息绑定的用户账号进行扣费或者自动触发所述用户终端从所述用户账号进行扣费的支付方式。
  29. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器,用于存储计算机程序;
    所述处理器,与所述存储器耦合,用于执行所述计算机程序,以用于:
    获取待处理交易数据,所述待处理交易数据是以用户在线上交易服务器上的线上身份信息针对所述用户在实体门店选购的线下商品生成的;
    针对所述待处理交易数据进行支付处理。
