Description

一种模块化箱式拼装结构低噪音机柜 技术领域:
本发明涉及一种模块化箱式拼装结构低噪音机柜。
背景技术:
风机的机柜通常可以分为框架式和拼装式两种类型。
框架式结构强度好、柜体密封容易实现,但制造过程中的酸洗、喷漆等工艺需要大型起吊、翻转设备,大多数钣金企业并没有这个条件;同时结构固定、扩展性差。
拼装式结构工艺性较好,但结构强度稍差、柜体容易变形、柜体密封不容易保证。
常见的拼装式机柜又可以分为板式结构和箱式结构。
板式结构的是用各种形状的板件直接在底盘上搭建机柜,因此体积小、制造方便、运输方便、内部零部件装配容易安排;但板件容易翘曲变形,零件数量多、装配繁琐,板件连接位置多、可靠性差,柜体强度差。
箱式结构是用多个箱体并排串联地放在一个底盘上直接组成机柜,因此零件数量少、装配快、结构强度好;但零件都是在单个箱体内部装配,箱体内部零件安装时工位安排局促。
磁悬浮风机装配过程中有较多的动力电缆、控制电缆、进出风管道、冷却水管等接线,因此要求机柜结构允许更多安装工位。同时必须兼顾以下特性:
1)制造容易,成本低;
2)运输方便,装配方便快捷;
3)消音效果好;
4)模块化设计,扩展性好。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种兼顾上述性能要求的模块化箱式拼装结构低噪音机柜。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种模块化箱式拼装结构低噪音机柜,包括底盘以及由左至右依次安装在底盘上的电控柜、主机柜、主消音柜和过滤柜,所述主机柜为矩形状结构,包括主柜体、主顶柜和主底柜,所述主顶柜和主底柜更别固定于主柜体的上下两端,且主柜体的内腔对应与主顶柜的内腔和主底柜的内腔相贯通;
所述主柜体六个侧面的方向上均设有一个隔音板单元,且每个隔音板单元包括内、外两层隔音板,内层隔音板的正反两面均贴消音棉,外层隔音板内侧贴消音棉;
所述主机柜的前后两侧设有门板单元,每个门板单元包括内、外两个门板,外门板的面积大于内门板的面积。
进一步地,所述过滤柜的外壁上设有进风口,该进风口与主消音柜的内腔相贯通。
进一步地,所述主消音柜的底部设有进风道,该进风道与主底柜的内腔相贯通。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1)机柜整体由底盘和固定在底盘上的一系列箱体构成,外观简洁大方;
2)主机柜不是一个独立箱体,而是被多个箱体和板件围成的空间;
3)本机柜在主机装配时工作空间容易布置,方便操作;
4)主机上消音柜需要连接出口管道,经常会有装配应力,但由于是箱体结构,所以比单层板件的强度更好,不容易被管道应力拉变形;
5)由于机柜主体都由箱体拼接组成,因此继承了箱式拼装机柜的优点:不容易翘曲变形,结构强度好,容易保证密封面平整;
6)主机噪音向任意方向传播都需要偷过有三层隔音棉,隔音效果好。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明公开一种模块化箱式拼装结构低噪音机柜,包括底盘1以及由左至右依次安装在底盘1上的电控柜2、主机柜3、主消音柜4和过滤柜5。
主机柜3为矩形状结构,包括主柜体31、主顶柜32和主底柜33,主顶柜32和主底柜33更别固定于主柜体31的上下两端,且主柜体31的内腔对应与主顶柜32的内腔和主底柜33的内腔相贯通。
主机柜3不是一个独立箱体,而是被多个箱体和板件围成的空间。与普通的箱式拼装机柜不同,
本发明中的主机柜3并不是一个并列在底盘上的独立箱体,而是由电控柜2、主底柜33、主消音柜4、主顶柜32、以及两侧门板围成的空间。这样设计是因为磁悬浮风机有较多的电气元器件和线缆,并且集中于电控柜和主机部分。所以这两部分的装配需要较宽敞方便的施工空间。
主柜体31六个侧面的方向上均设有一个隔音板单元,且每个隔音板单元包括内层隔音板61和外层隔音板62,内层隔音板61的正反两面均贴消音棉,外层隔音板62内侧贴消音棉(主柜体31上、下、左和右四个侧面方向隔音板单元的安装结构如图3)。
主机噪音向任意方向传播都需要透过有三层隔音棉,隔音效果好。
在风机中,主机是主要噪音源。因此对主机噪音的隔离是降低风机噪音的一个重要措施。普通的风机机柜,无论是框架式、板式拼装、还是箱式拼装,主机与外界之间都只有一层门板。又因为机柜外侧不能贴消音棉,所以只能在门板内侧一面贴敷消音棉,隔音效果有限。
而本发明机柜中,主机柜六个方向上均有两层隔音板进行隔音,其中内层隔音板61的正反两面均贴消音棉,外层隔音板62内侧贴消音棉。因此主机噪音向任意方向传递时,均需要透过三层隔音棉+两层钢板的隔音。通过这样的多层隔音,可以最大限度地限制主机噪音的外传,抑制风机噪音水平。
如图4和图5,主机柜3的前后两侧设有门板单元,每个门板单元包括内门板71和外门板72,外门板的面积大于内门板的面积。
门板单元分为内、外两层,可以使透过内门板传出来的噪音在内、外门板之间的消音棉表面多次反射、吸收,从而比连续贴多层消音棉的效果更好。
门板单元分为内、外两层,就可以设置两道密封条。密封效果更好,对每一层密封条的性能要求就可以适当降低。
内门板较小,因此边缘长度更短,密封更容易;同时门板重量降低后就可以做成可拆式结构,不用铰链连接,边缘的密封也比较容易做。外门较大,因此分为对开的左右两扇,用铰链固定在两侧柜体上。这样的结构比较省力,便于开启。
如图6,过滤柜5的外壁上设有进风口51,该进风口51与主消音柜4的内腔相贯通。主消音柜4的底部设有进风道41,该进风道41与主底柜33的内腔相贯通。
进气口是柜体主要的噪音通道。可扩展的消音柜体可根据客户的噪音要求更换、串联,以达到更好的进气消音效果。主机下消音柜使得消音柜的出口气流经过一个转折再进入主机柜,进一步削减噪音,同时可以引导进风冷却主机。
结合图7,机柜在主机装配时工作空间容易布置,方便操作。本发明在主机柜部位达成了板式拼装机柜的特性:使得在主机装配过程中可以从四个方向(左、右、后、上)接近主机(此时底盘上只有电控柜和主机底柜),工位布置灵活。主机上消音柜需要连接出口管道,经常会有装配应力。但由于是箱体结构,所以比单层板件的强度更好,不容易被管道应力拉变形。由于机柜主体都由箱体拼接组成,因此继承了箱式拼装机柜的优点:不容易翘曲变形,结构强度好,容易保证密封面平整;
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种模块化箱式拼装结构低噪音机柜,其特征在于:包括底盘(1)以及由左至右依次安装在底盘(1)上的电控柜(2)、主机柜(3)、主消音柜(4)和过滤柜(5),
    所述主机柜(3)为矩形状结构,包括主柜体(31)、主顶柜(32)和主底柜(33),所述主顶柜(32)和主底柜(33)更别固定于主柜体(31)的上下两端,且主柜体(31)的内腔对应与主顶柜(32)的内腔和主底柜(33)的内腔相贯通;
    所述主柜体(31)六个侧面的方向上均设有一个隔音板单元,且每个隔音板单元包括内、外两层隔音板,内层隔音板的正反两面均贴消音棉,外层隔音板内侧贴消音棉;
    所述主机柜(3)的前后两侧设有门板单元,每个门板单元包括内、外两个门板,外门板的面积大于内门板的面积。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的模块化箱式拼装结构低噪音机柜,其特征在于:所述过滤柜(5)的外壁上设有进风口(51),该进风口(51)与主消音柜(4)的内腔相贯通。
