Claims (16)
- 一种显示面板,包括:依次层叠设置的基板、有机发光结构、第一电极、光萃取层、保护层和薄膜封装层;所述薄膜封装层包覆所述有机发光结构、所述第一电极、所述光萃取层和所述保护层;所述光萃取层位于所述保护层和所述第一电极之间,且完全隔离所述保护层和所述第一电极。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中:沿平行于所述基板表面的方向,所述光萃取层的边缘与所述薄膜封装层的边缘的距离为第一距离,所述第一电极的边缘与所述薄膜封装层的边缘的距离为第二距离,所述保护层的边缘与所述薄膜封装层的边缘的距离为第三距离,所述第一距离小于或等于所述第二距离。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中:所述第三距离等于所述第一距离;或者,所述第三距离等于所述第二距离;或者,所述第一距离等于所述第二距离等于所述第三距离;或者,所述第三距离小于所述第一距离,且所述第一距离小于所述第二距离。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中:所述第一距离小于所述第二距离;所述第三距离大于所述第一距离,且小于所述第二距离。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一距离等于所述第二距离,且所述第三距离小于所述第一距离。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中:所述第一距离、所述第二距离以及所述第三距离满足下述至少一项:所述第一距离、所述第二距离以及所述第三距离中最小的距离大于或等于100微米,且小于或等于500微米;以及所述第一距离、所述第二距离以及所述第三距离中最大的距离小于或等于1毫米。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中:所述第二距离与所述第一距离的差值小于或等于900微米。
- 根据权利要求7所述的显示面板,其中:所述第二距离与所述第一距离的差值小于或等于200微米。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中:所述保护层采用的材料为氟化锂。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中:所述第一电极的透光率大于80%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中:所述第一电极的材料包括镁银混合物、氧化铟锡、氧化铟锌、掺杂银的氧化铟锡和掺杂银的氧化铟锌中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的显示面板,其中:所述显示面板为顶发光的有源矩阵有机发光二极管AMOLED显示面板,所述第一电极为阴极。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一电极为面状电极。
- 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的显示面板,其中,所述显示面板为底发光的AMOLED显示面板或被动式有机发光二极管PMOLED显示面板。
- 根据权利要求14所述的显示面板,其中,所述显示面板为PMOLED显示面板,所述第一电极为条状阴极。
- 一种显示装置,包括权利要求1-15任一项所述的显示面板。
