技术领域
本发明涉及加湿器相关技术领域,特别是一种加湿器过滤装置及包括其的加湿器。
背景技术
加湿器内的水箱和水槽内长期处于潮湿环境,容易滋生细菌,并且加入到水箱内的水也不能保证是没有杂质的。因此在加湿器内部的水流路上设置过滤装置对水进行过滤以提高水的洁净度,或者对水进行杀菌是很有必要的。
一些加湿器为了达到上述目的,会在水箱的出水口处设置相应的过滤装置,但过滤装置一般结构比较复杂,安装也不是很方便。加湿器水箱内的空间不是很大,对过滤装置的安装会造成很多限制,因此结构复杂的过滤装置在加湿器内安装不是很方便。并且,结构的复杂会直接造成成本的提高,对加湿器的整体成本会造成较大的影响。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的之一是提供一种结构简单、安装方便的加湿器过滤装置及包括其的加湿器。

所述封堵结构14的设置,使水只能够通过进水口进入到所述外壳11和内壳12之间的容纳空间,经所述滤网2过滤后流出。所述外壳11、内壳12和/或所述连接部13上设置有所述进水口,优选地,所述进水口为圆形、方形、椭圆形或其他任意形状的孔,优选为长形结构,以便获得更大的进水量。所述外壳11上设置有沿所述外壳11的轴向延伸的第一进水口111,所述第一进水口111沿所述外壳11的周向设置有多个,进一步地,多个所述第一进水口111沿所述外壳11的周向均匀分布。所述第一进水口111与所述外壳11的第二端不连通,使所述外壳11的第二端部为沿周向完整的结构,从而使所述外壳11能够与水箱接触实现密封(下文详细介绍),优选地,所述外壳11的第二端部设置密封结构,例如在所述外壳11的第二端设置密封圈等结构。所述内壳12上设置第二进水口,所述第二进水口位于所述内壳12的第一端与所述封堵结构14之间的部分,优选地,所述内壳12上形成有沿其轴延伸的通孔121,在所述内壳12的轴向上,所述封堵结构14将所述通孔121分成两部分,位于靠近所述内壳12第一端的部分构成所述第二进水口,位于靠近所述内壳12第二端的部分可用于出水,构成所述加湿器过滤结构的排水口,即流经所述滤网2的水可以通过该部分流出,进一步地,所述通孔121可以与所述内壳12的第二端连通。所述连接部13上可以设置第三进水口(图中未示出),或者,所述连接部13上不设置所述第三进水口,使所述连接部13构成完整的环形板状结构,以提高所述过滤支架1的强度。
所述外壳11上设置有安装结构15,所述安装结构15用于与水箱上的相关结构进行连接,所述安装结构15包括按压部151和卡接部152, 所述按压部151构造为长形板状结构。所述外壳11上形成有用于对所述安装结构15进行避让的避让孔112,所述按压部151的第一端连接到所述外壳11的第二端,所述按压部151的第二端为自由端,使所述按压部151构成悬臂梁结构,所述按压部151与所述外壳11的轴线平行并与所述避让孔112对应的设置,通过按压所述按压部151能够使其远离其第一端的部分向所述外壳11的径向内侧移动。所述卡接部152构造为形成在所述按压部151在所述外壳11径向外侧的面上的凸起结构,设置在靠近所述按压部151第一端,并距离其第一端一定距离的位置,使得所述卡接部152能够随着所述按压部151移动,向所述外壳11的径向内侧发生一定量的位移。所述卡接部152与设置在水箱上的卡扣结构进行卡接,并通过所述卡接部152向所述外壳11的径向内侧移动使所述卡接部152与水箱上的卡扣分离(下文详细介绍)。优选地,所述卡接部152靠近所述按压部151的第一端的面构造为斜面,通过所述斜面对卡接过程实现导向,以方便与水箱上的卡扣实现卡接。安装结构15设置有一个或多个,在本实施例中,所述安装结构15相对的设置有两个。
优选地,所述外壳11上还设置有限位结构,所述限位结构与所述水箱上的卡扣配合使加湿器过滤装置安装时,所述过滤支架1不能够沿其周向转动。具体地,所述限位结构包括在所述外壳11上设置所述安装结构15的位置形成的限位块16,优选地,在所述安装结构15的两侧均设置限位块16,两个所述限位块16构成所述限位结构,在两个所述限位块16之间形成限位空间,安装时,所述卡扣位于两个所述限位块16之间的限位空间内。优选地,每个所述安装结构15均对应一个所述限位结构。或者,在其他实施例中,所述限位结构还可以与水箱上的其他结构配合进行限位,例如,在水箱上设置与其配合的限位柱之类的结构。
本发明还提供一种加湿器,所述加湿器包括水箱和底座。如图3所示,所述水箱3上的出水口处设置有所述加湿器过滤装置,所述水箱3的出水口处设置有卡扣31,所述卡扣31构造为向所述水箱3的内侧延伸形成的长形结构,所述卡扣31上形成有与所述卡接部152实现卡接的卡钩,所述卡扣能够与所述卡接部152进行钩接,安装到位时,所述外 壳11的第二端部与所述水箱3的内壁抵接,并形成密封接触。安装时,所述卡扣31位于两个所述限位块16之间,即对所述加湿器过滤装置进行限位,又对其安装进行导向。当需要拆卸所述加湿器过滤装置时,按压所述按压部151能够使所述卡接部152向所述外壳11的径向内侧发生位移,从而使所述卡接部152与所述卡扣31分离,然后所述加湿器过滤装置即可以与所述水箱3分离。
本发明提供的加湿器过滤装置通过卡接的方式安装到水箱上,使其安装过程更加方便。且过滤支架的结构使滤网位于过滤支架内部,并通过过滤支架与水箱连接,使加湿器过滤装置的整体结构更加简单。
本领域的技术人员容易理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述各优选方案可以自由地组合、叠加。
应当理解,上述的实施方式仅是示例性的,而非限制性的,在不偏离本发明的基本原理的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以针对上述细节做出的各种明显的或等同的修改或替换,都将包含于本发明的权利要求范围内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种加湿器过滤装置,设置在加湿器的水箱出水口处,其特征在于,包括过滤支架和滤网,所述过滤支架内形成有环形的容纳空间,所述容纳空间构成供所述水箱内的水流到所述出水口处的流道,所述滤网填充到所述容纳空间内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器过滤装置,其特征在于,所述过滤支架包括:
    外壳和内壳,所述外壳和内壳均构造为筒形结构,所述内壳设置在所述外壳内侧,在径向上所述内壳与外壳之间形成间隙,
    连接部,所述连接部与所述外壳的第一端和所述内壳的第一端连接,所述外壳的第二端和内壳的第二端为自由端,
    所述外壳、内壳和连接部围成所述容纳空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加湿器过滤装置,其特征在于,在所述外壳的轴向上,所述内壳的第二端位于所述外壳第二端的内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的加湿器过滤装置,其特征在于,所述外壳、内壳和/或连接部上设置有进水口,所述进水口供水流入到所述容纳空间内;和/或,
    所述外壳的第二端与所述内壳的第二端之间的间隙构成排水口。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的加湿器过滤装置,其特征在于,所述过滤支架还包括封堵结构,所述封堵结构设置在所述内壳的径向内侧,对所述内壳的径向内侧进行封堵。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的加湿器过滤装置,其特征在于,所述封堵结构位于所述内壳的第一端与第二端之间,
    所述内壳上同时设置有进水口和排水口,所述进水口和排水口位于所述封堵结构的两侧,所述进水口位于靠近所述内壳第一端的一侧,所述排水口位于靠近所述内壳第二端的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6之一所述的加湿器过滤装置,其特征在于,所述加湿器过滤装置上设置有安装结构,所述安装结构用于与所述水箱实现连接,所述安装结构包括按压部和设置在所述按压部上的卡接部, 所述按压部连接到所述外壳上,在压力作用下所述按压部的至少部分结构能够向所述外壳的径向内侧移动,所述卡接部随着所述按压部移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的加湿器过滤装置,其特征在于,所述外壳上设置有用于对所述安装结构进行避让的避让孔,所述按压部与所述避让孔对应设置;和/或,
    所述按压部呈长形板状结构,所述按压部的第一端连接到所述外壳的第二端或靠近第二端的位置,所述按压部的第二端为自由端,所述按压部构成悬臂结构。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的加湿器过滤装置,其特征在于,所述卡接部构造为形成在所述按压部位于所述外壳径向外侧的面上的凸起结构,所述卡接部设置在靠近所述按压部第一端的位置。
  10. 根据权利要求2-6之一所述的加湿器过滤装置,其特征在于,所述加湿器过滤装置上设置有限位结构,所述限位结构与所述水箱上的结构配合对所述加湿器过滤装置进行限位,使所述加湿器过滤装置不能转动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的加湿器过滤装置,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括设置在所述外壳上的限位块,所述限位块设置两个,两个所述限位块之间的空间构成限位空间。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的加湿器过滤装置,其特征在于,所述限位结构设置有多个。
  13. 一种加湿器,包括水箱和底座,其特征在于,所述水箱上设置有权利要求1-12之一所述的加湿器过滤装置。
  14. 一种加湿器,包括水箱和底座,其特征在于,所述水箱上设置有权利要求11所述的加湿器过滤装置,所述水箱上设置有卡扣,
    所述卡扣与所述加湿器过滤装置实现卡接,和/或,
    所述卡扣能够伸入到所述限位空间内,在所述外壳的周向上所述卡扣被限制在所述限位空间内不能与所述外壳发生相对移动。
