一种消防设备钢瓶清洗装置,其中:PLC控制箱包括PLC控制器、电源开关、启动开关、工作指示灯、上下开关、夹紧开关、翻转按钮、翻转复位按钮,PLC控制器分别与电源开关、启动开关、工作指示灯、上下开关、夹紧开关、翻转按钮、翻转复位按钮电气连接。
一种消防设备钢瓶清洗装置,其中:PLC控制器采用西门子S7-200。
一种消防设备钢瓶清洗装置,其中:上下开关、夹紧开关均采用三档摇杆开关,型号为T-TEN1321。
一种消防设备钢瓶清洗装置,其中:顶升柱可调节最大高度为0.8米。
(三)有益效果
本实用新型的优点在于:通过PLC控制可以实现人为操作,以机器替代人力,安全省力,采用压力蒸汽清洗,清洗更彻底,通过夹具且可以清洗更多规格的钢瓶容器,适用性强。

工作原理:
当需要清洗钢瓶时,通过上下按钮105、翻转按钮107调整位置,通过夹紧按钮106夹紧钢瓶夹具6,调整位置后,使得直管5伸入钢瓶内部,通过启动开关103开启控制阀3开启压力蒸汽,通过压力蒸汽管道2和直管5进入钢瓶开始清洗,清洗完毕后,关闭启动开关103,通过控制翻转气缸12放下钢瓶,将废水倒入废水槽20后即可。
