本申请涉及电子设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器组件及电子设备。
背景技术
扬声器组件是电子设备的重要组成部分,例如,在智能手机、平板电脑等电子设备中,通过扬声器组件发出声音并传递给用户;扬声器组件一般包括扬声器振子、前腔和后腔;其中,扬声器组件的工作性能主要取决于前腔和后腔的体积大小,且后腔体积的大小主要决定音频性能的优劣。
目前,在智能手机中扬声器组件一般包括前壳、后壳和扬声器振子,扬声器振子与前壳构成前腔,扬声器振子和后壳构成后腔,其中,所构成的前腔和后腔的体积是固定不可调的,因此发声效果单一;另外在播放不同频率的声音时,不能根据相应的频率来调节后腔的体积,因此不具备较好的发声效果。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种第二腔体体积可调的扬声器组件和电子设备。
一种扬声器组件,包括第一壳体、第二壳体、扬声器振子及调节机构;
所述第一壳体与所述扬声器振子围成第一腔体,所述第二壳体与所述扬声器振子围成第二腔体;
所述调节机构包括驱动机构及填充部件;
所述驱动机构能够驱动所述填充部件伸入或退出所述第二腔体,以降低或增大所述第二腔体的体积大小。
作为示例,所述驱动机构包括驱动电机及传动组件,所述填充部件为滑块;
所述驱动电机通过所述传动组件与所述滑块传动连接;

具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员更好的理解本申请的技术方案,下面结合说明书附图对本申请实施例进行详细的描述。
一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种扬声器组件;如图1所示,扬声器组件包括第一壳体1、第二壳体2、扬声器振子3及调节机构;第一壳体1(的一部分)与扬声器振子3围成第一腔体,第二壳体2(的一部分)与扬声器振子3围成第二腔体;调节机构包括驱动机构4及填充部件5;驱动机构4能够驱动填充部件5运动以改变填充部件5探入第二腔体内的体积,以降低或增大第二腔体的体积大小。
扬声器组件的发声品质不仅与扬声器振子3的性能有关,还与前腔的体积大小及后腔的体积大小有着更为密切的关系;本申请提供的实施例中,第一腔体为扬声器组件的前腔,第二腔体为扬声器组件的后腔;扬声器组件通过设置调节机构以使第二腔体(后腔)的体积大小可调,其中,通过驱动机构4来改变填充部件5对第二腔体的体积占用大小来改变第二腔体的可用体积,进而能够改变扬声器组件的发声性能,使其发声效果更加多样化,另外还能提升其发声品质。
进一步的,如图1至图3所示,在本申请提供的实施例中,驱动机构4包括驱动电机41及传动组件,填充部件5为滑块51;驱动电机41通过传动组件与滑块51传动连接;第二壳体2具有限定滑块51往复滑动的滑孔(图中未示出);其中,传动机构能够将驱动电机41的旋转运动转化为直线运动,以带动滑块51沿直线方向滑动。
具体的,如图2所示,在第一实施例中,传动组件可以为丝杠螺母机构;其中,驱动电机41的输出轴42上设有螺纹(图中未示出),滑块51上设有与输出轴42螺接的螺纹孔52;驱动电机41的输出轴42旋转以带动滑块51滑动。其中,滑块51为矩形的块状,滑孔(图中未示出)为与滑块51相对应的矩形孔,滑块51与滑孔密闭式接触;这种结构设置不仅能够保证在驱动电机41旋转时,滑块51能够沿滑孔部分地滑入、滑出第二腔体,还能保证第二腔体的密闭性;其中,为了进一步提升第二腔体的密闭性,滑块51上的螺纹孔52为盲孔。
当然,在其他实施例中,滑块51还可以为其他的形状构造,例如,滑块51的截面形 状还可以为三角形、六边形等多边形结构;相应的,滑孔的截面形状应为与滑块51的截面形状相对应的三角形、六边形等结构;本实施例对此不作具体限定。
进一步的,如图3所示,在第二实施例中,传动组件还可以为齿轮齿条机构;其中,齿轮6套设在驱动电机41的输出轴42上,齿条7与滑块51连接,驱动电机41驱动齿轮6转动以带动齿条7和滑块51移动。其中,滑块51为矩形的块状,滑孔为与滑块51相对应的矩形孔,滑块51与滑孔密闭式接触,以保证第二腔体的密闭性;其中,在滑块51本体上也可以设置齿条形结构能够与齿轮6进行啮合,但为了降低制作成本,同时也为了保证第二腔体的密闭性,在本实施例中,滑块51与制作成型的齿条7固定连接,以通过齿条7与齿轮6的啮合来带动滑块51滑动。
当然,在其他实施例中,滑块51还可以为其他的形状构造,例如,滑块51的截面形状还可以为圆形、三角形、六边形等结构;相应的,滑孔的截面形状应为与滑块51的截面形状相对应的圆形、三角形、六边形等结构;本实施例对此不作具体限定。
其中,第一壳体1和第二壳体2的材质可以为塑料(如聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯),滑块51的材质也可以为塑料,当然,为了增加滑块51的响应速度,可选轻质的材料来制作滑块51。
另外,在本申请提供的扬声器组件的另一个实施例中(图中未示出),驱动机构4包括气泵,填充部件5为柔性密封袋,密封袋具有气孔;气泵能够通过气孔对柔性密封袋进行充、放气;第二壳体2具有与第二腔体连通的通孔,柔性密封袋与通孔密闭式接触。
其中,密封袋设置在第二腔体的内部,密封袋的气孔处与第二腔体的通孔处连接,且气孔与通孔连通;气泵设置在第二腔体的外部,并与第二腔体的通孔连通,能够通过该通孔对柔性密封袋进行充放气。进一步的,密封袋可以为橡胶袋、塑料袋、乳胶袋等,本领域技术人员可根据实际需求对密封袋的材质作相应选择,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
另一方面,本申请实施还提供了一种电子设备(如智能手机、平板电脑、音箱),包括控制器及上述的任意一种扬声器组件;其中,控制器能够控制驱动机构4的供断电状态,以控制填充部件5伸入或退出第二腔体的体积大小。
具体的,以智能手机为例,当用户在播放音乐时,可对音乐的播放效果作个性化设定;例如,播放效果可以为:低音增强或高音增强;当用户需要播放低音增强效果的音乐时,控制器可根据用户的相应操作控制驱动机构4动作,以使填充部件5(部分)退出第二腔体,从而增加第二腔体的体积大小,并保持该状态;其中,填充部件5所退出部分的体积大小可根据用户所需要低音增强的强度大小来决定;相应的,当用户需要播放高音增强效果的音乐时,控制器可根据用户的相应操作控制驱动机构4动作,以使填充部件5(部分) 探入第二腔体,从而降低第二腔体的体积大小,并保持该状态。
为了进一步提升音效品质,本实施例中,电子设备还包括音频采集模块;音频采集模块能够采集待播放音频信息的频率信息;控制器能够根据所述频率信息控制驱动机构4的供断电状态。
具体的,以智能手机为例,当用户在播放某一首音乐时,音频采集模块采集该首音乐的音频信息中的频率信息,控制器根据该频率信息来控制驱动机构4的供断电状态,进而控制第二腔体的体积大小。其中,在音乐播放过程中的某一时间点内可控制第二腔体的体积增加,在下一时间点内控制第二腔体的体积减小;本领域技术人员可对其具体控制逻辑及实现的播放效果作相应调整,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器组件,其特征在于,包括第一壳体、第二壳体、扬声器振子及调节机构;
    所述第一壳体与所述扬声器振子围成第一腔体,所述第二壳体与所述扬声器振子围成第二腔体;
    所述调节机构包括驱动机构及填充部件;
    所述驱动机构能够驱动所述填充部件运动以改变所述填充部件探入所述第二腔体内的体积。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器组件,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括驱动电机及传动组件,所述填充部件为滑块;
    所述驱动电机通过所述传动组件与所述滑块传动连接;
    所述第二壳体具有限定所述滑块往复滑动的滑孔;
    其中,所述传动机构能够将所述驱动电机的旋转运动转化为直线运动,以带动所述滑块沿直线方向滑动。
  3. 根据权利要去2所述的扬声器组件,其特征在于,所述传动组件为丝杠螺母机构;
    其中,所述驱动电机的输出轴上设有螺纹,所述滑块上设有与所述输出轴螺接的螺纹孔;
    所述驱动电机的输出轴旋转以带动所述滑块滑动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器组件,其特征在于,所述传动组件为齿轮齿条机构;
    其中,所述齿轮套设在所述驱动电机的输出轴上,所述齿条与所述滑块连接,所述驱动电机驱动所述齿轮转动以带动所述齿条和所述滑块移动。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器组件,其特征在于,所述滑块为矩形的块状结构,所述滑孔为与所述滑块相对应的矩形孔;
    其中,所述滑块与所述滑孔密闭式接触。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器组件,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括气泵,所述填充部件为柔性密封袋,所述密封袋具有气孔;
    所述气泵能够通过所述气孔对所述柔性密封袋进行充、放气。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器组件,其特征在于,所述第二壳体具有与所述第二腔体连通的通孔,所述柔性密封袋与所述通孔密闭式接触。
  8. 一种电子设备,包括控制器,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至7中任意一项 所述的扬声器组件;
    其中,所述控制器能够控制所述驱动机构的供断电状态,以控制所述填充部件伸入或退出所述第二腔体的体积大小。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备为智能手机、平板电脑、音箱中的任意一种。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括音频采集模块;
    所述音频采集模块能够采集待播放音频信息的频率信息;
    所述控制器能够根据所述频率信息控制所述驱动机构的供断电状态。
