[0002] 5见有技术中的防水舞台灯的灯头防水层一般分为上、 中、 后三个部分, 且由这 三个部分拼接而成, 形成防水密封结构, 防水舞台灯的灯头结构内的各元器件 分别设在三个部分防水层的腔体内。 但由于受防水层结构的影响, 5见有的这种 防水结构需要开设很多的模具来组成拼接部件, 而且拼接部件上还设有单独的 维修窗口模具, 造成模具多成本高的缺陷, 在进行灯具维护时, 需要开很多的 模具来排查故障部件, 因此也造成维护不便的缺陷; 且由于防水层由三部分拼 接而成, 拼接位置容易进水, 且拐角位置越多, 越容易渗水, 因此, 对拼接位 置的防水要求比较高, 设计难度也大大增大, 耗费人力、 物力也越多。

[权利要求 1] 一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 包括灯体支架、 分别设在 灯体支架前侧和后侧的前机头盖和后机头盖、 设在灯体支架上方的镜 头组件、 设在灯体支架下方的散热组件、 设在灯体支架腔体内的光源 以及沿主光轴方向设置的若干光学元器件, 所述光学元器件与灯体支 架的内壁连接固定; 所述镜头组件、 灯体支架和散热组件均设在前机 头盖和后机头盖拼合形成的腔体内; 所述前机头盖、 后机头盖、 镜头 组件和散热组件分别与灯体支架的沿边密封连接, 形成全方位的防水 结构。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述灯体支架包括呈上下设置的支架顶板和支架底板、 呈左右设置的左 支架侧板和右支架侧板, 所述镜头组件和散热组件分别设在支架顶板 和支架底板上, 且与支架顶板、 支架底板密封连接; 所述支架顶板、 左支架侧板、 支架底板和右支架侧板依次围绕连接, 形成一中空的腔 体结构, 中空腔体结构的外沿边分别与前机头盖和后机头盖密封连接 , 所述光源和元器件设在腔体结构内。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述左、 右支架侧板与支架顶板、 支架底板的连接位置之间设有灯体支 架防水胶, 所述支架顶板和支架底板上设有安装灯体支架防水胶的防 水胶槽。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 3所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述左、 右支架侧板分别包括两长边和两短边, 两长边分别与前、 后机 头盖连接, 两短边分别与支架顶板、 支架底板连接; 所述灯体支架防 水胶的长度长于左、 右支架侧板短边的长度。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述支架顶板、 支架底板在与左、 右支架侧板的连接位置上设有凸沿, 所述支架顶板的凸沿呈向下弯的弧状结构, 所述支架底板的凸沿呈向 上弯的弧状结构, 所述左、 右侧板分别卡接在支架顶板、 支架底板的 凸沿内。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 2所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述前、 后机头盖呈凹槽状结构, 所述凹槽状结构内设有分别与支架顶 板、 左支架侧板、 支架底板和右支架侧板围绕后形成的腔体结构的外 沿边匹配连接的防水胶槽。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 6所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述凹槽状结构的防水胶槽内设有与支架顶板、 左支架侧板、 支架底板 和右支架侧板围绕后形成的腔体结构外沿边密封连接的一体式防水胶 , 所述一体式防水胶的形状与腔体结构的外沿边匹配。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 7所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述一体式防水胶上设有用于防止防水胶脱落的防脱扣点, 所述前、 后 机头盖上设有与防脱扣点匹配固定的防脱凸点, 所述防脱扣点扣在防 脱凸点上。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 2所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述镜头组件与支架顶板的连接位置之间设有固定透镜组防水胶, 所述 支架顶板上设有安装固定透镜组防水胶的防水胶槽。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 9所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述镜头组件包括依次设置的镜头圈、 镜筒、 透镜以及法兰, 所述透镜 设镜筒内, 且与镜筒形成密封结构; 所述法兰设在镜筒的底部, 且分 别与镜筒和支架顶板固定连接, 所述固定透镜组防水胶设在法兰与支 架顶板之间。
[权利要求 11] 根据权利要求 2所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述散热组件与支架底板的连接位置之间设有散热器防水胶, 所述支架 底板设有安装散热器防水胶的防水槽。
[权利要求 12] 根据权利要求 2所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述支架顶板和支架底板呈中空结构, 所述光源安装在散热组件的上表 面, 且与散热组件密封连接, 所述光源依次通过支架底板的中空结构 、 元器件、 支架顶板的中空结构以及镜头组件进行出光。
[权利要求 13] 根据权利要求 2所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述左、 右支架侧板包括从上到下依次连接的斜板部分和直板部分, 所 述斜板部分和直板部分之间还设有弧状的凹位安装部分, 并通过凹位 安装部分衔接, 形成一体成型的结构, 所述凹位安装部分的弧状凹位 上设有与刖、 后机头盖安装固定的安装条, 所述安装条与凹位安装部 分一体成型。
[权利要求 14] 根据权利要求 13所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述弧状凹位安装部分的弧度所形成的角度范围为 80~ 100度。
[权利要求 15] 根据权利要求 2所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述左支架侧板和右支架侧板的内壁上设有安装元器件的插槽。
[权利要求 16] 根据权利要求 2所述的一种防水舞台灯的灯头结构, 其特征在于, 所 述左、 右支架侧板与手臂防水轴密封固定, 所述手臂防水轴与外置的 用于带动整个舞台灯进行旋转的 U型支架转动连接, 所述左、 右支架 侧板上设有密封安装手臂防水轴的槽口。
