一种社区管理方法、装置和电子设备
本申请要求于2018年8月24日提交中国专利局,申请号为201810972694.3、发明名称为“一种社区管理方法、装置和电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及图像处理领域,尤其涉及一种社区管理方法、装置和电子设备。
背景技术
随着城市的发展,越来越多的城市社区更加关注对生活、文化、娱乐、医疗、教育等各个配套单元进行完善,使得社区形成一个社区综合体。社区综合体越成规模,社区的管理越复杂,同时社区居民对社区的各种配套单元服务也提出了更高的需求。目前,社区综合体日渐成熟,但是由于各个配套单元彼此独立,且管理单一,导致社区管理工作的繁杂,且各项服务的效率比较低。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种社区管理方法、装置和电子设备,能够简化社区管路工作,提高社区管理的效率。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种社区管理方法,包括:
获取N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,其中,每个配套单元信息包括多个单元信息,所述N为大于1的整数;
对所述获取的配套单元信息进行整合处理,得到多个对象的关联信息,其中,每个对象的关联信息包括多个单元信息,同一关联信息包括的多个单元信息包括属于不同配套单元平台的单元信息;
根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作。
可选的,所述根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作,包括:
确定目标对象,并获取所述目标对象的关联信息;
利用所述目标对象的关联信息,获取所述N个配套单元平台当前监控到与该关联信息相关的单元信息,使用该单元信息进行社区管理操作,和/或,利用所述目标对象的关联信息进行社区管理操作。
可选的,所述根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作,包括:
确定目标对象,并获取所述目标对象的关联信息,该关联信息包括M单元信息,其中,所述M大于1的整数;
识别所述M个单元信息所属的配套单元平台,并通过识别到的所述配套单元平台分别对所述M个单元信息进行社区管理操作。
可选的,所述N个配套单元平台包括社区图像监控平台,所述社区图像监控平台包括高空立体防护系统,所述高空立体防护系统包括多级监控设备,所述方法还包括:
获取所述高空立体防护系统的第一级监控设备监控的第一图像信息;
若所述第一图像信息满足预设图像条件,则由所述第一级监控设备切换至所述高空立体防护系统的第二级监控设备,并获取所述第二级监控设备监控到的第二图像信息,其中,所述第一级监控设备部署的位置高于所述第二级监控设备,且所述第一级监控设备的监控范围包括所述第二级监控设备的监控范围;
根据所述第二图像信息进行社区管理操作。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供一种社区管理装置,包括:
第一获取模块,用于获取N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,其中,每个配套单元信息包括多个单元信息,所述N为大于1的整数;
整合模块,用于对所述获取的配套单元信息进行整合处理,得到多个对象的关联信息,其中,每个对象的关联信息包括多个单元信息,同一关联信息包括的多个单元信息包括属于不同配套单元平台的单元信息;
第一管理模块,用于根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作。
第三方面,本发明实施例提供一种电子设备,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现本发明实施例提供的社区管理方法中的步骤。
第四方面,本发明实施例提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现本发明实施例提供的社区管理方法中的步骤。
本发明实施例中,获取N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,其中,每个配套单元信息包括多个单元信息,所述N为大于1的整数;对所述获取的配套单元信息进行整合处理,得到多个对象的关联信息,其中,每个对象的关联信息包括多个单元信息,同一关联信息包括的多个单元信息包括属于不同配套单元平台的单元信息;根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作。这样可以整合多个配套单元信息,进行统一管理,从而简化社区管路工作,提高社区管理的效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参见图1,图1是本发明实施例提供的一种社区管理方法的流程示意图,如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
101、获取N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,其中,每个配套单元信息包括多个单元信息,所述N为大于1的整数。
其中,上述N个配套单元平台可以是用于为社区内的生活、文化、娱乐、医疗和教育等配套单元提供服务的平台,例如:便民服务平台、物联网管理平台、人员管理平台、车辆管理平台和房屋管理平台等等。而上述配套单元信息可以是配套单元平台获取(例如:监控、记录、采集等)的单元信息的集合,即一配套单元平台的配套单元信息包括该配套单元平台获取的多个单元信息。其中,单元信息可以是配套单元平台获取的基本信息,这里的单元可以是指某物、某人等可以独立存在单元。例如:单元信息可以是图像信息、车辆信息、人员信息、物联网信息、房屋信息、便民服务信息等,其中,便民服务信息又可以包括:文化、娱乐、医疗、教育等各个配套单元的单元信息。
上述获取N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息可以是获取N个配套单元平台当前获取的配套单元信息,当前,也可以是获取N个配套单元平台的历史配套单元信息。
102、对所述获取的配套单元信息进行整合处理,得到多个对象的关联信息,其中,每个对象的关联信息包括多个单元信息,同一关联信息包括的多个单元信息包括属于不同配套单元平台的单元信息。
上述整合处理可以是按照配套单元信息内各单元信息的位置、类型、对应的人员或者功能等进行整合,以得到多个对象的关联信息。其中,上述对象可以是物、人或者位置等社区内的对象,而这里的物可以是社区内的房屋、车辆、传感器、商场、学校、小区等,而人可以是单个人,或者人的集合(例如:某一家庭、某一班集、某人群体)。
而上述同一关联信息包括的多个单元信息包括属于不同配套单元平台的单元信息可以理解为,同一关联信息中存在来自多个配套单元平台的单元信息, 例如:某一人的关联信息可以是包括房屋管理平台的单元信息(例如:房屋楼栋信息、房屋水电信息),以及还可以包括车辆管理平台的单元信息(例如:车牌信息、车辆型号信息、车主信息、车辆行为轨迹信息和车辆缴费信息),以及还可以包括人员管理平台的单元信息(例如:人物关系图,人物亲属关系、轨迹热力图、业主轨迹记录表及基本信息)等。
103、根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作。
其中,上述至少一个对象可以是社区管理员人选择的至少一个对象,或者可以是社区内满足某种条件的至少一个对象,例如:关联信息异常的对象,当然也可以是指其他对象,对此不作限定。
而上述社区管理操作可以是针对至少一个对象的关联信息执行社区管理,例如:社区管理操作可以包括:推荐消息、社区内人员的监管、社区内物的管理、信息展示、信息统计分析管理、信息预警、安全布控或者便民服务等,或者还可以是通过上述N个配套单元平台中的至少一项进行社区管理,对此不作限定。
在上述步骤中,由于对象的关联信息包括不同配套单元平台的单元信息,从而可以实现整合多个配套单元信息,进行统一管理,进而简化社区管路工作,提高社区管理的效率。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的社区管理方法可以应用于社区管理平台,该平台可以独立于上述N个配套单元平台,该社区管理平台与上述N个配套单元平台建立有通信连接,相互之间可以进行信息的交互。例如:如图2所示,上述N个配套单元平台可以包括人员管理平台、房屋管理平台、车辆管理平台、物联网(IOT)管理平台和便民服务平台,其中,人员管理平台、房屋管理平台、车辆管理平台、物联网(IOT)管理平台和便民服务平台包括如图2所示的功能,此外不作赘述。人员管理平台、房屋管理平台、车辆管理平台、物联网(IOT)管理平台和便民服务平台可以通过社区管理平台(又可以称作智慧社区综合平台)进行综合管理,以提高社区管理性能。进一步,社区管理平台又可以通过城市管理平台(又可以称作城市大脑综合平台)进行联合管理,从而提高城市整体的管理性能。另外,在一些场景中,上述社区管理平台也可以包括上述N个配套单元平台中的部分或者全部平台。当然,本发 明实施例提供的社区管理方法也可以应用于社区管理系统,该社区管理系统可以对上述N配套单元平台进行统一管理。
本发明实施例中,获取N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,其中,每个配套单元信息包括多个单元信息,所述N为大于1的整数;对所述获取的配套单元信息进行整合处理,得到多个对象的关联信息,其中,每个对象的关联信息包括多个单元信息,同一关联信息包括的多个单元信息包括属于不同配套单元平台的单元信息;根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作。这样可以整合多个配套单元信息,进行统一管理,从而简化社区管路工作,提高社区管理的效率。
请参见图3,图3是本发明实施例提供的另一种社区管理方法的流程示意图,如图3所示,包括以下步骤:
301、获取N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,其中,每个配套单元信息包括多个单元信息,所述N为大于1的整数。
302、对所述获取的配套单元信息进行整合处理,得到多个对象的关联信息,其中,每个对象的关联信息包括多个单元信息,同一关联信息包括的多个单元信息包括属于不同配套单元平台的单元信息。
在一种可选的实施方式中,上述对所述获取的配套单元信息进行整合处理,得到多个对象的关联信息,包括:
在所述获取的配套单元信息识别关联同一对象的多个单元信息,并将关联同一对象的多个单元信息作为该对象的关联信息。
该实施方式可以是,在获取到上述N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息后,对获取的配套单元信息进行识别,以识别到各单元信息关联的对象。需要说明的是,一个单元信息可以关联一个或者多个对象,例如:某一辆车单元信息关联的对象可以包括人(例如:车主、车上乘客)、停车位置所在的小区和停车位置对应的传感器(例如:物联网平台中的温度传感器、烟感传感器、井盖传感器和环境传感器)。也就是说,本发明实施例中,同一单元信息有可能存于不同的对应的关联信息中,例如:多个人物的关联信息中可以存在相同的传感器信息,因为,这多个人物的位置或者房屋可能会与同一传感器的位置对应。
该实施方式中,由于根据单元信息关联的对象进行整合,从而可以准确地 得到各对象的在不同配套单元平台上的信息。
当然,本发明实施例中,并不限定通过上述方式对配套单元信息进行整合处理,例如:还可以是根据配套单元信息内各单元信息之间的关联关系进行整合,如将存在某一关联关系的单元信息作为一个集合,再为该集合配置一个对象,从而得到该对象的关联信息。
303、根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作。
在一种可选的实施方式中,上述根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作,包括:
确定目标对象,并获取所述目标对象的关联信息;
利用所述目标对象的关联信息,获取所述N个配套单元平台当前监控到与该关联信息相关的单元信息,使用该单元信息进行社区管理操作,和/或,利用所述目标对象的关联信息进行社区管理操作。
其中,上述目标对象可以是一个或者多个对象,这些对象可以是管理人员确定的,或者可以是满足某种预设条件的一个或者多个对象。
而上述利用所述目标对象的关联信息,获取所述N个配套单元平台当前监控到与该关联信息相关的单元信息可以是,在确定上述目标对象的关联信息后,可以在上述N个配套单元平台中监控到信息中查找相关的单元信息。例如:上述目标对象为某一人物,某关联信息包括车辆信息、人物亲属关系和轨迹记录信息,则通过这些关联信息可以在车辆管理平台中得到对应的车辆,以及在社区内监控设备中查找该车辆,以及人物亲属关系中的人员,以及还可以利用上述轨迹记录信息在对应的位置查找上述目标对象。当然,得到N个配套单元平台当前监控到与目标对象的关联信息相关的单元信息后,就可以使用这些单元信息进行社区管理操作,例如:对这些单元信息进行展示,以便于社区管理人员进行相应的管理,或者可以是针对这些单元信息进行消息的推送或者社区内的广播等。
该实施方式中,利用当前的单元信息进行社区管理操作,从而可以避免使用过时的单元信息进行社区管理操作,以提高社区管理性能。
另外,上述实施方式中,还可以实现直接利用所述目标对象的关联信息进行社区管理操作,例如:针对目标对象的关联信息进行消息的推送、信息的展 示、社区的监控、门禁的管理等等。
由于直接利用所述目标对象的关联信息进行社区管理操作,从而可以提高社区管理的效率。
在另一种可选的实施方式中,所述根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作,包括:
确定目标对象,并获取所述目标对象的关联信息,该关联信息包括M单元信息,其中,所述M大于1的整数;
识别所述M个单元信息所属的配套单元平台,并通过识别到的所述配套单元平台分别对所述M个单元信息进行社区管理操作。
其中,上述M个单元信息可以包括属于多个配套单元平台的单元信息,且可以包括某一配套单元平台中的多个单元信息,也就是说,在一些情况下,上述M可以大于N。例如:上述目标对象为某一小区的一房屋,该房屋的关联信息可以包括房屋管理平台中的多个单元信息(例如:房屋楼栋信息、房屋人员信息、水电煤资源监控信息和物业信息等),以及还可以包括人员管理平台中的人员信息,以及还可以包括车辆管理平台中的车辆信息,以及还可以包括物联网平台中一个或者多个传感器的检测信息等。
而上述通过识别到的所述配套单元平台分别对所述M个单元信息进行社区管理操作可以是,通过这些配套单元平台对各自的单元信息进行社区管理操作。例如:上述M个单元信息中包括车辆信息、人员信息、房屋信息、便民服务信息、房屋信息和物联网信息,而可以通过车辆管理平台、人员管理平台、房屋管理平台、便民服务平台和物联网平台分别对车辆信息、人员信息、房屋信息、便民服务信息、房屋信息和物联网信息进行管理。如车辆通行管理、人员监控管理、房屋管理、门禁管理、文化活动管理、娱乐活动管理、医疗设施管理、教育活动管理、传感器安全预警等等。
该实施方式中,由于通过对应的配套单元平台进行社区管理,从而可以提高社区管理效率,因为,多个配套单元平台可以互联统一进行社区管理。
可选的,在上述两种实施方式中,上述确定目标对象,包括:
若所述N配套单元平台监控的配套单元信息中存在满足预设条件的目标单元信息,则接收所述目标单元信息所属的配套单元平台发送的所述目标单元信息,并识别所述目标单元信息关联的所述目标对象。
该实施方式中,可以为不同的配套单元信息,或者不同的单元信息设置不同的条件,例如:可以为便民服务信息、人员信息、物联网信息、车辆信息和房屋信息分别预先设置对应的条件。如针对便民服务信息可以设置登记异常条件、门禁异常条件、公共设施异常条件或者公益活动宣传条件等等;针对人员信息可以设置人员密度条件、陌生人条件或者人员行为条件等等;而针对物联网信息可以设置传感器监控阈值异常条件或者快递柜管理条件等等;而针对车辆信息可以设置车辆出入条件、车辆停放异常条件或者车辆行为条件等等;而针对房屋信息可以设置房屋生活能源(水、电、煤气)异常条件、房屋内人员条件或者房屋物业费条件等等。需要说明的是,上述例举出的条件仅是进行举例说明,对此不作限定,具体可以根据社区管理需求灵活设置相应的条件。
该实施方式中,可以实现若配套单元平台中存在满足对应预设条件的单元信息时,可以确定该单元对应关联的目标对象,从而利用该目标对象的关联信息进行社区管理操作,进而实现社区管理操作智能化,以达到智慧管理社区的效果。
在另一种可选的实施方式中,所述根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作,包括:
通过社区管理平台的展示设备展示所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息。
其中,上述展示设备可以是社区内用于社区管理人员查看的展示设备,例如:社区管理中心中的展示设备,该展示设备可以展示社区内各配套单元平台的配套单元信息。该实施方式中,可以实现在展示设备展示上述至少一个对象的关联信息,这样可以达到社区管理人员及时了解一些对象的关联信息,从而提高社区管理智能化和效率。例如:当社区管理者想查到某人物的关联信息时,通过上述步骤可以及时展示该人物对象的人物关系图、轨迹热力图、业主轨迹记录表及基本信息等。
需要说明的是,在一些实施方式,上述至少一个对象也可以上述两种实施方式中的目标对象。
304、根据所述N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,生成社交消息。
305、在社区对应的社交平台上推送的社交消息。
其中,上述根据所述N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,生成社交消息 可以是生成包括上述配套单元信息某一些特定单元信息的社区消息,之后,在社交平台上推送的社交消息,这样可以达到在社区平台上推送配套单元平台中的单元信息,以实现社区宣传、新闻展示、通知和定点推送等,进而丰富社区管理功能。当然,上述根据所述N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,生成社交消息还可以是,生成与上述N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息中满足特定条件的单元信息对应的社交消息,例如:某传感器检测到异常的单元信息,则可以生成通知该异常的社交消息,并在上述社交平台上推送,从而可以实现异常及时通知,以提高社区的安全性能。
上述社交平台可以公众号、小程序或者微博等社交平台。
该实施方式中,由于可以在社交平台上推送的社交消息,从而可以丰富社区管理功能,以及还可以达到提高社区管理效率、提高社区安全性等效果。
需要说明的是,步骤304和步骤305在本实施例中为可选的,且步骤304和步骤305的执行顺序不作限定,例如:如图3所示,可以是在步骤303之后执行,当然,步骤304和步骤305也可以是在步骤301之前执行,或者同步骤301至303中某一些步骤同时执行也是可以的。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述方法还包括:
在社区管理平台的展示设备展示社区管理界面,其中,所述社区管理界面包括多个管理目录的标志,以及至少一个管理目录的信息内容,每个管理目录的信息内容包括对所述N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息进行整合处理得到至少一个对象的关联信息。
上述展示设备可以上述描述,此处不作赘述。
例如:如图4所示的社区管理界面,管理目录包括:社区概览、住房登记、老弱看护、紧急寻人、陌生住房、长期未归住房、人员防范(如盗抢预警、异常徘徊、缓刑人员监督、前科有员监督和吸毒人员监督)、车辆识别、门禁应用和物联网(IOT)应用。如图4所示,在社区概览目录中可以包括:实有登记人数、实有常住人口、实有流动人员、重点监管人数、老弱看护情况和社区人员结构等对象的关联信息。需要说明的是,这里的对象并不限定是实际人、物,而可以是某一集合或者某一管理状况等等。另外,上述整合可以是对配套单元信息的归类、统计、合并等信息处理操作。进一步,管理人员可以通过管理目录的标志进行管理目录的信息内容的切换。
需要说明的是,图4仅是对上述社区管理界面进行举例说明,并不限定社区管理界面的内容和布局方式等。
该实施方式中,通过上述社区管理界面使得社区管理人员清楚、快捷地掌握整个社区的情况,以提高社区管理的智能化和效率。当然,在一些实施方式中,上述社区管理界面还可以包括接入各配套单元平台的接口,从而可以通过该社区管理界面快速对各配套单元平台进行管理。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述N个配套单元平台包括社区图像监控平台,所述社区图像监控平台包括高空立体防护系统,所述高空立体防护系统包括多级监控设备,所述方法还包括:
获取所述高空立体防护系统的第一级监控设备监控的第一图像信息;
若所述第一图像信息满足预设图像条件,则由所述第一级监控设备切换至所述高空立体防护系统的第二级监控设备,并获取所述第二级监控设备监控到的第二图像信息,其中,所述第一级监控设备部署的位置高于所述第二级监控设备,且所述第一级监控设备的监控范围包括所述第二级监控设备的监控范围;
根据所述第二图像信息进行社区管理操作。
其中,上述高空立体防护系统可以如图5所示,包括多级监控设备,图5以三级进行举例,通过图5可知,位置高的监控设备的监控范围包括位置低的监控设备的监控范围,需要说明的是,这里的包括并不限定包括全部,也可以是包括部分或者全部。
另外,上述实施方式中,第一级监控设备和第二级监控设备并不限定是两个等级连续的监控设备级,而是表示为两个不同的监控级别。例如:上述第一级监控设备可以是图5所示的小区高点监控设备,而第二监控设备可以是小区次高点监控设备或者小区低点监控设备。
而上述预设图像条件可以是第一图像信息中存在未知物体、存在特殊物体或者图像模糊不清楚等预先设置的条件。这样通过切换至第二级监控设备,从而可以获取到更加清楚、更加准确图像,从而基于更加清楚、更加准确图像进行社区管理操作。
上述根据所述第二图像信息进行社区管理操作可以是针对上述第二图像信息进行社区管理操作,例如:在展示设备展示第二图像信息,或者针对第二图像信息中的人物进行人员监督,或者根据第二图像信息,由第二级监控设备 切换至高空立体防护系统的第三级监控设备,并获取第三级监控设备监控到的第三图像信息,其中,所述第二级监控设备部署的位置高于所述第三级监控设备,且所述第二级监控设备的监控范围包括所述第三级监控设备的监控范围;之后,再使用第三图像信息进行社区管理操作。
该实施方式中,通过上述高空立体防护系统可以对社区进行高空全局掌控,从而可以提高社区的安全性能。
本实施例中,在图1所示的实施例中增加了多种可选的实施方式,且可以进一步提高社区管理效率,以及还可以达到提高社区管理性能,以及提高社区安全性能等效果。
请参见图6,图6是本发明实施例提供的一种社区管理装置的结构示意图,如图6所示,包括:
第一获取模块601,用于获取N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,其中,每个配套单元信息包括多个单元信息,所述N为大于1的整数;
整合模块602,用于对所述获取的配套单元信息进行整合处理,得到多个对象的关联信息,其中,每个对象的关联信息包括多个单元信息,同一关联信息包括的多个单元信息包括属于不同配套单元平台的单元信息;
第一管理模块603,用于根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作。
可选的,如图7所示,第一管理模块603包括:
第一确定单元6031,用于确定目标对象,并获取所述目标对象的关联信息;
第一管理单元6032,用于利用所述目标对象的关联信息,获取所述N个配套单元平台当前监控到与该关联信息相关的单元信息,使用该单元信息进行社区管理操作,和/或,利用所述目标对象的关联信息进行社区管理操作。
可选的,如图8所示,第一管理模块603包括:
第二确定单元6033,用于确定目标对象,并获取所述目标对象的关联信息,该关联信息包括M单元信息,其中,所述M大于1的整数;
第二管理单元6034,用于识别所述M个单元信息所属的配套单元平台,并通过识别到的所述配套单元平台分别对所述M个单元信息进行社区管理操 作。
可选的,第一确定单元6031通过如下方式确定目标对象:
若所述N配套单元平台监控的配套单元信息中存在满足预设条件的目标单元信息,则接收所述目标单元信息所属的配套单元平台发送的所述目标单元信息,并识别所述目标单元信息关联的所述目标对象。
可选的,第二确定单元6033通过如下方式确定目标对象:
若所述N配套单元平台监控的配套单元信息中存在满足预设条件的目标单元信息,则接收所述目标单元信息所属的配套单元平台发送的所述目标单元信息,并识别所述目标单元信息关联的所述目标对象。
可选的,第一管理模块603用于通过社区管理平台的展示设备展示所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息。
可选的,整合模块602用于在所述获取的配套单元信息识别关联同一对象的多个单元信息,并将关联同一对象的多个单元信息作为该对象的关联信息。
可选的,如图9所示,所述装置还包括:
生成模块604,用于根据所述N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,生成社交消息;
推送模块605,用于在社区对应的社交平台上推送的社交消息。
可选的,如图10所示,所述装置还包括:
第一展示模块606,用于在社区管理平台的展示设备展示社区管理界面,其中,所述社区管理界面包括多个管理目录的标志,以及至少一个管理目录的信息内容,每个管理目录的信息内容包括对所述N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息进行整合处理得到至少一个对象的关联信息。
可选的,所述N个配套单元平台包括社区图像监控平台,所述社区图像监控平台包括高空立体防护系统,所述高空立体防护系统包括多级监控设备如图11所示,所述装置还包括:
第二获取模块607,用于获取所述高空立体防护系统的第一级监控设备监控的第一图像信息;
第三获取模块608,用于若所述第一图像信息满足预设图像条件,则由所述第一级监控设备切换至所述高空立体防护系统的第二级监控设备,并获取所述第二级监控设备监控到的第二图像信息,其中,所述第一级监控设备部署的 位置高于所述第二级监控设备,且所述第一级监控设备的监控范围包括所述第二级监控设备的监控范围;
第二管理模块609,用于根据所述第二图像信息进行社区管理操作。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的社区管理装置应用于社区管理平台,当然,还可以应用于包括多个设备的社区管理系统等,对此不作限定。
本发明实施例提供的社区管理装置能够实现图1和图3的方法实施例中的各个实施方式,以及相应有益效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
参见图12,图12是本发明实施例提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图,如图12所示,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,其中:
处理器1201用于调用存储器1202存储的计算机程序,执行如下步骤:
获取N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,其中,每个配套单元信息包括多个单元信息,所述N为大于1的整数;
对所述获取的配套单元信息进行整合处理,得到多个对象的关联信息,其中,每个对象的关联信息包括多个单元信息,同一关联信息包括的多个单元信息包括属于不同配套单元平台的单元信息;
根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作。
可选的,处理器1201执行的所述根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作,包括:
确定目标对象,并获取所述目标对象的关联信息;
利用所述目标对象的关联信息,获取所述N个配套单元平台当前监控到与该关联信息相关的单元信息,使用该单元信息进行社区管理操作,和/或,利用所述目标对象的关联信息进行社区管理操作。
可选的,处理器1201执行的所述根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作,包括:
确定目标对象,并获取所述目标对象的关联信息,该关联信息包括M单元信息,其中,所述M大于1的整数;
识别所述M个单元信息所属的配套单元平台,并通过识别到的所述配套单元平台分别对所述M个单元信息进行社区管理操作。
可选的,处理器1201执行的所述确定目标对象,包括:
若所述N配套单元平台监控的配套单元信息中存在满足预设条件的目标单元信息,则接收所述目标单元信息所属的配套单元平台发送的所述目标单元信息,并识别所述目标单元信息关联的所述目标对象。
可选的,处理器1201执行的所述根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作,包括:
通过社区管理平台的展示设备展示所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息。
可选的,处理器1201执行的所述对所述获取的配套单元信息进行整合处理,得到多个对象的关联信息,包括:
在所述获取的配套单元信息识别关联同一对象的多个单元信息,并将关联同一对象的多个单元信息作为该对象的关联信息。
可选的,处理器1201还用于:
根据所述N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,生成社交消息;
在社区对应的社交平台上推送的社交消息。
可选的,处理器1201还用于:
在社区管理平台的展示设备展示社区管理界面,其中,所述社区管理界面包括所述N个配套单元平台的标识信息;
在所述N个配套单元平台中确定目标配套单元平台,并展示所述目标配套单元平台的配套单元信息。
可选的,
所述N个配套单元平台包括社区图像监控平台,所述社区图像监控平台包括高空立体防护系统,所述高空立体防护系统包括多级监控设备,处理器1201还用于:
获取所述高空立体防护系统的第一级监控设备监控的第一图像信息;
若所述第一图像信息满足预设图像条件,则由所述第一级监控设备切换至所述高空立体防护系统的第二级监控设备,并获取所述第二级监控设备监控到的第二图像信息,其中,所述第一级监控设备部署的位置高于所述第二级监控设备,且所述第一级监控设备的监控范围包括所述第二级监控设备的监控范围;
根据所述第二图像信息进行社区管理操作。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的电子设备可以社区管理设备,例如: 服务器、计算机或者移动终端。
本发明实施例提供的社区管理装置能够实现图1和图3的方法实施例中的各个实施方式,以及相应有益效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现本发明实施例提供的社区管理方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种社区管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,其中,每个配套单元信息包括多个单元信息,所述N为大于1的整数;
    对所述获取的配套单元信息进行整合处理,得到多个对象的关联信息,其中,每个对象的关联信息包括多个单元信息,同一关联信息包括的多个单元信息包括属于不同配套单元平台的单元信息;
    根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作,包括:
    确定目标对象,并获取所述目标对象的关联信息;
    利用所述目标对象的关联信息,获取所述N个配套单元平台当前监控到与该关联信息相关的单元信息,使用该单元信息进行社区管理操作,和/或,利用所述目标对象的关联信息进行社区管理操作。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作,包括:
    确定目标对象,并获取所述目标对象的关联信息,该关联信息包括M单元信息,其中,所述M大于1的整数;
    识别所述M个单元信息所属的配套单元平台,并通过识别到的所述配套单元平台分别对所述M个单元信息进行社区管理操作。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定目标对象,包括:
    若所述N配套单元平台监控的配套单元信息中存在满足预设条件的目标单元信息,则接收所述目标单元信息所属的配套单元平台发送的所述目标单元信息,并识别所述目标单元信息关联的所述目标对象。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作,包括:
    通过社区管理平台的展示设备展示所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息。
  6. 如权利要求1、2、3或5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述获取的配套单元信息进行整合处理,得到多个对象的关联信息,包括:
    在所述获取的配套单元信息识别关联同一对象的多个单元信息,并将关联同一对象的多个单元信息作为该对象的关联信息。
  7. 如权利要求1、2、3或5所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述方法还包括:
    根据所述N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,生成社交消息;
    在社区对应的社交平台上推送的社交消息;
    或者,
    所述方法还包括:
    在社区管理平台的展示设备展示社区管理界面,其中,所述社区管理界面包括多个管理目录的标志,以及至少一个管理目录的信息内容,每个管理目录的信息内容包括对所述N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息进行整合处理得到至少一个对象的关联信息;
    或者,
    所述N个配套单元平台包括社区图像监控平台,所述社区图像监控平台包括高空立体防护系统,所述高空立体防护系统包括多级监控设备,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述高空立体防护系统的第一级监控设备监控的第一图像信息;
    若所述第一图像信息满足预设图像条件,则由所述第一级监控设备切换至所述高空立体防护系统的第二级监控设备,并获取所述第二级监控设备监控到的第二图像信息,其中,所述第一级监控设备部署的位置高于所述第二级监控设备,且所述第一级监控设备的监控范围包括所述第二级监控设备的监控范围;
    根据所述第二图像信息进行社区管理操作。
  8. 一种社区管理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取N个配套单元平台的配套单元信息,其中,每个配套单元信息包括多个单元信息,所述N为大于1的整数;
    整合模块,用于对所述获取的配套单元信息进行整合处理,得到多个对象的关联信息,其中,每个对象的关联信息包括多个单元信息,同一关联信息包括的多个单元信息包括属于不同配套单元平台的单元信息;
    第一管理模块,用于根据所述多个对象中的至少一个对象的关联信息,进行社区管理操作。
  9. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的社区管理方法中的步骤。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的社区管理方法中的步骤。
