一种容器盖 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于密封通气的灌装管的盖子，特别涉及一种容器盖。
 背景技术
目前，储存物料的密封容器，为了便于灌装和倾倒物料，通常设有灌装管。若密封容器是包装果汁、牛奶、可吸果冻等流质食品的软包装袋，其灌装管还能作为吸管使用。而为了便于保存物料，一般在灌装管的管口处设置密封盖，灌装管的外壁设有螺纹，密封盖的内壁也设有螺纹，通过密封盖与灌装管之间的螺纹连接，使密封盖安装在灌装管的管口上，从而有效地保护容器内的物料。
 技术问题
现有的盖子，通常只具备密封瓶子或包装袋等容器开口的功能。一旦容器内盛放的物料使用完毕，瓶子、包装袋等容器由于体积较大、价值较高，可能被回收再次利用。但是盖子的价值很小，因此很多时候盖子都会被随意丢弃，基本上没有二次利用价值，造成了大量浪费，且盖子被随意丢弃、造成浪费和对环境的破坏。
 技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种容器盖，根据设计容器盖结构，容器盖不仅可以用于密封容器灌装管，盖子之间还可以相互拼接组成各种造型，提高盖子的使用价值 和趣味性，并方便对盖子的收集。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：一种容器盖，包括用于密封通气的灌装管的盖子，所述的盖子底端设有中空的内腔，并且在内腔的内侧壁上设有螺纹，所述的盖子上端设有至少两个滑动槽。
进一步的，所述的盖子外侧壁设有至少一个第一插合单元和至少一个第二插合单元。
进一步的，所述的第一插合单元包括一插合凸块，所述的第二插合单元包括一插合槽。
进一步的，所述的插合凸块与盖子外侧壁连接的两侧均设有倒圆角，所述的插合槽与盖子外侧壁连接的两侧设有倒圆角, 所述的插合凸块的倒圆角为外侧壁内凹的倒圆角,所述的插合槽的倒圆角为外侧壁突出的倒圆角。
进一步的，所述的插合凸块上端侧设有一突出部。
进一步的，所述的盖子的底端设有至少一插杆和至少一插孔。
进一步的，所述的滑动槽为圆弧形，所述的滑动槽均匀设置在盖子上端上，相邻的滑动槽间设有固定卡槽。
进一步的，所述的固定卡槽相互对称, 所述的插合凸块的长度是对称固定卡槽长度的1/2。
进一步的，所述的内腔外侧壁与盖子的内侧壁之间设有至少两个加强筋, 所述的插杆和插孔错开设置在加强筋上。
进一步的，所述的滑动槽的幅度为20°～25°
 有益效果
 采用上述技术方案后，本发明不仅可以用于密封容器灌装管，还可以相互拼接，可以任意组合各种形状，增加趣味性、减少垃圾污染促进环保。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
实施例一：
如图1～图2所示，本实施例公开了一种容器盖，包括用于密封通气的灌装管的盖子1， 盖子1底端设有中空的内腔2，并且在内腔2的内侧壁上设有螺纹21。盖子1的上端均匀设有6个滑动槽13，滑动槽13呈圆弧形，滑动槽13所能旋转的幅度为α，α为20°～25°。相邻的两个滑动槽13之间设有一用于固定的固定卡槽14，固定卡槽14相互对称。
盖子1的外侧壁上设有3个第一插合单元和3个第二插合单元。第一插合单元包括一插合凸块11，第二插合单元包括一插合槽12，插合凸块11与插合槽12均匀且错开设置在盖子1的外侧壁上，插头凸块11的上端设有一突出部，插合凸块11的长度是对称固定卡槽14长度的1/2。插合凸块11与盖子1外侧壁连接的两侧均设有倒圆角，插合槽12与盖子1外侧壁连接的两侧也均设有倒圆角，插合凸块11的倒圆角为外侧壁内凹的倒圆角,所述的插合槽12的倒圆角为外侧壁突出的倒圆角。
内腔2的外侧壁与盖子1的内侧壁之间均匀设有6个加强筋22，加强筋22上分别设有6个插杆23和6个插孔24，插杆23与插孔24错开的设置在加强筋22上。
 本发明的实施方式
本发明还包括以下实施方式。
实施例二：
如图3～图9所示，在实施例一的基础上，第一个盖子1的插合凸块11与第二盖子1的插合槽12相互插合，使两个盖子1搭接在一起，插合凸块11和插合槽12与盖子1外侧壁连接的两侧设有倒圆角，使两个盖子1可延倒圆角旋转一定角度。两个盖子1可根据需求进行同向搭接，也可以反向搭接。可根据实际需求无线延长搭接盖子1。
实施例三：
如图10～图11所示，在实施例一的基础上，第一个盖子1的插杆23搭接到第二盖子1的滑动槽13内，第一盖子1的插杆23可沿滑动槽13内的圆弧进行旋转滑动。
实施例四：
如图12所示，在实施例一的基础上，第一个盖子1的插杆23插入第二盖子1的插孔24，使第一个盖子1与第二盖子2完成搭接。
实施例五：
如图13所示，在实施例四的基础上，第一个盖子1与第二个盖子1搭接完后，两个盖子1连接后，两个盖子的插头凸块11两端的突出部用于固定在第三个盖子1上端的固定卡槽14内。
 工业实用性
综上所述，本发明不仅可以用于密封容器灌装管，还可以相互拼接，可以任意组合各种形状，减少垃圾污染促进环保。

  1. 一种容器盖，包括用于密封通气的灌装管的盖子，所述的盖子底端设有中空的内腔，并且在内腔的内侧壁上设有螺纹，其特征在于：所述的盖子上端设有至少两个滑动槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的容器盖，其特征在于：所述的盖子外侧壁设有至少一个第一插合单元和至少一个第二插合单元。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的容器盖，其特征在于：所述的第一插合单元包括一插合凸块，所述的第二插合单元包括一插合槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的容器盖，其特征在于：所述的插合凸块与盖子外侧壁连接的两侧均设有倒圆角，所述的插合槽与盖子外侧壁连接的两侧设有倒圆角。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的容器盖，其特征在于：所述的插合凸块上端侧设有一突出部。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的容器盖，其特征在于：所述的盖子的底端设有至少一插杆和至少一插孔。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的容器盖，其特征在于：所述的滑动槽为圆弧形，所述的滑动槽均匀设置在盖子上端上，相邻的滑动槽间设有固定卡槽。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的容器盖，其特征在于：所述的固定卡槽相互对称。
  9. 如权利要求1～8任意一项所述的容器盖，其特征在于：所述的内腔外侧壁与盖子的内侧壁之间设有至少两个加强筋。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的容器盖，其特征在于：所述的插杆和插孔错开设置在加强筋上。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的容器盖，其特征在于：所述的插合凸块的长度是对称固定卡槽长度的1/2。
  12. 如权利要求6所述的容器盖，其特征在于：所述的滑动槽的幅度为20°～25°。
  13. 如权利要求4所述的容器盖，其特征在于：所述的插合凸块的倒圆角为外侧壁内凹的倒圆角,所述的插合槽的倒圆角为外侧壁突出的倒圆角。
