Abstract

一种信息录入指引方法,包括:当监测到信息录入指令时,依据所述信息录入指令显示信息录入界面,并获取设备屏幕尺寸,且依据所述设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式(S101);当监测到所述信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,并按照所述展示模式,展示所述字段格式范例(S102)。还提供一种信息录入指引装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质。该方法能够有效的提高贷款件或投保件的录入效率,以及减少贷款件或投保件的退件率。

信息录入指引方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质
本申请要求于2018年8月17日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810942262.8、发明名称为“信息录入指引方法、装置、设备及可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及信息录入的技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息录入指引方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
在金融贷款领域,客户申请贷款或购买保险时,客户经理根据客户的贷款意向或保险购买意向,预录入客户信息,并在客户信息预录入完成之后,提醒客户进行贷款确认或投保确认,然后在确认贷款或投保之后,生成贷款件或投保件,此时需要客户经理按照固定的字段格式补录信息,如保单信息、单位信息、居住信息和身份证信息等,进行贷款件或投保件的录入工作,然后由审核人员对贷款件或投保件进行审核。
由于需要录入的信息较多,且每个类型信息的字段格式不相同,容易出现录入的信息不符合对应的字段格式,导致审核的贷款件或投保件被退回,甚至被拒,贷款件或投保件的录入效率较低,贷款件或投保件的退件概率较高。
因此如何提高贷款件或投保件的录入效率,以及减少贷款件或投保件的退件率是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种信息录入指引方法、装置、设备及计算机可读存储介质,旨在提高贷款件或投保件的录入效率,以及减少贷款件或投保件的退件率。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种信息录入指引方法,所述信息录入指引方法包括以下步骤:
当监测到信息录入指令时,依据所述信息录入指令显示信息录入界面,并获取设备屏幕尺寸,且依据所述设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式;
当监测到所述信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,并按照所述展示模式,展示所述字段格式范例。
可选地,依据所述设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式的步骤包括:
确定所述设备屏幕尺寸是否超过预设屏幕尺寸;
若所述设备屏幕尺寸超过预设屏幕尺寸,则确定字段格式范例的展示模式为双屏展示模式;
若所述设备屏幕尺寸未超过预设屏幕尺寸,则确定字段格式范例的展示模式为弹幕框展示模式。
可选地,所述依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例的步骤包括:
获取被触控的信息录入框的识别标签,并获取与所述识别标签对应的提醒字段;
查询预设的字段格式范例库,获取包含有所述提醒字段的字段格式范例。
可选地,按照所述展示模式,展示所述字段格式范例的步骤之后,还包括:
当接收到基于所述信息录入框录入的字段信息时,依据展示的字段格式范例,对所述字段信息进行校验,以获取校验结果;
按照所述展示模式,展示所述校验结果,并当所述校验结果为校验未通过时,以预设颜色展示所述字段格式范例。
可选地,所述依据展示的字段格式范例,对所述字段信息进行校验的步骤包括:
当接收到基于所述信息录入框录入的字段信息时,确定展示的字段格式范例的结构是否与所述字段信息的结构相同;
若展示的字段格式范例的结构与所述字段信息的结构相同,则确定所述字段信息通过校验,否则确定所述字段信息未通过校验。
可选地,所述信息录入指引方法还包括:
当所述展示模式为弹幕框展示模式时,形成一预设大小的弹幕框;
当监测到所述弹幕框中存在触控操作时,依据所述触控操作对应的操作指令,对所述弹幕框进行操作。
可选地,依据所述触控操作对应的操作指令,对所述弹幕框进行操作的步骤之前,还包括:
当监测到所述弹幕框中存在触控操作时,读取所述触控操作的触控压力值,并确定所述触控压力值是否超过预设压力值;
若所述触控压力值超过预设压力值,则执行步骤:依据所述触控操作对应的操作指令,对所述弹幕框进行操作。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种信息录入指引装置,所述信息录入指引装置包括:
模式确定模块,用于当监测到信息录入指令时,依据所述信息录入指令显示信息录入界面,并获取设备屏幕尺寸,且依据所述设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式;
范例展示模块,用于当监测到所述信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,并按照所述展示模式,展示所述字段格式范例。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种信息录入指引设备,所述信息录入指引设备包括处理器、存储器、以及存储在所述存储器上并可被所述处理器执行的信息录入指引可读指令,其中所述信息录入指引可读指令被所述处理器执行时,实现如上述的信息录入指引方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有信息录入指引可读指令,其中所述信息录入指引可读指令被处理器执行时,实现如上述的信息录入指引方法的步骤。
本申请提供一种信息录入指引方法、装置、设备及可读存储介质,本申请当监测到信息录入指令时,显示对应的信息录入界面,并依据设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式,然后监测到该信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,并按照该展示模式,展示字段格式范例,由于在信息录入的过程中,在输入对应的字段时,展示对应的字段格式范例,便于用户按照展示的字段格式范例,减少用户录入的信息不符合对应字段格式的情况发生,有效的提高贷款件或投保件的录入效率,减少贷款件或投保件的退件率。

本申请实施例涉及的信息录入指引方法主要应用于信息录入指引设备,该信息录入指引设备可以是PC(个人计算机personal computer)、便携计算机、移动终端等具有显示和处理功能的设备。
参照图1,图1为本申请实施例方案中涉及的信息录入指引设备的硬件结构示意图。本申请实施例中,信息录入指引设备可以包括处理器1001(例如中央处理器Central Processing Unit、CPU),通信总线1002,用户接口1003,网络接口1004,存储器1005。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信;用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard);网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口);存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器,存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的硬件结构并不构成对本申请的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
继续参照图1,图1中作为一种可读存储介质的存储器1005可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块以及信息录入指引可读指令。在图1中,网络通信模块主要用于连接服务器,与服务器进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以调用存储器1005中存储的信息录入指引可读指令,并执行本申请实施例提供的信息录入指引方法。
本申请实施例提供了一种信息录入指引方法。
参照图2,图2为本申请信息录入指引方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
本实施例中,该信息录入指引方法由信息录入指引设备实现,该信息录入指引设备可以是PC、掌上电脑和平板电脑等终端设备,可选为图1所示的设备,所述信息录入指引方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,当监测到信息录入指令时,依据信息录入指令显示信息录入界面,并获取设备屏幕尺寸,且依据设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式;
步骤S102,当监测到信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,并按照展示模式,展示字段格式范例。
需要客户经理按照固定的字段格式补录信息,如保单信息、单位信息、居住信息和身份证信息等,进行贷款件或投保件的录入工作,然后由审核人员对贷款件或投保件进行审核。由于需要录入的信息较多,且每个类型信息的字段格式不相同,容易出现录入的信息不符合对应的字段格式,导致审核的贷款件或投保件被退回,甚至被拒,贷款件或投保件的录入效率较低,贷款件或投保件的退件概率较高。考虑到上述问题,本实施例中提出一种信息录入指引方法,以下详细介绍信息录入指引方法的具体步骤:
步骤S101,当监测到信息录入指令时,依据信息录入指令显示信息录入界面,并获取设备屏幕尺寸,且依据设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式;
本实施例中,信息录入界面包括但不限于保险信息录入界面、单位信息录入界面、居住信息录入界面和身份证信息录入界面,信息录入界面包含提醒字段和对应的信息录入框。保险信息录入界面的提醒字段包括但不限于保险公司、保单号、保单险种、缴费周期、期缴保费、保单生效日、已缴年费数、保单总额、投保人是否本人、下次缴费日期、用户名和密码等;单位信息录入界面的提醒字段包括但不限于单位名称、单位性质、行业、部门、岗位名称、职位类型、月收入、单位详细地址、单位电话、人事部联系人、人事部联系电话和工作证明等;居住信息录入界面的提醒字段包括但不限于居住地省市区、居住详细地址、最高学历、婚姻状况、子女状况、居住状况、户籍省市区、户籍地址、是否本地房产、邮箱、家庭固定电话和居住证明等;身份证信息录入界面的提醒字段包括但不限于姓名、身份证号码、省市区、签发机关、是否长期有效、开始日期和结束日期等。
本实施例中,当监测到信息录入指令时,设备依据该信息录入指令显示信息录入界面,即依据不同的信息录入指令,显示不同的信息录入界面,包括保险信息录入界面、单位信息录入界面、居住信息录入界面和身份证信息录入界面的显示与切换;然后获取设备屏幕尺寸,并依据设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式,即查询预存的设备屏幕尺寸所属区间与展示模式标签的映射关系表,获取设备屏幕尺寸所属区间对应的展示模式标签,将该展示模式标签对应的展示模式确定为字段格式范例的展示模式,其中,展示模式包括但不限于双屏展示模式和弹幕框展示模式。
具体地,确定该设备屏幕尺寸是否超过预设屏幕尺寸,如果设备屏幕尺寸超过预设屏幕尺寸,则确定字段格式范例的展示模式为双屏展示模式,如果设备屏幕尺寸未超过预设屏幕尺寸,则确定字段格式范例的展示模式为弹幕框展示模式。其中,双屏展示模式为设备按照设定的分屏比例,将设备的显示屏划分为两个分屏,一个分屏显示信息录入界面,另一个分屏用于在信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,展示被触控的信息录入框的字段对应的字段格式范例;弹幕框展示模式为在信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,生成一预设尺寸的弹幕框并在该弹幕框中显示被触控信息录入框的字段对应的字段格式范例。需要说明的是,上述分屏比例和预设尺寸可由本领域技术人员基于实际情况进行设置,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
具体实施中,该弹幕框可移动,移动方式包括自动移动和手动移动,自动移动为监测信息录入框的信息录入操作的操作区域,并将该弹幕框移动至显示屏中除该操作区域之外的区域中,防止弹幕框影响用户的信息录入操作,手动移动为用户长按弹幕框,并拖拽该弹幕框,然后在拖拽结束后,弹幕框显示在拖拽后的位置。
步骤S102,当监测到信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,并按照展示模式,展示字段格式范例。
本实施例中,在显示信息录入界面和确定展示模式之后,监测该信息录入界面中的信息录入框是否被用户触控,若监测到信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控,则依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,即确定被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,并查询预存的提醒字段与字段格式范例的映射关系表,获取该提醒字段对应的字段格式范例;然后按照该展示模式,展示该字段格式范例,即展示模式为双屏展示模式时,将显示屏划分为两个分屏,一个分屏显示信息录入界面,另一个分屏显示该字段格式范例,且一直保持双屏模式,而展示模式为弹幕框展示模式时,生成一弹幕框,并在弹幕框中显示该字段格式范例。其中,上述字段格式范例可由本领域技术人员基于实际情况进行设置,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
具体地,设备获取被触控的信息录入框的识别标签,并获取与该识别标签对应的提醒字段,然后查询预设的字段格式范例库,获取包含有该提醒字段的字段格式范例,或者查询预存的识别标签与字段格式范例的映射关系表,获取该识别标签对应的字段格式范例。需要说明的是,上述识别标签与字段格式范例的映射关系表可由本领域技术人员基于实际情况进行设置,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
具体实施中,如果展示模式为双屏展示模式,则获取信息录入界面中各信息录入框的信息录入顺序,并在监测到信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,获取被触控信息录入框的第一提示字段,以及获取信息录入顺序在被触控的信息录入框之后的下一信息录入框的第二提示字段,然后一个分屏显示信息录入界面,另一个分屏展示第一提示字段对应的字段格式范例,以及展示第二提示字段对应的字段格式范例。
本实施例中,本申请当监测到信息录入指令时,显示对应的信息录入界面,并依据设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式,然后监测到该信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,并按照该展示模式,展示字段格式范例,由于在信息录入的过程中,在输入对应的字段时,展示对应的字段格式范例,便于用户按照展示的字段格式范例,减少用户录入的信息不符合对应字段格式的情况发生,有效的提高贷款件或投保件的录入效率,减少贷款件或投保件的退件率。
进一步地,参照图3,基于上述第一实施例,提出了本申请信息录入指引方法的第二实施例,与前述实施例的区别在于,步骤S102之后,该信息录入指引方法还包括:
步骤S103,当接收到基于信息录入框录入的字段信息时,依据展示的字段格式范例,对字段信息进行校验,以获取校验结果;
本实施例中,当接收到用户基于该信息录入框录入的字段信息时,设备依据展示的字段格式范例,对字段信息进行校验,以获取校验结果,即将展示的字段格式范例与该字段信息进行比较。具体地,确定展示的字段格式范例的结构是否与该字段信息的结构相同,即依次将该字段格式范例中的各字段与该字段信息中的对应位置的字段进行比较,确定该字段格式范例中各字段的数据类型,与该字段信息中的对应位置字段的数据类型是否相同,如果该字段格式范例中各字段的数据类型,与该字段信息中的对应位置字段的数据类型均相同,则确定展示的字段格式范例的结构与该字段信息的结构相同,此时,校验结果为校验通过,反之,如果该字段格式范例中的各字段内存在至少一字段,与该字段信息中的对应位置字段的数据类型不同,则确定展示的字段格式范例的结构与该字段信息的结构不同,此时,校验结果为校验未通过。其中,数据类型包括但不限于汉字、数字、英文小写字母、英文大写字母和标点符号。
例如,身份证字段的字段格式范例为“111 111 1111 1111 1111或x”,且除最后一个字段的数据类型为数字或英文小写字母,且为x,其余字段的数据类型均为数字,设输入的身份证号码为123456789987654321,则校验之后,身份证字段的字段格式范例的各字段与输入的身份证号码的各字段的数据类型均相同,因此校验通过,设输入的身份证号码为12345678998765432X,校验发现输入的身份证号码中存在最后一位的字段X的数据类型与字段格式范例中的对应字段的数据类型不同,因此校验未通过。
步骤S104,按照展示模式,展示校验结果,并当校验结果为校验未通过时,以预设颜色展示字段格式范例。
本实施例中,设备按照该展示模式,展示该校验结果,即展示校验通过或校验未通过,并当校验结果为校验未通过时,以预设颜色展示该字段格式范例。需要说明的是,上述预设颜色可由本领域技术人员基于实际情况进行设置,本实施例对此不作具体限定,优选为红色。可选地,还可以依据设定的字体展示该字段格式范例。具体实施中,当校验结果为校验未通过时,可在对应的信息录入框的尾部位置显示校验未通过标记,并以设定的颜色标记该信息录入框,便于用户知晓输入的字段信息不符合要求,需要重新输入。
本实施例中,本申请在接收到录入的字段信息时,对字段信息进行校验,且在校验未通过时,以设定的提醒方式提醒用户,便于用户用户知晓输入的字段信息不符合要求,减少录入的信息不符合对应的字段格式情况,进一步的提高贷款件或投保件的录入效率,以及减少贷款件或投保件的退件率。
进一步地,基于上述第一或第二实施例,提出了本申请信息录入指引方法的第三实施例,与前述实施例的区别在于,该信息录入指引方法还包括:
步骤a,当展示模式为弹幕框展示模式时,形成一预设大小的弹幕框;
本实施例中,当展示模式为弹幕框展示模式时,形成一预设大小的弹幕框,并当监测到信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,在形成的弹幕框中展示被触控的信息录入框的字段对应的字段格式范例。具体实施中,该弹幕框的可依据待展示的字段格式范例的大小进行调整,即当监测到信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,并计算该字段格式范例的字段数,然后查询预存的字段数与弹幕框尺寸的映射关系表,获取与该字段格式范例的字段数对应的弹幕框尺寸,并依据该弹幕框尺寸调整该弹幕框,且在调整后的弹幕框中展示该字段格式范例。需要说明的是,上述字段数与弹幕框尺寸的映射关系表可由本领域技术人员基于实际情况进行设置,本实施例对此不作具体限定。
步骤b,当监测到弹幕框中存在触控操作时,依据触控操作对应的操作指令,对弹幕框进行操作。
本实施例中,当监测到弹幕框中存在触控操作时,设备依据触控操作对应的操作指令,对弹幕框进行操作,即可通过不同的触控操作控制弹幕框隐藏、移动和缩放等,其中,触控操作包括但不限于长按操作、滑动操作、点击操作和缩放操作。具体实施中,当触控操作为长按操作时,用户可移动弹幕框,当触控操作为缩放操作时,用户可缩放弹幕框,具体为监测弹幕框中是否存在两个手指触控点,且两个手指触控点之间的距离在预设时间内发生变化,则按照两个手指触控点之间的距离变化,对弹幕框进行缩放操作,即如果两个手指触控点之间的距离,由近距离变化为远距离,则扩大弹幕框,而如果两个手指触控点之间的距离,由远距离变化为近距离,则缩小弹幕框。需要说明的是,弹幕框的尺寸位于第一预设尺寸和第二预设尺寸之间,即设置有最大弹幕框和最小弹幕框。
进一步地,当监测到弹幕框中存在触控操作时,读取触控操作的触控压力值,并确定触控压力值是否超过预设压力值,如果触控压力值超过预设压力值,即用户对弹幕框的触控操作有效,则依据触控操作对应的操作指令,对弹幕框进行操作,如果触控压力值未超过预设压力值,则不作处理。需要说明的是,上述预设压力值可由本领域技术人员基于实际情况进行设置,本实施例对此不作具体限定。对触控操作进行有效性验证,防止误触。
本实施例中,本申请可基于不同的触控操作控制弹幕框隐藏、移动或缩放等,便于用户操作。
此外,本申请实施例还提供一种信息录入指引装置。
参照图4,图4为本申请信息录入指引装置第一实施例的功能模块示意图。
本申请信息录入指引装置为虚拟装置,存储于图1所示信息录入指引设备的存储器1005中,用于实现信息录入指引可读指令的所有功能;当监测到信息录入指令时,依据所述信息录入指令显示信息录入界面,并获取设备屏幕尺寸,且依据所述设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式;当监测到所述信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,并按照所述展示模式,展示所述字段格式范例。
具体的,本实施例中,所述信息录入指引装置包括:

本申请计算机可读存储介质上存储有信息录入指引可读指令,其中所述信息录入指引可读指令被处理器执行时,实现如上述的信息录入指引方法的步骤。
其中,该计算机可读存储介质可以为非易失性可读存储介质,该信息录入指引可读指令被执行时所实现的方法可参照本申请信息录入指引方法的各个实施例,此处不再赘述。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种信息录入指引方法,其特征在于,所述信息录入指引方法包括以下步骤:
    当监测到信息录入指令时,依据所述信息录入指令显示信息录入界面,并获取设备屏幕尺寸,且依据所述设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式;
    当监测到所述信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,并按照所述展示模式,展示所述字段格式范例。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的信息录入指引方法,其特征在于,依据所述设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式的步骤包括:
    确定所述设备屏幕尺寸是否超过预设屏幕尺寸;
    若所述设备屏幕尺寸超过预设屏幕尺寸,则确定字段格式范例的展示模式为双屏展示模式;
    若所述设备屏幕尺寸未超过预设屏幕尺寸,则确定字段格式范例的展示模式为弹幕框展示模式。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的信息录入指引方法,其特征在于,所述依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例的步骤包括:
    获取被触控的信息录入框的识别标签,并获取与所述识别标签对应的提醒字段;
    查询预设的字段格式范例库,获取包含有所述提醒字段的字段格式范例。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的信息录入指引方法,其特征在于,按照所述展示模式,展示所述字段格式范例的步骤之后,还包括:
    当接收到基于所述信息录入框录入的字段信息时,依据展示的字段格式范例,对所述字段信息进行校验,以获取校验结果;
    按照所述展示模式,展示所述校验结果,并当所述校验结果为校验未通过时,以预设颜色展示所述字段格式范例。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的信息录入指引方法,其特征在于,所述依据展示的字段格式范例,对所述字段信息进行校验的步骤包括:
    当接收到基于所述信息录入框录入的字段信息时,确定展示的字段格式范例的结构是否与所述字段信息的结构相同;
    若展示的字段格式范例的结构与所述字段信息的结构相同,则确定所述字段信息通过校验,否则确定所述字段信息未通过校验。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的信息录入指引方法,其特征在于,所述信息录入指引方法还包括:
    当所述展示模式为弹幕框展示模式时,形成一预设大小的弹幕框;
    当监测到所述弹幕框中存在触控操作时,依据所述触控操作对应的操作指令,对所述弹幕框进行操作。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的信息录入指引方法,其特征在于,依据所述触控操作对应的操作指令,对所述弹幕框进行操作的步骤之前,还包括:
    当监测到所述弹幕框中存在触控操作时,读取所述触控操作的触控压力值,并确定所述触控压力值是否超过预设压力值;
    若所述触控压力值超过预设压力值,则执行步骤:依据所述触控操作对应的操作指令,对所述弹幕框进行操作。
  8. 一种信息录入指引装置,其特征在于,所述信息录入指引装置包括:
    模式确定模块,用于当监测到信息录入指令时,依据所述信息录入指令显示信息录入界面,并获取设备屏幕尺寸,且依据所述设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式;
    范例展示模块,用于当监测到所述信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,并按照所述展示模式,展示所述字段格式范例。
  9. 一种信息录入指引设备,其特征在于,所述信息录入指引设备包括处理器、存储器、以及存储在所述存储器上并可被所述处理器执行的信息录入指引可读指令,其中所述信息录入指引可读指令被所述处理器执行时,实现以下步骤:
    当监测到信息录入指令时,依据所述信息录入指令显示信息录入界面,并获取设备屏幕尺寸,且依据所述设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式;
    当监测到所述信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,并按照所述展示模式,展示所述字段格式范例。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的信息录入指引设备,其特征在于,依据所述设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式的步骤包括:
    确定所述设备屏幕尺寸是否超过预设屏幕尺寸;
    若所述设备屏幕尺寸超过预设屏幕尺寸,则确定字段格式范例的展示模式为双屏展示模式;
    若所述设备屏幕尺寸未超过预设屏幕尺寸,则确定字段格式范例的展示模式为弹幕框展示模式。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的信息录入指引设备,其特征在于,所述依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例的步骤包括:
    获取被触控的信息录入框的识别标签,并获取与所述识别标签对应的提醒字段;
    查询预设的字段格式范例库,获取包含有所述提醒字段的字段格式范例。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的信息录入指引设备,其特征在于,按照所述展示模式,展示所述字段格式范例的步骤之后,还包括:
    当接收到基于所述信息录入框录入的字段信息时,依据展示的字段格式范例,对所述字段信息进行校验,以获取校验结果;
    按照所述展示模式,展示所述校验结果,并当所述校验结果为校验未通过时,以预设颜色展示所述字段格式范例。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的信息录入指引设备,其特征在于,所述依据展示的字段格式范例,对所述字段信息进行校验的步骤包括:
    当接收到基于所述信息录入框录入的字段信息时,确定展示的字段格式范例的结构是否与所述字段信息的结构相同;
    若展示的字段格式范例的结构与所述字段信息的结构相同,则确定所述字段信息通过校验,否则确定所述字段信息未通过校验。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的信息录入指引设备,其特征在于,所述信息录入指引可读指令被所述处理器执行时,还实现以下步骤:
    当所述展示模式为弹幕框展示模式时,形成一预设大小的弹幕框;
    当监测到所述弹幕框中存在触控操作时,依据所述触控操作对应的操作指令,对所述弹幕框进行操作。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的信息录入指引设备,其特征在于,依据所述触控操作对应的操作指令,对所述弹幕框进行操作的步骤之前,还包括:
    当监测到所述弹幕框中存在触控操作时,读取所述触控操作的触控压力值,并确定所述触控压力值是否超过预设压力值;
    若所述触控压力值超过预设压力值,则执行步骤:依据所述触控操作对应的操作指令,对所述弹幕框进行操作。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有信息录入指引可读指令,其中所述信息录入指引可读指令被处理器执行时,实现以下步骤:
    当监测到信息录入指令时,依据所述信息录入指令显示信息录入界面,并获取设备屏幕尺寸,且依据所述设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式;
    当监测到所述信息录入界面中的信息录入框被触控时,依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例,并按照所述展示模式,展示所述字段格式范例。
  17. 如权利要求16的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,依据所述设备屏幕尺寸,确定字段格式范例的展示模式的步骤包括:
    确定所述设备屏幕尺寸是否超过预设屏幕尺寸;
    若所述设备屏幕尺寸超过预设屏幕尺寸,则确定字段格式范例的展示模式为双屏展示模式;
    若所述设备屏幕尺寸未超过预设屏幕尺寸,则确定字段格式范例的展示模式为弹幕框展示模式。
  18. 如权利要求16的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述依据被触控的信息录入框的提醒字段,获取对应的字段格式范例的步骤包括:
    获取被触控的信息录入框的识别标签,并获取与所述识别标签对应的提醒字段;

  20. 如权利要求19的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述依据展示的字段格式范例,对所述字段信息进行校验的步骤包括:
    当接收到基于所述信息录入框录入的字段信息时,确定展示的字段格式范例的结构是否与所述字段信息的结构相同;
    若展示的字段格式范例的结构与所述字段信息的结构相同,则确定所述字段信息通过校验,否则确定所述字段信息未通过校验。
