此外,所述前壳本体1的顶侧设置有抵压平台4,所述陶瓷饰件2的内壁设置有台阶,所述前壳本体1通过所述抵压平台4而与所述台阶的台阶面相抵接,由此使得陶瓷饰件2与前壳本体1在连接时保证正立,避免两者之间发生倾斜,而抵压平台4和台阶的台阶面进行抵接,使得陶瓷饰件2和前壳本体1在粘接过程中有一个定位过程,使得两者之间连接更加简便。
具体地,所述前壳本体1的侧壁上设置有连接平台5,所述陶瓷饰件2的内壁抵接于所述连接平台5,且所述陶瓷饰件2与所述连接平台5相对的一侧设置有用于安装连接线10的让位卡槽6,需要指出的是,本实施例中陶瓷饰件2的内壁粘接于该连接平台5,由此使得陶瓷饰件2与前壳本体1连接稳定,而陶瓷饰件2设置有让位卡槽6,由此使得连接线10能够稳定地与无线传屏的壳体进行连接,需要指出的是连接线10的作用是将无线传屏与其他电子设备进行连接,从而实现数据传输。
优选地,所述前壳本体1设置有用于与后壳8相连接的卡扣7,而后壳8设置有与卡扣7相对应的卡接槽,无线传屏的前壳本体1和后壳8之间通过卡扣结构进行连接,由此使得前壳本体1和后壳8之间的拆装维护更加方便,且降低两者之间的连接成本。
为了实现相同的目的,本实施例还提供一种无线传屏,包括后壳8、按键9 和上述的无线传屏的前壳组件100,所述后壳8与所述前壳本体1相连接形成壳体,所述按键9穿设于所述前壳本体1和所述陶瓷饰件2,由此用户在多次按压按键9时不会损伤陶瓷饰件2,且陶瓷饰件2具有良好的装饰作用。
采用本实用新型实施例的无线传屏及其前壳组件,陶瓷饰件2将前壳本体1外壁完全覆盖,陶瓷饰件2具有耐磨损、硬度高和不褪色等性能,由此避免用户在多次按压按键9时造成前壳组件100磨损或褪色损坏,由此延长了前壳组件100的使用寿命,并保证该前壳组件100外观性能保持良好;此外,前壳组件100采用前壳本体1和陶瓷饰件2的组合结构,前壳本体1作为连接载体,而陶瓷饰件2具有装饰功能,使得该前壳组件100连接性能良好且具有外观优势。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种无线传屏的前壳组件,其特征在于:包括前壳本体和陶瓷饰件,所述前壳本体和所述陶瓷饰件均对应设置有供按键穿过的通孔,所述陶瓷饰件覆盖连接于所述前壳本体的外壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无线传屏的前壳组件,其特征在于:所述陶瓷饰件的外表面设有抛光层。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的无线传屏的前壳组件,其特征在于:所述陶瓷饰件通过胶水粘贴于所述前壳本体的外壁。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的无线传屏的前壳组件,其特征在于:所述前壳本体和所述陶瓷饰件均为环状结构,所述前壳本体沿其外侧壁环设有多个支撑凸筋,所述陶瓷饰件的内壁设置有与各所述支撑凸筋相对应的卡槽,且相邻的两个所述支撑凸筋之间形成胶水流动槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的无线传屏的前壳组件,其特征在于:各所述支撑凸筋以所述前壳本体的中心为阵列中心沿所述前壳本体的外侧壁呈阵列分布,各所述支撑凸筋使得所述陶瓷饰件与所述前壳本体之间形成0.15-0.2mm的间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的无线传屏的前壳组件,其特征在于:所述前壳本体的顶侧设置有抵压平台,所述陶瓷饰件的内壁设置有台阶,所述前壳本体通过所述抵压平台而与所述台阶的台阶面相抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的无线传屏的前壳组件,其特征在于:所述前壳本体的侧壁上设置有连接平台,所述陶瓷饰件的内壁抵接于所述连接平台,且所述陶瓷饰件与所述连接平台相对的一侧设置有用于安装连接线的让位卡槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的无线传屏的前壳组件,其特征在于:所述前壳本体设置有用于与后壳相连接的卡扣。
  9. 一种无线传屏,其特征在于:包括后壳、按键和权利要求1至8任一项所述的无线传屏的前壳组件,所述后壳与所述前壳本体相连接形成壳体,所述按键穿设于所述前壳本体和所述陶瓷饰件。
