  • the clamp body (10) is the element which forms the main body of the structure and it comprises two clamp arms (1 1 ). There are a profile gap (1 1 1 ), a puller shaft slot (1 13), a fixed shaft slot (1 14) and a connection element gap (1 16) on the clamp arms (1 1 ). Also, the middle portion of the clamp arms (1 1 ) has an inclined structure that is curled outwardly; this portion is named as an inclined surface (1 15). The gap formed in the middle portion of the inclined surfaces (1 15) that are formed facing each other is the sleeve slot (1 12). The sleeve slot (1 12) and the inclined surface (1 15) are seen clearly in Figure 1.

  • the puller shaft (30) also enables the clamp arms (1 1 ) to be pulled towards each other as the fixed shaft (20).
  • connection element (40) is the bolt which has a threaded surface and has a rotation portion (41 ) at its head portion.
  • the rotation portion (41 ) has a cylindrical geometry and can be rotated by means of an alien key. It can be manufactured in a manner such that it has a structure to be rotated by means of a normal screw driver.
  • the inter support element (50) is the element which is positioned between the connection element (40) and the rotation portion (41 ) of the puller shaft (30). Its function is to enable a balanced pulling force to the puller shaft (30) during rotation of the rotation portion (41 ).
  • the sprinkler system to be installed on the ceiling is placed on the profiles designed on the ceiling by means of the inventive sprinkler bracket (1 ).
  • the profile (P) to which the sprinkler bracket (1 ) will be attached is passed through the profile gaps (1 1 1 ) and is secured to the structure that is designed on the ceiling. After this securing process the sprinkler bracket (1 ) is slid on the profile (20) and is brought to the required position on the ceiling.
  • the sprinkler sleeve (S) that is the end portion of the sprinkler hose is placed in the sleeve slot (1 12) of the clamp body (10).
  • the puller shaft (30) is in a removed condition from the puller shaft slot (1 13) as seen in Figure 2. In this position, since the margin between the clamp arms (1 1 ) is open, the sprinkler sleeve (S) is passed from the margin and said positioning is performed.
  • the puller shaft (30) is placed inside the puller shaft slot (1 13). Since the puller shaft (30) is attached to the connection element (40), when the puller shaft (30) is placed inside the puller shaft slot (1 13), the connection element (40) is placed in the connection element gaps (1 16) that are formed on the ends of the clamp arms (1 1 ).
  • connection element (40) The rotation portion (41 ) of the connection element (40) is started to be rotated by means of an alien key. This rotation process rotates the connection element (40) and enables the connection element (40) to proceed in the fixed shaft (20).
  • connection element (40) is rotated in a reverse manner through the rotation portion (41 ). Together with this rotation, the clamp arms (1 1 ) become loose by means of moving in the opening direction (B). When the puller shaft (30) strips, it is taken out the puller shaft slot (1 13) and thus the clamp body (10) is opened. Then the sprinkler sleeve (S) is pulled laterally and gets out of the sleeve slot (1 12).

Abstract

L'invention concerne un support de sprinkler (1) qui présente : un corps de serrage (10) qui permet au manchon de sprinkler (S) qui constitue la partie d'extrémité du tuyau de sprinkler employé dans le système de sprinkler d'être fixé au profilé (P) formé sur le plafond ; des bras de serrage (11), le manchon de sprinkler (S) étant comprimé dans ledit corps de serrage (10) ; une fente d'arbre de traction (113) qui est formée sur la partie d'extrémité de l'un desdits bras de serrage (11) ; une fente d'arbre fixe (114) qui est formée sur la partie d'extrémité de l'autre bras de serrage (11), un élément de liaison (40) qui permet le verrouillage du manchon de sprinkler (S) par déplacement des bras de serrage (11) l'un vers l'autre par encliquetage de ladite fente d'arbre fixe (114) et de la fente d'arbre de traction (113) ; un arbre de traction (30) qui est disposé à l'intérieur de ladite fente d'arbre fixe (114), exerce une traction sur les bras de serrage (11) dans le sens de leur rapprochement grâce à la fixation à l'élément de liaison et à la rotation de l'élément de liaison (40).
