Description

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的抽屉组件的结构示意图。如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种用于冰箱的抽屉组件100,包括抽屉本体10和滑动隔板机构20。该抽屉本体10包括底壁11、沿抽拉方向D相对布置的前端壁12和后端壁13、分别设置于前端壁12和后端壁13两侧的第一侧壁14和第二侧壁15和由底壁11、前端壁12、后端壁13、第一侧壁14以及第二侧壁15共同限定出用于放置物品的容腔。滑动隔板机构20平行于第一侧壁14且位于容腔内,滑动隔板机构20配置成可沿抽屉本体10的左右方向H滑动。第 一侧壁14和第二侧壁15的顶端的中部设有凹部101,用于在操作滑动隔板机构20滑动至第一侧壁14或第二侧壁15时提供让位,使得滑动隔板机构20尽可能地贴合于第一侧壁14或第二侧壁15。
本实施例在抽屉本体10的左右侧的第一侧壁14和第二侧壁15的顶端的中部设置有凹部101,该凹部101在滑动隔板机构20滑动至第一侧壁14或第二侧壁15处时为操作者的手部提供让位,即用于容纳操作者的手部,使得操作滑动隔板机构20尽可能地贴近第一侧壁14或第二侧壁15,减小与隔板21之间的间隙,从而使得抽屉本体10在不需要隔开时储物空间最大化,从而提高用户体验。
进一步地,由于在第一侧壁14和第二侧壁15的顶端的中部设置有凹部101,可以引导用户操作滑动隔板机构20的中间部位,通过拨动滑动隔板机构20的中间部分可以使其受力更均匀,移动较为顺滑,避免了从一端拨动滑动隔板机构20时因受力不平衡导致滑动隔板机构20前后侧移动不同步而导致的倾斜,进而避免了因此导致的间隙。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的抽屉组件的滑动隔板机构的结构示意图。一个实施例中,如图2所示,滑动隔板机构20包括隔板21和两个滑动机构22。如图1所示,该隔板21平行于第一侧壁14且位于容腔内,用于分隔容腔。因此该隔板21的形状基本上与抽屉本体10的横截面大小相同。两个滑动机构22分别设置于隔板21的两侧,与前端壁12和后端壁13形成可滑动连接。
可选地,如图1所示,前端壁12和后端壁13分别设有第一滑槽121和第二滑槽131,第一滑槽121和第二滑槽131在抽屉本体10的抽拉方向D上对齐且均沿抽屉本体10的左右方向H延伸,两个滑动机构22分别插接于第一滑槽121和第二滑槽131内且形成滑动连接。也就是说,本实施例中是通过插接滑槽的连接形式来完成滑动隔板机构20相对于抽屉本体10的滑动。在其他实施例中,也可以通过滑轨等形式完成两者的相对滑动。本实施例的第一滑槽121和第二滑槽131还可以用作风口,起到通风的作用。
另一个实施例中,第一滑槽121的一端延伸至前端壁12与第一侧壁14的拐角处,第一滑槽121的另一端延伸至前端壁12和第二侧壁15的拐角处,第二滑槽131的一端延伸至后端壁13与第一侧壁14的拐角处,第二滑槽131的另一端延伸至后端壁13与第二侧壁15的拐角处,使得隔板21尽可能地 贴合第一侧壁14或第二侧壁15。
由于将第一滑槽121和第二滑槽131的两端延伸至抽屉本体10的拐角处,使得滑动隔板机构20在滑动至抽屉本体10的两侧时能尽可能地贴合第一侧壁14或第二侧壁15,从而进一步地减小隔板21与抽屉本体10的第一侧壁14或第二侧壁15之间的间隙。
图3是根据图2中A处的放大图。如图3所示,一个实施例中,每个滑动机构22包括滑动基座221和插接件222。滑动基座221的内部设有插接孔,插接件222的一端插接于插接孔内,另一端穿过第一滑槽121或第二滑槽131与隔板21固定连接。
另一个实施例中,如图2所示,滑动隔板机构20还包括导向杆23,其沿抽屉本体10的左右方向延伸。导向杆23可以固定于抽屉本体10处。滑动基座221设有用于穿设导向杆23的连接孔,使得滑动基座221在移动时同时受第一滑槽121或第二滑槽131和导向杆23的约束,使得滑动基座221的滑动更平稳,方向性更好。
上述实施例中,抽屉组件100包括一套滑动隔板机构20,可以将抽屉分隔为两个腔室。如图1所示,图1中示出的抽屉组件100的滑动隔板机构20位于抽屉本体10的侧壁处,当该滑动隔板机构20滑动至抽屉本体10的侧壁时,抽屉本体10内形成一个较大的腔室。
一个实施例中,如图2所示,该抽屉组件100包括两套平行布置的滑动隔板机构20。本实施例设置两套滑动隔板机构20,最多可以将抽屉本体10分隔成三个独立的腔室。优选地,由于第一滑槽121和第二滑槽131延伸至抽屉本体10的拐角处,在不需要隔板21分隔抽屉本体10的腔室时,可以将两套滑动隔板机构20分别滑动至抽屉本体10的两侧,从而尽可能地较小隔板21与侧壁的间隙,使得空间最大化。
图5是根据本发明另一个实施例的抽屉组件的结构示意图。另一个实施例中,如图5所示,前端壁12设置有独立的两个第三滑槽122,后端壁13设有两个与两个第三滑槽122对齐的第四滑槽132,对齐的第三滑槽122和第四滑槽132形成一组滑槽组,每组滑槽组与每套滑动隔板机构20形成可滑动连接。也就是说,本实施例中每套滑动隔板机构20在其对应的滑槽内滑动,并不共用一个滑槽。
图6是根据本发明一个实施例的抽屉组件的抽屉本体的结构示意图。一 个实施例中,如图6所示,位于前端壁12左侧的第三滑槽122的左端延伸至前端壁12与第一侧壁14的拐角102处,前端壁12右侧的第三滑槽122的右端延伸至前端壁12与第二侧壁15的拐角103处。位于后端壁13左侧的第四滑槽132的左端延伸至后端壁13与第一侧壁14的拐角104处,位于后端壁13右侧的第四滑槽132的右端延伸至后端壁13与第二侧壁15的拐角105处。这样设置滑槽使得左侧的隔板21在移动至第一侧壁14时尽可能地贴合第一侧壁14,右侧的隔板21在移动至第二侧壁15时尽可能地贴合第二侧壁15。
一个实施例中,滑动隔板机构20还包括分别位于导向杆23两端的第一限位块24和第二限位块25以及位于导向杆23中间位置的第三限位块26,分别用于限制滑动隔板机构20滑动至相应位置。
图4是根据图2中B处的放大图。另一个实施例中,如图4所示,第一限位块24和第二限位块25靠近滑动隔板机构20的一侧、第三限位块26的两侧均设有减震圈27。减震圈27的设置可以有效缓冲滑动隔板机构20的滑动基座221在滑动至该位置时的冲击。该减震圈27可以使用硅胶材料制成。
图7是根据本发明一个实施例的抽屉组件在冰箱中的位置示意图。上述实施例的抽屉组件100可以是一般冷藏室内的抽屉组件,也可以是到冰箱的变温抽屉。如图7所示,一个实施例中,抽屉组件100为高端的法式冰箱1000的变温室200内的变温抽屉,该变温室200通常独立地设置在冰箱的冷藏室与冷冻室之间。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的抽屉组件,包括:
    抽屉本体,其包括:底壁,沿抽拉方向相对布置的前端壁和后端壁,分别设置于所述前端壁和所述后端壁两侧的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,从而利用所述底壁、所述前端壁、所述后端壁、所述第一侧壁以及所述第二侧壁共同限定出用于放置物品的容腔;和
    滑动隔板机构,配置成可沿所述抽屉本体的左右方向滑动;其中,
    所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁的顶端的中部设有凹部,用于在操作所述滑动隔板机构滑动至所述第一侧壁或所述第二侧壁时提供让位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抽屉组件,其中,
    所述滑动隔板机构包括:
    隔板,平行于所述第一侧壁且位于所述容腔内,用于分隔所述容腔;和
    两个滑动机构,分别设置于所述隔板的两侧,两个所述滑动机构分别与所述前端壁和所述后端壁形成可滑动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的抽屉组件,其中,
    所述前端壁和所述后端壁分别设有第一滑槽和第二滑槽,所述第一滑槽和所述第二滑槽在抽屉本体的抽拉方向上对齐且均沿所述抽屉本体的左右方向延伸,两个所述滑动机构分别插接于所述第一滑槽和所述第二滑槽内且形成滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的抽屉组件,其中,
    所述第一滑槽的一端延伸至所述前端壁与所述第一侧壁的拐角处,所述第一滑槽的另一端延伸至所述前端壁和所述第二侧壁的拐角处,所述第二滑槽的一端延伸至所述后端壁与所述第一侧壁的拐角处,所述第二滑槽的另一端延伸至所述后端壁与所述第二侧壁的拐角处。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的抽屉组件,其中,
    每个所述滑动机构包括:
    滑动基座,其内部设有插接孔;和
    插接件,其一端插接于所述插接孔内,另一端穿过所述第一滑槽或所述第二滑槽与所述隔板固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的抽屉组件,其中,
    所述滑动隔板机构还包括:
    导向杆,沿所述抽屉本体的左右方向延伸;
    所述滑动基座设有用于穿设所述导向杆的连接孔,使得所述滑动基座在移动时同时受所述第一滑槽和所述导向杆的约束,或同时受到所述第二滑槽和所述导向杆的约束。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的抽屉组件,
    其包括两套平行布置的所述滑动隔板机构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的抽屉组件,其中,
    所述前端壁设置有独立的两个第三滑槽,所述后端壁设有两个与两个所述第三滑槽对齐的第四滑槽,对齐的所述第三滑槽和所述第四滑槽形成一组滑槽组,每组滑槽组与每套所述滑动隔板机构形成可滑动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的抽屉组件,其中,
    所述滑动隔板机构还包括:
    分别位于所述导向杆两端的第一限位块和第二限位块以及位于所述导向杆中间位置的第三限位块;
    所述第一限位块、所述第二限位块和所述第三限位块分别用于限制所述滑动隔板机构滑动至所述第一限位块、所述第二限位块和所述第三限位块各自所在的相应位置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的抽屉组件,其中,
    所述第一限位块和所述第二限位块靠近所述滑动隔板机构的一侧设有减震圈;
    所述第三限位块的两侧均设有减震圈。
