本实用新型涉及电声换能技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
背景技术
随着科技的快速发展,音频设备的普及率越来越高,人们对音频设备的要求不仅仅限于视频音频的播放,更要求对音频设备的可靠性提出更多要求。尤其是3G时代的到来,移动多媒体技术也随之发展,很多音频设备具有多种娱乐功能,如视频播放、数码摄像、游戏、GPS导航等,都要求音频设备内的电子元器件越来越精密和紧凑。
在音频设备中,扬声器是一种常用的电子元器件,主要用于音频信号的播放,相关技术中的扬声器内部音圈各处的磁通密度不均衡,导致音圈受力不均衡而产生摇摆或断线,音圈产生摇摆同时会导致碰磁钢、振幅不均衡等问题。
因此,有必要提供一种新型的扬声器以解决上述问题。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扬声器,将电连接件的结合部与音圈下端的角部封胶固定,可以显著改善扬声器工作时音圈摇摆和断线可靠性。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种扬声器,包括振动系统、磁路系统以及将所述振动系统和所述磁路系统收容与其收容空间内的盆架,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动的音圈,所述扬声器还包括弹性支撑于所述音圈远离所述振膜一端的电连接件,所述电连接件包括与所述音圈间隔设置的弹力臂以及自所述弹力臂的相对两端朝所述音圈弯折延伸的结合部,所述结合部支撑在所述音圈远离所述振膜的一侧,每个所述结合部上设有将所述音圈固定于所述结合部的胶水部,所述音圈包括靠近所述弹力臂的外侧面以及与所述外侧面相对设置的内侧面,所述胶水部设置在所述音圈的两侧并与所述内侧面、外侧面粘接。
优选的,所述音圈包括相对设置的两长轴边和相对设置的两短轴边,所述长轴边与所述短轴边围合形成环状,每一所述长轴边与相邻所述短轴边形成角部,所述结合部对应形成在所述角部。
优选的,电连接件还包括形成在所述弹力臂的焊盘,所述焊盘至少部分延伸至所述盆架外侧用于与外界电连接。
优选的,所述角部呈圆弧形。
优选的,所述电连接件的数量为两个,且与所述长轴边一一对应设置。
优选的,所述扬声器还包括固定设置于所述盆架靠近所述电连接件一端的框体,所述焊盘包括自所述弹力臂向远离所述收容空间方向延伸的延伸部、自所述延伸部末端向远离所述振膜方向弯折延伸的连接部及自所述连接部远离所述延伸部的一端弯折延伸的导电部,所述导电部与所述延伸部相对,所述框体夹设于所述导电部与所述延伸部之间。
优选的,所述扬声器还包括设置于所述收容空间内的磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述框体的磁轭、固定于所述磁轭的磁钢及固定连接于所述磁钢远离所述磁轭一侧的磁极板。
优选的,所述磁轭包括固定所述磁钢的底板以及自所述底板朝所述振膜方向弯折延伸的侧板,所述底板与所述振膜相对,所述侧板形成在所述音圈与所述弹力臂之间。
优选的,所述侧板对应形成避让所述结合部的缺口。
有益效果
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的扬声器将电连接件设置于音圈下端,两个所述电连接件两端的结合部通过胶水分别与所述音圈的四个角部固定连接,同时,所述音圈四个角部的内、外侧均封胶,增大了胶合面积,这样的结构可以显著改善扬声器工作时音圈摇摆和断线可靠的问题,从而减小由于音圈摇摆导致碰磁钢、振幅不均衡的问题,增加最大振幅。

请结合参阅图1、图2、图3和图4,本实用新型提供的扬声器100包括框体1、振动系统2、磁路系统3、电连接件4及盆架5,所述电连接件4包括弹力臂42和结合部41。
所述框体1固定设置于所述盆架5靠近所述电连接件4一端。
所述振动系统2包括固定于所述盆架5的振膜21和驱动所述振膜21振动的音圈22。
请参阅图5,所述音圈22包括靠近所述弹力臂42的外侧面224以及与所述外侧面224相对设置的内侧面225。
所述音圈22包括相对设置的两长轴边221和相对设置的两短轴边222,所述长轴边221与所述短轴边222首尾相接围合形成环状,每一所述长轴边221与相邻所述短轴边222形成角部223,所述角部223呈圆弧形。
请参阅图2,所述磁路系统3包括固定于所述框体1的磁轭31、固定于所述磁轭31的磁钢32及固定连接于所述磁钢32的磁极板33,所述磁轭31包括固定所述磁钢32的底板311以及自所述底板311朝所述振膜21方向弯折延伸的侧板312。
所述底板311与所述振膜21相对,所述侧板312形成在所述音圈22与所述弹力臂42之间,所述侧板312对应形成避让所述结合部41的缺口313。
请结合参阅图4和图5,一对所述电连接件4弹性支撑于所述音圈22远离所述振膜21一端,两所述电连接件4与所述长轴边221一一对应设置,所述电连接件4包括与所述音圈22间隔设置的所述弹力臂42以及自所述弹力臂42的相对两端朝所述音圈22弯折延伸的所述结合部41,所述结合部41对应形成在所述角部223。
每个所述结合部41上设有将所述音圈22固定于所述结合部的胶水部42,所述胶水部42设置在所述音圈22的两侧并与所述内侧面225、外侧面224粘接,这样的结构增大了所述胶水部42与所述角部223的胶合面积,使所述结合部41与所述音圈22的连接更加牢固。
每个所述电连接件4两端的所述结合部41分别对应设置于所述长轴边221两端的两个所述角部223上,使得所述音圈22与所述电连接件4整体结构为对称结构,这样减少了所述音圈由于各处的磁通密度不均衡,导致所述音圈受力不均衡而产生摇摆的问题。
所述弹力臂42设有焊盘43,所述焊盘43至少部分延伸至所述盆架5外侧用于与外界电连接,所述焊盘43包括自所述弹力臂42向远离所述音圈22方向延伸的延伸部431、自所述延伸部431末端向远离所述振膜21方向弯折延伸的连接部432及自所述连接部432远离所述延伸部431的一端弯折延伸的导电部433,所述导电部433与所述延伸部431相对,所述框体1夹设于所述导电部433与所述延伸部431之间。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型提供的扬声器将电连接件设置于音圈下端,两个所述电连接件两端的结合部通过胶水分别与所述音圈的四个角固定连接,同时,所述音圈四个角的内、外侧均封胶,增大了胶合面积,这样的结构可以显著改善扬声器工作时音圈摇摆和断线可靠的问题,从而减小由于音圈摇摆导致碰磁钢、振幅不均衡的问题,增加最大振幅。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括振动系统、磁路系统以及将所述振动系统和所述磁路系统收容与其收容空间内的盆架,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动的音圈,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括弹性支撑于所述音圈远离所述振膜一端的电连接件,所述电连接件包括与所述音圈间隔设置的弹力臂以及自所述弹力臂的相对两端朝所述音圈弯折延伸的结合部,所述结合部支撑在所述音圈远离所述振膜的一侧,每个所述结合部上设有将所述音圈固定于所述结合部的胶水部,所述音圈包括靠近所述弹力臂的外侧面以及与所述外侧面相对设置的内侧面,所述胶水部设置在所述音圈的两侧并与所述内侧面、外侧面粘接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈包括相对设置的两长轴边和相对设置的两短轴边,所述长轴边与所述短轴边围合形成环状,每一所述长轴边与相邻所述短轴边形成角部,所述结合部对应形成在所述角部。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,电连接件还包括形成在所述弹力臂的焊盘,所述焊盘至少部分延伸至所述盆架外侧用于与外界电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述角部呈圆弧形。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述电连接件的数量为两个,且与所述长轴边一一对应设置。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括固定设置于所述盆架靠近所述电连接件一端的框体,所述焊盘包括自所述弹力臂向远离所述收容空间方向延伸的延伸部、自所述延伸部末端向远离所述振膜方向弯折延伸的连接部及自所述连接部远离所述延伸部的一端弯折延伸的导电部,所述导电部与所述延伸部相对,所述框体夹设于所述导电部与所述延伸部之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括设置于所述收容空间内的磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括固定于所述框体的磁轭、固定于所述磁轭的磁钢及固定连接于所述磁钢远离所述磁轭一侧的磁极板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁轭包括固定所述磁钢的底板以及自所述底板朝所述振膜方向弯折延伸的侧板,所述底板与所述振膜相对,所述侧板形成在所述音圈与所述弹力臂之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述侧板对应形成避让所述结合部的缺口。
