具体实施方式
下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,本申请的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
实施例一
本申请实施例一所提供的方法实施例可以在计算机终端或者类似的运算装置中执行。以运行在计算机终端上为例,图1是本申请实施例的一种一种信息推送方法的计算机终端的硬件结构框图。如图1所示,计算机终端10可以包括一个或多个(图1中仅示出一个)处理器102(处理器102可以包括但不限于微处理器MCU或可编程逻辑器件FPGA等的处理装置)和设置为存储数据的存储器104,可选地,上述计算机终端还可以包括设置为通信功能的传输装置106以及输入输出设备108。本领域普通技术人员可以理解,图1所示的结构仅为示意,其并不对上述计算机终端的结构造成限定。例如,计算机终端10还可包括比图1中所示更多或者更少的组件,或者具有与图1所示不同的配置。
存储器104可设置为存储应用软件的软件程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的一种信息推送方法对应的程序指令/模块,处理器102通过运行存储在存储器104内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据 处理,即实现上述的方法。存储器104可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器104可进一步包括相对于处理器102远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至计算机终端10。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
传输装置106设置为经由一个网络接收或者发送数据。上述的网络具体实例可包括计算机终端10的通信供应商提供的无线网络。在一个实例中,传输装置106包括一个网络适配器(Network Interface Controller,NIC),其可通过基站与其他网络设备相连从而可与互联网进行通讯。在一个实例中,传输装置106可以为射频(Radio Frequency,RF)模块,其设置为通过无线方式与互联网进行通讯。
在本实施例中提供了一种运行于上述计算机终端的一种信息推送方法,图2是根据本申请实施例的一种信息推送方法的流程图,如图2所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S202,接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息;
步骤S204,识别所述语音信息中的第一内容;
步骤S206,确定与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容;
确定与第一内容一致的第二内容,可以是从本地存储获取,例如使用手册等,也可以从网络侧获取,例如新闻等信息。
步骤S208,向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
通过上述步骤,接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息,识别所述语音信息中的第一内容,确定与面部特征信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容,向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容,采用上述技术方案,通过进行面部特征识别的方式查询到目标对象,即使当前进行面部特征信息识别的设备是无屏交互的,也可以将目标对象请求 的内容进行显示,解决了相关技术中进行无屏交互时,无法将服务内容提供给用户展现的问题,保证了信息的及时推送,增加了无屏设备的使用范围,提升了用户体验。
可选地,上述步骤206中的“确定与面部特征信息对应的目标对象的身份”和“确定与第一内容一致的第二内容”的指定顺序是可以互换的,此处不限定其指定顺序。
可选地,接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息,包括:在接收到所述语音信息,且确定所述语音信息中至少包括唤醒词时,获取所述面部特征信息。唤醒词可以是系统预设的唤醒设备词语,例如空调的唤醒词可以是“我的格力空调”,通过唤醒词来启动空调,进而接收用户的指令或者获取目标对象的面部特征信息。
可选地,确定与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象,包括:对所述目标对象的面部特征信息进行特征识别,识别出所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象。
可选地,对所述目标对象的面部特征信息进行特征识别之后,在未能查询到与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象的身份的情况下,输出提示信息,其中,所述提示信息设置为提示进行人脸注册和/或身份绑定。在通过面部识别后依旧未确定目标对象的身份的情况下,可能是目标对象未进行人脸注册,或者未进行身份绑定,例如绑定微信账号。
本申请实施例中的身份可以是账号,例如微信账号,微博账号。通过面部识别确定目标对象,例如用户,进而查询出该用户的微信账号,然后将语音信息中请求或者关联的内容推送至微信账号。之前可以是建立面部特征信息与目标对象的对应关系,然后目标对象对应有身份;也可以直接是面部特征信息与身份的对应关系。
可选地,向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容,包括:将所述第二内容推送给登录有所述目标对象的身份的终端。例如,当前进行语音采集和面部特征信息识别的设备是进行无屏交互时,将目标对象通过语音信息请求 的信息推送至目标对象的微信账号所在的终端。
可选地,接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息之后,对所述语音信息进行声纹处理,确定与处理后的声纹信息对应的第一目标对象;确定与所述面部特征信息对应的第二目标对象;在所述第一目标对象和所述第二目标对象相同的情况下,向所述第一目标对象推送与所述语音信息对应的第二内容。该实施例中给出了一种验证目标对象的身份的方式,通过对语音信息识别,和面部特征信息识别,二者识别结果一致的情况下确定目标对象的身份通过安全验证,同时防止单方面的检测错误,增强了推送的安全性和准确性。
根据本申请文件的一种信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息;
步骤二,识别所述语音信息中的第一内容;
步骤三,在检测出与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象后,确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容;
步骤四,向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
采用上述技术方案,接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息,识别所述语音信息中的第一内容,在检测出与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象后,确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容,向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容,采用上述技术方案,通过进行面部特征识别的方式查询到目标对象,即使当前进行面部特征信息识别的设备是无屏交互的,也可以将目标对象请求的内容发送至目标对象对应的终端等进行显示,解决了相关技术中进行无屏交互时,无法将服务内容提供给用户展现的问题,保证了信息的及时推送,增加了无屏设备的使用范围,提升了用户体验。
下面结合本申请文件的另一个实施例进行说明。
本申请基于人脸识别技术,通过识别人脸,然后与已注册的人脸进行匹配,找到对应的绑定账号,然后将消息推送给对应用户,将用户请求的服务内容通过消息的方式推送给用户,解决了服务单一或限制的问题。
图3是根据本申请的一种基于人脸识别的语音交互方法流程图,如图3所示,用户向家电传输语音和进行人脸识别,家电设备的语音模块用户获取用户的语音信息,家电设备的图像模块通过摄像头等设备获取用户的面部特征信息,然后家电设备对上述信息进行识别或者上传至互联网进行识别,在确定待推送的内容后,将其发送至登录有用户身份的手机。
图4是根据本申请文件的一种基于人脸识别的信息推送方法的操作流程图,如图4所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,接收到唤醒词,依据唤醒词确定是否进入语音识别;
用户使用前需要进行人脸注册和账号绑定,具体为:用户利用手机APP注册账号,通过配网实现语音装置联网,并将账号与家电绑定,同时用户可通过该账号与第三方账号(微信、QQ、微博等)实现关联。人脸注册是通过已登录用户账号的APP激活,激活时需要用户本人通过手机采集人脸,APP通过采集的用户人脸进行人脸注册。
步骤二,图像模块进行人脸识别,找到匹配的人脸和账号;
步骤三,确定是否找到对应账号,在找到对应账号时,转至步骤五;在未找到对应账号时,转至步骤四;
步骤四,在未找到对应账号时,提醒用户进行人脸注册和账号绑定;
步骤五,在找到对应账号时,再确定是否需要推送消息给账号,在确定需要推送消息时,转至步骤六;在确定不需要推送消息时,返回步骤一;
步骤六,给对应账号推送信息。
采用上述技术方案,用户在使用家电进行语音识别时,同时图像模块通过摄像头进行人脸识别认证,检测是否有匹配人脸和对应的账号,若有且涉及消息推送,则将消息推送到对应账号的APP下,或与账号关联的第三方APP,比如微信等。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当 然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。
实施例二
在本实施例中还提供了一种信息推送装置,该装置设置为实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
根据本申请文件的另一个实施例,还提供了一种信息推送装置,包括:
第一接收模块,设置为接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息;
第一识别模块,设置为识别所述语音信息中的第一内容;
第一确定模块,设置为确定与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容;
第一推送模块,设置为向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
可选地,该装置可以应用于空调等设备,空调可以与用户进行无屏交互,本申请文件中的无屏交互不限定是否为绝对意义的无屏,即空调可以无屏幕,也可以仅具备一个显示温度却无法显示新闻的屏幕。
采用上述技术方案,接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息,识别所述语音信息中的第一内容,确定与面部特征信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容,向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容,采用上述技术方案,通过进行面部特征识别的方式查询到目标对象,即使当前进行面部特征信息识别的设备是无屏交互的,也可以将目标对象请求的内容进行显示,解决了相关技术中进行无屏交互时,无法将服务内 容提供给用户展现的问题,保证了信息的及时推送,增加了无屏设备的使用范围,提升了用户体验。
可选地,所述第一接收模块还设置为在接收到所述语音信息,且确定所述语音信息中至少包括唤醒词时,获取所述面部特征信息。唤醒词可以是系统预设的唤醒设备词语,例如空调的唤醒词可以是“我的格力空调”,通过唤醒词来启动空调,进而接收用户的指令。
可选地,第一识别模块设置为对所述目标对象的面部特征信息进行特征识别,识别出所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象。
可选地,所述第一确定模块设置为对所述目标对象的面部特征信息进行特征识别之后,在未能查询到与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象的身份的情况下,输出提示信息,其中,所述提示信息设置为提示进行人脸注册和/或身份绑定。在通过面部识别后依旧未确定目标对象的身份的情况下,可能是目标对象未进行人脸注册,或者未进行身份绑定,例如绑定微信账号。
可选地,所述第一推送模块设置为将所述第二内容推送给登录有所述目标对象的身份的终端。例如,当前进行语音采集和面部特征信息识别的设备是进行无屏交互时,将目标对象通过语音信息请求的信息推送至目标对象的微信账号所在的终端。
可选地,所述第一接收模块接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息之后,还设置为对所述语音信息进行声纹处理,确定与处理后的声纹信息对应的第一目标对象;确定与所述面部特征信息对应的第二目标对象;在所述第一目标对象和所述第二目标对象相同的情况下,向所述第一目标对象推送与所述语音信息对应的第二内容。该实施例中给出了一种验证目标对象的身份的方式,通过对语音信息识别,和面部特征信息识别,二者识别结果一致的情况下确定目标对象的身份通过安全验证,同时防止单方面的检测错误,增强了推送的安全性和准确性。
根据本申请的另一个实施例,还提供了一种信息推送装置,包括:

需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述各个模块以任意组合的形式分别位于不同的处理器中。
实施例三
本申请的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储设置为执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息;
S2,识别所述语音信息中的第一内容;
S3,确定与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容。
S4,向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random  Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本申请的实施例还提供了一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,该存储器中存储有计算机程序,该处理器被设置为运行计算机程序以执行上述任一项方法实施例中的步骤。
可选地,上述电子装置还可以包括传输装置以及输入输出设备,其中,该传输装置和上述处理器连接,该输入输出设备和上述处理器连接。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述处理器可以被设置为通过计算机程序执行以下步骤:
S1,接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息;
S2,识别所述语音信息中的第一内容;
S3,确定与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容。
S4,向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。

显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本申请的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本申请不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

工业实用性
本申请提供的上述技术方案,通过进行面部特征识别的方式查询到目标对象,将语音信息对应的请求内容发送给该目标对象的终端或者移动终端等,即使当前进行面部特征信息识别的设备是无屏交互的,也可以将目标对象请求的内容进行显示,解决了相关技术中进行无屏交互时,无法将服务内容提供给用户展现的问题,保证了信息的及时推送,增加了无屏设备的使用范围,提升了用户体验。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种信息推送方法,其中,包括:
    接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息;
    识别所述语音信息中的第一内容;
    确定与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容;
    向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息,包括:
    在接收到所述语音信息,且确定所述语音信息中至少包括唤醒词时,获取所述面部特征信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,确定与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象,包括:
    对所述目标对象的面部特征信息进行特征识别,识别出所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,对所述目标对象的面部特征信息进行特征识别之后,所述方法还包括:
    在未能查询到与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象的身份的情况下,输出提示信息,其中,所述提示信息设置为提示进行人脸注册和/或身份绑定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容,包括:
    将所述第二内容推送给登录有所述目标对象的身份的终端。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    对所述语音信息进行声纹处理,确定与处理后的声纹信息对应的第一目标对象;
    确定与所述面部特征信息对应的第二目标对象;
    在所述第一目标对象和所述第二目标对象相同的情况下,向所述第一目标对象推送与所述语音信息对应的第二内容。
  7. 一种信息推送方法,其中,包括:
    接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息;
    识别所述语音信息中的第一内容;
    在检测出与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象后,确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容;
    向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
  8. 一种信息推送装置,其中,包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息;
    第一识别模块,设置为识别所述语音信息中的第一内容;
    第一确定模块,设置为确定与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象,以及确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容;
    第一推送模块,设置为向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
  9. 一种信息推送装置,其中,包括:
    第二接收模块,设置为接收来自目标对象的语音信息和面部特征信息;
    第二识别模块,设置为识别所述语音信息中的第一内容;
    第二确定模块,设置为在检测出与所述面部特征信息对应的目标对象后,确定与所述第一内容一致的第二内容;
    第二推送模块,设置为向所述目标对象推送所述第二内容。
  10. 一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质中存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被设置为运行时执行所述权利要求1至7任一项中所述的方法。
  11. 一种电子装置,包括存储器和处理器,其中,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器被设置为运行所述计算机程序以执行所述权利要求1至7任一项中所述的方法。
