本实用新型涉及一种学前儿童坐姿矫正器。
背景技术
学前儿童在桌上看书学习时,不易维持正确的坐姿,同时,学前儿童的骨骼和视力尚处在发育阶段,若不控制,则会造成永久的伤害,因此,越来越多的学前儿童会在看书学习时使用坐姿矫正器,现有的学前儿童坐姿矫正器安装牢固度欠佳,调节功能单一,适用范围小,有待于进一步改进。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术的现状,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种安装牢固,调节功能多样,扩大了适用范围,操作简单方便的学前儿童坐姿矫正器。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种学前儿童坐姿矫正器,包括底座组件、座套、撑套、立柱、托块、软垫和第一旋钮螺钉,其特征在于,所述底座组件的上方设置有座套,所述座套的上端内部插入固定有竖直分布的立柱,所述立柱的上端开设有竖直分布的滑槽,所述滑槽的截面形状为正八边形,所述滑槽的一侧开设有开口槽,所述滑槽的另一侧开设有长槽,所述长槽和开口槽互为对角设置;所述滑槽中设置有托块,所述托块的一侧中部向外形成有延伸块,所述延伸块的另一端向外形成有滑块;所述滑块插入连接在滑槽中并能沿滑槽上下滑移,所述延伸块插入在开口槽中,所述托块的上端开设有圆弧面,所述圆弧面上固定有软垫;所述第一旋钮螺钉的螺纹端穿过长槽并拧入到滑块中,所述第一旋钮螺钉能沿长槽上下滑移;所述座套的外侧向外形成有横向分布的螺纹柱,所述螺纹柱上套设螺接有撑套,所述撑套位于托块的下方。
优选地,所述底座组件包括底板、矩形挡板、螺纹套、第二旋钮 螺钉、顶块、垫片、夹块、第三旋钮螺钉、螺母和垫块;所述底板的上平面一侧固定有竖直分布的矩形挡板,所述矩形挡板上设置有夹块;所述夹块的下平面上固定有垫块。
优选地,所述夹块的下平面一侧向外形成有矩形套,所述矩形套套设在矩形挡板外。
优选地,所述矩形套的一侧开设有多个位于同一竖直直线上且等间距分布的第一圆孔,对应地,所述矩形挡板的一侧开设有多个位于同一竖直直线上且等间距分布的第二圆孔。
优选地,所述第三旋钮螺钉的螺纹端从矩形套的一侧穿过第一圆孔和第二圆孔并插入螺接在螺母中,从而将所述夹块连接在矩形挡板上,所述螺母位于矩形套的另一侧。
优选地,所述底板的上平面上开设有沉腔,所述沉腔中嵌入固定有两个螺纹套,每个所述螺纹套中均穿插螺接有一个第二旋钮螺钉;所述第二旋钮螺钉位于底板的下方。
优选地,两个所述第二旋钮螺钉的螺纹端上均固定有一个顶块,两个所述顶块的上平面上均固定有一个垫片。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型安装牢固,调节功能多样,扩大了适用范围,操作简单方便。

具体实施方式
如图1~2所示,一种学前儿童坐姿矫正器,包括底座组件、座套11、撑套12、立柱13、托块14、软垫15和第一旋钮螺钉16;底座组件的上方设置有座套11,座套11的上端内部插入固定有竖直分布的立柱13,立柱13的上端开设有竖直分布的滑槽131,滑槽131的截面形状为正八边形,滑槽131的一侧开设有开口槽132,滑槽131的另一侧开设有长槽133,长槽133和开口槽132互为对角设置;滑 槽131中设置有托块14,托块14的一侧中部向外形成有延伸块142,延伸块142的另一端向外形成有滑块143;滑块143插入连接在滑槽131中并能沿滑槽131上下滑移,延伸块142插入在开口槽132中,托块14的上端开设有圆弧面141,圆弧面141上固定有软垫15;第一旋钮螺钉16的螺纹端穿过长槽133并拧入到滑块143中,第一旋钮螺钉16能沿长槽133上下滑移;座套11的外侧向外形成有横向分布的螺纹柱111,螺纹柱111上套设螺接有撑套12,撑套12位于托块14的下方;底座组件包括底板1、矩形挡板2、螺纹套3、第二旋钮螺钉4、顶块5、垫片6、夹块7、第三旋钮螺钉8、螺母9和垫块10;底板1的上平面一侧固定有竖直分布的矩形挡板2,矩形挡板2上设置有夹块7;夹块7的下平面一侧向外形成有矩形套71,矩形套71套设在矩形挡板2外,矩形套71的一侧开设有多个位于同一竖直直线上且等间距分布的第一圆孔72,对应地,矩形挡板2的一侧开设有多个位于同一竖直直线上且等间距分布的第二圆孔21;第三旋钮螺钉8的螺纹端从矩形套71的一侧穿过第一圆孔72和第二圆孔21并插入螺接在螺母9中,从而将夹块7连接在矩形挡板2上,螺母9位于矩形套71的另一侧;底板1的上平面上开设有沉腔101,沉腔101中嵌入固定有两个螺纹套3,每个螺纹套3中均穿插螺接有一个第二旋钮螺钉4;第二旋钮螺钉4位于底板1的下方,两个第二旋钮螺钉4的螺纹端上均固定有一个顶块5,两个顶块5的上平面上均固定有一个垫片6,夹块7的下平面上固定有垫块10。
使用时,将学习桌的前侧边缘插入到垫块10和底板1之间,并位于矩形挡板2的内侧和两个垫片6的上方,然后用手依次旋紧两个第二旋钮螺钉4,进而推动两个顶块5和两个垫片6向上移动,进而使得两个垫片6压紧在学习桌的下平面上,从而将底座组件固定在学习桌上;同时还可以根据学习桌的厚度选择适合的第一圆孔72和第二圆孔21,并通过第三旋钮螺钉8和螺母9定位,进而扩大了适用 范围,操作简单方便;微微旋松第一旋钮螺钉16,然后调节滑块143在滑槽131中的高低位置,并在调节后旋紧第一旋钮螺钉16,延伸块142会沿开口槽132上下滑移;儿童坐在学习桌前,下巴搁置在软垫15上,进而限制了眼睛离书本的高度;儿童的胸口位于撑套12的外侧,转动撑套12,进而利用撑套12与螺纹柱111之间的螺纹连接关系使得撑套12向内或向外移动,进而顶住儿童的胸口,从而限制了离桌距离,之后便可开始书写和学习了。
学前儿童在桌上看书学习时,不易维持正确的坐姿,同时,学前儿童的骨骼和视力尚处在发育阶段,若不控制,则会造成永久的伤害,因此,越来越多的学前儿童会在看书学习时使用坐姿矫正器,现有的学前儿童坐姿矫正器安装牢固度欠佳,调节功能单一,适用范围小;本实用新型安装牢固,调节功能多样,扩大了适用范围,操作简单方便。

  1. 一种学前儿童坐姿矫正器,包括底座组件、座套、撑套、立柱、托块、软垫和第一旋钮螺钉,其特征在于,所述底座组件的上方设置有座套,所述座套的上端内部插入固定有竖直分布的立柱,所述立柱的上端开设有竖直分布的滑槽,所述滑槽的截面形状为正八边形,所述滑槽的一侧开设有开口槽,所述滑槽的另一侧开设有长槽,所述长槽和开口槽互为对角设置;所述滑槽中设置有托块,所述托块的一侧中部向外形成有延伸块,所述延伸块的另一端向外形成有滑块;所述滑块插入连接在滑槽中并能沿滑槽上下滑移,所述延伸块插入在开口槽中,所述托块的上端开设有圆弧面,所述圆弧面上固定有软垫;所述第一旋钮螺钉的螺纹端穿过长槽并拧入到滑块中,所述第一旋钮螺钉能沿长槽上下滑移;所述座套的外侧向外形成有横向分布的螺纹柱,所述螺纹柱上套设螺接有撑套,所述撑套位于托块的下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种学前儿童坐姿矫正器,其特征在于,所述底座组件包括底板、矩形挡板、螺纹套、第二旋钮螺钉、顶块、垫片、夹块、第三旋钮螺钉、螺母和垫块;所述底板的上平面一侧固定有竖直分布的矩形挡板,所述矩形挡板上设置有夹块;所述夹块的下平面上固定有垫块。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种学前儿童坐姿矫正器,其特征在于,所述夹块的下平面一侧向外形成有矩形套,所述矩形套套设在矩形挡板外。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种学前儿童坐姿矫正器,其特征在于,所述矩形套的一侧开设有多个位于同一竖直直线上且等间距分布的第一圆孔,对应地,所述矩形挡板的一侧开设有多个位于同一竖直直线上且等间距分布的第二圆孔。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种学前儿童坐姿矫正器,其特征在于,所述第三旋钮螺钉的螺纹端从矩形套的一侧穿过第一圆孔和第二 圆孔并插入螺接在螺母中,从而将所述夹块连接在矩形挡板上,所述螺母位于矩形套的另一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种学前儿童坐姿矫正器,其特征在于,所述底板的上平面上开设有沉腔,所述沉腔中嵌入固定有两个螺纹套,每个所述螺纹套中均穿插螺接有一个第二旋钮螺钉;所述第二旋钮螺钉位于底板的下方。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种学前儿童坐姿矫正器,其特征在于,两个所述第二旋钮螺钉的螺纹端上均固定有一个顶块,两个所述顶块的上平面上均固定有一个垫片。
