Description

低温含尘尾气在线清灰除尘装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种低温含尘尾气在线清灰除尘装置,属于低温余热回收技术领域。
背景技术
随着节能减排政策的进一步深入,一些低温(温度在400℃左右)含尘尾气的余热得到了利用,在利用这些尾气时,普遍存在以下问题:
1、由于尾气中存在有大量的粉尘,各种粉尘的性质不一样,导致受热面管积灰严重,严重阻碍了余热回收;例如:硅铁矿热炉烟气中含有大量二氧化硅粉尘,导致受热面积灰严重,现有余热锅炉都不能正常投入运行。
2、由于尾气中含有大量的粉尘,特别对低温尾气,余热锅炉不能采用扩展受热面,锅炉布置受热面大,锅炉结构庞大;例如:转底炉余热烟气在低温段时会析出一种油性物质,增加换热热阻,导致受热面庞大。
3、在余热回收装置之间设置常用的除尘装置,例如:重力或旋风除尘器分离效果差,电除尘设备投资大、温降大,布袋除尘器耐温不高;而且这些设备都存在设备阻力大的问题;对于黏结性和吸附性灰无法处理,需定期停炉清理。如果能有效解决这些问题,将进一步推动低温含尘尾气的余热利用,产生更大的经济和社会效益。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种低温含尘尾气在线清灰除尘装置,在不影响低温尾气余热的前提下,清除尾气中大部分灰尘,确保余热回收装置安全、正常运行。
为实现以上的技术目的,本发明将采取以下的技术方案:
一种低温含尘尾气在线清灰除尘装置,包括呈空腔设置的炉墙,炉墙设置有炉墙进烟口和炉墙出烟口;还包括网状捕尘装置,该网状捕尘装置靠近炉墙进烟口设置,网状捕尘装置包括网状捕尘带、驱动装置、主动轮以及从动轮,主动 轮和从动轮分别通过支架相对地支撑在炉墙的外侧,且主动轮与驱动装置的输出端连接;网状捕尘带绕在主动轮和从动轮的外围;同时主动轮以及从动轮置于密封腔内,该密封腔与炉墙的壁面封接。从动轮侧的密封腔的内壁与清尘装置连接,且该侧密封腔上设置有除渣口。清理装置为钢刷,钢刷的刷头面向网状捕尘带设置;或者清理装置为高压水冲洗装置,该高压水清洗装置的喷头安装在密封腔的内壁;或者清理装置为压缩空气冲洗装置,该压缩空气冲洗装置的喷头安装在密封腔的内壁。网状捕尘带采用由多层丝网组成的过滤层构成;该网状捕尘带垂直于炉墙中的烟气流动方向设置。
根据以上的技术方案,可以实现以下的有益效果:
1、在线清除尾气中黏结性和吸附性灰,保证装置连续运行,确保经济和社会效益;
2、烟气通过本装置时,烟气温降小,一般不超过10℃;
3、烟气通过本装置时,烟气阻力小,一般不超过300Pa;
4、在不停炉的情况下,将尾气中黏结性和吸附性灰进行清除,而且尾气的温降小,阻力降小。

如图1所示,本发明的低温含尘尾气在线清灰除尘装置,包括呈空腔设置的炉墙,炉墙设置有炉墙进烟口和炉墙出烟口;还包括网状捕尘装置,该网状捕尘装置靠近炉墙进烟口设置,该网状捕尘装置包括网状捕尘带、驱动装置、主动轮以及从动轮、主动轮和从动轮分别通过支架相对地支撑在炉墙的外侧,且主动轮与驱动装置的输出端连接;网状捕尘带绕在主动轮和从动轮的外 围;同时主动轮以及从动轮置于密封腔内,该密封腔与炉墙的壁面封接。从动轮侧的密封腔的内壁与清尘装置连接,且该侧密封腔上设置有除渣口。清理装置为钢刷,钢刷的刷头面向网状捕尘带设置;或者清理装置为高压水冲洗装置,该高压水清洗装置的喷头安装在密封腔的内壁;或者清理装置为压缩空气冲洗装置,该压缩空气冲洗装置的喷头安装在密封腔的内壁。网状捕尘带采用由多层丝网组成的过滤层构成;该网状捕尘带垂直于炉墙中的烟气流动方向设置。驱动装置由电机、减速装置和传动装置组成;布置在烟道之外,不受尾气冲刷,传动装置一般布置在设备的顶部,也可根据现场的实际情况进行任意布置;清理装置布置在烟道之外,根据灰尘的特性设置不同的清理方式,如:钢刷、水冲洗、压缩空气冲洗等或几种方式的结合体;网状捕尘带由多层丝网组成,根据灰的性质选择不同的丝网;过滤层垂直于尾气流动方向布置,过滤层充满整个烟气流通截面积。使用时,将温度在400℃左右的含尘尾气低速通过网状捕尘带,尾气中灰尘被网状捕尘带的滤网捕捉;网状捕尘带在驱动装置带动下在烟道截面上进行转动,当含有灰尘的网状捕尘带运行到烟道之外的清理装置时,进行清灰处理,清灰过后的网状捕尘带又转动到烟道中进行捕捉灰尘;在运行过程中根据灰的特性和灰量的大小进行转速调整。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种低温含尘尾气在线清灰除尘装置,包括呈空腔设置的炉墙,炉墙设置有炉墙进烟口和炉墙出烟口;其特征在于:还包括网状捕尘装置,网状捕尘装置靠近炉墙进烟口设置,该网状捕尘装置包括网状捕尘带、驱动装置、主动轮以及从动轮,主动轮和从动轮分别通过支架相对地支撑在炉墙的外侧,且主动轮与驱动装置的输出端连接;网状捕尘带绕在主动轮和从动轮的外围;同时主动轮以及从动轮置于密封腔内,该密封腔与炉墙的壁面封接。
  2. 根据权利要求1的低温含尘尾气在线清灰除尘装置,其特征在于:从动轮侧的密封腔的内壁与清尘装置连接,且该侧密封腔上设置有除渣口。
  3. 根据权利要求2的低温含尘尾气在线清灰除尘装置,其特征在于:清理装置为钢刷,钢刷的刷头面向网状捕尘带设置;或者清理装置为高压水冲洗装置,该高压水清洗装置的喷头安装在密封腔的内壁;或者清理装置为压缩空气冲洗装置,该压缩空气冲洗装置的喷头安装在密封腔的内壁。
